He was supposed to come and look at my washer. YouTube said that the problem was the drainage pump. It made the same noise . So the guy shows up and hes very polite, but politeness doesnt mean they have experience.Oh, they know what theyre doing. He ended up taking a handful of hair out of the washer, and he said that that was the problem, and he ran the small cycle, just to make sure that thats what it was, but it was still making the same noise. I asked him if he checked the hoses that went into the drain in the wall and he said yes, but that was a lie, because when I hired somebody else to come do it, they hadnt even been separated, so he lied about that. When I called him back and told them the washer was making the same noise. He told me I was gonna have to pay him again. To come look at it, and why should I when he didnt do his job right? The first time if I were you, I wouldnt hire these guys, their prices are cheap because they nab. You by not doing their jobs right? And you have to call them again. My advice to you is do not hire these people and if I could give them no stars, I would caution, if you hired these guys and just to let you know it was the pump.So basically, I had the paid twice and if I could give him no stars, I would

George Smith was the man who arrived to service my dryer.He was very curtious and knowledgeable. I saw that he came with his own toolbox also (a very professional look). He was able to determine that the issue was the heating element in the dryer had gone out.He quickly offered a solution. He said he might have one in his truck, to which he did, I have to give it to Gerorge for being upfront and honest. He gave me a quote which was VERY reasonable. (That price was with labor and parts)To show how fast he was, he arrived at around 2:55pm. He was done by 3:20pm. He even checked it right in front of me.All in all, great work. I will be coming back to them for my appliance needs.

Highly recommend! It was taking my clothes FOREVER to dry and my dryer was making a weird sound. I called him and he cleaned out all the lint & found lint in places it shouldn’t be. He even checked my washer out too and made a recommendation to replace the shocks. We went ahead and replaced them and after the first wash/ dry I noticed an immediate difference. It took me less than an hour to wash and dry where it would normally take me around 2 hours. So thankful I found his company! Would use again!!!

$575 for a refrigerant service on a fridge is ridiculous. A leak detection test, repair or small welding, and 4 oz of Freon is not worth all of that money. Just got one of their competitors to do the job for less than 200, with warranty. George is a nice guy, very respectful, but this company is silly for this price. Their diagnostic fee is lower than most, but make sure you shop around before you commit to this company.EDIT: The following day I had said competitor come check out my fridge. A proper test was done that did not cost me nearly the price of a new fridge, and it is now up and running. I wasted $55 dollars to have a sub par technician from this company and his helper try to scam me out of money. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and knew what George told me was ridiculous. Just a word of advice George, hooking up your gauges to a machine is not a proper diagnosis of a leak. There was more you couldve done to diagnose the problem without having to put dye in the system and done multiple trips as you say. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT use this company.

George was awesome. I called in the evening and they had next day availability. He showed up at the time I was given, was extremely polite while listening to my concerns, and fixed my dryer quickly. Saved this as my go to appliance repair for next time.

George just left the house and even though there were a few delays with the parts being ordered, they were super cool throughout the process! Recently had a technician from this company visit to check out our samsung fridge that wasnt cooling to see what was the issue, paid 55$ to have a check to see what the problem was. The techinician said it was the main board and wanted 400$ to fix it. I thought it was the compressor because it showed obvious signs.Decided to contact samsung for the warranty and had a technician show up from samsung and i was right. He mentioned it was the compressor. So basically I almost spent 400$ on a repair that wasn’t just wrong but wasn’t needed, most likely would’ve charged me for more repairs.PS: my fridge is working perfectly now, the Samsung technician fixed it the same day and is working great, utilize your warranty before going to a technician it will save you money.

Scheduling was easy and convenient as I received a next day appointment! Appreciated the heads up that George was on his way. Within 5 minutes, he told me what was wrong and informed me of the price, which I felt was very reasonable. Overall, completed the job, in and out, within 40 minutes tops. Highly recommend and will contact again if we ever need assistance.

I honestly forgot to write a review the last time these people were out to my home, which Im really regretting now. The repairman, George, is super professional and always wears his mask as well as maintaining his distance. The receptionist is really nice and schedules you in as soon as they have availability. They send you a confirmation text letting you know that youve been scheduled. They also send you a text with a link for the invoice for the repair. This is our second time (for different reasons) having El Paso Appliance Repair fix our dryer. George was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have had no issues. I recommend them 100% and will keep using them whenever I have issues with my appliances. Thank you for such great service.

My review is mixed because there were aspects of their service I really liked, but also aspects I believe they could improve upon.I really liked their communication via text and digital invoicing. I liked getting real time texts about the technician performing the repair, as I am a remote landlord. The staff were always courteous and friendly.There are a couple of aspects I believe they need to improve upon. First off, I filled out the form on their website for a callback to receive the 10% discount, but didn’t actually end up receiving that discount. Once the problem was diagnosed, it took significantly more time than was estimated for the parts to come in and for the issue to be repaired. I didn’t receive updates on when they planned to complete the repair. It wasn’t until I called in that they just so happened to have received the parts and they were ready to schedule to repair visit. The last thing that bothered me was that every time I called in, I would go to voicemail. Granted, they would always eventually return my call, but it would be more professional to have someone answer calls immediately or at least have an automated wait ring back if they’re on the phone with another customer.Overall, satisfied with their service, but will likely try another service provider in the future.

I recently posted a review on El Paso Appliance Repair and I gave them 1 star only because the issue was not resolved. I fault myself for not reaching back out to the company, if I did I would have known that the company has a warranty on their work for 90 days after the issue. Since my review El Paso Appliance Repair went above and beyond to fix the issue. I am all about customer service in which this company was superb in that area and with that being said I will be more than happy to refer this company and I would be a returning customer if need be. I received fine service from El Paso Appliance Repair. George Smith, their service repairman, was very gentlemanly. He had a kind winsome attitude. He initially came to remove lint from my dryer. That done, I identified a need for repair to my washer. A part(s) were put on order. Later, communication with regard to the part, its arrival and subsequent repair was expedited professionally thanks in part to Gabby, who mans the offices phone line. She is a conscientious communicator.

Not only did George arrive for both appointments promptly, but he also is knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. In addition, he cheerfully did an additional repair at no extra charge. George came to our house on January 24th to determine what was wrong with our dishwasher. He said it needed a new motor and charged us close to $300. For almost 2 weeks he didnt answer any of our calls or text messages inquiring about the part we had ordered. He showed up February 4th and installed the part. After he left and we ran the dishwasher, it continued to leak all over the place. I called him again and again he avoided all calls and text messages. I reminded him in a voicemail that we paid close to $300 to have our dishwasher repaired. Finally, he came back on February 16th and said he would order another part for us; that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Today it is February 25th. No phone call. No update. My dishwasher has now been out of service for a month. We agreed with many of the other reviews on Google. This business seems to be scamming people out of their money. However, we plan on taking it a step further. Well be filing a police report against this companys fraudulent ways and well be taking them to small claims court.

El Paso Appliance was able to schedule me within 24 hours. Great communication on a time frame when technician would arrive. He arrived and explained what was wrong and was able to fix my freezer (whirlpool appliance - freezer at bottom of the fridge). When making the appointment, their fees were explained. And again prior to the work being done. Great price and my appliance is fixed. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the service! Very professional and great customer service. George knows what he is doing and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. George and his wife (who takes calls) are very friendly. They lack professional follow-up with any communication beyond the initial service call. George ordered some parts for me and said they would take a while. I understand that everything is backed up because of the pandemic, but after months of waiting, they did not follow up with me to say, that they are aware of the order still and that things were backed up. I would try to call and see where my order was. I would be told, Ill ask George and get right back to you and never get a call back. I had to keep calling. Finally I was told, George told you it would take a while. They then offered me the part number to order myself on Amazon, which was helpful.

Six month ago I left the following review and 5 stars. So when my dishwasher broke this week I did not hesitate to call El Paso Appliance Repair. I set an appointment last Saturday for the following Monday, between 7-9 AM. I get emails and messages confirming my appointment, including a message at at 6:30 AM saying Gabi is on the way. But no-one shows up by 9 AM. I call them at 9:30 AM, no-one answers the phone but I leave a message, and 24 hours later, no-one has called me back. Is this place still in business? Ill look elsewhere to have my dishwasher repaired. (Full disclosure: the owner finally contacted me at 8 PM after reading this review. El Paso Appliance Repair is wonderful! Fridge was not working and George came out within a few days and fixed it. We continued to experience some issues but he gladly came back the next day and made additional repairs. Great customer service!

My first experience with El Paso Appliance Repair was great! From the initial call to make an appointment to the end of service. They sent me a confirmation text of my appointment along with a picture of the person who will be coming to my house and check my washer. Saul (repair guy) was very respectful, courteous and honest. I definitely recommend their services as they have shown to be a professional business.

I contacted them via phone call, scheduled an appointment, and George drove all the way from an appointment he had in Horizon to the Westside to service my dryer. He diagnosed the issue right away and had the part in his truck to replace the heating unit. Affordable and quick. I will definitely go back to them for other future repairs. Thanks!

The review I’m posting is mixed. I needed my dryer to be repaired. It was difficult to get a hold of this company at times. At first, it was fine, but as callback issues arose, the response was not as fast. They were professional and didn’t charge us labor for callbacks, but it was frustrating that the issue took so long to fix, mostly due to difficulty in contacting them. I left messages but had to continue calling back. Sometimes they would call back but other times it took a few tries to get in contact. I had to call a different company because I wasnt getting any response. They seem like a knowledgeable company, and to be fair, they were dealing with a backlog at the time of our service because one of their technicians quit on them abruptly. That might have been the issue, in which case I completely understand. However, I still think they could work on their dispatch system or response to messages. I had to pay another company a service fee of $45 just for a simple issue (They found that the motor was just a little stuck and the barrel needed to be manually pushed. Literally. That was all they had to do.)

George showed up in a timely manner - even called to come earlier which was very convenient for me. He was scheduled for a fridge repair and after a simple fix he checked another issue with my sink that had come up. He unclogged the sink quickly. Will definitely use again!

I would HIGHLY recommend El Paso Appliance repair. Being a military spouse whose husband is deployed, I was so skeptical about who I could trust to not charge me an arm and a leg. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and did not stop until the job was done. From talking to Gabby on the phone to Saul and George’s amazing work ethic. They made sure to not give up until we figured out what the problem with the dryer was. By the time George had completed the job, I felt as if he were a family friend and had treated us as if he had known us a long time. They are extremely affordable and you’d be crazy not to choose them for all your repair needs. I hope we have no more problems with appliances but if we did, I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Great experience. I priced EP appliance repair with two other companies. George quoted me a price over $400 less for a water heater replacement. Other companies in town seemed to want to tack on a lot of extra fees. Pulling permits with the city for a water heater replacement???The quality of the job is excellent. I would use these guys again.

Very professional and on top of it! I called several places and they had the best deals with the highest rating. They notify you constantly if they are going to be a little late or when your appointment is. The phone receptionist is very sweet and so is the repairman. Overall, great business and great rates! El Paso Appliance Repair-West repair was great! They were very friendly and honest. He didnt try to sell me services I didnt need for my Samsung refrigerator. The cost was very affordable and he came between the time window I was given. I will be calling them for any issues I have with my appliances in the future.

Initially hired to fix my dryer that wasn’t turning on, also ended up unclogging dryer vent. George was very nice, and did a good job. Pricing was fair. Will be calling them back at least once a year to clean out lint from vents.

I recently started having trouble with my Samsung dryer. I used to have the matching washer, but that gave out within a month and was a nightmare to get repaired and eventually replaced. I was hesitant to call because of previous experience with another company not having parts and having to wait. I must say that’s I am absolutely pleased with the service that I received from El Paso Appliance Repair. From the moment I called the staff was extremely attentive. The tech, George S. arrived within the predetermined time window, was very respectful, and got straight to work, in and out within an hour. I will be calling them for any future maintenance needs and would highly recommend to anyone that may be in need of such service. Also, the tech noticed my AC was not working and offered to help, unfortunately I had already called another tech, however, if I am not pleased I will not hesitate to call EPAR. My washer broke down and I called George at El Paso Appliance Repair. He came out and told me what the problem was. Ordered the parts and he came back and installed. The washer came back to life! George was absolutely friendly and very professional. You can see that he takes pride in his business. I found my new repair guy! Thank you, George for everything!

I had scheduled an appointment with George between 9 and 11. The receptionist called at 9:15 and said that George was running late and would be there closer to 11:30. I was fine with, whats a half an hour, no big deal. I tried calling at 12:30 to find out if something happened, I left a message. I called again at 1:30, no answer. I called again at 2:30, no answer. No one ever showed up, no one called, I wonder if they are going to try showing up tomorrow. Unfortunately looks like I need to find a new repair company.

Had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced. Called several plumbers and EP Appliance Repair came in at a respectable amount. George confirmed the appointment and on the day of the job he was punctual and clearly knew what he was doing. The job was done to standard and he replaced the inlet water valve at no additional cost other plumbers said that would be an additional cost Give these guys a call youll be glad you did.

Had George come out about a month ago to do some work on my refrigerator. He was able to change out the compressor and got it running and its been running great ever since. Leaving this review because I called him today to schedule an appointment for my dryer. He wasnt able to make it but sent someone else out that got it going.

This is a review based on my opinion on the service I believe I received. The folks I spoke to over the phone were very polite and professional.First experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Bad feedback after diagnosis was done on water heater. Worst yet I initially advised that I would still like the repair done, but never received a follow up call and didnt answer my calls.EditReceive a concerned call about review as always very polite and asked if anything could be done to win me over. Unfortunately, the heater has been repaired by another company. I must say I was never charged for the trip when the diagnostic was done so theres that.

Left voicemail and Jorge called back within 5 minutes. Explained situation with a.c. unit he said he could have tech out in 30 minutes. Tech named Saul was out in 20 fixed issue in 10. Keep in mind company I was referred to by builder said no techs available until Wednesday and today is Saturday! With 100 degree weather outside no way I could have waited.Saul was polite and professional took the time to explain a few things. Before he left said if we ever needed anything else theyd be available. Fantastic customer service experience overall as a result if I ever need any appliance repair needs theyll be the first company I call.Thanks gentleman!! My kids and I are very appreciative.

Ridiculously easy. Phoned, made appointment, They showed up. really fast Wow.Then he fixed our dryer. Uh, I didnt cry, I didnt have to wait for parts to be ordered, didnt have to deal with a big nightmare. A dream come true in repair service. Price was totally fair and reasonable. Very inconvenient and pricey. Everything with my dryer was working except that it was not heating up. I called on a Thursday, April 29th as soon as they opened at 9am but couldn’t get an appointment till the next day on Friday and was told between 9am-11am. Then later got a text that it was moved to 10am-12pm, no big deal but then when it hit 12pm, the tech wasn’t here. I called and they said he was running late. He didn’t get here till 1:30pm only to tell me when he got here that it wasn’t heating up, which I already knew and told them this when I called them. He said he would have to order a heating element ($150.28!) because they didn’t have it with them and they couldn’t come back until Monday since they are closed on the weekends. Nobody called me to setup an appointment for Monday, so I called them on Monday to see when they were coming back out. I told them I was here all morning so they could come whenever, but they didn’t have anything available until late afternoon when I wouldn’t be available anymore. Had they called me before to schedule, instead of me having to call them the day they are supposed to come out, it could have avoided this. So I waited all weekend plus another day for them to finally they come out on Tuesday to fix it… By the way, I looked up the part # after they gave me the receipt, price ranges for the heating element were starting from $17.99 up to $120, I didn’t see any place charging $150. Look it up yourself, put DC47-00019A in google and you will see the prices for it. And if you are curious, they charge $79.95 for labor. Tax and everything, it costs me $249.22 to make my dryer heat up again.. I only put 3 stars because my dryer is working now and they give you a 1 year warranty, but very inconvenient timing and expensive to repair. Might just buy a new dryer next time.

Ive had George and Saul come to my house on two different occasions for my dyer and then my washer they arrived on time both of them were very nice and professional I would highly recommend them. I plan to call them if I need work done in the future.

In our experience calling around, he was very up-front about the cost for labor & parts whereas most places in the El Paso area were not readily addressing that information so that we could compare prices as consumers. He very swiftly came to do an inspection, and once we realized it was not the dryer itself, he was able to remedy and repair the situation which ended up being our electrical box. Very happy with our decision to hire El Paso Appliance Repair & George was friendly and efficient. Punctuality was also a major plus and all around did a professional job. Highly recommend. Good service. George, tech , is very good and professional. El paso Appliance was upfront about scheduling and price for service fee. Only downside was had to wait for the part to be delivered. George was very upfront about price and about having to order the part needed.

AWFUL service. The owner George ordered a part for my washer and finally came out to install it after I called several times asking for the part. The issue remained unresolved so he came out a second time and charged again claiming to have fixed it. I called several times and he didnt answer until I called from a different number. Needless to say he said he would be here 3 days ago and I havent heard from him and he doesnt answer phone. He proptly cashed the checks though.

El Paso Appliance Repair is the go to business for HVAC repair in El Paso. Whenever I call they give me a same day appointment, which is important when you do not have AC in the summer. Other places I have called wanted me to wait a week for an appointment. The guys who come out are polite and knowledgeable and take care of the issue quickly and professionally. The service that they provide is also very reasonably priced. Five stars without question!

George came over to repair a freezer. He changed a part and told me that it will cool down in a couple of hours. The freezer didnt work. He didnt return my phone calls afterwards. I had to find another company to come and fix the freezer. They explained to me that the piece that George installed wasnt the right one and it was installed incorrectly. :(

This is a small one men show company ran by a guy named George, dont be deceived into thinking its an actual company, this is not a company. George came over to repair a freezer, He changed a part and told me that it will work in a bit. The freezer didnt work at all. I called multiple times to have his wife receptionist tell me that George would call me back, this never happened. I had to pay again another company to come and fix the freezer, the new repair company told me they had done more damage than repairs to the freezer. People such as these should not be allowed to operate.

EP Appliance Repair was able to troubleshoot and repair our $3k+ Whirlpool refrigerator. The lights and Cooling stopped working and George replaced one of the electrical boards that activated the cooling compressor. The fridge failed a week after and George was right back at my house to get us going. We had to order another board which took another 2 weeks. All in all, I am super picky when it comes to work being performed at my house and EP Appliance Repair will be our go to. $400 repair, my eggs are now cold.

Not once but twice, Ive called these guys late in the evening with oven repair issues - one of them a potential gas leak. Both times, Reuben answered the phone and spent several minutes talking me through the problem. He was generous with his time and very knowledgable. Though we didnt end up hiring them - once because the problem resolved itself and once because my landlord had a relationship with another company - I was so grateful and impressed that I asked if I could send a small check as a token of appreciation. Reuben gracefully turned it down and requested just a positive review. So here it is: these guys are honest and capable. Highly recommended.

Call El Paso Appliance Repair to fix our Frigidaire ice maker. They set an appoint for the next day. They can on time and called to notify they were on the way. (HUGH 👍🏻). The technician was professional and informative. He showed me what was wrong. They quoted me a price and the final price was the same. (Unlike other places who change it along the way). I am very impressed with my total service and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

Outstanding service! My refrigerator stopped working and I was afraid of my food spoiling if it wasnt fix right away, so I was willing to pay extra for a same day service from anyone. I first attempted to use the online repair request form on the companys website. It didnt work. That should have been my first clue that El Paso Appliance Repair doesnt have its act together. So I telephoned them and set up a service call for the next day between 12 and 2 pm. I waited and waited and waited some more for the repair technician to show up. I didnt even receive a phone call from the company explaining the delay or no-show. I called the company twice, and they didnt even bother picking up the phone. This man, George, deserves 10 stars out of 5. He came out same day on a Friday to fix our AC. Three other local businesses were going to let us suffer thru a West Texas heat wave for the weekend. He figured out our problem quickly, went and got the new part, had the AC up and running within a few hours of first arriving at our door. Replaced the heating element in my dryer. When I called them to tell them the dryer wouldn’t turn on they never came back out, never returned my calls after numerous voicemails. My wife called several times never received a call back. Paid $180 for nothing since they are never fixed the dryer. Very disappointed I had heard good things about this company.

Called them out for a refrigerator repair it has been 14 days that I ha e been waiting for thwm to repair it. I was told 2 days. Got overcharged on the labor, it is not what I was quoted hourly. I keep getting told they will come out tomorrow, tomorrow comes and goes and no one showed up or calls..... however the owner did call me to correct the situation and seemed very sincere he also discounted a portion of my bill. I would probably give them a second chance since they cared enough to call me ans fix the situation....fast forward less than a week. The part they replaced didnt work or it was not the problem. I text them and told them that my fridge was still at 66 degrees and asked if I could have a refund and they could have the part back or for them to come and fix the real problem....I never got an answer call or returned message back from them.

I can give only most positive feedback to El Paso for the quality, yet very affordable service. We called El Paso Appliance Repair to fix our whirlpool refrigerator. Freezer and ice maker were not working properly. They identified the problem fast and luckily had the required part in stock to fix the ice maker. He came back few days later and fixed our freezer. . A+ or 5-stars goes to El Paso .

I called in a panic thinking I had basically ruined my furnace. George came out, was very courteous, and discovered I had only shorted out a transformer. What I feared would be a $1000 job was only $110.00. He returned the next day and had the furnace up and working within 15 minutes. I highly recommend El Paso Appliance Repair.

Their tech came out and diagnosed our fridge with a broken fan motor in the fridge. He gave me a part number to order and told us to call and they would come back out and put the part in. Well I have made two appointments and they keep no showing me and dont even bother to call back and reschedule. So I got fed up and started to put the part in my self and what do you know its the wrong part. Their tech had me order a part that doesnt even go to my fridge. Worse I plugged in the fridge and the fan works fine. I researched more online and the problem is common with the condensor drain freezing up. So I paid 45 dollars for a tech that had me order the wrong replacement part for a part that wasnt even broken. Complete Idiot. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! 100 Dollars Wasted. USE ANY OTHER REPAIR SERVICE.

George made a house call to check out my dishwasher. I decided to get a new one but I was really impressed with his professionalism. I really appreciated him informing me of my Appliance and what to look for. He even gave me a few suggestions of where I could find some good appliances. Thanks a lot George!

Be careful with them. Called EP Appliance on Jan 25 to come out and diagnose why my washer was leaving clothes still soaking wet after all the cycles had completed. They told me it was the board so I paid them in advance to order the board. Part took over 4 weeks to arrive. They came back the 2nd weekend in March to replace the board and found out immediately that this was not the cause of the problem. They took the new board out and told me they would return later that day with my refund. Never came back. Now 5 weeks later still no refund.

Was hesitant to call a place that isn’t a Best Buy or Sears (rip) but these guys were fast and very friendly with always being in contact with you. They text to let you know your appointment call you to let you know they at eon the way or in my case called to see if they can come earlier and not just show up! Fair priced too

Very professional and quick he knew what he was doing. The first appointment he came and gave me quote he actually new what was the issue of the dryer and show me the part that was broken. And when the part arrived it took him less then an hour to fix it.

Okcalled for flame problems, got up front “tech fee” $49, dude charged 90$ for wiping stovetop down! Called after flames acted up again, same tech, no charge/fix.Felt slighted, asked for discount/refund cuz dude wiped/CLEANED stove. Nothing, claimed “flames fixed”,felt like “rip off”. Oven now broken, not calling again. Emotional damage $49.

Do not use this company!! They are super unprofessional and more than an hour late for their 2 hour window appointment which they did not even bother to call to inform us of the delay. Our washer was not working and they hooked up the hose and it began to produce a foul smell from being hooked up. They overpriced the parts to our washer, and would not come back to unhook the washer to help stop the foul smell -- which did NOT occur until they messed with it. Thanks for terrible service!!!

I paid George Smith over $800 to have him fix our commercial refrigerator and looks like we just lost our money. It still works exactly the same as before he took our money (or rather does not work), and now he does not answer our calls, nor return our messages or text messages. My wife even called using a different telephone number and he did return that call, but as soon as he heard her voice, he hung up and now wont answer calls from that number either. I am taken aback with Georges dishonesty! Sadly, he states on his website being military Veteran. I know older veterans and they have always shown the military used to instill honesty on service men. Have things changed?!? We will take him to court now to get our money back

Jorge was great! I called and they were able to come out the same day and give an estimate. I have two sets of whirlpool cabrio(s), one I have owned for 5 years but has a bad bearing and a newer set that I inherited with my new home purchase. The new set needed a new suspension system and shaft. They assessed both washers and I was advised that it was cheaper and better to repair my old whirlpool cabrio platinum washer. They completed the work in a timely manner and saved me at least a few hundred dollars by not repairing that newer cabrio that needed a whole lot more work. Parts and work also came with a warranty. I will recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

El Paso appliance continues to me my go to company to service my appliances. I have called for services regarding my heating/ cooling unit, refrigerator, and most recently my washer. All the services that have been rendered are conducted quickly and properly at a good price.

I appreciated the honesty and advise George gave and diagnosing the problem & cost up front. Appreciate that professional honesty in that line of work. Also, the precautions he took by wearing appropriate PPE.

I called these guys to come out because my refrigerator fan wasnt functioning properly. A piece of ice had formed over the fan due to a water leak. He removed the ice block and I had to ask him to address the leak as well. In doing so he caused the ice maker to malfunction. Since then Ive gotten the ice maker to function again, but now the water leak is much worse. Ive spoken to tech, as well as left messages and these guys keep blowing me off.Would not recommend.

Very very unprofessional!! We feel we are very understanding when you cant make it to an appointment. We understand that things come up, but no call no show is just plain unprofessional!! I have attrmpted to call them various times and get no answer. The worst part is that this isnt the first time they did this to us. All we ask for is a courtesy call to let us know you wont be able to make it. This way we arent waisting our time waiting for someone who isnt going to show up

Very unprofessional did fine when had to reschuedle then dropped the ball when it came to fixing my dryer no call no show and voice mailbox is full do not use their service address is also a house with no one home when I came to confront them about the no call no show
