EDIT: They did end up sending someone to fix the specific thing a good month later that I needed in the first place. Technically, I guess he did except now my water bill is twice as high because the part was put into the wrong place so water was dripping constantly. Thank God my dad figured it out. I didnt want him on the roof in the first place which is why I had called this company. Save yourself some grief and find somewhere else.Maybe they are good to their repeat customers, but if you are a new customer, stay clear. Honestly, I could have avoided a bad experience if there was proper communication or any sense of accountability. They seem like nice people but, unfortunately, they are absolutely not efficient.Series of events if interested:- My appointment was for 8-12, tech showed up at about 4. No call, no apologies. I had to call the office multiple times to get an ETA and the woman in the office would be very polite yes yes hes on his way. oh youre next on schedule hell be there in an hour. The tech didnt come the next hour so called again. She was very apologetic which I appreciated. She said her manager would call to apologize, never called.- Tech finally arrives no acknowledgement hes late or anything, which was annoying. I point out a specific thing I want fixed on air conditioner, which did not get fixed. I called back at a later date and the same woman told me she would get a tech to me that day and said shed be in contact with me to ensure hed go. I never heard from them again.- I am understanding of certain circumstances. I gave the tech a burrito when he left that first day because I know its rough in the work force and he probably worked all day so I gave him a break even though I was annoyed.- I am not understanding to false promises. Dont say your manger is going to call, when they wont. Dont guarantee a tech is on his way if hes not. Dont promise a call back and say yes we will make sure to get to you. Were so sorry. Yes maam I promise I will be keeping in contact with you when you wont. I expected better because I was promised better.

Had my AC unit installed last week and I gotta say all techs involved (Victor, Aaron, and Abraham) were awesome. They answered all of our questions in detail. I would certainly recommend Delta T to everyone!

Delta T half fixed my AC then insisted I had to put in another work order for the new problem found that kept it operational. I did as requested and they scheduled me an appt for Sunday between 10 am - 2 pm. Instead of our usual Sunday events, we sat home waiting and desperate due to the near 100 degree temps outside. They no-showed. I called several times and for the first time ever, they ghosted my calls, not showing, not calling back. Complete ghost. We had to contact another AC company, who were AMAZING by the way, who fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Delta T - shame on you. I was so impressed with my first interaction with your company, but then you fell flat and stiffed us - you left us waiting for something u had no intentions delivering on. Do better. That was EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful.

I knew I had a leak somewhere because I could see the water damage. 1st tech came alone and said he didnt find a leak but clearly it was missed how do walls get wet if there is no leak. I was charged for the visit and labor when in reality nothing was done. I called again because I was sure there was leak a different tech came. That tech stated the the pipes sweat and taped it and left. Called again...miracle they found the leak and fixed it...but left the tube that goes into the pump outside of the pump if it wasnt for the fact that I kept and eye out I wouldnt have noticed so more water damage. I recorded a video and send it to the lady that answers the phone. The owner called to apologize but nothing more. I called again to speak to the lady that normally answers the phone and they told me there was no one by that name. Ive use Delta before and the lady that answers was always courteous . Timing was bad they gave a window of when they would come and they would show up but not in that window and unannounced.

Do not call them unless you want their techs to have to come out five different times to find a leak that was there the entire time and charge you over $2000 because their techs don’t know what they’re doing. They show up late they do not call it has been the worst service I have ever received. All because they don’t know what they’re doing, but yet we have to pay for it. If you wanna waste your money and your time, use them if not, go anywhere else. This is now the fifth time they have been to my house. Hopefully this review will save other people money in time and frustration.

Had a scheduled window and they failed to show up. Called an hour after window and claimed they had trouble on their last call so I gave them another shot. Two guys show up in a van (company van), 20 minutes later still sitting in the van outside my driveway. I went to talk to them and they were just having a great conversation and laughing while I was waiting for them. I have things to do other than wait all day, and a whole lot of other businesses that do the same service. Thanks for not making me a priority, I sent them away.

Let me first say no one and I mean no one use this place they will rip you off. Needed a new fan for the blower and supposedly a new capacitor which the capacitor cost $200+ when you can easily find one for cheaper. Anyways they charged us over $500+ including the estimate fee that they said is free then to find out it’s free if you spend over $500 in repairs. Paid the amount just to have the ac break down not even 2 days later. Then have Dmitri who is friendly as an angry hornets nest, said we need a new motor because the bracket of ours broke and couldn’t be fixed, but that the there was nothing wrong with the motor that it worked fine. So they were going to charge another $400-$600 for a new bracket and motor. Our friend fixed the bracket that was not fixable as said by Dimitri and our friend put everything together except Dimitri kept the capacitor that was already paid for. So about 2 weeks later without ac Dimitri brought the capacitor to my father who was at the house, Dimitri was about to walk away until my dad asked him if he was going to install it. Dimitri rolled his eyes and said well you all didn’t pay for the install when we had already paid for it the first time, and all Dimitri had to do was install the capacitor because our friend had put the blower and motor back in already ( our friend installed all of that in like 10-20mins that took Dimitri 2hours to do and charge over $200 to do it ) all that was missing was the capacitor. Dimitri after being rude finally put it in. So if you want people who are going to take advantage of you, overcharge you and milk whatever money they can from you then please call them. Also they have a talented front desk lady who knows absolutely nothing about any of the equipment or prices. The first estimate that we got the price changed from $600 to $300 to $400 then ended up being charged $580. This whole place is just horrible 2 weeks without air for a simple fix with a 4 year old and 7month old sweating while they were asleep to the point where they couldn’t get a good nights rest because Delta t wanted more money for a fix that our friend did in like 20mins. Please do not call them they are frauds, save your money and go find actual professionals that will do the job right the first time.

As a General Contractor in EP I am very familiar with what contractors of various types of business have to deal with.After 4 attempts from a previous HVAC contractor to correct an issue with my air conditioner, I called Delta T to schedule an appointment. This took some patience on my part but after contacting Alpha T for the 2nd time, a tech was sent the next day. I had the choice to call someone else but chose to hang in there with Delta T. Dimitri arrived and corrected the issue in approximately 20min. He was very professional and polite and resolved a issue a previous HVAC contractor could not resolve.Time spent at each clients home to resolve their problem is unpredictable as it takes time to detect the issue and then resolve the it. This is often why setting an exact appointment time not possible.Alpha T is HIGHLY recommended if you have a little bit of patience and want a qualified HVAC contractor to attend to your hvac needs…Thanks Alpha T, hang in there..

Nena provided all the 5 star service by ensuring me that she would make sure I got taken care of on the same morning I call her for service.....AND SHE DID!!!! She dispatched Abraham as soon as she could and by noon time the same morning and I was up and operational with my AC up and running. Nena was so polite and very professional. Just did a refrigerated air conversion with Delta T and they did an awesome job. They were very professional and they knocked out the conversion quickly. I’m happy with the results. Nena is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Miguel was amazing from start to finish as well as Nena the office manager, very attentive and communicative. The installers Matt and Rick were very polite, cleaned their mess and made sure everything was in working order before charging me and before leaving. Very nice guys and I will always use them for maintenance any other heating and cooling needs!!!!! A project manager came and double checked all of their work and walked me through the system and how to change filters and when to change filters and everything! Strongly recommend and CANT BEAT THE PRICE!

Delta T just installed refrigerated air conditioning in my home and I was so impressed with the staff and the workmanship Felipe did a great job and Nena was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

We called two other companies before DELTA T. Neither arrived to look at our system. DELTA T came when they said they would and gave us a choice to install a new system that evening or the next morning, and they did it in less time than they estimated. Their price was very reasonable.Technicans (Miguel and Charlie) were professional and great communicators, an asset to any organization!We highly recommend DELTA T for service work and new installions.

1 star rating for them is way too high. I had an appointment for 9:30 am on March 20th. 10 AM comes I call because no one is here, I get sent to voicmail and receive a text saying they will call back since they are on the other line. 10:30 no call back so I call, right away they answer with their excuses, 2 people didnt show up and we are running behind, the worker will get here asap. 1:30 still no one I call and get told if I can reschedule, I said no I have work and I can not keep canceling everything to wait on them again. I told her how unprofessional they are and it is sad because people I know really liked them. (They will no longer be using them now) I they had simply called me and let me know I would not have been upset but I received NO communication from them until I called them. Then at 4:30 they stopped answering me.Be careful if you use them. Would NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO HIRE THEM.

Miguel and Ricky provided a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. The quote provided was substantially lower than any of the 4 quotes received from competitors. Miguel and Ricky werent salesmen. They were the actual installation contractors. I liked this much better than getting quotes from sales people on a cookie cutter quote sheet and then having different people show up to do what was promised. Everything promised was delivered. This kept things stress free on my end as the customer. Very professional crew. Good communication, price didnt change from what was quoted even after working an extra day longer than was quoted. I highly recommend using them.

We moved to El Paso from Wisconsin at the beginning of the year. Delta T has been servicing our HVAC ever since. Every company representative is kind and excellent. They go the extra mile to care. We look forward to future projects with them. Thank you Delta T!

DELTA T replaced my 2 ACs in 2 days! They were on time when they came out to do the estimate, quickly gave me a detailed proposal, the office contacted me right after to see if I had questions or needed help financing. Their job was done professionally and they even cleaned up really well afterwards. I very pleased amd happy and highly recommend.

I’m still in the dark ages by using a swamp cooler and a separate heater. I called Delta T and Miguel and Carlos were the technicians who responded.I have used another company for almost 20 years. When their technician turned off the heater, he punched a tiny hole in the gas line, told me about it and then left. I frantically called a plumber and paid a premium as it was the weekend.I knew Delta T was more expensive, but I happen to value my life. Miguel and Carlos took the needed time to inspect the system and discovered a huge leak in the water line. They also found a piece broken off of the pump, and a hole in the drain plug. I was seeing dollar signs in my mind and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as expensive as I Imagined.To rap this up I will say Miguel and Carlos were professional, polite, and thorough. I will recommend Delta T to everyone I know.

I feel I need to tell everyone about my experience with Delta T. I will recommend them to all my relatives and friend from now on. I dealt with a girl manager which was very professional and respectful. Cant remember her name though. She sent out the technicians on a weekend and they took care of my furnace issue right then and there. I had called three other companies before and all gave ne the run around because it was the weekend. They are my go to company from now on.

We called several companies on Friday and the closest appointment we could get was in a week. However when we called Delta T they were here with in the hour. After checking the system they noticed that there was a part that needed be purchased but it was too late to buy it the same day. So they promised to come on Saturday and they did come early Saturday and fixed our system. They were very professional and attentive and they explained everything and answered all my questions in detail. Thank you from an excellent service.

I highly recommend Delta T! Gonzalo was very professional. We had some bad weather conditions that delayed my service, but he made sure to keep me updated on when he would be coming by. He’s efficient, helpful, and his prices are very fair. He truly cares about his customers.

Our 2 AC units gave up on us they were really good about being quick, they came and were able to fix the downstairs AC he basically said he just turned the breaker on and off and replaced a filter but that the upstairs still needed work and that he would come tomorrow, he said our units needed to be cleaned out cause they were super dirty and that it could be a safety hazard and in order to put the freon (which he said was the issue for the upstairs) cleaning would be needed he said pay $150 now for “today’s” work or it’ll be $630.00 for having the cleaning and maintenance done (meaning having the upstairs fixed) day 2 comes (different people come) they do the cleaning on both units and then tells me that they need to do more work on it because the blower was out and in total it would cost $1110 (estimate). Super disappointed with this company because they basically didn’t even pin point the issue initially and we really got charged $630 when I could’ve just paid for the $150 of days one work. What’s the point of having all this “maintenance done” if you didn’t resolve our issue. I usually don’t do reviews but when I have to pay a company for something that wasn’t necessary and then turns out it’s something else is pretty irrelevant.

Very quick respond, they came in the same day when everyone else are fully booked. Very thorough on troubleshooting, had the parts on-hand, and fixed the problem right away. Technician was a subject matter expert and only recommended what was needed. I’ve recommend them to everyone that needs their A/C service right away.

Delta T performed a refrigerated air conversion at my place, and they did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process! Miguel was very knowledgeable in what was needed, and provided a quote on a Carrier split system that beat any competitors quote by a considerable amount. Nena also followed up and ensured everything was to my liking. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship at an affordable price, Delta T is the HVAC company for you!!

I had called this company for a quote and they scheduled me right away with a tech named Miguel and he provided me with good advice and a very reasonable price and we got the unit done two days later and did a wonderful job!! Highly recommend

I placed a call after doing some routine maintenance on my AC unit and noticed that the temperature was much warmer. They were able to fit me in their schedule within 24 hours and get my house back to proper temperatures! They were expedient, polite and helpful throughout the whole process.

Called and was told that they would call me back as to when the technician would be available. Same day, tech shows up at my front door! What happened to the call for setting up the appt?Since the tech guy was there already, I showed him the problem. Tech guy stated that they would call me back with an estimate. Several days later - NO CALL, NO SMOKE SIGNAL - NOTHING!If they cant do the job, or simply dont want to do it, a call would have been appreciated. I would NOT recommend!

This company is outstanding. I have a home warranty and they used a different company that isn’t open on the weekend. That company came out on Friday replace a “broken” part that didn’t do anything to help cool my house. When I called them they gave me misinformation. So I called Delta They came out at 930 this morning(Saturday) and let me know that my unit was 5lbs low on Freon. They put the proper amount in at a very reasonable price so I got a quote for a completely new unit ( more energy efficient) and I mean the whole unit. Outdoor unit indoor air coil and furnace with an air purifier new smart thermostat and the proper registers. We will definitely be getting a new unit that’s to the great pricing offered for it. I was having trouble trying to contact someone about my AC. It wasn’t working and my house was 80 degrees+. I called many companies around El Paso and they were all telling me they couldn’t see me until two or even three days later. I called Delta T and they were there the very next day. Great company, fixed my AC for a price you can’t beat. They answer all your questions and take care of business in a professional and timely manner. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future if I ever have AC problems!

This company was great. After going through what felt like a dozen companies trying to get an AC unit repaired on the weekend. Delta T came out on a Sunday afternoon fixed my ac unit in no time. ( a wire had burnt off they fixed it at no cost) I absolutely recommend this company

Refrigerated air stopped working Saturday evening with temperatures in the 100s. Delta T was the only HVAC company that even answered my call past 5:00pm. Jesus came out early Sunday morning and got my unit working in under an hour. Walked around the house and even gave us a few energy saving tips. Very, very reasonable weekend rate. Great service, great company.

Unorganized and when they put my air conditioner didn’t bother letting me know of pump and didn’t change the pads. Said I told him not to, which doesn’t make sense why I would say not to, when I know it is needed. I mentioned and first said I needed a new pump then on the phone when I called of the matter said he come to my house and show me I don’t need one. So first I needed, then I don’t. Seems shady to me and paid for something that wasn’t done correctly. Been basically without air for a month. Had to call another company who did it right and finally enjoying nice cool air. Do not recommend these people.

Very satisfied with the installation and service provided by Delta T Heating and Air. I had several quotes from other HVAC companies around town and Delta T saved me thousands on my new Carrier Performance High Efficiency packaged gas furnace and air conditioner system while still providing professional up to city code installation. I have and will continue to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Delta T saved the day. Called them early morning and they were at my house within an hour. They fixed my frozen coil and had the AC working by noon. Highly recommend

Best service Ive recieved for AC. They worked diligently even during the rain to ensure my unit was working properly. Great customer service! Would recommend!

The weather changed quickly, a hard freeze and snow was predicted. They were booked up for 2 weeks, but they were able to squeeze us in and turn on our heat the same day we called.

Got yelled at by an employee because I questioned their work and I said are you sure these guys know what they are doing when I called the lady, then that’s when I got the call from the worker yelling at me right as soon as I answered all started because the guy didn’t seem too confident of what he was doing and they said everything was fixed and when I went and check thermostat is set at 72 but the temp in the room is at 85 but it’s “fixed” so they want to charge me more money to come back to fix the issue when it should have been done right the first time never using these people again and they are always late they told me they would be at my place at 5pm then 6pm came by not until 7:30pm but the way the guy yelled at me they should never treat a customer like that really poor customer service
