The Home Systems Heating & Cooling

After over 3 years of having the unit they installed and them coming over 3 x to try and fix it still no solutions (when we first installed it). They cut the duct in order to place the packaged unit but did not rebalance the air distribution the last two rooms due to air flow restriction are constantly stuffy and hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I made the mistake of choosing them because at the time they were the most affordable option. I will have to find someone to come out and review how to fix this major issue overall mind you due to us hiring them they got most of my neighbors a unit as well. They also promised us a one year supply of air filters also didnt receive and a bogus referral system promise that was not kept. DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY as the workmanship and knowledge definitely shows over 5 years of constant issues with this and having to run the ceiling fans while the rest of the house is HOT in the summer & COLD in the winter

Left flyers all over my neighborhood on everyones mailboxes. Pretty sure thats against the law. Ended up with flyers on the ground all over our area. Trashy.In response to owners repose below: My heart is light. Yours on the other hand, Im not so sure. How about instead of trying to flame me on here you have your employee come back to my neighborhood and pick up all of your trash? Im sure me neighbors would appreciate it. I picked up the ones on the ground around my house. How about your educate your employees on how to properly distribute flyers in accordance with the law. How about you monitor and spot check your employees to make sure they are doing things correctly so incidents like this dont happen then we dont have to worry about it? Thanks.

Had my system replaced and the men did a wonderful job. Very professional. Jesus came by after and did all the necessary paperwork. Very satisfied with the company

Wow and Amazing!!!! Our old unit finally went out after 13 years. I called about 7 different HVAC companies for quotes. Jesus and one other company were the only ones with very reasonable prices. We took a chance, with a little skepticism, because all this was done by phone, and he had not come to the house to see what he had to do. Oscar, Diego, Raul, and Cesar arrived on site and began to work immediately. What was even more impressive, was that they went into the attic to check and make sure my ducts were working properly. Mind you for the last 10 years we were not getting proper cooling to one side of the house (master, bedroom 2 and 3). Turns out they found that a 25-foot duct was rotted away and had holes in different sections. Unbeknownst to us we were cooling the attic more than those bedrooms. They replaced the duct with a new one and changed out the unit with a 5-ton Lennox. What a difference, the ENTIRE house now cools properly. We are simply impressed with the workmanship and pride that they have taken in making sure our new unit, ducts, thermostat, registers, gas line, and drainpipe are all working properly. They even gave us one year of filter replacements. My mother was also impressed with this company that she too will use them for her home and rentals as well. Great value! The workers installed a used circuit breaker. They replaced it with a new one for the inspection.They drilled a hole through my roof to run the condensation line through the attic instead of going another 8 inches off the side of the house.The staff is very friendly and have gone out of their way to resolve all my issues.

Have been waiting for MONTHS for the correct unit to arrive. The manager is never in the office, I’ve called at different times of the day and the same lady answers telling me the manager is out. They are so quick to take your money but do not follow up with their end of the deal. I have been calling for the past 7 months and have been waiting for the correct unit (the one that I paid for) to arrive. I’ve asked them to refund me the difference between the units but the manager has not called me back. This is very frustrating and not professional on their end.

One of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company! Clean work, very professional , and a great price! The workers were fast, courteous and answered all my concerns. They fixed my house by adding a second unit that was needed badly and were able to retrofit everything in the attic with minimal to no intrusion. It’s been awhile that I get service like this from any company.

Rudy offered a comparable price and promise to the slews of Cooling companies here in El Paso. I was hesitant with the responses from other companies about converting the evaporated cooling to refrigeration especially answering if there were any unexpected costs to be added during the conversion (they were all dicey about the responses). He was very knowledgeable and took time in his demonstration on what would be done. All of the companies wanted a split-system, he offered something differently and it still less then the quotes I was given overall. I’m impressed with the work. The Home Systems Heating & Cooling team was extremely professional and well organized. The installation was prompt! Our new Trane 16 SEER A/C was up and running within hours! Their sales rep, Jessica was very courteous and graciously answered all of our questions. Their financing options wer exactly what I was looking for.I was most impressed with the removal of my old system and the patch they placed over the old duct. Everything was patched well.to avoid future leaks. They also seem very capable with the electrical aspects, even though we had opted to go with our own electrician.The A/C was well calibrated and is running perfectly. They connected my A/C to the existing ductwork, sincemy older ducts are durable. All in all, im glad I went with this company.Great job guys!!!!

I had a coverstion on my air conditioner and yes there was a little hiccup with the installation crew but I am so amazed on how the owner of the company quickly responded and even came personally to my home late hours!!! We needed to replace central ac units & furnaces on a recently purchased home. After getting six other estimates, I called The Home Systems to get one more before making a decision. They responded quickly and gave an exceptional quote on three new Trane units. They installed everything the following day! It was a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish! Thank you for your awesome service, its been a pleasure buying a new unit from them. The reason is because they went out of there way to help. on Monday our old unit burn out . So I call the old company to get my warranty because we still had another year of services but they said no and they went me to get another unit without honoring my warranty, my friend recommended jesus chain and I call him and from one day to another they came to set us up with a new unit thank you because in this household I have an elderly lady and disabled person living with me imagine the sacrifice we did for a week and we live in a manufacturer home also we found out our thermostats was burn , Im very grateful that it didnt burn our home so thank you again jesus, Joe and Alex for setting up our unit may the lord continue to bless them. Horrible service, from the sales rep jesus chain making false promises to the service being a mess, brand new unit not working properly 2 techs come out and they do not get all info from office, brand new service, installed 3 weeks ago, they assume its being a year , ladies at the office sound annoyed and refuse to put a manager on the line, the techs just take picture of the filter , this job is financed and I am in the process to take legal action and report this to the bbb

Im going to give this company a 5 star because i could only put five stars. I wish I had a option for 10. Jesus was my sales man. I called him on a Wednesday and by Thursday my Trane system was installed. Not only did they do a great job with explaining how it works and the installation .But a week later the system went down, I contacted jesus on a Saturday and within the same day he had arranged to put a new system so that I wouldnt have to be with out a cooling system for the weekend. I strongly recommend them ! They are all very professional and excellent people !

Called The Home System company due to needed A/C repairs. Joe the tech came out. I told him we suspected the unit most likely had a leak and if he would please check it to confirm. After 10 minutes of inspecting furnace and a/c, he tells me it has no leak and it just needs a little coolant. He adds the coolant and leaves. My home began cooling after he left. However, Two hours later my a/c starts to increase temperature and won’t cool. I call back and request the tech come back. He agrees to come back the following morning to check it out again.Come the following morning, He never shows up. I called numerous numbers and no answer (it was Saturday). Finally, I find Jesus (supervisor) who sends the tech over within 2 hours. Joe shows up again still denying there was a leak. So he looks at it and immediately tells me I have a big problem. Come to find my compressor busted! I asked Joe how this happened to which he replied that he charged it w coolant and the pressure caused it to bust through a leak that must have been present. So i reminded him that we suspected a leak since day one. He said it’s impossoble to know if it has a leak and they go based of “eyeballing” it, and he didn’t “see” a leak. I thought I had called a “professional” to assess my unit and repair it but Instead they left me w no a/c during these triple digit temps., and negative thousands of dollars as these hunts run $6-8,000. All this due to their poor diagnostics. Had they diagnosed it correctly, they would have fixed the leak and none of this would have happened.To top it off, the first day Joe the tech “repaired” my unit, he told me he doesn’t give out receipts and that the secretary would Mail it to me. I agreed as this was during a weekend and assumed I’d be getting it by Monday. Come Monday morning, I call to let them know I’m on my way to the office so they can work on my receipt. The supervisor tells me he will not give me a receipt and instead he’s returning my money back. I told him I don’t want my money, I need proof of the services rendered. Still, he refused. Now I have no way of proving they went out and no way of showing they broke my unit in litigation.Please, save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this company. Save your hard earned money!!! Don’t hire this company unless your willing to put up with their sneaky ways.

Mr. Corral was always available to check on the work & asked if I had any questions. My neighbor recommended them & after I saw the work they did at their house, I ONLY called them. I recommend this company 100% I had set up different appointments with multiple companys no one showed up. I called The home systems and that same day I had Pablo at my door, he explained Trane system to me and loved the quality, in matter of minutes got me approved and that next day my cooler and heater was installed, They are the best in town let me tell you that.

They have no pride in their craftsmanship. The vents were installed crooked and the cover for the copper lines outside were crooked too. I called and asked them to come and fix them but they never did. The receptionist wouldnt let me talk to anyone in charge. They failed the inspection twice and then threatened me that I would have to pay the inspection if I wasnt going to be home.

They have really good service, awesome company friendly and very clean job they did. Will definetly recommend them. They explain everything as detailed as possible for you to understand how everything works. I am really happy with the service they provided and the job done at my house. System is really easy to use and have not had any problems with it.

After they did a visual inspection and said they would come back the next day(s) they never came.A bit unprofessional, if they were honest and tell me they had a lot of work, and they could only schedule me in the following days or weeks... . . it would have been fine ...30 minutes later after I did my review, Company called me back, they apologized and asked if I still needed help with my AC unit.

After one year that we bought the AC system, the unit broke down, and no one answer during the weekend, nnot only that their website is not working. The unit supposed to be one of the best, AMANA, according to Ricardo, the salesman, but is not even good enough, like he said. The comany has no emergency response available.

They installed our new system last year and we have had problems ever since. They came and checked it several times last year and say they fixed it but we still have same problem. Theres always a buzzing sound. My husband spoke to the owner and he just says that theyre going to send someone. But if it was for a quote, Mr. Chain would be here several times like he did last year until we signed for the HVAC system.

Spoke with Jesus (owner) about my air conditioner not cooling, he assured me a technician would be over to my home shortly. In less than an hour I get a call from the tech telling me he is 9 minutes from my home. I meet him and he quickly finds out what is wrong with the unit (cant remember the part that was busted) and tech replaced the part to make my familys day so much better! I am impressed with the level of proffesionalism, urgency, efficiency and attention I was given. I will only deal with and recommend The Home Systems moving forward. Thank you Jesus and Tech (dont remember techs name 😅) for making this so easy and absolutely affordable!

Mr. Chain was very respectful of our time, and prepared when discussing options. They didnt have a Trane, but had an Amana of comparable value.I didnt get names of those that did the install, but all 3 men worked efficiently, and were respectful of the property.I would highly recommend!

Just had an HVAC unit installed this week and have nothing, but good things to say about this company.From our POC Jesus Chain who gave us a our estimate and follow up services to the team of installers, all extremely professional and accomodating. They provided professional customer service and great work ethics. Definitely recommended.

Avoid service with this company. An employee in one of their business trucks rear ended my wife and neither the driver nor the company will provide insurance to repair the damages. Steer clear of this sketchy business!

I called five companies for quotes. One company did not even call me back. This company sent Jesus who not only gave me the best price but he also said it included tax, AND I was getting a better unit (TRANE) than the others had quoted since it was a top of the line name AND had the variable speed. I received all the vents at no extra charge. The other company wanted to charge me $400 if I bought them there. Also they could install the NEXT DAY, none of the others could do that. Gloria is the secretary, and Carlos and his team came out for the install. There were three total who arrived around 830 am and were cleaning up by 330 pm. They were very hard workers only stopping once to eat lunch and that was pretty quick, one of the guys picked it up and they all ate pretty fast. The last company installed a RUUD directly on the cement but HS lifted my new unit, so that it was not sitting in the wet rainy floor. They cleaned up after themselves. The other companies varied on whether to remove the existing pipes but the one that was going to replace them was of course charging me more. This company replaced them at no extra cost. They told me they honor their warrantee and do not want to take a chance that old pipes create​ a problem. The other companies said they would just purge the old ones. They even added an outdoor electrical outlet which I was really happy about! I even received a new WiFi thermostat since my existing nest did not work with a dual speed. The other company charged $180 for this. This company rocks!

Very satisfied with this company. Their service is always cordial and timely. Their inspections are thorough and their pricing is always reasonable. They have become my default hvac company.

This company is honestly amazing! After a struggle for a few hours to see how they fan connect the system into my mobile home, they pulled it off and the results were incredible!✌♥️ Even with the 105 ° El Paso heat , I walk into my home and right away Im looking for a blanket, that how amazing this machine is ‼💯 thank you guys for you time, patients and hard work, ima recomendd you all to my friends and family !!!

Called to just do a regular maintenance on my ac unit. The guy just climbed on my roof, washed the ac unit with water. Climbs back down to change my filters. Doesn’t have my size. Three weeks later, still no filters. When I asked him if he charged the freeon, he said it didn’t need it. So what in the hell did I pay 190 dollars for? Oh and the customer service rep, tells me every day that I’ll have my filters “tomorrow”. I called today totally fed up but polite and she has the audacity to catch an attitude, when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Will never use or recommend this service to anyone.

This company is amazing!!! They came to my house at the time they said they would. They were very friendly and worked hard to get our system put in. We are very satisfied and would recommend everyone to them. They are also cost effective.

I have been their customer for several years and I have never been disappointed by the service they provide. Home systems installed an air conditioning system at my home. In order to complete the job, they were required to install a special duct that would circulate air to other parts of the house. When installing the duct, they tore into the existing sheetrock. They left gaping holes in my walls. They then covered the walls with aluminum tape and said that they did not do sheetrock repairs. Two weeks later when my husband began the sheetrock repair that is supposed to cover the duct work, he discovered duct leaks in several places. The new ducts were not flush with the existing ductwork. We should have picked up on the fact that the workers had no idea what a stud finder was and had no tape measures in sight when cutting into my walls. Now I cannot find the owner.I just discovered a big, gaping hole in the duct that is inside the wall. We were able to see this because of the vast open space they cut and left in the sheetrock. Most of the air from our air conditioning unit is going into the wall! This is outrageous!!!!!!

I asked several budgets to several companies the representative home systems gave me very good information I answer all my questions and clarify all my doubts I hire them to put the refrigeration of my house that amazed the work that was done in a very organized very clean day and the staff very kind and profecionles I am very happy with the service that this company gave me I will recommend it with my friends and family

Installing our refrigerated air was a good experience, sometimes it is a little difficult to contact them after installation. But the price is very good and they are friendly, I do recommend them! Unfortunately we installed a split unit that did not work with the layout of our house. We had to buy another unit. We are trying to sell the split unit that is almost new. Please contact me if you are interested in it or mention the Lord Jesus in your price inquiry.We had a good experience with the installation of our refrigerated air, it is a little difficult to get in contact with them after the installation. However, the price is very affordable and they are very nice, I do recommend them! Unfortunately we installed a split unit that did not work with the schematics of our house. We had to buy another unit. We are currently trying to sell the split unit that is in an almost new condition.
