Was serviced with Hever and his partner. They were quick. Been needing furniture that was gifted to me to be cleaned. Turned out ok. I barely started sitting in them and truthfully they had no scent of being cleaned. No shampoo smell good scent was left behind.I wouldnt recommend. Ive had my home smell really nice with other providers in other states Ive lived in. This one simply isnt that impressive for service.

Amazing professional service and my couch looks almost new. I needed someone to schedule me in quickly and these guys were at my house in a few hours. Also, they just left and the couch is already almost dry. I’ll definitely use them again!

What a great service! They have competitive pricing compared to other companies. Mark came and did the estimate. He was prompt, knowledgeable, polite and professional. The men who came to do the service were Carlos and Hever and I received the same from them. They did a wonderful job on getting my grout so clean and like new again! This is at a property that I am renting and the grout has probably not been cleaned since the home was built, so it went from black to white and gray the original colors of the grout. I would 100% choose Steam Wizard again and again for their services and definitely recommend others to do the same.

We hired this company after our 70 lb. dog decided to leave her tummy ache on our sectional (yuck). So happy with their professionalism, and most importantly their work! Our sectional feels brand new and smells amazing! Very impressed! I also liked that the owner called the next day to check on their work and my satisfaction. Will definitely hire them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my sectional cleaned. It’s only 3 years old but my toddler and her snack spills and small accidents had it looking rough and not smelling as fresh as it could even with my spot cleaning.Hever did a good job. Very friendly and informative, fair pricing. Smells fresh, looks much better.(Pictures in the left column are before, right column is after. Pictures were also taken before fully dried)

I was able to schedule next day service. The technician, Carlos was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had 2 sofas and an ottoman that needed cleaning and everything looked great when he was finished.

Steam Wizard technician, Ricky, did an amazing job cleaning my sectional sofa. It had been sitting in storage and had a couple minor stains on it, and he was able to get it looking brand new again. Their 5 star ratings are reasonably earned. Not only were they a able to fit us in last minute, but they did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning and two repairs. The employees were friendly and quick with the job.

They did a great job cleaning our carpets! We have kids and a puppy, so carpets tend to get pretty dirty. They were able to get all the stains and pet odors out. Service is quick and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I requested a dryer duct cleaning for the first time in 15 years. I am so glad I did. Steam Wizard’s professional technician pulled out a couple sweaters worth of lint. I should have done it A LOT sooner. The technician patiently attacked the duct from both sides to clean it right. I’m going to sleep better, and my dryer is more efficient. That was money well spent!

Hever did a great job! The couches and area rugs smell and look like new. He was on time, patiently answered all my questions and cleaned thoroughly. We will definitely use them again!

I had a super person for years and loved his work but he retired. I was dubious about having someone new in the house but Mark from Steam Wizard came out and did a marvelous job. He was careful with furniture which I appreciate. My carpet was really soiled and I didn’t think it would come clean. But it came out looking brand new and I was delighted. Wow!!! Very professional. On time, they do the job right. Starting with vacuuming the area first, shampoo and scrub, then wash and rinse. The carpet dried within 3 hours. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them!

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Steam Wizard is. I called to have my bedrooms, pet room, and mattress cleaned. (I put an after photo in this review of my mattress and I wish I would have taken a before photo because the difference was incredible!) He was able to get cat vomit, blood, and chocolate milk off my mattress and he was super professional! I called and got service the same day! I am recommending them to my family and friends.

Steam Wizard has been cleaning my carpet for many years. Mark has upgraded the equipment that cleans the carpet and the improvement is noticeable. They did a good job before the upgrade but now their work is exceptional. Their recent cleaning of my carpet was an eye opener. They did just an outstanding job! I recommend them highly.

Ive called Steam Wizard several times because Mark and his Dad are very professional, on time and fast. Mark senior repaired our carpet with two seams needing repair and a corner that was tucked in. Mark Jr. vacuumed and steam cleaned our carpets to perfection. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend their services.

By far the best carpet cleaners in El Paso! They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Thomas meticulously and thoroughly cleaned my high quality carpet making it look like new again. Their multi-step process and special chemicals removed all the spotting and grime without damaging my carpet. I couldn’t be happier!

This is 3rd time that I’ve used Steam Wizard. Mark did great job cleaning my carpet. His cleaning process cleaned and brightened the carpet. He was careful to leave plastic under the feet of any furniture moved to allow carpet to dry.

Wow! Very impressed with the service I received. I called because my son vomited on the carpet I asked for him to work on other rooms and rugs as well. I’ve had my carpets cleaned many many times before but the attention to detail really stood out. I noticed one of the times he seemed unsatisfied and on his own he went back and re-cleaned the area. Lastly everything was dry in a couple hours. I just want to say you won’t be disappointed and I also want to say thank you.

Courteous and professional family business. Few contractors go above and beyond to make their customers feel special, and Steam Wizard is part of this small group. I called requesting a duct cleaning due to an unpleasant odor generated during my AC operation and they were gracious to take a moment during the call and provide a few solutions in an attempt to resolve the issue. Ultimately, they arrived for the duct cleaning a couple of days later. They explained the service in detail, did what they could to try and troubleshoot the source of the odor, and added cleaners and deodorants to remove it. This was all at the lowest price of the 3 other contractors who quoted me for duct cleaning. They seek to have customers for life, and they have certainly earned my future business.

We suffered a house fire that left smoke damage. The house smells like smoke, after market came out and assess the damage he got right to work! He did an amazing job and got the smell of smoke out of my house and made it possible to go into the house again with out breathing in smoke. Will definitely be going back

They worked as a team well and cleaned the inside of my 15’ duct run. They also went beyond their scope and and inspected furnace ducting around the unit and cleaned up and taped a possible air leak on the exhaust vent. They were polite and professional. Mr. Mark and Cesar provided a thorough cleaning of our HVAC duct system after a fire in our kitchen/laundry area. Their expertise was obvious as they thoroughly cleaned the ducts in all our home. My disabled husband and I were leary of the soot/ashes continually dispersed each time AC came on. Mr. Mark wanted to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied with their service before they left which we definitely are since were a lot more at ease now that they cleaned our ducts. He went above and beyond the duct cleaning...they cleaned the debris behind washer, dryer, fridge and hot water heater closet.We highly recommend them for any cleaning job you might need.👍🏼👌🏼
