I wish I had read the previous review BEFORE calling them. I was NOT told of their $95 diagnostic fee (very steep if you ask me) I had two other service people, one for my garage and one for my water heater come within the same week and they only charged a $25 diagnostic fee if you don’t use them. Well, their employee came on a Friday, took my dryer apart and told me what the issue was. Because they had to order the part, they went ahead and collected the diagnostic fee. This was a week ago today. I called on Monday and they told me they would call me to let me know when the part came in and they would schedule the service. Well… it was Thursday early afternoon and I hadn’t heard from them so I decided to give them a call, they never answered although I started calling them at 3 pm very well within business hours until around 5 pm. I received a message, as per the attached picture that they were coming out today between 1-5 pm. That’s a very long stretch of time so I took time off work. I waited for them, and kept calling to see if they could give me a more precise time frame, my first call was at 1:11pm and I kept getting the answering machine saying that they were now closed because their business hours were from 9 to 5 PM Monday through Friday. It was well within the timeframe of their business hours. I needed to pick up my son from school and’s wanted an answer so I did keep calling. Finally someone called back at 1:31pm and I spoke to a woman who told me that they would be at my house between 3-5 pm. I did have to get someone to go pick up my son for me so I could stay home and continue waiting. Well, it is now 6:42 pm and no one showed up to fix my dryer. I’m livid and will NEVER recommend them, seems like they made an easy $95 out of me because now I’m going to have to look for someone else to come repair it. This has cost me not only money but a lot of my time as well. Time I will never get back. This place is very unprofessional and now I’m wondering if what they said the problem with my dryer was, is even what is wrong with it. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Jesus came through to fix our dryer that suddenly started making a loud metal on metal grinding sound. He clearly communicated the issue, ordered required parts and got it fixed quickly. Would highly recommend him!

Lousy, amateur service.They were scheduled for a service appt through Lowes warranty program. Not only did they NOT show or communicate anything to us in the first 4.5 hrs of the 5 hr appointment window, but when I called them to ask why, the girl answering the phone was only able to pass the message along. Our other calls to them were not answered, and eventually they let their voicemail pick up the calls. This was all before they closed at 5pm. No communication, wasted our time, issue with the washer not fixed.Dont waste your time. Look elsewhere.Edit: 15 mins after this review was posted, the service technician, Jesus, a very kind young man called me to let me know he was running late, the ONLY technician working and still had 2 more calls after mine, and was trying to get to everyone. Kid has a heart of gold and strong work ethic, much appreciated. Shortly after getting off the phone with him, I received a text stating my appointment had been canceled. I called Jesus back to ask about it and apparently his manager had seen THIS GOOGLE REVIEW and canceled our scheduled service appointment with the mindset of ...well, why would we go out and provide service if he gives us a bad review? Furthermore, I asked Jesus to ask that manager to call me directly to talk about it (because reviews can always be edited) and to keep the employee out of the middle of it. Get this: the manager said ...have him take the review down and we will go out there. We wont go out until he takes the review down.So, nameless manager, this review is just one example of how a review CAN be edited. Either in your favor, or against. And as a person who knows what integrity is, I find you absent of any, and I fully question your sense of business ethics.Also, spend more time communicating with your customers, quit overscheduling your techs and worry less about scouring the internet for your business reviews and being reactive. If you are as good as you think you are, you wont have very many negative reviews to worry about.

I do not recommend this company. I used them for my Lowes Warranty, to fix my washer and dryer. 08/22/24 they came to fix my washer and dryer but only looked at the machine and ordered parts. They came back out 08/29/24 to replace parts but they left the washing machine worse off. They stopped answering my calls. Lowes finally got a hold of them and they scheduled time to come back out 08/31/24 but NEVER showed up. They didnt call me back to reschedule or apologize for not showing up. I tried contacting them multiple times 09/02/24 but they dont answer. Im left without a working machine. Poor communication from E-Square Service and are No Shows.

Completely horrible experience. Company was dispatched through my home warranty and I have been without a/c since May 14th. It’s almost a month now, he has came out to my home 4 TIMES over these weeks and each time has messed around “attempting to repair” my air. They never answer the phone when you call, it’s in the 100s outside everyday this week and I AM STILL WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. I’ve had to contact another company and pay again to receive help. Look elsewhere for hvac issues and do yourself a favor please.

This cautionary tale of a malfunctioning fridge is one that stretches for two plus months. They responded relatively quickly the first time around and came out to check the fridge. They notified us with a few steps, including turning the fridge off and waiting for the parts (a thermostat and a defrost sensor) to come in, (parts thats important later). They state it would be until about Wednesday of the following week for the parts to arrive. To this point it is no big deal.Wednesday comes and no response from the company. I call them multiple times throughout the week only to finally get a response on Friday, about 10 calls later. They schedule an appointment for the following week. By this point it has been nearly three weeks of a fridge not working. The next technician comes as expected but brings only one part. I tell him that we had paid for two parts. Hes confused and calls the company to clarify. They tell him it was only one part that was to be installed. After another week of the exact same issues persisting, I call them back and ask for them to come back out to see what the issue is. The original technician comes out to check it. Him and I communicate about the two parts....two....that we had spoken about the first time.As it turns out my memory was correct. He installs the part and directs me to disconnect the fridge for half an hour. I do, and I think everything is good. Fast forward another week and its still not any different than when I first called the company. Needless to say my family had been getting sick due to the food not being properly cooled and us not knowing that it still wasnt working as it should. When I find out its still not working properly I call them back to repair it once more. They say theyll be at the house on Monday. Monday comes and they dont show up. My girlfriend missed work to be there and there wasnt any courtesy to be prompt. She calls them and they agree to refund us for the parts. I say they can even have the fridge and the parts if they agree to the refund. Ive still been calling them back each week since we bought a new fridge, which is now three weeks.*Edit: Below, the owner has stated theyve reached out to us, and as I write this, we have not received any call, refund, etc.

The tech was great. Pleasant and was able to fix the dishwasher without having order/replace any parts. He was here for an hour. Price came out to 129.Expensive for not needing to order part/extra labor.Do not recommend. Go elsewhere and save your money.

Ill give a 5 star review after Oscar had to come back to alien and remove the dishwasher door of which the soap dispenser was the original issue. The previous tech was rough in bending the brackets and not knowing how to open the door to replace the dispenser and the door didnt want to close. Well thanks to Oscar for doing the removal of the door alignment of it and brackets re bend to its original way where the door closes like its brand new. Experience is the key in which tech knows whats hes doing and others just need to take the time to know where and how plus not be so rough with peoples property. We all work hard just like you to have what we have. Thanks again Oscar! Much appreciated 👍

This company was arranged through my protection plan from Lowes. Im giving 2 stars because the first technician that came out was wonderful, however absolutely nothing has happened since that first visit. He came out discovered the issue, showed me everything that was going on with my washer. He had to oder a part and said I would have a technician available the following Saturday so I wouldnt have to take time off from work, again. I have reached out to the number provided in my dispatch email but can never get through. I only ever been able to reach an answering machine. I have yet to get any information in regards to my repair or the status of the ordered part. Every time I call I get a message saying something along the lines of Thank you for making us El Pasos #1 repair service. , followed by the business hours being listed, which includes Saturday hours. I am so frustrated with the circle theyve got me running. A Google search of the company lists only M-F hours while the message that is given when calling them says Mon through Sat. The first technician said they have technicians that alternate Saturdays. This statement makes it hard to negate Saturday hours.

We have a policy through Lowes Protection Plan, our refrigerator broke 9/23 and we scheduled services for that following Monday. The company then called to reschedule us for the following day, 9/26. Upon arriving at our home the technician stated he was unable to repair our unit. However, it has been almost a week and Lowes is saying they have yet to receive any paperwork from the repair company and we are still without a refrigerator. If I had my choice of repair services I would not choose E-Square Services, because they clearly lack a genuine ability to deliver on their expectations.

Be prepared to be disappointed. They showed up, collected their fee and never returned to complete the job. When the warranty called and emailed them, they finally sent us a text. We scheduled the appointment l, they failed to show up and when we contacted the manager, he cancelled the appointment after they had missed the appointment. Poor service and incompetent.

So far I will give this company 2 stars. The only person they have to answer the phone in the office lacks costumer service and communication skills. Im sure she feels better after hanging up on me just to get back at me. I was trying to get clarification for what parts of the A/C unit thats INSIDE THE HOUSE would get cleaned because it has 3 compartments. I was on hold at least 3 times. The technician himself cannot talk to the costumer on the phone in order to clarify questions. I maintained that I would be making an appointment but because I was not given clarification other than; the inside coil will be cleaned, the part the technician said needed to be cleaned, I will be asking before any services are rendered on the day of my appointment which parts of the A/C unit thats INSIDE THE HOUSE will be cleaned and if the expected parts of the unit to be cleaned are not the same ones that were discussed during the technicians initial visit I will not use their services on that day. Furthermore, I will not be incurring in any costs if the technician needs to be sent away since I was trying to get clarification before someone showed up and Karina was not able to provide any. I would very much like to speak to the technician who I saw so that hopefully an unnecessary visit does not need to happen. Depending on what happens that day, I will be revising my review.Edit: I have decided to cancel my appointment with this provider. Thank you to the technician who did the home consultation. They should really improve the way communication happens with costumers in order to provide a better service.

Beware of this company. They take your money and provide the service at THEIR convenience. They supposedly ordered a fan motor but they failed to show back up to install it. A competent company got the job done the same day. Alot of time and money wasted because of E SQUARE.PS: Dont bother replying saying you tried contacting us, WE did all the work to get a hold of YOU. Save the headache and keep the same attitude on here.

E square repair came to my house the same day I called. The charge was $ 75 for the service call. Which is a little high in my opinion but I thought I was paying for quality. The repairman misdiagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. He sent me an invoice for just over $800 to replace the compressor. The invoice was not same day but in-fact days later. I had modern appliance repair come out the next day. He diagnosed it was the relay. They would replace the relay for $200 with no service charge since I am doing the work with them. The relay is replaced the refrigerator is working great and Im glad I didn’t do my work with them. E squares is either incompetent and doesn’t know what they are doing or knew it was the relay and wanted to overcharge. Either way it’s damming

He quickly found the problem,corrected it and gave me a few tips on preventing the situation. Very cool. I recommend you call these guys if you have problems.

I was assigned to them by GE to fix my washer. The part was backordered for months they called GE and got the part earlier and got it all fixed and taken care of under warranty!The only negative I will say is their communication could be better but I made sure to call first thing in the morning and they always answered and took care of me! The technician was great and so freaking knowledgeable bc we have like a crazy smart washer and he knew the issue within 5 minutes.

Having problems with a motor they installed for my mother, not working in over 100 degree weather. They told us someone would be out from 1-5, no one ever showed up. We called them in the morning to reschedule and they stated they wouldn’t be able to make it out till the following day.The woman on the phone started claiming no one was home, when we we here all day and night, doors and windows open.She says the technician showed up at 7:30 PM, however we have no missed calls and it is impossible to reach them past 5:00 PM.I asked to speak with a manager and was denied the ability to so. Asked for technicians number, was also denied. We have no way of confirming anyone ever came out.Terrible company, terrible customer service! If my mother didn’t have a warranty with them, I would go to absolutely anyone else!I would never recommend this company.

Would give zero stars but unable to do so. Throughout experience office staff consistently lied to the point that lies happened mid conversation. Office staff rude with zero customer service skills. Examples of blatant signs of incompetence include specific instructions to have technicians call 15 minutes prior to arrival, as 4 Hour window is an unrealistic time frame for me to be sitting at my house waiting for them to arrive. Towards the end of 4-Hour window I would place a call to the office only to find out that technician had already attempted visit but I never received the phone call, voicemail or text message so that only goes to show you that no communication was happening between office or technician with customer. Technician was sent out on six different occasions and was unable to resolve issues at hand. Only positive from entire experience is that technician was courteous but with issues not resolved that doesnt really matter. If you like to gamble use company and hopefully you will have a better experience but with all the choices I would just choice another company.Update-horrible company lied to my home warranty so I would have to pay deductible. Dont trust company they will completely take full advantage of the system.

I have dealt with other appliance companies but by far this one takes my 5 stars. They are very efficient, responsive and great customer service. Mr. Ebar was our on site tech and his expertise surpasses any company we have used in the past. WORST PLACE EVER. First of all they send an “estimator” then schedule you a week later. And get this... they charge you 65 dollars REGARDLESS of whether or agree with the estimate or not. It gets better. My estimate for a simple piece of plastic, which I looked up only costs 20 dollars, they wanted to charge me 400 dollars. Additionally, I needed the fridge moved into my kitchen with the doors off. The technician was being hired to do this. They REFUSED to give me anything but a 4 hour window. How am I to schedule a paid mover with a 4 hour window? To top it all off the estimator they sent was highly aggressive and intimidating. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE. There are many in El Paso, I would STAY AWAY.

Repairman that came to the house was very nice and helpful. However, office staff is extremely lacking in courtesy and customer service. Had a repair on Thursday afternoon that didnt end up working, so I called the office to get the repairmen back out again. I was ignored all Thursday afternoon and all day Friday. The staff answering the phone kept saying she would call me back, but never did, not even once. I left multiple messages on the answering machine as well that were also never returned. I had to go to the office and stand in the doorway while the secretaries called the repairmen so that I could get my AC repaired. So after a week of sleeping on my couch, the repairmen came back out and fixed it no problem and apologized profusely because he didnt even know there was a problem! I had been calling the office for 3 days and nobody had even told him there was still a problem. Hate to say I will have to take my future business elsewhere.

Terrible service! They were the service provider appointed by my home owners insurance. First, good luck with them picking up the phone. Second, they called 30 minutes before they arrived for service so I could leave work and open up my house. I was 5 minutes late and the technician just left. They called to apologize and reschedule which upset me even more and ended up cancelling their service.

Admittedly, I did not have a choice about working with them. They were the contractor my home warranty company sent out. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours and did not. I called them Repeatedly to set up the 1st appointment. It took five days for them to come out. The tech did not open either machine, the tech did his diagnostics by taking pictures of the appliance serial numbers. They did not order the parts until 3-4 business days after the visit. The office staff, Joe, use a ton of words (I.e talk a lot) to make terrible excuses. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere.days (

I was so hesitant to write this review. I honestly despise negative reviews but I am sure this will help someone. I was referred to them by ORP. A lady contacted me on Monday morning and said they can have someone come to my home Wednesday between 1pm and 5pm. I made arrangements for someone to be in my home for when they arrived. She said they would call 45 minutes before arriving. It is 5:44pm and they have not called me or shown up. Here is the real issue, I have been calling them since 4pm and they do not answer. I literally called over 13 times between 4pm and now. I contacted ORP and they too cannot get a hold of them. I understand if they were busy or backed up with work but I was scheduled and they could of at least called me to inform me of the delay. In my opinion, this is unprofessional. If you are a business you should have someone answering your phone calls from customers out of courtesy.

Customer service and professionalism is lacking. Made an appointment a week in advance. At the time I was given an 0800 Tuesday (6 July 16) appointment. I was specifically told by the receptionist that it would be a 0800 start...NOT at range 0800-1200. I took the 1/2 day off. Tuesday 6 July at 9:15 I called only to be told that the tech was running behind and that they would provide a call when they where on the way...at 1100 i called for an update and still no word on an approximation. I called again at 1pm and they stated they would call me in 10 min with a update. At 1:40 pm I called since they had not called with any update. At that point there was still no clear approximation other than sometime today. I asked to speak to the owner. Eddie Jankowski is the person that identified himself as the owner and said that i should have been given a range of time between 0800-1200. regardless it was 1:40 and i had yet to receive ANY call from them on an update or an approximation in time of when they could be there...other than sometime today.Needless to say it was a complete waste of time since the appointment was cancelled. Outside of not keeping the appointment...The main issue I have is the fact that they do not UPDATE or provide any type of customer follow up that keeps you in the loop. All the calls and info were initiated by me. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Good luck with this company. Im sure the techs are superb but the ownership/leadership accountability and overall customer service is not there.

They keep canceling their appointment and their latest Shpeel was that they can’t show up until end of the month because they got a flat tire.Update - they remedied their error by scheduling an appointment for today.

I had an appointment set up for Tuesday afternoon and the decided to change it a day before and mess up my schedule and wanted to charge a $50 service fee when the washer is covered by GE, I talked to GE and told them about the fee and they advised that E square should not be charging anything to the customer that everything is covered under the warranty. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and they just want to take advantage of the customer Im glad I wasnt a victim

Beware using this company. I filed a claim with my home warranty company to repair my over the range microwave. Old Republic assigned me to this service provider. When I called esquare to find out the status of the repair the receptionist was clueless that should have been my first red flag. When the two techs finally showed (two weeks later)- yes two techs, they huffed and puffed to get the job done. After they left my home I approached my range only to see debris and fingerprints everywhere- you would think they would be cleaner during a pandemic. When I opened the microwave they had caused secondary damage, cracking the side frame of the door. I took pictures immediately and called their office. Karina told be she would talk to techs and get back to me. When she call back the techs of course denied causing the crack and she basically shrugged a shoulder to it. There is now way a person using the microwave could have caused such a break this was caused by them pulling things apart. This break was caused by esquares techs and their careless work. I have filed a complaint with the home warranty company. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will refuse to do any services with them ever again.

Very bad customer service. They came to my house for microwave repair and charged me $78 without fixing it. I asked them why you charged me $78 without fixing it and they told me its a service charge and to fix microwave it will cost $750..They didn’t tell me before that they will charge me $78…next day he called me and said they can fix it for $275…Don’t even use their services..They will just charge you for no reason. I can buy brand new microwave for $78..Very disappointed with their service.

This company over-charged me $600 to defrost my a/c and to fix it. I didnt know better. A friend told me that was WAY too expensive and to call other companies to ask what they would charge. I did. I called Total Air and Grey Heating and cooling. They both told me, based on Esquares receipt that they would charge anywhere from $155-$200 for the same job. I called the owner of Esquare, Eibar, and he told me he was sorry and would make it right. I told him I wanted to be fair and pay him for his services. Then, 10 days later, the work that esquare did broke!! I called Grey and they de-iced it and fixed it right this time for $210 with taxes. That was in 2014. Since then, the owner and his staff have avoided my calls and requests to talk to the owner or manager. I still have the original receipts and resent them to esquare two weeks ago as they requested to no avail. I gave them ample time and explained to them the actions I would take if they dont make it right. I also got cancer and didnt have the time to pursue them. Now, I will be taking them to small claims court, I will be reporting them to the BBB and I have already filed a complaint to my home-owners insurance. BE AWARE especially if you are someone who doesnt know heaters and coolers. They WILL take advantage of you.

We will be there between the hours of 8am and 12pm. Showed up at 12:30pm. Disassembled my AC unit and said theyd be back the following day to repair it. Waited all day, nobody showed. Then they took a four day weekend and said they wouldnt be able to come back for another couple days. Very unprofessional, poor communication.

Bad company practice. They were hired by Samsung to fix a recall on my washer and they came to my home and told me they didnt have the kit to fix it. Made me sign for the completion of the service call and told me they would get back to me when they get the kit. Followed up with them and told me they didnt know when they would be receiving the kit. They knew ahead they needed a kit but still went ahead and sent a technician.
