Young guys like 21 or 24 years old. These guys just to patch up their mistakes that they did with my air conditioner. They didnt put jack or stand right that pulley was off as per told by their own people. They had like 10 people to do a small job. 10 people to do a simple job. I helped my pops build my moms house so I know. They messed up my lights as well. Now they dont turn on. I can see the nails popping out of the ceiling. The supervisor hasnt even came by. They made an appt to come 10/3 in the AM. I canceled appts to be here and yet they havent came. I called office and they supposedly had me on hold but was able to hear and yet nothing was being done. For 20 min on wait. Hung up called again. For what to say another lie. I dpmt recommend these people. They are young people out there wanting to work and get paid. These young ones like dont care for the quality of job they do. Sad..

Called them for work outside of my home and they are way to expensive. The person that came to give me an estimate came smelling like cigarettes and spent more time on his phone rather than giving decent customer service. Every question I asked seemed like I was insulting him. Took them like 3 days to give me an estimate. But when I got it they were way to expensive.I work in construction but am a little to busy to do the job that I was asking them to take care of. They estimated over $3200 on a job that would cost me around 500-600 in supplies. Called several other construction companies and they all charged almost 1/3 of the price at around $1200.Fair warning I would recommend that you guys find some other estimates to make sure they arent screwing you over. I understand being the expensive person in construction but not 3x more expensive on a job that only takes 4 hours to do with 2 people.Beware make sure you find other estimates to compare and be ready to wait 3 days for a simple estimate on a small job.

Every time they would do a job something always happens afterwards with their work, so they have to always come back and not just twice maybe three and four times. Stealing from my residence. The owner (male) is very heartless, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My air conditioner is not working properly after being fixed three times. I am a lung patient and need my air conditioner properly working. The owner told me to call an ambulance. They are contracted by the City of El Paso. The city needs to know what goes on with Highridge Construction when they’re hired to do a job. Sincerely disgusted, frustrated and extremely disappointed!!!!!

Deceptive business practices with contractual work through Lowes and or Home Depot. Was contacted by a young woman named Sonia who is now claiming to be the company owner of High Ridge Construction. In good faith I verified my Home Depot account information for the appliance expected delivery/installation she said she received the work order from Home Depot for a stove ordered. I was told they would be coming between 8 am and 11 a.m. When they failed to show I called and spoke with a young lady named Brenda who told me that they provided installation services for Lowes Home Improvement not Home Depot. Alarmed about the account information I provided I demanded to speak to the company owner and Sonia called me back and told me that she was the owner of High Ridge Construction. She then cited another name and address to try and convince me that I was not the intended customer contacted for service by her. I then asked her to explain why she knew about the Home Depot stove purchase I made and how I had been promoted to verify my account information if her employee or rather coworker told me and Home Depot manager also verified that they are not contracted to provide the installation services for them. She hung up and refused to talk with me. I contacted Lowes store manager Genaro who verified the company provides work for them but he would have to look into who the actual business owners are. Corporate would also be contacted with an alert on a potential business scam.had not called the right number. She hung up on me when I questioned if she was infact the business owner and when I called the number again she refused to come to the line I reported the deceptive business practice to Lowes Manager Gerano and to their corporate offices as well. Home Depot advised that the company is not contracted to provide any services for them. The fact that they knew I used my home Depot card to buy a stove is very troubling.

Quick to respond to repair I needed with same day service. Fast, efficient, mannerly and made sure everything was working properly. I have to add that my DIL needed to fix the heater in the mobile home she is renting to my granddaughter and I suggested High Ridge when asked who I use, she ignored me and used another repairman that told her the heater was shot and she would need to purchase another for $1700.00, when I again told her to call High Ridge. She called, repairman came out and found the reason the heater was not continuing to stay lit was due to a blockage in the air flow vent, got it fixed and saved a bundle.The first time I used them was for my AC unit which prompted my first 5 stars and the second was for my heater, I had a problem with the bracket so heater made a horrible noise when it came on, they got that up and running quickly. Different repairmen but both highly knowledgeable, mannerly and reasonably priced. I live in a manufactured home so not everyone works on them.The third time I needed them was when my hot water heater died, I mentioned it might be under warranty from when I purchased it (not from them), it was, they handled the repair and worked with the manufacture to ensure I receive the part and install it. I did have to pay for part to be installed since that was not covered by the warranty.

After having 3 years worth of problems with sec8 housing maintenance they had to call in someone to finally get the job done high ridge did the best job anyone could do within the time frame needed before housing lost funding over the progressed water damage . .its looks spectacular . .it took an team of people less than a day to fix my home Klause was a pleasure paid very close attention to detail . .I just wished they could have fixed everything instead of what housing wanted would definitely pay out of pocket for repairs

The HighRidge workers are lacking professionalism, slow workers really like to be on tik-tok and share pictures while on the clock, Some of them seem to be underqualified. The workers spent about an hour to step out of their vehicle onto the job site. NOT the company you are looking for!

Wish I could rate with 0 stars. Horrible service. Please don’t waste your time or money with this company. I got an installation through them unfortunately by hiring Lowe’s to do the job. The lady I spoke with Sonia is so unprofessional and rude it is absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy anything at Lowe’s knowing they work with this company.

This company is terrible!!! I paid 160 dollars for them to not fix the problem! They also didnt connect the A.C. pump correctly! And I still have a leak! They didnt even bother following up to see if the problem was fixed! But they sure did charge my card real quick! I dont recommend this company!!

Worst service !!!! They did not level my a/c on installation and damaged my whole roof due to water leaking, they refused to cooperate and hung up the phone on me several times. The city inspector cited them and they do not care, now waiting for their bond company. A word of advice do not use this company even if it has funding... Very , very unprofessional!!!!! City and state and federal funding have to stop giving them contracts!!!

Store manager is very unprofessional and rude as can be. I tried to ask a simple question and got a rude reply back. Needs more training on how customers skills. I know customers arent always right but in my case I believe I was mistreated and couldnt even get the right service I deserved. Very poor service on her part.

Unprofessional, worst company ever. Don’t trust any word they say they don’t keep their word and will treat you like if you owe them. Don’t buy anything from this company. They don’t know how to work. Don’t trust anything from JEREMY SIFUENTES . He is the owner doesn’t cares and is very rude. Don’t fall for this.

Fabian aka Fallvren is a great plumber! Very professional and knowledgeable! Victor is a wizard! he always know the solutions to all my home remodeling and services !

Dont waste your time in trying to get an written estimate from this company i have had to call them three times to finally get them to come by my house and finally when they sent there Co-worker almost a week later he(Stephen) never sent me my written estimate as i requested i searched each and every day but to this very day i never received my written estimate, i guess they must think that i cant afford their services,Well i got news for them i can afford your services, bit now i would not hire you if you were the last company in El Paso your lack of trust and communication and faith in your customers speaks in volume!!!
