All the employees I have spoken to, whether in person or on the phone, have been very professional.They were able to come on an emergency to diagnose/fix our ac unit when it stopped one summer. We have been using them for maintenance since then.Mario came by recently to do our seasonal maintenance. He did a great job, was very respectful, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Great team.

This is our second time using Kings Aire to install an additional new unit. My husband and I are very pleased with the service. The technicians Cesar and Ricardo were very efficient and completed the installation in just a few hours. Very clean work! They also took the time to answer questions that my husband had. We definitely would recommend using this company.
They installed a mini split system in garage few years back and it wound up having leak in coils that I knew was not repairable but they charged a service call, Freon and install of Freon and never got back on possible warranty replacement or in offering estimate on install of new unit. Pursued other estimates and went with a local reputable company to replace. Found out that original install was not to code and no permits from city when it was installed by Kings Aire. Owner made contact and discussed and apologized for this experience and assured new ownership is once again reliable and dedicated now as when we used them 20 years ago for home a/c conversion. They went extra step and opted to refund the service call from when this occurred. I give credit for their concern and handling of this matter.
Responding to their response: Your tech said you did not have the unit in stock either, not just the parts. He was going to order a new furnace and AC from your supplier and hope it arrived in time for the install 2 days later. At the diagnostic appointment is when your tech told me that you waive the 30% deposit for some people and that he didn’t think it would be a problem. The next morning he called and said that you all won’t even order the units without a 30% deposit and at that point we elected to give your competitor our business. Another local HVAC company came the very next day I called them, and within 24 hours everything was replaced and that company was paid in full—at half the price you all quoted, for the exact same work and materials, I might add. Requiring a service record with someone to give them the “courtesy” of not requiring a deposit from them is a great way to stop earning any new customers. Requiring a huge deposit before you’ll even order the materials or do anything gives you an important thing in common with fly by night contractors that take the deposit and run. It’s not company you should want to keep if you’re better than that, but that’s the impression your policy gives El Pasoans. At that point you no longer seemed like a trustworthy business and so we are glad to have chosen your competitor who had the entire job done and was paid in full within 24 hours of the diagnosis appointment. I’m just letting El Pasoans know they don’t have to put up with contractors demanding money up front, and any contractor that plays that game should not be patronized.They seemed courteous and knowledgeable. We had to wait about 2 weeks for the appointment so we’ve had 2 weeks with only half AC in the house. Then they get to the appointment and they don’t have anything in stock. Need a new AC or at least a new compressor and they have no parts or AC’s available. They have to order it and it’ll be another two or three days before they get it in and can schedule to replace or repair. Ugh, but ok. Then they say they want 30% down payment on the total before even ordering the part or the unit. We politely explain that we have been burned by other companies and contractors in El Paso such that we don’t pay a deposit anymore. If they do the work and we don’t pay in full at the end, they can put a lien on the property and there is recourse for them to get payment. If we pay the deposit and they walk away from the job incomplete or they just take the deposit and we never hear from them again then we have no recourse at all and any company that doesn’t have enough money to cover the cost of doing business isn’t a very well-run company. Rep says he’ll talk to the manager about it, and he’s sure it won’t be an issue because in the past they haven’t charged an owner a deposit if they object. Ok, great. Get a phone call today and they say that the manager said they must have the 30% down in advance or they can’t do the work. So now they’ve just told me that for some people they waive that, but for others (like me) they won’t. I said ok, tell your manager that you missed out on this business because of that policy. They were were fine with losing the business so they obviously don’t need or want the work. And the fact that they would waive the deposit for some people, but not others, to me sounds like discriminatory practices. Be forewarned that unless you’re special somehow… they will demand you pay them 30% upfront and you shouldn’t do that for any contractor because you’re taking all of the risk.

ANOTHER 5 star review from me for this business! Isaac came out to do the Spring check up of our unit and in keeping with the stellar people this company hires; he did such a thorough job on our unit. Discovered that the compressor was not working as it should and immediately was on it! The next day bright and early, I received a call from him indicating that they had the compressor in stock and it was covered under my warranty. Scheduled us for the following week and of course showed up as promised with Jesse and replaced the compressor. The service required a few extra parts; his manager, Joe Villa, said he wasnt going to charge us as we have been long time customers. For over 25 years Kings Aire proves that there are competent, honest, professional people and businesses out there!
For the last three years David has been the technician servicing our HAVC systems. David did a thorough inspection of our bad unit and explained every step of his diagnosis. We replaced that 17 year old unit, and the installation of the new one was so professionally done we couldnt be happier. The whole staff on the phone or in person was a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use Kings Aire and highly recommend them. RV
I called to get some information about a “diagnostic service” and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked what that service included, because it isn’t free and I needed to make sure I was getting the right service, she was very defensive and kept saying it was “whatever the technician needs to do”. It was such a vague answer I had to ask. After asking her three times if she could explain and give me details she hung up on me. I will not do business here, nor recommend them to anyone else.Edit in response to reply from the owner:Owner, your employee provided information already available which lacks any details. When a customer calls and inquires on the details of what type of inspection your diagnostic service call provides in order to gauge if he or she should hire you for said service, and your employee refuses to give those details, then is rude to them in the process with their poor communication skills while they hang up on the customer while they are asking questions, you have failed to provide them with either the means to answer or the knowledge to do so. Scripted responses and rudeness does not scream customer service or customer satisfaction to consumers. You claim that Kings Air wants their employees to provide customer service over the phone with certain standards, yet they do the exact opposite, which can only lead a consumer to believe your technicians will do the same with their work.
Mario Espinoza is an awesome technician! Hes extremely honest, highly proficient and very knowledgeable. We had noises from our HVAC that would make anyone believe they have a major issue; luckily, we got Mario who found the burnt wire---replaced it...and we are good to go.Thank you, Mario!
Our AC blew out the compressor. Weve dealt with these guys in the past and everything went as expected. After being without air for quite a while in the hottest part of summer, feeling the cold air coming from the floor was a relief!

Charlie, the estimator, was very thorough explaining what I needed,even got inside attic to check for additional duct work needed. Called them because of a weird smell. Thought it was freon leaking. Mario came out and did a complete check on our unit. He stated everything was perfect. Mario was on time and very professional. He could have easily said this is wrong, this is wrong and needs to be fixed. He didnt do that. I appreciate his honesty. I will definitely be using Kings Aire for my future hvac needs.

I just had my air compressor cleaned. My AC was making a strange noise sometimes. Jesus (the tech) was very helpful and asked if I had further questions before he left. I felt the customer support provided by him was excellent. I didnt get the name of his colleague but I do thank them for the service they provided. I will sign up for their schedule check up twice a year, not only because of the price, but because of the excellent service they provided today.
I sincerly appreciate the work done by HVAC Techs on my unit. Before I contacted Kings Aire I ended up hiring three different business throughout the year to try and figure out my HVAC issue. Biggest mistake and waste of money ever. I wish I would have just gone with Kings Aire in the first place. Thankful I finally did and Im sticking with them!

AC was making noise and called for emergency appointment. Paid $143 for a “diagnosis” and was told I needed new blower housing, wheel and motor. Was told I’d get a call with pricing and possible warranty. Tech came on Saturday, did not follow up until I called on Tuesday. Was told they’d get back to me with cost and timeline. Never received call back. It is now Thursday, called another provider and they resolved the issue without having to replace anything other than a bad set screw on blower motor shaft. At this point I’m glad they never called me back and made me pay $1500+ for something what was not needed.
Mario and Angelo arrived as expected and made professional introductions then got straight to work. They were very courteous and professional through the entire install. When they were finished they managed expectations and showed me how to operate my new thermostat. Price was very reasonable and now my house is much cooler and way more comfortable. I cant recommend Kings Aire strong enough.
Highly recommend! We were scheduled immediately with no run around, Mario was awesome he arrived promptly and fixed the issue easily. We had previously received a quote elsewhere that would have left us without ac for a few days in this 100 degree weather, but Mario was able to see what needed to be done and got it running and explained thoroughly. Walker came out after office hours (7 pm), fixed the problems I was having with the AC, and even took the time to explain what the problem was. Not only that, he also only charged me for the overtime fee, no service or labor charge. Overall, excellent and friendly service!

Mr. Walker was professional and kind. Showed up on schedule and came back the next day with the part to fix my unit. The receptionist was nice as well. They were able to come the next day of me calling. I didn’t think the prices were too bad either. They take off the diagnostic fee if you use them to fix the problem.
My heating went out on a Saturday night during extremely cold temperatures. I called kings air Sunday morning and someone was able to come out that day and fix my heater. Wonderful service and courteous technicians who explained everything and did a thorough job.
Called on a Monday, tech (Isaac) came out on Tuesday morning and looked at unit to find the problem. He described the problem, had the solution to fix it. he gave me two different prices (one if unit had warranty and one if unit did not have warranty) I was happy he took care of finding out if my a/c system was still under warranty. He called me within an hour telling me that my unit still had warranty and scheduled a time on that same day to come out to fix my a/c unit. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the pricing. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.”

I had service and repairs with Kings Aire for years for my swamp cooler and heater. I purchased a new swamp cooler from them in April 2022. In October 2022 I was told by the technician that the company would no longer be servicing swamp coolers only refridgerated air systems. Since my cooler had a warranty of 1 year they agreed to do the March 2023 startup with a cost of almost $200. This did not include the heater turn-off. I did that. I am very unhappy with them now. Think twice before you use this company.
I have used Kings for emergency services, and regular maintenance. They have amazing customer service, their guys that work on the units are professional, and explain everything in detail, and are just really nice. Their pricing is spot on. Highly recommend!
We purchased our unit from Kings Aire because of the company being a local business and name recognition.After a few months, we experienced some issues with our thermostat and the unit running constantly. Every time I called the service department, technicians were dispatched in a timely fashion. Their service department is excellent, friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ms. Villa, and she took time out of her schedule to meet with me. Charlie, service supervisor, is just outstanding and always follows up with his staff.We also had Kings Aire install insulation in our attic space and it made a world of difference with our indoor climate..We commend the entire Kings Aire staff for being so responsive and easy to work with......They took care of us on every issue and more.An outstanding and service orientated company. My A/C stopped working and I waited for another company that was too busy to care. They put me on a list for Monday after they didnt arrive on Sunday, I had called them Saturday morning. The dispatch for Kings Aire stated I would receive a call in 15 minutes. Mario was an upmost professional calling in 15 minutes. He asked what happened, he didnt over promise but gave me hope he would do his best to fix my A/C. Mario also gave me an ETA he arrived on time. By the time he left my A/C was working. Eric (Service) technician was super professional, courteous, knowledge during his service visit. My parents had a central heat and air system installed 6 months ago Kings Aire did a fantastic and quick job of installing the units. 6 months later we called to have some adjustments made to the registers and within 24hrs a service technician was out at the house addressing all our concerns and making the proper adjustments and answering all questions and ensuring we were happy before he left. Could not be happier with the whole process with Kings Aire. They provided several options for our home and explained the benefits of each.The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. They kept us informed of the progress each day of the install. there was a small issue and when brought to their attention it was correctly quickly. We convert from a Master Cool system to refrigerated air. Based on the layout of our home we purchased, a furnace, a roof AC unit and split for a hard to cool area. I am very happy to recommend them. When taking the whole experience into consideration we are well pleased.

Years of experience and the confidence to tell me what I needed with no sales pitch, only a man who wants the best for his clients. Had my units replaced less than a week later. Two day installation with Cesar and Joel who were great. Always on time, always personable, but most of all knowledgeable and eager to pass that knowledge to me. This is to update my originally glowing review… which was 5 stars. That was BEFORE what happened to us this week. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had them come out for our yearly maintenance and check up a month ago. I specifically told them one of our units was not cooling and I felt no air flow. They claimed it was probably just the air filters and seemed reluctant to even investigate further. After exactly one month of mediocre performance, the unit stopped working completely. We had house guests and I was so embarrassed about the unbearable heat. The weekend receptionist I called, blew me off and didn’t care. Then the regular staff told me they were too busy and maybe I could get a call back. I didn’t. I had to call them.. they told me it would be ANOTHER charge as it was now over the 30 days. Mind you, had they properly checked the units AND actually gone through the checklist they would have seen the capacitor was out. Another company came to our rescue and found the problem right away. It was a burned out capacitor and should have been noticed HAD THEY CHECKED. I called kings aire back to speak to the manager Jesse and was told a bunch of excuses basically trying to consumer shame ME. I told him that I would never use them again and was going to change my review.. he said and I QUOTE HIM VERBATIM “you can do what you want”.. all the proof you need that this “woman and family owned business” that they brag about in ads doesn’t care about MY family who paid them approximately $500 dollars and got NOTHING for it. They took advantage of an elderly couple on a fixed income and have absolutely NO SHAME. He went on to say “they have no control over our units” then if that’s the case.. why do a check up at all? They did have control over the unit.. it should have been looked into further when I stated what was happening and they FAILED to do so. If this was your family, you’d be upset and feel cheated as well. Nothing will change until ppl start checking these PREDATORY companies. Don’t give them your business. Out of his own mouth..he made it clear we didn’t matter and they don’t care. UPDATE…so as I KNEW THEY WOULD.. they replied with absolute lies on here and are gaslighting me. Don’t fall for the pretending yo be concerned now “warm regards bs” it’s all a front.. Jesse was rude, unconcerned and even told me he would deny my claims when I talked to him. This is what arrogance looks like.. predatory companies think nothing can touch them. Time for ppl to start suing.
I had a few wiring issues when installing Nest Thermostat and AC unit would not shut off. I called Kings Aire Saturday morning & was able to get same day appointment.Technician David called to let me know what time hed be arriving. David fixed the problem right away and informed me what the issue was.I asked him about scheduling a service on AC unit, he informed me that he could do AC service on Monday and recommended 2 service options.On Monday David inspected AC unit, pointed out issues, made recommendations & fixed all issues in a timely manner.David is very professional, knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend Kings Aire & technician David.
We have used Kings Aire for over 20 years, they have never disappointed! Always on time, their techs come neat with clean uniforms and are always professional and engaging. We have never had them try to sell us service that was not needed. David did our winter maintenance and he is always one of my favorites (though it is difficult to choose).

Edgar and Daniel were the technicians that came to our home to conduct the semi annual service work on our heating and air conditioning systems. I have an annual maintenance agreement with Kings Air and every time they come, their technicians are professional and courteous. Edgar and Daniel set the bar high for all. They were outstanding, provided me with a complete explanation of what they were testing and why. I have asked Kings Air to be sure and send the same technicians out for my October winter preparation. I would recommend Kings Air to anyone looking for quality products and service.
Christian and his partner came out for an emergency outage on a Sunday, they found two problems and were able to get us running. We then made an appointment to get our coils cleaned as per their recommendation due to it being so clogged. Christian did a fast and through job. Our unit is now running wonderfully and we are happy. We were shown before and after pictures so we know it was cleaned well.
King’s Aire is by far one of our very best sub contractors. Their professionalism is top notch! As a GC we value a company in which we can always rely on and gets the job done right... Every time! I’ve used King’s Aire in the past and had no problems, the most recent interactions have been disappointing. They did our refrigerated air conversion (the installation was great), the inspection appointment didn’t get scheduled (problem for me), then we had a problem with the newly installed unit, called the service number and were told someone would be out the next morning between 8-12 but no one showed up. Later in the week it was taken care of, BUT 2 missed appointments with the same customer slows me the business is poorly organized. I’ve emailed and called, no response, I don’t write negative reviews often, and never without trying to talk to someone prior to writing something that can affect a business. If you can wait all day without someone showing up on different days then maybe you’d be happy with them, I can’t do that and think businesses should try to be respectful of clients time.
Our AC went out around 1am. We called around 730am for weekend service, & Angel showed up around 4pm to help us. Upon inspecting everything, the consensus was that our compressor was shot & we’d need a new one. He went to his next call, which was presenting similar issues, but replacing a simple part fixed their issue. Angel thought of us since the issues were similar, & he was kind enough to show back up & ring our doorbell & ask if he could try one more thing. It worked!! We’re SO grateful for him being so kind & thoughtful, & taking time out of his surely busy schedule to come & help us when he easily could’ve continued about his day. This guy deserves a raise!!
Our Unit broke down on a Holiday. Called kings aire at 8am.Technician called me back and said he had 3 calls before me. He responded to my messages and arrived around the estimated time. Thank you David Walker for being so helpful, working on a holiday and of course for repairing our unit.Highly recommend this company.
The service personnel are excellent, they called ahead to be sure someone was available. Then they actually explained what was next, what could happen and laid out the cost. I was a little unsure, but the repairmen gave me proof of the situation and seemed to understand my need actually see the parts brought in or removed. These are excellent professionals, never a condescending attitude toward this customer!
King’s Aire installed our AC/heating unit and have always serviced it. We have continuously received excellent personal service from this company. Their technician David performs maintenance checks twice a year and each time does, he throughly inspects the unit. He is always very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable, as he always answers any questions we have. Highly recommend this company if you are thinking of installing or replacing an AC/heating unit in your home.

They called Scotts Aire who recommended a new compressor at first and then later suggested a whole new unit with a price tag around $7000.00. I recommended they call Kings Aire. The technician came out and said it was not the compressor. They ordered a new part which took longer than expected to come in. Kings Aire then installed a temporary part to get the unit working. New part came in on Monday 10 September, unit is working fine, all at a cost of under $100.00. Thank you Kings Aire, great job.
I called Kings Aire on a Saturday Night, and Mario Espinoza the technician arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the unit outside and found the problem. He replaced the capacitor and checked the rest of the unit. He made recommendations for further maintenance.Mario is a very respectable young man. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and Kings Aire for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you Mario!
Ramon and Kalup, were fast and very friendly, explained things so i could understand, above all treated me in a professional manner. I had some landscaping work done on the backyard, the unit was on the ground, it had to be removed and reinstalled. What I liked most they same workers who removed it also reinstalled it. I noticed they made sure the lines where properly sealed because they pressure tested it and used a mirror to make sure the connections were solid. I am very pleased with the work they did and the fact they even took time to talk to me when they could. I would highly recommend this guys to anyone.
Hello,As a new owner of 2 Trane Refrigeration and heating systems, the materials that were left me after my installation did not contain any instruction on what the home owner was suppose to do to change from cool air to heat during the seasonal changes.I called Kings Aire and they sent out a service representative by the name of Chris Perez.I would like to commend Kings Aire for hiring such great associates. While the installers of my new system, Cesar and Carlos were very professional and courteous, Chris Perez went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and he took the time to explain to me all of the necessary steps that A new homeowner, of a newly installed refrigeration system, needed to know to ensure years of problem free results.I plan on using Kings Aire to inspect and service my units yearly and I plan on always requesting Chris Perez to do the inspection as long as he is with Kings Aire. And if for some reason Chris is no long employed with Kings Aire I will surely make every effort to find out which company was able to hire him and start using that company to service my units, just so I can continue working with such a great associate as Chris.Respectfully,Charles A Lopez, Jr.
Great service! Had them install a mini-split AC unit and all said and done the install is professionally done. There were a few concerns but nothing major enough to affect the install. AC also runs VERY quiet, I have to listen for it to hear it.Update:Had some noise issues with my AC that were hard to diagnose, Angelo finally was able to take apart and diagnose it and fixed my problem 100%! He was also very sympathetic and understanding of my frustration which is a huge bonus!
Our Fire Department currently uses Kings Aire for quarterly maintenance on our HVAC systems and are pleased with their work. Recently we were in need of replacing two commercial makeup air units. They came out multiple times to spec out the project and create a detailed plan for the replacement. Their pricing was competitive for this project. We worked with Neto Silva very closely through out this project and he was wonderful. He was very detailed oriented, organized and very communicative through out the entire process. The subcontractors they hired (Electricians and plumbers) were equally professional. We are very happy with the completed job and would highly recommend them to anyone. Company is very good in giving you details in pricing even though they do not know the issues. Site says open 24 hours. Called for emergency call to service AC that was not working. Person showed up late night and said it was to dark to do anything with AC and would need to come back the next day. Company is undependable and pricing is double compared to others. I would not recommend. Had called someone else and the price was 1600.00 compared to Kings Air at over 3000.00.

Mike Gonzalez came out right away after hours and cleaned my refrigerated air system which wasnt working to make sure everything was running fine. Nice and definitely knew what he needed to check...All other air competitors around town left me hanging and about to die of heat stroke but Kings Aire came through..thank God! They did a good job. Kind of expensive, but thorough in their diagnostics. I guess the bigger companies need more profits to pay for their larger workforce. I get it. But I have received A/C service from smaller companies with better customer service for several hundred dollars less. I will admit, they did a good job and we are comfy and happy; however it came with a premium price. Just remember you get what you pay for so dont go too cheap...
Christian was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked around my schedule to get our a/c back up and running. I am very greatful for his excellent work ethic and professionalism.I do absolutely hate this four hour window style of appointment. You have to improve your logistics and communication to be able to provide accurate appointment times. No one wants to sit around and wait for four hours; we have obligations to attend to.

I was having issues with my AC/Heater combo unit. I initially went with another company (not going to name names in this review) due to being able to get a sooner appointment. Their service tech said that the refrigerant was low by 2lbs and that I may have a leak in the system. I initially believed their recommendation. However, after getting the funds to set up the appointment I decided to call Kings Aire for a second opinion. I have known about Kings Aire due to there work on Fort Bliss. The 2 Service Techs Christian and another guy were very professional and werent out to BS me. After doing their checks they found nothing major wrong with my unit except that the refrigerant was a little bit low but nothing that should affect the operation of the system. That diagnosis saved me quite a bit of money. I have elected to stay with Kings Aire for any HVAC work. I did purchase their annual service agreement which the price is reasonable at $150 for the year. This comes with 2 service checks, one for the Fall and one for the Spring. I wish I would have waited for an appointment with Kings Aire instead of paying another company $95 for them to tell me something that I did not need. Kings Aire service call fee was $75.I am now a Kings Aire customer for life.
Christian from Kings Aire went above and beyond our expectations. Him and his team quickly fixed our unit, informed us ahead of time and after of what work was performed. He also made us aware of a hole in our roof and took pictures of it. He did a wonderful job and said he would follow up in a couple of weeks.

As the owner of a small pizzeria, fast and efficient is a must! When experiencing a refrigerator failure, Genaro, a servicemen at Kings Aire, responded with same day service. He was able to identify the problem and get our refrigerator up an running in less than two hours. Genaro exhibited the utmost professionalism, was polite and very respectful. He kept a very tidy and clean work area and was fast and efficient! To top it off the price was extremely reasonable. I was very pleased and impressed. I will continue to use Kings Aire as my go to for my air conditioner, electrical, and service work for my pizzeria and my home.
Our 16 year old refrigerated AC unit suddenly failed in June. We received a quick response and the responding technician immediately identified the problem. Once we decided upon new AC units, all involved personnel were thorough, courteous , and mindful of the current COVID-19 safety measures. Kings Aire performed our yearly heating maintenance. Not only was the technician extremely professional, he also took the time to address a few issues that we were unaware of. Had them come and inspect a wall unit in my garage. This unit was brand new in a box (even though it was a few years old in a box). Unit would not fully blow and the compressor would not turn on. They came and evaluated it (NOT FOR FREE! $75.00!), and they said the issue was the compressor. They quoted me $600.00 for compressor replacement or $1200.00 for a new unit. Didnt believe a word they said because this unit had never been used EVER. I decided to call Infinite Air and they came to inspect the unit and found there was not enough power going into the unit. Why did Kings Aire tech not notice, or even test this. Infinite air changed the wiring and now the unit fully works (Like a champ I might add!). Never ever ever use Kings Aire. They dont know what they are doing, they are expensive as all get out, and even if I paid for a new compressor, the issue would have still been the same because of the electrical! You want great service? Google Infinite Air and get real professional results. They even fixed this problem in under 1 hour!

Ive had other local companies destroy my unit. Im not naming any names but Kings Air fixed it Right and Ive never used anyone since. Very Professional and Call 30 mins before showing up. They are willing to help you out when others fail short of service.

I would like to thank Kings aire and their team in particular Mr Rosales for the outstanding work in converting my AC/HEATING UNIT TO REFRIGERATED AIR. I had to transition due to numerous issues with mastercool unit and a part of the duct system that had rotted which was causing leaks destroying a section of my ceiling. This team showed up on time as scheduled and promptly got my new system installed. These gentlemen showed their experience and even left the work area clean. The sheetrock installer did an amazing job repairing the ceiling after the ductwork was installed. I have used kings air in the past and today i can say i will definitely continue with their service and would recommend them to others. I never do reviews but was compelled to share as i have had bad experiences with other contractors why not share the good ones! Thank you Kings Aire for making this a smooth transition!
Kings Aire provided excellent service installing a Trane hybrid central air system. Technicians were superb. The installation was done professionally and efficiently. I would give them the highest rating possible on any scale. They are well known in El Paso, Texas for their quality installation and maintenance.

Called for yearly service on our heater. We noticed when heater turned on at night only cold air came out. We mentioned this to the service man who came out, Mario. While he was here he cleaned and checked to make sure there were no gas leaks and made sure it was working properly. He checked the unit and found the problem and fixed it.
Invoice # 112668. My A/C was not working properly. It was an intermittent problem. I paid $75.00. Their tech came and checked it out, said all was well. The next day, I called again for the same problem. They said the tech would be out before 5:00. No show! He called personally, said hed be there, but was running late. He then got stuck in traffic. He couldnt get out to me now at all. He said he would come first thing in the AM between 8-9. Then, I get a call from their office saying he had another call and would come when he could. I heard nothing for hours. I called again and told them Id find someone else to work on it. I am guessing that whoever they took in front of me was either a bigger client or that the tech just didnt know what the problem was with my A/C. If you have time for missed appointments, go with these guys. If you are looking for someone reliable... I am still looking for that. Sad!

We were in desperate need of a new 7 ton HVAC system to replace a very old unit at our commercial warehouse. I contacted more than 10 AC companies in the El Paso area to request quotes. From my very first interaction with Neto at Kings Aire, I immediately knew that we would be in very capable and committed hands. There were some unexpected and very frustrating hiccups along the way (all of them out of Netos control) but he communicated with us daily and he went above and beyond countless times. In hindsight, I think we could have selected a different company and maybe we could have paid a bit less but the outstanding customer service we received was priceless in my opinion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NO STAR I WOULD!!! We used them and they were supposed to clean two air conditioners. Over the course of two weeks we complained because we knew the air conditioners were not clean because the air in the house still felt the same and also when they left the air conditioner still was not working correctly. We called back and asked them to come do a cleaning. They told us that they cleaned both air conditioners. They did not. They took our money but come to find out, they did not clean the air conditioners and took our money. We had to call them back again the next day and they came with a supervisor who was rude and disrespectful. He admitted that the person they sent out to do the cleaning DID NOT clean the air conditioner AT ALL. We have pictures of the air conditioner we were complaining about and they never cleaned the other air conditioner. Basically they took our money and never cleaned either air conditioner. PLEASE make sure the work is completed and ask for pictures to make sure the work is done. This company again took money and DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK AND THEN TRIED TO BLAME US FOR OUR FANS BEING DIRTY WHEN THEY WERE HIRED TO CLEAN BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK AND ONCE IT WAS DISCOVERED THEY THEN CAME BACK AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO BUT ONLY AFTER COMPLAINTS. They also based on a follow up with another air conditioner company, the one air conditioner that they supposedly fixed is not working and the motor is now broken we discovered that when doing the work they rushed the job and did not put the air conditioner back properly. Screws are missing, it was not even seeded back in the case they just put it back and when called to talk to them about the issue, we were accused of taking the air conditioner apart ourselves because it now needs a new motor. The owners were contacted and they did not bother responding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible business practices!!! We called them out twice and paid them only to find out No work was ever done on either air conditioner and after it was discovered they were rude, disrespectful, and condescending!!! They also stated that our money would be refunded and it NEVER WAS!!!! We are now using Grays Air which is an HONEST AND RESPECTABLE COMPANY and all the work that they said was done on the second air conditioner was never done and after paying them to clean both, we now have to pay for a new motor and service on the second air conditioner which was never complete. We are a military family so we are reporting this on post also as everything I am saying we have pictures, texts, and video proof. Again DO NOT USE THEM AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM TO TAKE PICTURES TO PROVE THE WORK WAS DONE!!!
Experience will be the last. I had my wife call for a simple service at her office, cleaning the lines of two ground level Minisplits. Techs were there for 30 minutes (confirmed with our security cameras). They charged my wife $400 for 4 hours of service but were only there for 30 minutes (parts were not needed, just blowing out two lines, 30min total) . My wife questioned the charge, tech replied thats what we charge. Luckily she mentioned the charge at dinner that night, I was floored. We called the next day to resolve the issue. I spoke to the owner directly to explain that something underhanded may be going on with her techs or service manager. Given her response or lack of, she seemed not to care one bit , defended the tech and manger and was extremely bothered by my call, adding that her company does not take advantage of women/people. Really, what do you call that, I said. I personally dont believe her or do I trust this company and their integrity .
We wanted to get the HVAC inspected before purchasing a home. The inspector David came on time and did a thorough job. He took time to educate us on how this unit works and how to properly maintain the unit in the future. He pointed out issues he found and gave us estimates.
Mario did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our AC pads and he helped us tremendously, as did his supervisor. We will continue to use KA! Thank you to all.
I cancelled my order because they wanted to place the unit in an area that I did not a greed to and they tried to sell me a unit I did not agreed to pay for. It took them a month an a half to remove the unit from my home. The technicians jammed my heater unit and un installed my alarm system along with my door bell. The company is not willing to take responsibility or send a technician out to fix it or reinstall what they uninstalled. They jammed my heater motor with duct tape and took my damper. Good think I kept the contract and now Im placing a lawsuit. Im not the type of customer to write a bad review but as a single parent is difficult to make ends meet and still have to pay a fee for a technician to come fix and replace something that they did.
LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I cant say it enough. Im so glad that I replaced by junk of a water cooler of an air conditioner for refrigerated air. Kings Aire were fast, nice, helpful and actually took the time to find out the best way to make my house comfortable... to all my rooms. It feels good now knowing I can control my air. Ac unit went out due to a storm, brought in an AC company to check it out and they left my unit in pieces and took some parts - gave me a quote $$$$ to replace ‘cause “there was no sense in repairing” - I called Kings Aire and they came in quoted me an estimate to fix and got me back online in a day PLUS saved my family $$$$ - the techs were friendly and easy to work with and most importantly they were honest - not going anywhere else with my AC needs - start with Kings Aire and save yourself the hassle and stress.
Apparently a maintenance call doesn’t include cleaning . It’s just a diagnostic service more than anything . I got thrown off by the way they do business . Make sure to ask what the maintenance visits include
After getting very expensive quotes and not really a breakdown of what the issue was with our AC units we were worried that we were not going to be able to fix our AC problem. Tech came out today and tried to get us to replace a couple of things that we didnt need to. My father in law was present and has worked on ACs but is disabled do he cant do it himself anymore. 350 dollars later we had work that should have been less than 200. Really disappointed by this lack of professionalism and honesty.
Christian P. arrived within the designated time preceded by a phone call to let me know that he was on the way. He introduced himself and proceeded to check the unit with efficiency. He was able to complete the work quickly demonstrating his knowledge and ability. He explained what he had done, how often to change the filters, and to call if there were future problems. Kings Aire is the only company I would trust to work on my HVAC units. They converted a rental property we have from Master cool to refrigerated air at a great value and quickly with no mess. They also service my homes units at a great price. Get the year round protection policy well worth the addition cost because it will save you in the long run.

Called and sales representative responded quickly. The estimate was given on the spot. It was an average quote. The next day we called back and asked if any kind of discounts could be applied. The representative said he would get in touch with us and 2 days later, we are still waiting. Not even to ask whether we are going to contract them. Well, I guess, Time to get more quotes from other companies.

I dont like to give review because I know how damaging they can be but this has been the worst experience I have ever had. They had multiple people come in and misdiagnose the problem they charged me 200 dollars per visit. They did not fix it and dont give an explanation as to when it will be fixed. I have called multiple times to get ahold of the manager to hope to rectify the problem however that hasnt worked either. I would have already switched companies however its such a pain in the ass to switch due to contract and warranties. I am writing this review to hopefully either make the owner aware of she cares however based on other reviews she must not. And also to warn other businesses or homeowner beware!!

I am very disappointed in the way Kings Aire ignored my call. I called them on Labor Day weekend as my refrigeration unit went out upstairs. I was supposed to get a call back on Saturday. No one called Saturday, Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday. They had come install a new motor in June. I called them 2 weeks ago because I continued to have problems with the unit. They put water into a receptacle and told me it was working fine.They have lost my business.
Technician came out for our yearly maintenance of A/Cs and Heaters. Upon inspection they found our inducer in one of heaters was not working. Estimate to get the heaters up and running, $2,700+. Secondly, the second furnace was condemned due to carbon monoxide readings. Thirdly, the said our 3 swamp coolers were all going to give out on us and needed new ones. We brought in 2 other companies who did not agree with anything they recommended. Furthermore, they were able to get the heaters up and running and tell us what they did incorrectly to our entire system and the damages it caused our Air Conditioners and water heater. We will be seeking damages from this company.November 1st - Thanks for the Reply. HVAC jargon is easily understood when your technicians are not rude. Jesse was great. But like he confirmed yesterday, Heater 2 works just fine. No need to spend $800+ on the inducer. As for heater #1, the other company following up to verify their readings. More to come.
I had a Trane unit installed 11 years ago. Every year I pay for the Maintenance Agreement. They make sure A/C and Furnace are operating properly. The technicians that have come by have always been very professional and courteous.
First of all I would like to say that the men that came to my house were very nice, polite, hark working and efficient. As far as the service department, which never called back, when I did talk to them, were always in a hurry and kind of rude. I have been waiting for 13 days until you can finish the job started on June 2. Nobody gives me a correct answer when I called. It took 5 days to get a quote which I authorized and then four more days until I called to see what was happening and the girl said they were coming on Friday June 10 in the afternoon. I called and asked what time because I had an awards ceremony for my son at 6pm and they said they were on their way. At 3 they started the work, said they were finished at 6pm, I had to leave and the air does not work I have been without air (90 degrees) since June 2, I had house guests arrive today and called 3 times today to see when they could finish the work and as of now, June 13 , 5pm I have not been called. I would say this is not the same, courteous, fast service of before. So , what should I do, call again??????
David the Technician came out to perform maintenance and repair my HVAC. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgable.I had a great experience and I will be using his and Kings Aire services from now on. Thank you David for answering all my questions and taking care of my HVAC
Didn’t show up during the window they said. Didn’t call to say running late either. Called to ask them about it, just put on hold. Hung up on them after 6 minutes of holding. It’s cool though, other companies in town.I called on Saturday, got a call back 20 minutes later from 504-4276 at 552 and made the appointment with him. Maybe you need to check your records better.This is no need to call you, as I would never hire you for anything now.
Christian Perez serviced my in laws home on Breeder Cup Way and showed up with a winning attitude. He was punctual, efficient and profession and he serviced the unit for the upcoming season! Great Job!
High pressure sales pitch from tech. Received a quote 4 times what I ended up paying another for the same service. Could not provide information on when needed part would be available..One time was all it took to tell me to look elsewhere for quality work at a fair price.
About 45 days ago I ordered their cooler startup service. At first the cooler worked ok. After a few days I noticed that it wasnt cooling well anymore.Fix 1I went on the roof and found that the worker did not make sure the pads completely covered the openings. I had to stretch them to fit.Fix 2Several days later it still wasnt cooling well. Go back on the roof and find that the guy they sent out actually threw away the mesh netnet aro my pump and now the spider that drains the water is getting clogged with debris.I had already ordered an estimate for an upgraded uniy and I explained my problem to the guy that came for that. He said hed take care of it. No action.Fix 3I had noticed that the belt was loose while I was up on the roof. But it worked, so whatever. Starting 2 days ago the belt is starting to slip and making noise.Today I called to complain in hopes that they would at least come and fix the belt issue. I was told that I am outside of the 30 day warranty they offer and theyd send someone out for $75. Also apparently telling their estimator didnt count as notifying them.So Ive had to repair their service 3 times and they couldnt care less. It didnt even matter that Id already informed a representative of their company. I will never use them again and would recommend you dont either.PS. Their cooler replacement estimate was also the highest of the 4 I got by more than $200.

Didnt return call after 12 hours when I was told I would be contacted by a technician soon. I guess my residential emergency with a sick family member did not matter even though I was willing to pay their outrageous weekend fee. Will ask all of my contacts, ( many) to never call Queens Aire. Thanks for nothing, got it fixed by Southwest, fixed and working in less than 2 hours. Paid slightly more for the complete job than Queens Aire wanted for a service call on a weekend.
I called and was supposed to come out I called him after I seen 20 minutes had passed he didnt respond I called several times and I proceeded to call office again he then called back and said he was already by canutillo when he was supposed to be in horizon he said he came to the house but there is about 10 people here and no one ever showed up he made me feel dumb on the phone and then said he left a note there was no note he said to check my cameras and no one ever came he said your house is the corner one and I said no so clearly went to the wrong house I have been waiting when I could of had someone else here I have a kid and my parents are older I never like to make comments but it is sad that they make customers feel bad or dumb when we are all clearly here and there was no doorbell no note and he had the phone number if he was really here he could of call their is no need to lie
Very polite and professional. Showed me pictures of how dirty everything was and then how it looked after cleaning. Huge difference. I recommend using this company.

Ive given two stars because im being nice enough to give two stars when i could of just done no review at all or one star. I had a central heating unit rheem installed back in 2008 in the summer and was installed very well but after i called in this year for a estimate for conversion to refrigeration air no one showed up; not sure if it was a miscommunication or they dont care period. So i done business with someone else.Damian Maynard

Ive been using kings Aire for years. This will be the last time. All I wanted them to do, was turn on my 2 Master Cools which is a 45 minute job but the service-guy took 4 HOURS! Whos is going to pay for MY hours wasted, waiting for him to do nothing special or extra. He came before 4 and left after 7pm! Then he wants to say there MAY be a leak and said he MIGHT be able to fix it, but now wants to charge me an extra 75 bucks. I said NO, you have been here too long already. Guess what,,, 20 minutes after he left, 1 unit stopped Working! IVE BEEN ROBBED OF MY TIME AND 200 BUCKS
These technicians must work on commission. 6 monthsago they came out to diagnose why air was not blowing out and we ended paying over $400.00 for the repair. 6 months later same problem and they said needed a part that would be $600.00 and we should just purchase a brand new unit (this is less than 10 years old). We had Doesher Refrigeration come out and did not tell them what we were told the problem was or that we were given an estimate from kings aire. Doeshers Tech assessed it was a $20.00 switch and repaired in less than 1 hour. WILL NEVER USE KINGS AIRE AGAIN! They are either crooks or incompetent in either case BEWARE!
They gave me a free estimate, I didnt use them to install my cooler, but they were very professional and had a price that was in the ballpark of the others. I only choose the other company because, the other company did work for my son.

This company is telling a lie. They never reimbursed Andrea Minor any money. To this day she has not received any money from this company. This company took my Mothers money twice, broke one of her motors to her air conditioner and did not do the job they were hired to do and they never reimbursed a dime this is all Lies. Do not use this company they are not good and will take your money and not do the job. Buyer Beware!!!! No money was reimbursed.
Ramon was very competent and pleasant. He went beyond basic by pointing out needs and doing the extra, I.e. Replacing the pads. He is an excellent representative of Kings Aire.

Don’t do it!Terrible Customer Service. Refused to share the cost of the part (because they overcharge). Technicians talk down to customers. Don’t be fooled by their gimmicks and marketing. A part cost me $29.90 and they were charging me $477. Save yourself time and money and call others. Dishonest, Rude, Overpriced and Greedy. Shame, Shame, Shame on you!
Called for emergency service at around 1130 pm they said a tech will call us when he is in his way out to us and around 12:15am I called again because we never received a call and the lady said “he didn’t call you, he was supposed to. I’m going to let them know this is your second time calling” after that we never received a call and no one ever came out.

Came and checked my hvac system quoted me a price of $986 that right of way seemed very over priced. called Alamo HVAC the next morning showed up within thirty minutes of calling and quoted me $290 for the same service for my hvac.
This company does not care about the El Paso community because they have a Fort Bliss contract. I called on three different occasion for an appointment and they NO-SHOW me three times. What do I have to do to get them to install a new AC???? Well I will move on to the next company... #Badcustomerservice#

Called for an emergency service at 0002, operator claimed that she dispatched the on call and the tech would contact me. 0128 no call from technician, the house is 81 degrees inside, I stressed the urgency due to our kids, was reassured that they would dispatch again. 0210 no call from the technician , will call another 24hr company . Whats the point of a 24 hour service if they are not going to respond. Especially knowing that children are In need of a working a/c regardless of the time. Only an apology from the operator no sense of urgency or offered to call another technician.

Great service, I would recommend. The technician did a semi-annual preventative maintenance where he checked the AC, recorded and explained the readings, and cleaned all the dirt and build up.
Repair tech was actually early, and fixed our AC quickly. He explained the repairs fully. Professional same-day service.
