DO NOT ENGAGE this company!!! Everyone who has given this company a 5 Star review works for 4Tech! They are horrible and have done critical DAMAGE to our property although we gave them several opportunities to correct. They have no idea how to professionally install ducting or connect heating/cooling appliances. Your BEST BET is to hire someone else - but always double check licensing and INSURANCE in El Paso!

Had 4Tech install a new splint system in my house. Great customer service, great price, and quality workmanship! My new system came with a 2 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. Also had them take care of a gas leak at a rental property which they promptly repaired. Definitely my go-to for HVAC needs.

These guys are great with install or service. They did installed new units during our remodel a little bit ago and we just started with regular service. We have pine trees so we’ve found our units tend to get really messy with the needles and they did a great job with servicing them and cleaning them up. Super quick as well. I called Friday and they came out 1st thing Monday. Highly recommend them for any HVAC services.

I found 4 Tech AC Services through a word-of- mouth recommendation. They have been my absolute go to company for over 5 years. Being a disabled person with health issues, they have always been prompt in responding to urgent calls for service. They have demonstrated outstanding customer service and concern for the welfare of a customer with urgent need of prompt repairs. They have a we will make it right and give it our best attitude in their service. They are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Their technicians have been professional and very knowledgeable in the HVAC industry. 4 Tech AC Services is excellent with scheduling and appointments. When they are delayed in response for unforeseen circumstances, office staff will notify the customer to keep them informed. On service calls I have noticed that there is no get in and get out quick mentality. Technicians are detailed in their work and they discuss in detail exactly why there are doing. I have recommended 4 Tech AC Services to others and they too have been very satisfied with them. I will definitely continue to use this company and will recommend them too.

Brand new house, damaged my ceiling twice duty AC units.Absolutely I do not recommend this company

Hello its Jason at the patio outdoor furniture store in El Paso Texas. My A/C went out at the house on Saturday. Divorce time wife going crazy so hot called 4 Tech they came out and said see you Tuesday. Why Tuesday it was a holiday on Monday memorial day. Soon as Tuesday came they had it running by 11.00 am. Gave me a great deal awesome price but the best part NO DEVORCE!!! Almost got separated on Wednesday because it was to cold in the house. Moral of this post is call 4Tech for your aircondtioning needs. I also live on the west side where they took care of us. Jason

I was having much trouble with a unit that was installed on a new home build. After several visits of trying to figure the issue out 4 Tech talked with the hvac company who in return gave me a new unit for my house. 4 tech quickly installed the hvac and now it works like a charm! Thank you 4 tech for getting this done.

I have had the benefit of working with Enrique at 4-Tech for 10 years now. I have worked with him as a subcontractor on my remodel and construction projects and I have hired him numerous times to do work at my personal home. There is nobody in El Paso that I would call except 4-Tech. If they are not available, I will wait. But the truth is, they make time, they get it done, and they do it right. Do yourself a favor, dont call anybody else. Call 4-Tech for your H. V. A.C. projects.

We contracted 4 Tech for a new installation just last week May 10, 2023. They had been servicing my other AC unit (the one replaced) for the past 4 years. Although my AC unit was 12 years old, I was always, always happy and satisfied with their service. So when it came time to replace the old unit, I never hesitated in having them do the work. Javier, one of their best techs, with much patience, explained our options and going with a quick repair would have cost a lot more down the road and still would have required a new installation. They quickly assessed the situation and what was needed that day and completely installed the following day. The two installers, Sergio and Yager were incredibly fast, careful, and efficient. They did a beautiful job insulating the duct from the unit to my house, seal-coated everything, and left the work area clean. On top of all their work, they didnt mind the variety of questions we asked. Nope not at all, both gentleman were patient, respectful, and thorough about answering our questions. The owner, Kike (Enrique) was just as professional and courteous throughout the project. Listen, I am not an employee or paid for giving this review. I stand by my experience with 4 Tech A/C Services, they are good people with a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC industry. You cant go wrong with them!

Horrible service on a $9,500 unit that I am still having to call in technicians to rewire and fix. Jose never came thru, he never sent in the technician to finish the whole install. he never replied to my messages or calls. Offered me his Solar panels and once I declined that was it, no more calls or texts to finish the unit. Had to pay to install a different panel because the one they installed didnt work with the heater! Having to continue to pay for horrible service. Please do your research on these companies that are only interested in collecting money and not finishing the service, do better Jose!

Awful service. Awful installation. It was done by daniel, we have to go to court because they did not get our permit after I bought it to their attention.

I have been working with 4 Tech AC Services for several years. Installation is on time, responsiveness is on point and customer service is top notch.

Worst Customer Service and not Reliable! Do you research before using this company as they don’t care of the people, and they will take your money ASAP. We had and issue in the past with our AC unit not working, and they replaced the part needed to get it working and now that’s it’s COLD our Heater doesn’t work, they don’t do all the requirements needed to confirm that everything works. PLEASE PEOPLE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY, AND WE’VE CALLED OTHERS AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP OUT AND THIS COMPANY WON’T!  The lady even said to call someone else when the parts/labor should still be under warranty, what Company does that??? Oh Yeah…  4 TECH EL PASO A/C SERVICE.

Whenever I called them or seek for help, they always answer and very quickly, no matter how extreme the temperature is. Then, having to climb up to the roof in such temperatures. The company has been very helpful and so I give it to them.

Another company came out and completely killed our AC. These guys came out and got it running through the weekend so we didn’t have to rent a hotel until the new part was available on Monday. Highly recommend.P.S. I don’t work for these guys lol

They wait for the warranty to run out to charge you. They showed me a repair unit and it had a leak and they just came and put gas in it. They came back for the same thing for the leak and they just charged me. They act stupid and the owner didnt even want to talk to me. You know my problem, I dont recommend it at all.
