Guadalupe and Chaco were efficient, able and pleasantLupe went a long way helping us elderly folks to understand the work, and was very patient showing me how the app First Alert worked! The aircon unit inside was leaking in my rental home. I called the JN aircon service and they attended to my request promptly . I requested them to send an experienced technician who is able to fix any or every issue that was there and be there right on time. My renter told me that the gentleman was very professional , knowledgeable and courteous. The aircon seems to work fine . I would recommend him to any one needs aircon fixing in the valley .

Great courteous service from the initial call to JC Air to the actual prompt service. They came the same day which was late evening instead of scheduling service for the next day.

Quality and prompt service. I cannot think of many services that would respond on a Friday evening, but JC Air was amazing. The manager came and assessed the situation quickly. The parts were ordered over the weekend and by Monday morning, Lupe and Santiago were at my door ready to install a new AC that was badly needed. It ended up being a trickier project due to architectural constraints, but they were fantastic. AC was up and running within hours. Even a couple of hours later they followed up with texts to make sure the AC was still functioning well. Would highly recommend JC Air to others.

I am disappointed with the declining quality of this companys services, and I regret that I cannot give them a positive review. When they initially installed my unit four years ago, they were excellent and had effective communication. However, they have let me down on two occasions, as well as a close friend of mine. Their lack of communication has become a frustrating guessing game, leaving customers unsure if they will show up or not. Whenever I call for an update, I am met with a dismissive attitude and harsh comments like be patient. It appears they struggle with organizing their technicians and assigning them to the appropriate customers. It has been four days, and I am still waiting for a technician to arrive, but at this point, I no longer need their assistance. I ended up contacting another company that excels in communication and even provides a GPS link to track the technicians proximity. Its time for JC to step up their game and improve their services. Save yourself the headache and seek a more reliable option.

Im a firm believer of giving credit where credit is due. I was very pleased with the entire process and would recommend Jason , Lucio and Santiago for its outstanding professionalism attention to detail and customer interaction. They went as far as helping me to set a barrier where the new unit was at in order to prevent my furry friends to getting to it. Im very thankful for it, great job guys .Im very satisfied George and Erick arrived to finish the side unit as well. I highly recommend JC Air Conditioning & Heating and its employees. The company which was much smaller has been going through a expansion lately. Good for them. But not so great for a customer. Service was done at my mothers home because outside unit stopped working. It is a older unit but aside from maintenance and part replacement as needed it works as well as can be expected. A blower motor was the problem and was replaced, unit started up. I also had them replace a capacitor I purchased but hadnt had the chance to install. This was after the owner had to come out and help the other 2 workers that didnt know what to do after a few hours. They start and try to push to replace the unit. Because lets be honest thats how they really make thier money with the labor. We declined because the unit still works and we are not ready to pay 4K for a system we dont need yet. I mean you dont buy a new car when all it needs is a fan motor or alternator right? Well the main parts of the unit are still functional but thats exactly what they wanted because thats whats best for them not the customer. Thats the type of business it is. Now im home for holidays and Im noticing this thing is running louder than it ever did like something is wrong. Im noticing the outside cover is not even installed with any screws so what else did they miss? Probably why its running the way it is. So in closing I call to get them to check it out but they say they dont have any record anything was done. And on a side note I keep getting notifications for a bill due even though it was paid there at the work being done. The tech says I installed it, it was done right has to be the old system. So they go by that logic im guessing unless its a new install they did they will argue with you its not thier fault. They do not have thier business in any real order at all. No accountability. So pick them if you feel like being taken advantage of or being hung out to dry.

I highly recommend JC AIR...I called on a Friday afternoon and Fabian was great he quoted me a great price a complete new central air unit and he scheduled me right away for that Monday and his men showed up right on time George was very professional and his helpers Eric and Sammy were also great!! ...also George noticed that my vents were not installed properly they were facing up and he offered to correct them for me and I really appreciate the he offered to do it for me.

They were able to beat some competitors bid to replace my old AC unit, and with a better product too. Lupe came to my house and was very thorough and professional inspecting the old setup and letting me know what needed to be done, and came back with Eric and did a great job installing it just days later. Those boys work hard! I was very impressed with them.

It is a Sunday the day before the 4th of July. Woke up warm. Called JC Air at 10 am and spoke to Fabian. Explained AC issue. He told me he could be here by lunch. 12 noon he was knocking on the door. Diagnosed a faulty capacitor. Replaced it, checked freon which was good. We discussed a possible new unit as mine is 20 yrs old. No high pressure sale. Just facts. I am aware it could fail working again. Hopefully it will last the summer and I will replace it using JC Air. Being a Sunday and holiday weekend the price for repair was acceptably to me.. Fabian was prompt, polite professional and courteous which pleased me. He was masked up. Based off this experience with JC Air. I am confident to highly recommend using them for your AC or other heat related problems. Thank you for getting me cool again.

Fabian was excellent. Called on a Saturday at 5pm for our AC for some help and he was here within an hour. He was able to help out with the issues and give his opinion and helped us fix our problem. Would recommend his services especially if you need someone reliable and quick.

About a month ago we replaced everything dealing with our AC with JC Air Conditioning. Everything turned out great! Today, we needed some noise checked. Turns out I needed to replace my filter 🤦🏻‍♀️. Eric and Jorge were so helpful and nonjudgmental about the whole situation. They also gave me some other tips about my vents. I highly recommend JC AC 👍🏼

Although Fabian made it out to my home a little later than expected, he was quick to point out the problem with my AC unit.I had done business with JC Air in the past and they did right by me installing a new Central AC and Heating unit in the middle of this past cold winter. After getting no response from several businesses , I decided to call JC Air and they came through once again ! George and Sam came out this morning to I install a new indoor unit of my AC. George and Sam were very professional and respectful and that made me feel more comfortable. They installed the inside unit faster than expected and left everything clean as it was when they came. When things go bad and need fixing, as do ACs....I recommend George and Sam from JC Air Conditioning. Just call and Mary will steer you in the right direction.

SIMPLE WORDS can not describe the respect I have for this company. I had an old until that needed to go and was looking for a company that would accommodate my family and home. I did what the normal person does and went to Google for some help in air conditioning companys near me as Im new to Texas. I clicked on JC Air and read countless positive reviews and still was a bit skeptical, gave them a call. The owner said he would be stopping by around a hour and the rest is history...This company delivers exactly what they promote hands down! Professional, quality, on time service and honest!! My husband and I are very happy we picked them for our air conditioning and heating needs and will keep coming back in the future!! Thank you JC AIR!!

George from JC AIR came and serviced my AC Unit.Excellent customer service and very professional. I called them and within 1 hour they were at my home.I would definitely recommend this company.They fixed the AC problem quickly.

Called for a drainage problem for my unit indoors and told me he charged $50 for the trouble call so I said nice let’s do it. He got there and fixed the clog within 10 minutes. I told him the humidity was high for some odd reason and he quickly said maybe the freeon is low.so he put a gauge in the unit outside and sure enough it needed. He added some refrigerant while saying it was expensive but didn’t tell me the price. I asked him if it would solve the humidity problem and he said yes. At the end we went to the front to put his tools away and I asked him the same question “ will that fix the humidity problem” then he said” it SHOULD HELP” . He went from “ it will “ to “it should” he then charged me $400 for what he did. From $50 to $400 for a 20 minute job. Not happy with the price I paid and went inside to see if the humidity went down . I waited for 3 hours and nothing. The humidity level stayed the same. My advice to you reading this is ask before they do any little thing extra because these guys are out here hustling. Learn to do these thing yourself if you can

JC Air and Heating uses only quality products and equipment. For me, great customer service is a must. If a company has bad customer service, even if their product is great, I won’t return or recommend them. JC Air & Heating has some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever encountered. Fabian was wonderful!!!! With customer service like theirs, they’ve earned my family as customers for life. These guys were great to work with, best deal on our new A/C System, and thier customer service was great. They even did some extra work that needed to be done so our new AC would work properly, free of charge. I highly recommend these guys, they cant be beat.

I hired JC Air Conditioning to fix my AC from my residence on Sept 17. They answered the call for service and Chasco from JC went by and added some freon and I was charged $325. This was a good response time, I had no issues. I was advise there was a possible leak and the coil needed to be changed. They said they were gonna order the part. Due to the freon that was added the AC worked for 3 days then it stopped working. I had not heard from JC. on the 25th (8 days later) I contacted them. They said they ordered the part but they gave not got any confirmation from the sellers. JC sent a technician on the 27th. @12 pm they checked the gauges and I was again advise there was a leak and needed to change the coil. Both technicians were professional.By 3 PM I text JC asking for a status and no answer. At 5 I text again I stated I will not be needing their services and I got no response.I contacted Cool Aid Air Conditioning at 530pm, they advise me they would be going by in the morning to check it out. On the 28th they went by at 9am and Cool Aid confirmed it was the coil and needed to get replaced. By 12 noon the same day, my coil was changed and running, Kuddos to them, they answered the call for service with great work ethics and took care of the problem.

I hired this company due to reviews and popularity they have across the RGV. I had them exchange my coil system about a month ago. I paid in full ($800) after installation. Several days later my emergency drainage pipe that is located right next to my front door began to leak water (keep in mind in the past 2 years of living here this had never happened before). I called JC and they returned to fix the issue. Days later the drainage pipe began to leak water. JC was called out again and once again the leakage was fixed..days later again it continued to leak. I sent JC a picture text and no response. I waited two days and still no response. I had to call them again for a 3rd time. They came and fixed it again, days later it began to leak AGAIN. They were called out again and THIS time they said that it was FIXED FOR SURE...DAYS LATER it began to LEAK ONCE AGAIN and is still leaking. I now will be calling another company to fix this repair. I paid top dollar and did not ask for any kind of discount or hassle. MY experience has been horrible as I have a newborn at home so AC is important in my home at this point..oh I also forgot to mention that they do not cal you ahead of time to make sure that you are home before arriving.

Good morning everyone... just want to say that I had issues with my A/C last night.. I called JC AIR... FANTASTIC response... quick and efficient. I bought the A/C last year. The brand is Carrier... my light bill was reduced by 50%. STRONGLY recommend A/C AIR if you are planning on replacing your Air Conditioner system.

Several months ago. I hired them to put in a used AC unit. They so.ld it to me and at the time I gave them a glowing reviews. All these months later I have to admit that I was taken in. The unit, a heat pump has never had heat seldom works for more than a month at a time and not only can it not be trusted but they have lied to me so many times I now have to find someone else to fix it. I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair if they would do this to mewhat would happen to you? Buyer beware

Called JC for duct removal and installation of new duct. Installed duct that is to big for my a/c unit so its not working also coming apart. Then I called him to recharge my a/c unit went by my house said he forgot the free on and never came back
