I cant say enough good things about Axis Air! They recently upgraded my house from an old swamp cooler and outdated furnace to a modern refrigerated air system. The entire process was seamless.This house didn’t have any existing ductwork. They installed all-new ductwork, and also upgraded my outdated 1950s fuse box to meet current safety codes. Called axis air and they had availability the next day. Gave me a range of time of arrival and they arrived within that window. The guys (Juan) were so friendly and nice and found the issue right away. They fixed it immediately. So grateful for the fast response and great service as it was causing damage inside our home. 10/10 would recommend and use for future needs.

Addition: Weve been calling for a resolution w no answer. I think theyre refusing to answer our calls because how is no one ever in the office? We paid this company a lot of money for a product thatll need follow-up service and we cant rely on them to fulfill that need. We still havent received our vents or our refund for the work we shouldnt have been charged for. Im really unsatisfied and disappointed. I expected better.Original: Their communication is terrible. We had work done just over a year ago and called in for a leak. Whatever they fixed wasnt part of the warranty, tho it shouldve been. They asked us to leave a review so here it is. Weve waited over a year for our vents they were supposed to install as part of the new a/c set up. The clog happened after the new a/c was installed after 20+yrs of no leaks. They offered a military discount and then didnt honor it. They dont return our calls or texts. I just want my vents, and my discount for services I shouldnt have had to pay for to begin w since I had a warranty. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Called Axxis air regarding a potential clog in the condesation line and was helped by Stephanie who setup an appointment. The tech that came out was on time and very professional, fixed the drain and also did a quick cleaning of the unit as well as resealing the duct. They also checked the Freon levels and recommended we fill them at a later time since it is not AC season and would be harder to detect any leaks, after the service was completed I spoke with Justin who verified the service and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Recommend 100%, will be calling them back in the spring!

My AC wasnt acting quite right, so I reached out to Axis Air. I was surprised to get an appointment as quickly as I did, and very grateful! Jorge did some very thorough troubleshooting and maintenance. He was very personable and patiently answered all of my questions. He put my mind at ease because I was very concerned about the cost if something major was wrong. He assured me he would figure out what was wrong, and he did. My system is working very well now. After shopping around and getting quotes from various companies around town I decided on Axis Air. Justin the sales rep/owner was ready to go my house a couple hours after i saw their advertisements to set up a quote, within minutes, I decided to go with them because he offered me the best price on a Trane, not only that, the attention to detail prompt responsivenes, courteous treatment by explaining the process and asked us if we had any questions during the installation and being on time ready to go by having equipment in stock ready to install the next morning on time by fully equipped crew which was impressive. I would definitely recommend A++++.

Bought my AC unit through Justin back in 2018, he had great customer service then and still has great customer service now. Our unit had issues last week and we contacted Justin again, him and his team were very helpful, figured what the issue was and got our AC going again.

Justin and his crew were extremely helpful and handled themselves with the utmost professionalism thought the entire process.I spoke to them Monday morning for a quote and by 1pm on Tuesday the entire installation was complete. I had an excellent experience with the technician who fixed my AC unit. Jorges professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue efficiently. Do your research and pay a little more to go literally anywhere else. After almost a month of back and forth with the owner, I was lied to over and over. Waited all day three times for inspectors that never showed because they were never scheduled. (Verified with city inspections office. They werent scheduled because a permit wasnt pulled until I insisted an inspection needed to be done.) Finally showed and inspection failed. Was promised that Justin would show up multiple times--never showed. Amount I owed him changed multiple times and an invoice was not given the day payment was demanded. Neither was a receipt. Amount on the invoice I finally received didnt match any of the charges. I was charged extra for and promised I had high-efficiency units. He kept telling me hed show me the invoices from the manufacturer that proved two least efficient units could somehow combine to create a high efficiency system. Received a text thirty minutes prior to our set appointment that oh, turns out they didnt install high efficiency units. None of this even includes the terrible work that was done on install. Even the city inspector said it was clear that the installer did the quickest work possible and that shortcuts were taken. Justin kept spouting laws and city codes that could not be backed up by anything when I requested proof. Then had the gall to ask me if I wanted to test my theories in court when I called him out on them. I said yes, Id love to. Still waiting to hear from his legal team. After he tried to give me a check for $800 LESS than what was owed, he started changing all of the amounts. I was initially told that if I paid in full at time of install, I would receive the tax amount as a discount. The guy who paid him at the time of the install was not given ANY information about tax being charged if a credit card was used (proof in text.) Entirely DIFFERENT amount was charged to the card, not matching discount OR tax. Justin finally stated that because we used a credit card and not cash, he had to claim it and therefore he had to charge me the tax. Wont even bother to comment on that one.He finally posted the full $1,200 refund to the credit card on file, and this week, it was withdrawn. $0 returned at this point, over a month later.It has been a nightmare. Incredibly disappointed because Justin seemed like the nicest, most trustworthy person. Be cautious and do your research. Dont let him tell you I was bad customer, like theyve done with every single bad review on this page. I have every single text saved. Never once used bad language, waited patiently day after day for people to show up, paid in full up front. Every phone conversation was kind. He seemed so genuine. All I wanted was honesty. I never received it. I did tell him I would take it to small claims court and that I would hire a lawyer because he would not show up with the reimbursement when he said he would and then kept changing what I owed. You can only take so much dishonesty and theft before you have to call for backup.Congratulations on taking advantage of a single mom who saved up for a long time to finally get refrigerated air. Desperately wish I had saved longer and gone with Omega.*updated since it doesn’t let you respond to business *Exactly the expected response. More mistruths. Inspections had to be INSISTED on. And no refund has been posted. My personal business isn’t yours, but yes, that refund was owed to me. Posting about it being my ex husband was wildly inappropriate. How we handle our finances is absolutely none of your business. And forcing payment without immediate invoice or receipt for payment is, in fact, illegal. (Texas business and commerce code 601.052.) Took me weeks to get an invoice from you and it didn’t even match ANY of the amounts paid or quoted. Try again. Also, a lawyer was mentioned TWICE. Not countless times. Your version of events definitely does not match text evidence. Happy to print entire text thread if you’ll just have your legal team contact me like you promised.

George was very professional and helped us with our ac unit! It went out on Wednesday and we called the company that installed it but they said they could not come out till Tues! I looked up other companies but Axis was the one with great reviews. Fortunately they came out that same day on a Friday even. Wow!! Im so impressed at how thorough George was to find the problem. We needed a new circuit board. Unfortunately it was not available till Monday. The weekend without ac was doable but rough. George was here Mon morning at installed the circuit board. Omg the ac was running perfectly after!! Im so greatful for this company and especially George. I cannot recommend them enough. Any time anything goes wrong with the ac...we have another downstairs 🤦‍♀️I know who to call from the start. Thank you again:)

Jorge with axis air was amazing. We had no A/C and we were burning up. Jorge came in ready to figure it out. Extremely professional. Showed me what part needed to be replaced and he nailed it. Told me they were going to be here at 0800 in the morning. Did not show up until about 1130. After arriving they did a good job. Finished fixing the issue in less time than they estimated.

My sister called this company because her a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. They sent Jorge who proceeded to sabotage her equipment to charge her for services she did not need. We called another HVAC company who showed where Jorge re-wired the thermostat and the furnace to where they wouldn’t work properly. Jorge also attempted to bill us for Freon that was not needed and couldn’t be recharged anyway while the A/C units were OFF. Ultimately, the problem was a manufacturer defect with the condensation pump which the original installer replaced at cost. Jorge also proceeded to speak very unkindly about the HVAC company (who I will not name) that did the original work and fixed his attempt to sabotage our equipment. Everyone who reads this review, please do yourself a favor and RUN! Don’t walk, away from this overrated, horrible, company full of thieves who prey on and take advantage of people who have limited knowledge of home HVAC systems. If I could, this review would have ZERO stars instead of the generous ONE.

The Axis Air team provided excellent service. The team was fast, efficient, and clean. They made sure to answer any questions and reached out after the install to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Nothing but great service from this company on my routine maintenance calls. They have been my go to after they did great work on my install of my Trane unit. Always quick to reply and schedule and they show up when they say they will. Techs are knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

Awesome showing up on a timely matter. Last year I couldn’t get anyone to even show up from other companies so AC went unfix. This year was a “one and done” resolution, loved the AxisAir experience.

Justin was able to give me a very fair price on a split system install. He was honest and went out of his way to make the process simple. I was pleasantly surprised when the install took roughly 4 hours. Installer was here right on time and did a very clean and efficient job. Will recommend AXIS to all my family and friends.

Axis air installed a unit on9/18/23. I paid Justin $8000 dollars. The inspection was never completed , he has never rescheduled it. Numerous calls and text have gone unanswered. During this cold spell , the heater did not work, mind you, this is a new unit! Danny the repair man said” well , it is like a car, sometimes new cars can be bad.” Justin refuses to speak with us. He threatened to cancel the warranty on the unit , but he never gave me registration for the warranty, still waiting. He said we could find someone else to fix the unit. Unprofessional behavior.

Justin (owner) was responsive and professional from day 1 when we asked for a quote. He always got back to us within a couple hours and followed up consistently during the entire process. They had great prices, wonderful service, kept their appointments and installed a great AC unit (replacing our old swamp cooler). He was so polite and respectful in person as well and made sure his team cleaned up after the installation and checked everything personally when we went on a walkthrough afterward. Thank you so much for the great experience!!! We have been burned by contractors before, so we were extremely cautious, but our decision paid off. I recommend them to anyone!

A family member referred me to Axis Air when I asked for recommendations on who should give me an estimate on refrigerated air. Justin got in contact me shortly after my family member contacted him. I received an estimate the next day and had my refrigerated air installed one day later. The owner and workers who installed the unit were timely and professional. I have had the refrigerated air for a little over a week and am completely satisfied. They also installed the Google Nest which is a nice way to control the air in the house. Highly recommend Axis Air for anyone considering getting refrigerated air at a fair price.

I was looking for refrigerated air since its been hitting 100 more often. Made an appointment, got quoted a really good price, zero down and I got financing, they have options. The owner Justin was very helpful, we got everything done the same day. Next day his guys show up and a few hours later its cold in my house! Im so happy with the great job they did, very professional, work looks great. I recommend these guys for sure!

Stay away from this company!!! I was selling my house and the potential buyer hired them to see if the A/C unit needed repair, but they said it was better to replace it because supposedly the unit had so many issues. I hired another HVAC company and got the air filters replaced, did some standard maintenance things and the AC unit works perfect. I went from possibly buying a $12K unit to replacing filters for $60. What a ripoff of a company.

Messaged the company for a quote as my swamp coolers and furnaces were on their last leg and rusted as hell. Got a fast reply, sound recommendations and very upfront information about the equipment, costs and work to be done. Was guaranteed completion in a day! We decided to pull the trigger on the job and they came in , pulled the 2 old units down, pulled pulled out the 2 furnaces, merged the duct work and installed the new unit and thermastat. Everything was fast, professional, and smooth. And we got two closest back! now we are enjoying out cold, non humid air. Highly recommended company and service. The workers were professional and Justin came and did a walk through ensuring everything was 100%.

After years of contemplating installing refrigerated air we finally did it! Now I regret not doing it years ago. The employees are very professional. The service is great. The cost was well worth it. Had a 5-Ton System put in to replace my old cooler. They started in the morning and had finished by the afternoon.I just was truly impressed with the quality of the installation. They were very understanding of all my questions and made the whole process a pleasure.That old adage of “you get what you pay for” still seems to hold true. I couldn’t recommend their services enough!

I love these guys, came to give me an estimate on a Sunday which is unheard of now a days. They had my equipment available with in 24 hours, gave me a reasonable price upfront, their competion was double the price. The installation was professional and proficient. I wish my experience with this company was as great as all the rest of the reviews on here… I’m really disappointed at how expensive this conversion was and how poorly it performs. For a year I struggled with gas leaks from the installation and inadequate cooling. Every time the techs came out to look at the unit they washed their hands of it “the system is running how it’s supposed to”. Ok…. But i have my thermostat set at 65 degrees and the house is still in the upper 70s…. Then in June (more than a year after installation) i realized that the bathtub overflow drain was sucking in air every time the AC was running. Had to have someone come out and install an additional air return vent which should’ve been part of the initial installation. After that the unit finally stopped working so hard and the house started getting cool. Now there’s issues again and no one is willing to acknowledge that I should not have to deal with as many issues as I’ve had in a year for a conversion as high expensive as $6500. I slept with ice packs in my bed last night cause of the failure of a year old unit…. If I could do it over I would have gone with a different company.

We upgraded our home from swamp coolers to refrigerated air with InnovAir this week. Greg Martinez was our consultant. Mr. Martinez did an extensive review of our current System; our furnance, our electric panel etc. Mr. Martinez rather than offering a “cookie cutter” solution; Mr. Martinez presented several cost effective options. He explained the costs, the benefits (and drawbacks) of each solution in detail. We signed a contract with InnovAir. The instillation crew arrived when promised. They completed the job when promised. They cleaned up after the instillation. You would have never know they were there. The electrician arrived the following day and was a pleasure to work with. He completed the necessary upgrade so that the new InnovAir system would work properly. We spoke with six different HVAC contractors for quotes. InnovAir provided the best value. They were on time, on budget with clear communication with every step of the process from signing the contract to Mr. Martinez returning after the instillation to teach us about the system and how it operated. I would highly recommend InnovAir if you are seeking to switch to refrigerated air and to request Mr. Martinez to assist you in designing a system which will meet your needs

Highly recommend. From the initial estimate to the day of installation all the employees were very professional. Helped us find the best option for us. The day of the installation they made everything so simple and worked non-stop. The installation crew went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

We got a few quotes and Innovair was the most reasonable price especially with experiencing a shortage on supplies. Most other companies wanted to upcharge due to the shortage and had a two week + waiting period. They installed a 4 ton Champion Package unit in one day. The technicians were professional and Gregory did an excellent job of explaining and performing a walk thru on the installation. Talk about Fast service!! Called on a Tuesday for Swap cooler to AC, I delayed on closing the deal or else they could have installed the next day but they had main system installed on Thursday House is much cooler, the Rudd system the installed Is very quiet . Few items on back order but got parts and got everything done on Monday! Very professional, Friendly. They took all the trash and unwanted items, cleaned as they went along. Very Affordable compared to other companies with in the El Paso Area. Will definitely use them again.

I wanted to wait to post a review until all work had been completed, but at the rate were going, who knows when thatll be. I had my dads system installed on 4/25/2020 (they posted pictures on their FB page). As of today, 6/9/2020, my dad is still waiting on his filters (because they did not have them in stock) and the city inspection. I completely understand having some delay due to the current situation; however, I feel were getting the run around now. I was able to get a hold of Justin (because he never bothered to get in contact with me) and we set up a June 3rd appointment to have the filters delivered and installed. As it turns out, he had the incorrect size (not sure how that happened because as the installers, they should have the size of system that was installed in their records). I have been dealing with Justin and he has not been very professional. They NEVER arrive when they say they will. On installation day, I was told 9 a.m., they didnt show up until after 10 a.m. I was told the filters would be delivered the day after installation, no one showed, called, or anything. Justin doesnt bother to communicate at ALL! I tried calling him last week and he didnt answer, I text, no reply. I have been told several times by Justin, I will call you back in 10 minutes with the confirmation, at the beginning when requesting the contract (I shouldve read between the lines then, and went with someone else) and several times when he said he would schedule the city inspection. To my knowledge, NO INSPECTION HAD BEEN COMPLETED on the work. And if it has, again, this is lack of communication on Justins part, because he said he would let us know if the inspector shows up and just looks at the system from the outside. This in itself is troublesome, but hey, theyre the experts, right? I did send him a text prior to submitting this review and still no response. I have been EXTREMELY patient with Justin and his team; however, I am at my wits end and will now be submitting a formal complaint through BBB. I will NOT use this company again! WE NEED THE FILTERS AND INSPECTION FOR MY DADS SYSTEM!

So far so good installation went well cant complain, they came to do their job and got it done in several hours, explained how to use it which was pretty straight forward. Thank you Justin and crew for you service.

We are very happy that we chose E.P. InnovAir to install our refrigeration system. Gregory, operation manager, was our first introduction to this company. He arrived at our home and explained options, the process, and gave us estimates. He was professional and did not put pressure on us to make a quick decision. After serval other estimates, from other companies, we agreed on E.P. InnovAir. While our system was being installed we met the owner of the company, Justin. He made sure we were happy with the installation and service, which we are. We even had some minor adjustments that needed to be taken care of, a few days after installation, and that same day we brought it to their attention, Gregory came by to correct it. Its been a little over a month that we had our system installed and we are extremally happy with it and E.P. InnovAir.

Justin and Stephanie not only were they very profesional but courtious as well. Service was done quickly and he even made a follow up call to see how my system was operating. I would defenetely recomend this company.

A five star rating means completely satisfied. The service provided was good, performed on time, and as described in the quote. However, the company does not pay attention to fine details. My personal standards are not too strict, but require a minimum level of attention to detail. As a piece of advise to the company, all work performed must be supervised and verified for quality. I would recommend this company.

Conversion to central heating and cooling. Starting with the initial meeting with your staff(David Garcia) and the two men who did the actual installation everything was so professional. Your staff is hardworking, courteous, and helpful. Thank you on the good work and timeliness.

Justin is unprofessional. Did not do inspection. Never answered his phone when called about warranty on a unit and the proceeded to say he will just void the warranty. Awful business.

Terrible Customer Service!!* Sales man offered to match a no payment for 3 months competitors offer by issuing a check totalling 3 months payment. When the deal made they never requested any proof or mentioned any policy. After installation they gave us a world of excuses for not issuing it and treated us in an very disrespectful way.* City permit was requested 13 days after installation and installation inspection is still pending, which means we might be in danger without knowing.* Sales man offered gave us a quote (we accepted), received an invoice for that amount, and at time of signing the contract the total was $390 higher. They said it was a fee charged by the bank but after calling the bank I found out it was a lie.* At the end owner asked us not to call him or his sales man anymore and said he would not issue the check! Just like that :(* I would not recommend this company at all because of their lack of ethics and respect.

Id give this business and its owner zero stars if possible. The only reason I ever dealt with this company is because they were contracted by my home builder. Less than a year into owning my home, I had to call my builder to schedule service because one of my refrigerated air units was not pushing out cold air. Justin and Innovair sent out a couple of technicians who ended up refilling my unit with refrigerant as it “was really low.” Not even being an HVAC expert I knew this was not normal and I asked the technicians if there was a leak in the line causing a loss of refrigerant. Their response? “Honesty bro, I don’t think there’s a leak.” Low and behold, another year down and another year with no cold air coming from that unit. I had to call another HVAC company to come out and inspect the unit since Innovair is clearly incompetent and can’t diagnose a leak. I offered Innovair and Justin the chance to make things right by having their tech come out and inspect/repair the unit. I called him on a Tuesday and he assured me someone from the office would call me shortly after our discussion. The call never came. I text Justin, no response. I called the office the next day and after giving them my name they knew I was calling as instructed so by my builder - what a coincidence right? Justin then sends me a text shortly after my telephone call letting me know the service call would be $95 and asked what time I would be available that evening. I asked him to give me a time they’d be available and I’d be sure to be home. No response, no one ever showed up. I’m done with this company and its joke of an owner in Justin. You had every chance to make this right and you completely dropped the ball. I’d urge you, review-reader, to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as you can unless you appreciate your time being wasted and misinformation.Update to their response: clearly reading comprehension isn’t a strong suit of this owner either because #1, never did I imply Innovair installed the unit but were obviously contracted by my builder to service the unit when I called under warranty (take your personal grievances up with them) and #2, never did I imply my home was still under warranty or that I refused to pay out of pocket for the services I was requesting to be rendered and lastly, #3 no I am not an expert and had to have another HVAC technician come out and diagnose the issue only to have my suspicion confirmed - but hey, who are they right? But please, continue coming up with excuses to justify wasting people’s time. I’ve already hired another HVAC contractor who laughed the moment I mentioned you and your company’s name. Justin is already well known around the HVAC-contractor circles in town as being a joke.

Quality and service was excellent no problems with the unit. Unfortunately my rating is because of their refer someone and get $100 well I did and never received the $100. Claimed they mailed it. Didnt get it. Check was going to be delivered to my home. Never came. Its not the money, but follow through with your word. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very kind & helpful. The staff is knowledgeable & caring. I replaced my dads AC, heater, and water heater; the price was great. My dad is elderly & the staff is willing to helping him with the new AC, heater if he needs it. That makes me feel good knowing he has help if Im not there (I live in Cruces)Thank you!

I was having such a hard time picking someone to replace my AC considering there is so many options, however I can surely say I chose the right business. My family was ready to covert to refrigerated air! Innovair was obviously the right choice, from the free estimate all the way to completion. When ever we had questions they would answer. Steady professional work! They also installed a brand new water heater in our home! Definitely recommend Justin and his team ! It is about 24 degrees on this new year. We have been without a working heater for at least 2 months. After repeated phone calls and them not answering, we are still waiting for someone to help.They did come and try to fix it, but said they had to order a part. Since then it has been 3 weeks.Still waiting. My poor 74 year old parents are the ones that are truly suffering with this cold.We purchased this unit in April. We did not need the heater until October. We have had to purchase space heaters during these finacially trying times. Please help someone remedy this situation.

I had a split system installed by the company a few weeks ago. They started work in the morning and were done by the afternoon. Good customer service. Everytime i call for a question or a concern they help me out and have even sent a technitian to check out my concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to convert over to refrigerated air.

My wife and I were out of town and we had our house sitter and 4 of our fur babies home with no AC in the middle of July. EP InnoAir responded less than 6 hours from our initial phone call. This company is a rip off. They didnt finish the job and now we have to deal with the interior damage that was caused by their sloppy work. Justin never responds to calls or texts. Never shows up when he says he will be there so we have wasted our time and money asking for time off work.

Called on a Sunday spoke with Justin & set up an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came, no call, no show, so I called & spoke with Stephanie. She said there was no appointment scheduled, so she would call me back after she spoke with Justin. No call, so I called back the next day & set an appointment for Friday. No call, no show again.

Called for a service at 1pm... when their hours are posted till 5pm. No one was available because all technicians had gone home for the day. It’s 100* and power has been going out everywhere in town this week messing up people’s AC units and this company just closes when it wants and lets people off work hours before closing.Why have posted hours if you don’t have anyone available?

Overall great experience hit a few snags during install and it took a bit longer than I was told but that was the best part everything was handled quickly and courteously when a problem did come up
