I call in earlier in the day to ask the time they close, I am informed that the store closes at 4:00PM, same hour stipulated in the Google listing. I tell him Ill be there before then to buy and pick up something quick. My guess is it was going to be $100-$120 worth of stuff, not much and a pretty quick stop. I get off work at 3:00PM, make my 40 min drive to arrive at 3:44PM outside the gate, still not completely closed to a young lady telling me their last call is at 3:43PM. not 3:30PM, not 3:45PM, EXACTLY 3:43PM, surprisingly, just one minute before I got to the gate.Please update your Google listing weekly schedule and advise your customer. About your last call at 3:43 PM.THANK YOU.

Drove all the way from the far east side to pick up a vent right quick and they were closing the gate at 3:40. I guess when they say they close at 4, it really means they close 20 minutes before hand. Very poor service, especially having to drive almost 30 minutes and to get turned down at the gate.

Purchased 3 registers, 2 of the 3 where damaged, or quality of workmanship is poor. Didnt notice them until the weekend, and I was going to install them. Tryed to return them 1 of the registers due to the quality, and quality of fit, the second damaged register counter had a corner that was as visible once install wasnt visible due to it was pointing up. The servicemen at the counter even though pleasant would not return it because of the plastic wrap being town off . 1st of all plastic wrap is so paper thin it will come off simply by transporting , 2nd how can you try the register on without removing the plastic, and even if you did it will tear off.

We have an account with them and usually we spend about $2500 to $3000 every season. Today, I went to buy 2 a/c motors but I didnt know how many speeds and the sizes of the motors and my maintenance guy wasnt available for me to call him. After waiting in line 20 minutes, when it was my turn, I asked the customer service rep to look up the history of our purchases and to give the same motors that we usually buy. He claimed that their system didnt show that information which was weird because 3 months ago when I went to place an order for $2,800 they were able to get me that information right away without hesitation. I just got the vibe and feeling he didnt want to bother and I just left.However, our company has 20 other properties and most of them have an account with Hercules, Im just going to give this information to the general manager and remind him that we have many other options, maybe is time for a change.

It was an interesting experience.Pros: they know what theyve talking about and go above and beyond to help you.But now the cons: Extremely helpful over the phone but in person its a bit hard to get attended correctly. They jump from customer to customer and so it leaves you waiting a lot longer.

I would like if theres an mail andress to get in contact since I ve been trying for a week to found someone on the phone who can help me with a quotation. We have purchased time before with a good experience here and since our clients were son happy with the products we would like to keep doing it.

I had a very pleasant experience with your business. They helped my elderly father with a new heater. At a fair price and we’re accommodating to his needs and answered all his questions.

I went to get a box of filters for my refrigerated air, they didnt have any at all. They told me that it would be 2 month till they would get them and they referred me to another place at Hawkins. They have all sorts of stuff for A/C units.

The service here is the worst. The guys at the counter seem like they get bothered to help you. Their attitude is the worst Ive seen. They are always in a bad mood and that reflects their service. They give you the wrong parts, you can be standing right in front of them and they wont attend you. Dont go here.

Cooling and heating supplies are priced lower than the big chains. Theres a queue most of the time since contractors hit this place up for all their needs. Theres a take-a-number system in place so the price savings is all worth it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, ALWAYS.

Every time I call for parts Im on hold then, when someone does answer its only to put me on hold again only to be on hold for 15-20 min and then they hang up. This in not just a one time deal it happens often then I call back and the lady that answers say Im sorry its cause they are busy like if that justifys them hanging up on customers

The person in the front desk told me that they didnt have what i needed without looking at the computer. I told him that i had called the day before and told me that they had it in stock. Then he checked the computer and he found one.

Passage Supply is very responsive for contractor-oriented business. Although I obviously dont look like a construction dude, the staff was helpful and quick to give what I needed. Ill be buying from them again.

Customer service on the phone is awful and in person is worst. Last resource definitely. If anyone knows any other option please share.

They where great they gave me a price and when I when to get the part it was double the price they told me. But they worked with me that was GREAT Good place for a/c parts.

Really bad service. They take forever to get your order and give your order. Passge supply was better.
