Very professional business. Called them to advise our heater turned off. The house was cold. She immediately got me at ease. She Explained everything. Send out the tech turned the heater on temporarily order the parts and will return to install parts. They understood our issue and sent out a tech who was very courteous and very knowledgeable!!! Excellent customer service and installation. Company representative Brenda was very informative as to what the company offered. She was patient, very friendly, heard what my family wanted (not like the other companies), and what was promised was delivered. The installation was done in about 4 1/2 hours. The workers explained how the new refrigeration worked, how to install the filters, and cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend this company.

Had an excellent experience with Jose the A/C Handyman. Upon a referal, A/C Handyman took care of my problem. He was honest and very affordable and recommend him to anybody. Called today and received the the help same day cant say enough about the Honesty and quick response we received today 👍 😀

Omega Air Conditioning has been the company that has been handling our warranty for our AC units on our brand new house. I think weve had them out to our house close to a dozen times at this point, we are on our second complete AC unit on our house, and now that one is having issues. They give you a 4 hour time window, ours has been 8-12, and you can absolutely bet on them being there around 11:58. Only one time have they shown up before 11:30 for any of the service calls. If it werent being covered by warranty, we would have absolutely gone to a different HVAC company.

Very courteous and helpful...I messaged E.P Omega after experiencing some trouble with my air conditioning unit, they called me immediately and was able to schedule a service appointment for the same day. Eric the tech showed up within 30 min. or less. He listened to my concern and quickly got to work on diagnosing the problem. He took pictures and explaibed what he needed to do and gave an estimate of cost. After he completed the work he showed me pictures as well. I really like that he did that. I bought a new construction and Omega was the vendor in the HVAC system on the carefree homes built around El Paso. I can’t say I’ve had great service with them since I have called them more than 5 times to fix the issue with the home not evenly cooling or heating. As I pass my One year mark now the step aside saying warranty expired!!! What a joke of a company. I’m sure whom ever have these builders properties will have a HVAC problem. Now I have to figure it out by myself. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I called on a short notice to E.P. Omega and I was not disappointed!!! I had same day service for my older R-22 HVAC system. Jose the HVAC tech was on time and very professional and smart!! He actually will work on and troubleshoot older R-22 systems unlike other HVAC service companies in El Paso that wont touch an R-22 system.. Sad!! THANK YOU AGAIN OMEGA!!

My A/C was malfunctioning, I called E.P. Omega Air Conditioning at 8 a.m. they had a tech at my house by 10:00 a.m. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Great customer service on phone and in person.

Jose Fierro was our savior! We had gone without ac in the brutal summer for 4 days with 4 young children and two dogs, causing us to have to leave our home temporarily. Jose was quick, friendly, and fixed the problem in minutes! Can’t thank him enough!

Bruh came out and diagnosed the issue. Had to wait a day until part came in. They came out and installed it quickly. Only issue was the tech did not put correct amount of refrigerant in so the unit ended up freezing. But they came out the next day and house started cooling.

Very bad company, terrible service. They installed the system during summer, doing some holes in the ceiling to add a duct. They told me that they will send someone to fix the ceiling, and after 8 months, Im still waiting for them to fix it. I called them several times and they always said the same, but no one ever came. In winter the heater was not working, after several calls, they finally sent someone. The issue was that they did not connect the gas. Then, the system stopped working and they had to change something. Also, when it was raining, all the house outlets just stopped working for a few days, we could not find the reason, until December. When we were placing the Christmas lights, we saw a hole in the roof that they made when they did the intallation, but they never fixed. The hole was exactly above the breaker box, causing it to get wet and cut off the electricity. I called them with each issue. But they never helped me. I had to pay to fix everything. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

Honestly some of the best service we’ve ever received in general so that says a lot. Our ac went out and everywhere we called was super booked for weeks out and the rest never got back to us even though they said they would. All it took was one call and one text to confirm my address and Eric showed up within the time he said he would. Even worked later than what he should have to ensure that we wouldn’t go another night with this heat. The compassion and empathy that this young man showed on top of the concern for the problem and working quickly and efficiently to complete the work is so appreciated! I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my frustration so that others might not get taken by this company. I truly tried to give Adrian and omega a chance to come out and look into why my unit that was installed in 2018 STILL wasnt cooling my house. Back in 2018 Adrian came to the house and looked into converting it over to Refrigerated air, at the time I asked if the house needed two units or if one would be enough. He assured me that one 5ton unit would more than be adequate for the job. Well ever since the install Ive never been able to get the house below 78 degrees in the front or 85 degrees in the back during the summer. I called the number for weeks back then with no answer, I felt as though there was nothing I could do. In 2020 the unit continued to freeze over, again we tried to get assistance with no answer, I had another ac company come out and the unit was low on refrigerant. This past year in 2022 my power bill in the summer reached $600.00 a month and the house was so hot it was unbearable. I called 2 weeks ago about having someone come check the unit one last time, and I was told to get someone out would take paying a service fee, and when i mentioned the warranty she told me theyre usually only 1-2years, which isnt true since my receipt states 10years. I asked multiple times to have Adrian call me back so we could discuss my issues and try to come to a resolution but I guess his decision to ignore my situation still stands all these years later. So I my self went back into my attic space, saw where my duct work was leaking, fixed that leak, moved my take off for the back of the house to a better location to improve flow, this helped the situation but still had some issues. I had another company come out to check on the unit and found a bad capacitor which was causing the compressor to draw too many amps while running, this has helped with the lights flickering in the house when the unit starts and seems to be running smoother, but only time will tell if it will help with my terribly high power bill( that only gets high during the summer). Also since working with this other company ive come to realize that the 4ton requirement for the house that Adrian told us was not true. This is important to note since we asked if we needed two units. This hole time ive been frustrated that the unit which was supposed to be 1ton over sized for the house is actually .5 ton too small. My duct work is a mess after asking if it needed to be replaced, my unit it undersized after asking if one would be enough, and my frustrations are high since there is zero accountability and customer service. Gave this company a chance two many times.

This company was very unprofessional. The man that called me to schedule an appointment was extremely rude. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give me his name and hung up the call. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as he was very confrontational over a phone call, I cant imagine him in-person.

I’m pregnant and our a/c went out in the middle of the night. I woke up, couldn’t breathe from the heat and was looking on google maps on who to call in the morning, this place had high reviews. They were here in just a couple hours same day, only took 20mn to fix our a/c

This company is used by hakes brothers and is awful, they just show up anytime unannounced, they dont answer the phone. The unit they install on my home was broken and leaking refrigerant, i kept having them come out due to my home not cooling and they said nothing was wrong, just gave excuses, like its hot out and always asked if i change the filters, guess what filters clean and the heat is irrelevantif my house is the same temperatureas outside there is an issue. They came about 5 to 8 times in a year and all they would say is its fine. I finally had a secondary company through hakes come out and there were several things wrong that should have been noticeable all the times omega came out. I told hakes warrantly i dont want them at my home again. Took a good fight but hakes will now send the other company. Good riddens.

Highly recommend, on time, same day appointment, and very professional.

They installed a 16 seer Carrier unit. The unit was installed in a couple of hours and has been working fine for four years. The priced was the lowest at the time with a ten year warranty on parts. I have called them once to check the unit and they came to see it in two days nothing mayor, no repairs were needed. I will update the review with warranty issues in the future when and if the unit needs repair.

We built through new construction home and they were in charge of the ac. Ac never worked, they came to look at it and took them about a week to “Fix” it. As soon as they left our unit started short cycling, they came a couple days later looked at it and said everything was good they dint find a problem. As soon as they left ac started blowing hot air. Tried calling them and kept getting ignored. Come to find out through our construction supervisor that they ordered the wrong compressor. It’s been more than a week and we are still waiting for them to fix our ac. EVERYTIME We call Brenda never answer the phone. I have to call 15 times and hope she decides to actually do her job one time. They told us they would come a Thursday to fix it finally. Thursday came and they never showed up or answered any phone calls! Horrible horrible company stay away!!

This company is beyound horrible; they are incompetent and can not do the job. They cannot do new builds or new install. They did a new house build for myself and my ceiling is still leaking. After nemourious calls they have stilled failed to correct the simplest of issues. Ask for someone else.

Go figure. One of the hottest days of the year and my A/C stopped working. To make a long story short my a/C still had manufacture warranty. Eric with Omega Air confirmed unit had arrived and in stock 1 week prior to installation date. On the installation date, Eric called to notify me that the unit was not in stock and did not have a date of arrival. When asked if they could overnight another unit or give us a date when the unit would arrive he did not know and could not give me a answer. Unprofessional company, go elsewhere. Unappectable! We have been more than patient with the company.

I was hoping this company would be able to do the job since they are the installers for Carefree Homes. My A/C unit went out and about 3 weeks ago I called Omega, they came out right away, did their diagnoses (I really dont know if they knew what it was) and left. I had to constantly call/text them on numerous times with late and at times no response. The final diagnoses was to do a complete rewire from furnace to unit! Their electrician came out, said he would be back because he needed materials (unprepared) but didnt return. He rescheduled for the following morning and never showed up (unprofessional). I finally decided to go elsewhere and my issue was resolved in about an hour... go figure!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.Technician missed our appointment, and instead of calling to reschedule or let us know they would be unable to make it they tried to lie and say that nobody was home.I called the company 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to follow up, maybe they got stuck in traffic. Never received a call back.We have cameras Brenda, nobody came to our home.I would steer clear of this company, if theyll lie about something simple as missing a scheduled appointment, what else will they lie about?

Since we hired them pure failures. They didnt seal my roof... the good thing is that part of my house was still under construction otherwise we wouldnt have realized it and my house would have been damaged when it rained. Afterwards they didnt put the sweat tube on the outside but inside the drain. But since they didnt put it in properly, the ceiling of my bathroom started leaking and caused damage. In that they did take responsibility. And I send them messages and they dont answer me. They answer me whenever they feel like it. If I had known that they were not professionals I would not have put my ac with them.
