Cesar and Juan are amazing. Professional, polite and kind. Their work Is meticulous and fast. They are very knowledgeable in diagnosing problems. Their prices are very reasonable. My daughter just bought a house and 6 months later it needed a whole new refrigerated unit and they got it installed in 4 hours. They have gained two life long customers, myself and my daughter. Cesar does awesome work!! Called on Tuesday and showed up Wednesday morning like he said he would. As a customer that is what you really appreciate. He found the issue and fixed it and the other issue he said it would be Monday, but my other issued caused problems on Thursday Thanksgiving, which i called Cesar the following day and he said he could come Saturday which once again he was right on time. Had to track down the part I needed to repair my AC. and it was fixed. I highly recommend Cesar for Any HVAC or heating issues. Very respectful and honest. It looks like I have finally found a HVAC Technician that is reliable , honest and dependable. And the prices are very reasonable for the work he provides. Great service, professional experience. We though we had a major problem with our refrigerator air conditioner. Once we called Strauss, he went right to the problem. Solved it so fast! Was honest and the, cost was very reasonable. Strauss will be our company for all future air conditioning problems.

I had reached out to someone on FB to come fix my a/c, and it was a big mistake. He did more damage to my unit. I decided to call Strauss, and Ceasar sent out his guys the next day. Juan explained everything to us from what was wrong with the connections with my a/c to what his next steps to fixing it were. I am beyond grateful for them. I will never call anyone else to fix my a/c. I highly recommend them.

Professional and great service. Furnace stopped working and they were out that same day to take a look. They didnt have the part on hand to fix but returned the next day to replace what was not working. The tech was very thorough, explained clearly what the issue was and ensured the furnace was fixed and working well again before departing. Communication was great throughout the entire process. In reference to your reply to Thomas White. If you didn’t take the claim for whatever reason all you had to do was cancel the appointment. Why would you confirm an appointment, then not show up, then not answer the phone when called? The only time you answered was when you were called by him on a different number. In the future please have respect for your potential clients. We take time from work or our lives to be at home for the 4 hour window you set. If you’re not going to show up have respect enough to let us know. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. I’m not the only one to complain about this with your company. Each time you have some reason on why it’s not your fault. All you had to do was inform the customer that you were not coming. The reviews about him not showing up are true. All I’m saying is be very careful with this guy. If you take time off work for his appointment it might just be a waisted day. Have a great day

Be careful with this guy. He confirmed the appointment and didnt show up. I called and texted many time with no reply. I tried texting him from my friends phone and he replied right away. Look at his reviews, others have complained about him not showing up for confirmed appointments. He always replies with how its not his fault. Hes lying. My claim is through my home insurance. Im willing do bet he doesnt show up to home insurance claims because he has to justify what hes repairing and its harder to rip you off. Youre experience may be different, just beware with this guy and hopefully he shows up to the appointment. In response to your reply you could have canceled the appointment, called and said or even replied through text, but you didnt. Why confirm an appointment then not show up? This must be common for your company because my review is not the only one saying this. Plus my insurance is still waiting to here from you on a job you didnt show up to. Im still curious to know why you didnt show up it has to be because its an insurance claim. All Im saying is be careful out there people with this guy.

Cesar and his team were very professional and made sure that everything was working to our satisfaction. While installing our new unit they found that we had a black mold problem hidden in the wall. They promptly located the source and took care of it. Eventually our health would have been affected if they had not taken the time to get stop this menace from growing larger and we are very grateful. Many thanks to Cesar and his team. We are so confident of their professionalism and work ethic that we will be using Strauss Heating and Air Conditioning to install an on-demand water heater in the near future.

Cesar came quickly within two hours of calling and diagnosed the problem. He came in the morning the next day, and the whole job of a blower motor replacement was done in less than an hour. Great work!————-Cesar came again for a capacitor problem on the outside unit. He came within 30 minutes and had the job complete in another 30-45 minutes. Very efficient. We didn’t have to suffer in the heat for too long. Great job! Will always call Strauss in the future.

Professional, efficient, and honest. Found the problem with my AC unit in under 30 minutes and repaired it for several thousand dollars less than other quotes. Im upset I didnt know about Strauss sooner.

Unreliable. Doesnt answer the phone or return calls. Constantly advertises on Facebook but doesnt follow through. Owner replied claiming I didnt call... The call just kept ringing and either I was hung up on or something is going on with his voicemail box. I called this morning and I dont do fake reviews, I uploaded a screenshot showing the call was canceled and it wasnt on my end. I even have proof from my cellular provider. I live in the Northeast of El Paso and needed quotes.

This company did AMAZING. For several weeks I had tried to work with different companies. Strauss was the only company that didn’t leave me waiting for an estimate and they were able to get my refrigerated air system replaced the same week. Not only were they professional and punctual. But they had the best pricing out of the many companies I contacted. I appreciated that they contacted me right away and didn’t leave me waiting. I will be using them always.

I called on a Friday about my condenser fan motor turning off then back on which was causing my compressor to overheat and shut off, I let Cesar know what I found he came out Saturday morning and I again let him know the issue was the C/U fan all he did was check the pressures say it was due to having a leak which he could not find but he would put R410 in to help it cool down as he was going over the bill with me he said oh yeah I heard the motor making a squeaky sound so I’ll see if I can get a new motor for you…… leaves right after charging me the $260+ and doesn’t check out the issue later that day the motor goes out cause it my compressor to over heat again. I used to be a HVAC tech in FL before I joined the military I can tell you right now he is playing a guessing game with peoples systems and some he gets right some he just puts a badge on but this is not the right way to do business.. don’t charge someone for Freon and say you have a leak cause you are to lazy to fix the issue I will say I recommend Scott’s heating and cooling they cost more but they will not only stay to find the issue they will show you what they find. Oh and when he charged my system with the Freon he overcharged it causing the compressor to turn off due to high pressure after the tech from Scott’s replaced with the emergency motor he had stocked in his truck unlike Cesar

Cesar, is a true professional. Very honest individual. I called back because my heater was turning on and off so he came back to look at it. He identified the issue and fixed it at no additional charge. Very happy with the service. I will use them again

Great service and very punctual!!! Another company had already told us we needed a new unit and that wasn’t the case. Strauss was very honest and told us our unit was still in great condition. Would totally recommend them.

Caesar arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the cause of my forced air heater issue ( excess roll out due to dirty / clogged components ). He then proceeded to address the problem doing thorough work and progressing from least invasive ( and costly ). When he arrived at proper function he, cleaned up the debris that had been disloged, then verified the proper function repeatedly, tested for carbon monoxide ( even though I had a household unit ), and tested for and determined that there were no natural gas leaks. He worked quickly, answered my questions during the process and charged an appropriate fee. In and out in less than an hour and a half. I am very pleased.

My fault for not going with a well known company. The offer I got from the known company was going to be 2,000.00 more and went with this company cause I believed them when they told me I didnt need new vents. Now half of my house is cold and the other hot. When I called them about this, Cesar said he would call and come take care of it. He never called, I called, no answer. Just go with companies like Empire. My friend did and she has no issues. I shouldve listened to the guy who quoted me 2000.00 more, at least my whole house would be cool right now.

Call out for an AC problem, changed a filter and told us that there was a small vent for one of our sections of the home didnt get much more than that, the AC still would not work, called out another HVAC Maintenance company and they said that it was short 4LB of coolant then preceded to fix it, would have liked a little more indepth look at the system. We were given some good information on the actually unit from this company, just didnt get the full diagnosis.
