Excellent service by technicians. Very responsive and diligent about diagnosing and fixing our heater unit. However, because payments for service are very inefficient and inconveniencing for the customer, I gave only 3 stars instead of 5. A business of their size and volume should allow easier payment options such as Venmo, bank transfer, etc.

Barrett Airworks is the best! After I met with six different HVAC companies I decided to go with Barrett. I have had the pleasure of dealing with 7 different company employees and every one of them went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on and they took their time answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Two thumbs up.

The serviceman who came out to my home was very courteous. He informed me of the work that needed to be done, the cost, and gave me an estimated time of the work to be completed. I appreciated all his work and great attitude.

I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work. They checked all my air handlers in the attic and both AC units outside. The tech explained everything that was found and fixed to my wife, and in a way she could understand (which she appreciated greatly!). I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC services for residential or commercial needs. Top notch service, response, and professionalism. These guys truly know what customer service means, which is hard to find now days.

Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

Chad was a wonderful tech. He showed me the issues and concerns, explained why they were a concern and informed me of the process to address these issues. The prices were on par, and they were about an hour and a half EARLY! Thank you tremendously for the assistance and getting us fit in, as quickly as possible!!

Scheduled a maintenance check on my a/c. The technician explained what he found, did a minor repair. He was very respectful and helpful. It was nice that he was able to come sooner than my appointment time due to someone else’s cancellation.

Robert (tech), Sonia & Jasmine (office) are amazing!!!! My rental currently has a swamp cooler and Barrett has repaired/rebuilt it for me. Its better than ever and when its time Ill go with Barrett for my refrigerated air. They are professional, loyal to their clients and fair! If you hire them they are on your side 100%!!!! It took awhile to get the part, but once it arrived Barrett was on it. Leo, the repairman had the unit up and running quickly. He was very professional and clearly competent. Ill always go to Barrett for my hvac service.

Weve struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didnt rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and were so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.

E. Lopez arrived on schedule. Efficient, competent, pleasant. In routine maintenance found one part charging at less than optimal rate. Explained the problem & replaced the part. Answered all my questions. Replaced filter & left another for me so I would not wait a whole year for next clean filter! Good job.

I had used Barrett for about 14 years at 4 residences. I was very satisfied, but the last 3 years or so they consistently tell me I need things replaced that they have replaced themselves a few months prior on the same 5 year old unit. One year I paid nearly $1000 in repairs and replacements. The next year nearly $600. This year they said I needed to replace several of the parts I just replaced last year. Additionally, I would have to go buy the parts and make another appointment for them to replace. Oh, and they never gave me a quote. Said I would get a call. Never did.

Marco was highly efficient, courteous, and professional. what i thought was a routine switching over to heat turned out to be a repair job. he was awesome getting my old unit up and running again.

I am pleased with how easy it is to work with Barrett Airworks Service. They keep their appointments and their Technicians are respectful, informative, and thorough. Reasonable prices too.

Of all the quotes I got to fix my air conditioner, Barrett gave me the best price. And the technician did an excellent job repairing the unit. They now have a customer for life.

I set an appointment for a morning appointment for my rental house. They were set to get there between 8-12 but they never came I called at 12:30 said they were running behind but I was next. I called again at 3:30 because they hadn’t shown up yet. Dispatched claimed the tech arrive but the tenets refused service. I never got a call 30 minutes prior to them showing up so I seriously doubt my tenets would refuse service to an a/c tech when hot in the house and 100+ degrees outside. Again I’m next on the list to get service. Dispatch said they would call the tech then call me back with the status of the appointment. I called back at 4:15, dispatched said they left a message with the tech but hadn’t received an answer and they would call me back. Never got a call back the whole day. I called after-hours At 5:25 and the messaging service forwarded my number to the on call tech, and never got a call back.

Barrett airworks has the most experienced technicians I have ever met in my life. I recommend them to anybody that is having HVAC problems. If you want professional work done call these guys.

I manage a storage facility here in El Paso, and have been using this company for years. Recently, due to the weather and other outside factors, I had an emergency issue I needed repaired asap. This company not only came out earlier than I anticipated, but repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. Thus fixing the emergency issue I had.

I just had my AC serviced by Barrett Airworks. I called this morning and AC techs were at my house within 45 minutes. Omar and Sergio diagnosed the problem, explained everything and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be happier and I have Peace of mind with a service agreement!!

Barrett has been servicing our A/C for more than 10 yrs. Very helpful and efficient.

I put one star at first because it stopped working within 10 days but Jerry came and fixed it. I cant seem to delete the rating so Ill leave it at 3 and maybe edit it to 4 if theres no further issues
