Absolutely disappointed with this company. Been given the runaround for two weeks. 1st service call should have fixed the issue right then and there after replacing the capacitor.. Had to call 4 days later for the same issue. Now theyre saying its the compressor that needs to be replaced even though the tech said it was a faulty capacitor that he replaced. Now theyre refusing service to us because my wife was being stern and understandably upset at the situation. The service order for the first time the capacitor was replaced states it has a 30 day warranty for that service call. They are now refusing to honor that warranty. I recommend not to deal with this company. Sure theyll sweet talk you when it comes to sales and installation, but once the work is complete you wont matter to this company anymore. Mywife is 8 months pregnant and El Paso is going thru excessive heat warning . This is not acceptable.

Without a doubt the worst service I have EVER received on anything. Guy came out to replace my pump, and I have had nothing but problems with my HVAC ever since then. It has been a week and some change now and after 4-5 promises that they will send someone out, they have not. To make matters worse they want to charge me $105 again (service fee) even after they havent fixed my issue. I wouldve preferred to call someone else because this is ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and call another company.

The technician said the flux capacitor was not working in my unit. So he replaced the flux capacitor and 3 days later my A/C stopped working! Now he said that the flux capacitor isnt the issue. Now its the turbo break! Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

I had a mini split system installed in my garage a year and a half ago. The guys that did the work did not know how to install this system properly, they were not knowledgeable at all on mini-splits. The work they did was messy leaving the copper tubing exposed. I had them come back to add refrigerant because it was not cooling properly, they came back another time for the same reason. The guy said there was a leak on one of the lines, and said he fixed it. Well two months later, my unit is no longer under warranty and my unit is low on refrigerant again. I had another company come in and add the refrigerant because I do not want B&G to make another cent off of me.

Very good pricing for conversion to refrigerated air. I was initially going to choose this company as my first choice but I couldnt choose them because I didnt have the cash or credit at the time I got approved elsewhere. Still a very good company. highly recommend for first time customers looking for competitive pricing and financing through synchrony and wells fargo, credit, or just cash.

Called on a Thursday for an estimate on an evaporative cooler. Luis came out and quoted me a price of 1400 for the entire job and scheduled for Monday at 8:30 AM. Monday morning he calls me and says he did not realize the price of materials had gone up. He now said the new price was 1600 and he would go out on Tuesday. I said ok to the price but to please come out on Monday. After a call back he said Tuesday was the earliest and he wouldnt go down at least a 100 dollars. He said he wasnt getting rich off of evaporative coolers. This job was for my elderly father who has no air during 100 degree weather, is on a fixed income, and is a proud US veteran. So you decide if you want to do business with Luis and his company.

B&G has been a great company, I can always count on them for my house needs, they are always attentive, I love that they always talk to me and explain with honestly what is going on and what needs to be done to fix the problem before they do anything without my concern, they are real professionals. I cant say nothing but good stuff about them. Thank you for your service.

Horrible! First time they came air conditioner stoped working next day. They came back and charged me full amount. When it was obvious they did not fixed right. Now I give them another opportunity and after 1:30pm they cancelled on me with 2 kids, and elderly and 100 degrees outside. Knowing how difficult is to find another repair service for same day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Excellent customer service I always use them for my needs and never had an issue. I have try a few companies but none of them compares to this one I prefer them for the professionalism and the great customer service they provide from the moment they pick up the phone great service thanks

I was given an appointment between 1-4 which was in service hours but the technician didn’t show up until 6:30 so I had to pay the after hours rate I was prepared for this but was given 4 different amounts for the after hours rate I will NOT be using this company ever again even though I have used them several times in the past

These people will make promises they cant come through on. Save yourself some time and money and pick someone else to actually fix your AC.

Guy finally came out on Saturday and put the wrong size pump on and now they wont even come back to put the correct size water pump in.

It’s funny when you ask for a supervisor, the person says they cannot get a hold of said supervisor………trash!

Excellent Customer service. They know what theyre doing. They take the time to explain everything and how the system work
