Angel and Keith did a great job. They arrived on time and finished quick. They are two individuals that know how to treat their customers. The company is great and equipment is very top notch. Good prices that you can’t beat. Highly recommend Stanley steamer for your carpet and stairs.

Very knowledgeable Matthew was. It was Alberts first day but he was very eager and will learn quickly. Both Mathew and Albert were quite professional and courteous. They did not rush through the process. The equipment used was in good shape except for one of the compressed air hose couplers which leaked a bit. Even so the before and after pictures showed job well done.

The gentleman came and were very courteous. They explained everything and went straight to work. They did an awesome job and will calling in a few weeks to get the grout and tile cleaned as well. They did my stairs and the sectional.

A side from being polite, informative and on time, Keith did an amazing job on my sofa and Love seat that have never been cleaned. Dining room chairs look great! Thank you Keith keep up the good work. I would absolutely use this service again and recommended it for furniture cleaning!

Company came out and cleaned my ducts, but every time the AC came on all my furniture would get dusty. I called and Andrew immediately told me they would clean them again at no charge. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Stanley Steamer to clean your ducts.

Matt and Keith are wonderful. They told us what they were doing all the time. They showed pictures of the progress in the air ducts. They found wasps on an outside patio and sprayed them so we wouldn’t get stung.

Purchased a new house and decided to have it cleaned prior to moving in. Saw an add and decided to give them a try. They came on time however left a mess and didnt even clean very well. Animal hairs are still being found all over the place. The rug still smells. I cant recommend them. Use someone else. These people are a waste of money!!!

Stanley Steemer rectified previously less than average service. The owner contacted me directly, to schedule a complimentary cleaning (comes with the original cost). The owner of this location and another member came out to review the previous work, and then took the appropriate measures to legitimately clean the sofa. The previous employees were there for less than an hour, and it took the second crew upwards of 3-hours. I appreciate the willingness to fix the situation.Original review: I have a white couch and a dog, the material wicks away liquids, but the dogs are rough on it. Had the team come out to do a deep clean on the sofa, and came back to far from excellent work. Ended up taking the Bissell spot cleaner to it, and got even more out of it. They called to tell me cushions were still brown, and the stains weren’t coming up, however I lifted a good sum of the stains myself. Additionally the sectional was not put back together, which I understand could be for drying purposes, but it made more work for me.Easy to reserve, and they were prompt. It cost way too much for how much effort was put into the job. Wouldn’t schedule with them again.

We had two runners that bled red into our light carpet and also had some leaks that left rust stains in another room. After Brandon spoke to the owner, Andrew, they will be coming back to use special products on the red and rust stains. And this is at no extra charge!!Honesty— Brandon could have tried to sell us their “stain guard” (like Scotch guard), but he recommended against it until we got the other stains out and fix our potential leak issue.Highly recommend Andrew and his team at Stanley Steemer.

Your technician do a super job. It is your scheduling that was terrible. I was scheduled between 0900 & 1200. I got called just before 1200 saying they were going to be arriving around 3:00. I learned the crew that was supposed to clean our house had a very large property before us. Why were we even scheduled that early.Your schedular should know the size of the respective jobs so the customer is not waiting all day. We have lives also; dont jerk around you customers, $. /JJB

I used Stanley Steemer of El Paso to clean the ductwork in my home because my allergies were getting very bad.Enrique and Agustin came today and did an amazing job cleaning all of the ductwork, including the dryer duct.They arrived on time, were extremely nice, reviewed the work agreed before starting, cleaned very thoroughly afterwards, and finished earlier than planned.They also showed me the before and after pictures, and I’m so glad I had this done!I could tell the difference in air quality immediately.I will definitely use Stanley Steemer of El Paso again.-ML (Las Cruces, NM)

Had a customer ahead of us that was taking longer than planed. Scheduled us for later in the day, called when coming, and completed work in a timely manner. Happy with the work and explained what they were doing and why. Tile was cleaned and a sealer applied to the grout. Looks wonderful.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!I keep a clean house. The carpet was brand new when I moved in (I’ve been living here 3 years total) and in great condition. Unfortunately my cat had an accident in the corner of my daughter’s bedroom. I treated it as best I could and immediately called a service to have the whole carpet cleaned.They finished 2 bedrooms in 15 min which I thought was unusually fast.The left my carpet soaking wet. So wet, water was spilling out onto the tile into the hallway. They charged additional for an enzyme treatment. My carpet took 3 days to dry and even then the padding underneath was still swollen with water. My daughters bedroom smelled terrible. Like mildew and cat piss but throughout the entire carpet now. Completely disappointed, I called back and they had another crew come to redo the service. Exact same thing, they sprayed deodorizer, in and out in minutes, soaking wet carpet. It was basically them dumping water and cleaner into the carpet without sucking any of it out. But I was assured the job was done right. But it wasn’t. A week with all the furniture in my living room waiting for soaking wet carpet to dry, $150, and mildew smelling carpet is what I got. I’m currently waiting on my refund. A manager was sent back out to access the carpet. He was completely unprofessional. Completely. I never wanted someone more out of my house than this man. I mean it, never use this company.

We were moving into a new Home and the first day we arrived, we noticed an odd smell in the home after it had been closed for a while. We started to vaccum the carpeting and got a large amount of dirt and what may have been pet dander out. We decided to have the carpets cleaned before we actually started to move furniture. We did a search for Stanley Steamer on a Saturday afternoon, found their web site, booked a cleaning for 8am Monday morning, paid for the cleaning and got a call at 7:40am telling me they were 5 minutes from arrival.The efficiently setup, cleaned the carpeting, deodorized them and were packed up and out the door in about an hour. I was very pleased with the entire engagement. I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer to anyone needing carpet cleaning services and plan to use them again soon.

The two gentlemen from Stanley Steamer arrived early. They were friendly, explained how their steamer system worked and immediately got to work.My dirty carpet was clean in no time. They also gave me a 10-day warranty which states, if you are not satisfied with the results after a 24-hour drying time, we will return and re-clean the carpet free of charge. WOW! Simply WOW. I had grout cleaning done and, when I saw the results, I could not stop saying WOW. We bought a house and I wonder if the floors had every been washed by the previous owner. The grout throughout the house was black instead of a light brown. I was hoping Stanley could get some of the dirt up but did not expect that the whole house would look like new! Shampoo carpet is to clean not just wet carpet n vacuum. I dont just wet my hair when I shampoo I scrub n rub n rinse. Then dry. Im a very clean house keeper but their was spots n entrance to room when I addressed the issue he went back n cleaned it n stain was gone. I did tell him I wasnt happy w the service. I shouldnt have to tell him to go over the area that needed more attention👎

The people who came to clean my carpet were very punctual and the entire process was fairly quick. I am very pleased with my results my carpet no longer smells, and it looks better than when I first moved in.

Cleaning guys were polite and friendly (woman that booked the appointment, not so much), but a friend is not what I needed. Our dog had started peeing on a small patch of carpet in the bedroom all of a sudden. I paid extra for an enzyme (they recommended) to be used when cleaning the area. They were in and out in a VERY short time. When they left the carpet was sopping wet and actually smelled far worse than before it was cleaned. The problem is obviously with their extraction equipment. If you need the job done correctly I strongly suggest you look elsewhere!

From the start you could tell that James and Alicia did not want to be here. They finished four rooms in 30 minutes. But when they were done the carpet was soaking wet. I asked Alicia about it and she said that that is all they could get up. It seemed she kept mentioning the dog hair and blaming it on that. It took me several questions to get her to understand that there was too much water left in the carpet. She said they could extract again but she thought that was the best it would get. I said forget it. After they left we took out our Hoover carpet cleaning machine and began extracting. We got 3 quarts of water out of two bedrooms and are still working; all that from an inexpensive, non-professional machine.

They were on time, fair with their price and kind to my family. The problem I had was that they left a mess, walking in off the street with their shoes on all over my other flooring to get to the carpet that was to be cleaned. They took a whole 15 min to clean the carpet that needed to be cleaned, then when they went back to apply the scotch guard they didnt remove their shoes either, just walked over the floors sprayed the stuff on, collected their money and left. I was dissapointed that a company that is supposed to be caring for your flooring had such disregard for mine.
