Michael was the technician that came to my house to clean my carpet. My life is a little upside down right now, I explained about a leak that had happened and he was so patient and understanding. He explained to me about the chemicals he uses and made it very easy to get my carpets cleaned. He worked very efficiently and thorough. I hope that when people read the reviews, they have an understanding that every situation is unique. As long as you have good communication with the company and the technicians you can have positive experience or successful resolutions. Also, you have to be realistic about the condition your carpet or upholstery is in because no matter what chemicals or cleaning methods are used, There are just some stains and odors that will not go completely away unless you change it completely. Thank you, Michael for coming out and cleaning my carpets with a great work ethic.

Michael was awesome, these guys booked me last minute came in and within an hour he was finished. Love the time they took and the price was great! By far the best ones yet.. I wish I could have taken before photos to really show what he did.

I had this company clean my carpet this morning and Michael did an amazing job. He was super friendly and he called when in his way. If I could give a zero, I would. Where to start? I based my decision on price and dry time. The secretary I spoke with quoted me a fair price and a dry time of 6 hours. The technician (Manny) showed up on time and appeared to me to do a good job. He said the dry time would be 6-8 hours. So far so good. However, after 24 hours my carpets were still damp, meaning that if you walked on them with socks or knelt down on them, your clothes/socks would be wet and you would carry the water to your tile floors. I called the secretary and told her I was displeased with the service and felt the carpets had been over saturated. She said she would contact the technician so he could vacuum the moisture out. I said that was fine. Manny shows up and asks me what the problem is. I tell him the carpets are too wet and that the secretary said he would vacuum them out. He said he didn’t have a machine to do that and that it was normal for them to still be damp after 24 hours because it was cold outside (this, after saying the dry time would be 6-8 hours). He said he could come in and rake the carpets instead to open up the fibers. I should add that he looked displeased to have to come back to correct his work. After he leaves, I call the secretary back and tell her that Manny said he didn’t have a machine to take the moisture out and that I would like a partial refund because if they had told me my carpets would still be damp after 24 hours, I would not have given them my business. She tells me she’ll need to speak with the owner and that either he or she would call me back. I said that would work. Instead, Manny calls me back and is extremely rude, saying why did I cuss out the secretary (I didn’t) and that unfortunately there’s always 2 percent of the customers like me that are problems. He also says that he wasn’t going to pull out his strong vacuum because he felt my carpets were just a little damp. Well, I guess he lied up front at my door about not having the equipment and was either just too lazy or pissed to have to correct his work. He hadn’t even checked my carpets when he told me he didn’t have a machine to pull the moisture out. The conversation got really heated after that and I ended up telling him to go f himself. It’s sad that the owner was most likely not made aware of this problem, as it seems the secretary and Manny kept it between themselves. It seems the secretary lied to Manny as to what I told her as well. After my conversation with Manny, I tried calling the secretary to confirm what Manny said, but she wouldn’t answer the phone. So, I believe I gave this company every opportunity to correct their work or make it right, but they chose lies and hostility instead, and thus, my terrible review for them. Stay far away from this company!

Manny and Phillip have been our go to for a few jobs now. Not only are they quick to get back to us, they do an absolutely amazing job! They take the time to make sure every inch of whatever you ask them to clean is perfect. We’ve had them clean the vents and carpets in our house. The previous owners had a massive hairy dog (which my wife is allergic to). They took care of every spot where dog hair could be left and made sure to get rid of it. They are very respectful throughout the entire process and don’t try and upsell you on any additional services. Manny made great recommendations on what he would recommend but was never a pushy sales man. I plan on using Manny and Phillip for routine carpet cleanings and other items around the house. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

I just moved to El Paso and called Steamway (on Friday) to let them know I was looking for someone who could clean my carpets before my furniture arrives on Tuesday. The lady I spoke to gave me a reasonable quote and said she could schedule me for the next day (Saturday) from 2-3 and Miguel would text me when he was on the way. I moved my air mattress and kids’ stuff and let them skip their usual afternoon nap, thinking Miguel would arrive soon. He never showed up and when I called the business number, it went straight to a voicemail box that has not been set up. If they couldn’t do it, I wish they had just said so, so that I had time to find someone who could.

These guys are the real deal. We had them clean out HVAC ducts in our 100+ year old house on Fort Bliss and they did an excellent job. Jeremy and Greg were professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the ingredients in their fogging solution and they went out of their way to help me find the answer. They did a thorough job and we can already tell a difference in our air quality at home.

I seen a Steamway van in a driveway. From previous encounters with taking numbers down and having work done, I was very cautious about it, as most was not to my expectations. I called and was given a time for them to come out and give me a quote to clean my tile and grout. Mr. John Ruiz came out to look at my tile and notified me that it was dirty and needed done. I went with his call. Mr. Robert arrived on time as they said he would. Mr. Robert was very polite, courteous, and professional. He went right to work. As a professional business, he would call me into the area he was cleaning to show me how dirty the tiles were. I definitely was impressed with the work. With work dealing with carpet cleaning and tile and grout, I will be staying in touch. This is the company to go with. I would recommend Mr. Robert and their business to anyone. Our house is in the upper valley and we were affected by the sewers backing up during the recent rains. I have a sunken tub in the master bedroom and El Paso Water sent Steamway Cleaning out to disinfect the showers and walls in both of our bathrooms. Miguel Reyna came and he did an outstanding job. He also killed the mold that was trying to grow in a part of the ceiling that has leaked. We liked the job that he did so well that we decided to have him come back to clean the area rugs.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good clean up. I hired this company based on all of the five star reviews. Now, I am wondering if the reviews are real. My advice, find someone else. They came to my house twice and rebooked and never made on the expected date and time. Claim that their equipment broke down. Not buying that, very unprofessional and unreliable.I resent the implication that my review was not honest. You are not being honest. We had two visits. First, was the visit for an estimate and we agreed and booked a cleaning for the following Monday. Your technician arrived and said he did not bring the proper equipment to do the job so we rebooked for Sat. when my husband would not be working. MY Husband called you when you did not arrive - ten minutes after the scheduled time and he was told that there was a problem with your equipment. We did not receive any sort of courtesy call we called you for the record when no one showed up. Thanks but no thanks as to your offer. I will look for someone else.

After looking at several companies for this, I decided to go with this one. They were very responsive and able to come the next day. The sectional I had cleaned looks brand new. The carpet and area rug looks great. Isaiah did a very good job overall.

They quoted me on the phone for one price. they showed up and quoted me 50 dollars more because the front lady is new or something and she didnt know how to give estimates. Not my fault. i called in work to have this done.

I am new in the beautiful city of El Paso. It is shocking how responsive and professional these men are. But there was one man by the name Mannuel who got the job done fast, and, I must say, quite perfect! I have 4 dogs, and my little girl Dorothy unfortunately has a tumor in her intestinal region. My poor baby has been having bad diarrhea all around the house and it has caused a bad stench that other services have failed to fix. I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Steamways Carpet Cleaning services. I was very skeptical at first because of the other services that did almost nothing to get rid of the smell much less the stains. Mannuel got the job done fast and with ease. This man took me by surprise, he told me not to worry and he was right, as every stain and stench was terminated in I would say under an hour. (I have to apologize if I spelt his name incorrectly). I definitely will be using Steamway Carpet Cleaning services even after Dorothy’s surgery. Thank you all I wish I could give even more stars!

These guys are a 10 I was very pleased with the work they did getting all the stains out of the house we were renting when we were in El Paso. Unfortunately my experience wasnt good. Left the carpet over saturated with water and chemicals took about 2 days to dry and now it smells. I was disappointed as I called the day after they came and was told that the 48 hour guarantee was not possible (which I wasnt warned beforehand.) Told me I would have to pay it as a new service all over again. Please let your customers know about the 48 hour policy and whether itll be valid or not before having them sign any papers.

They did an amazing job with all 3 rooms. Michael was so well versed on the details of the cleansing and so polite throughout the whole process. They’re pricing is very reasonable, couldn’t ask for anything better!

Scheduled for the day I requested with no problems. Texted before they arrived to let me know they would be arriving soon. Carpets didn’t appear very dirty but looked much cleaner after they were done. Fast and efficient. Smells good and looks clean.

I cant rate how they clean because they never made it to my apartment. Ive called them 3 days in a row. Each time they said they were on the way. Then an hour later I call and he said car trouble or my phone died and that he would come the next day. NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED. I ended up calling someone else. These people are so unreliable & full of it.
