Guys that work for HVAC seriously needs some training in customer service. Very rude and non helpful. They have big attitudes and hate answering questions. I’m not gonna buy something that you give me no info on.

This store came in on the clutch with a contactor I needed to fix my AC that stopped working. $9 fix. preciate it guys.

Went in this morning and was greeted nicely by the sales person. Requested several heater parts and got great, quick and courteous service! No issues or hassles. Would do business with them again and recommend them.

I had some issues with my furnace and needed help. I went to all heating and cooling supply companies, but nobody cared except this business.I want to commend Javier for assisting me to find the best solution for repairing my furnace.Now it works with the assistance of Javiers guidance.Any company that has a caring employee such as Javier, is a 5 star company.Thanks again Javier!!! Your proactive, helpful and positive attitude is an asset to the customers. My furnace is repaired and now I have heat!!!

For an HVAC/Refrigeration technician or contractor, this is your store.Motors, controls, refrigerant, ice machine parts, mini-splits part and much, much more.Been a customer for the last 17 years and this is by far my favorite (HVAC/R) store.All the employees are excellent people and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.Did I mention the J bucks?This Johnstone Supply store will give you a dollar for every $50 you spend (to use at their store of course) no other supplier does this.

Very rude, not customer friendly. I needed a 20$ part, he said I had to change the whole 5000$ furnace, very ignorant on parts and brands.

THE PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER COULD USE SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO DOWN TO GRAINGER AND FIND OUT WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!
