Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. I contacted them late last night and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. Techs Victor and Isidro did a great job servicing our AC unit. Victor explained everything well. We are highly satisfied with their work and definitely recommend.

I have worked with Constant Refrigeration for my commercial properties for quite a while. Had an issue occur in my residential property. Called homebuilders suggested vendor and am glad my intuition told me to cancel with that vendor. Called Eddie up, and his team was there within an hour. Had a major repair. Having that team handle the issue for my family while out of state made it super less stressful. The guys were very courteous to my parents. I knew I was in the right hands. Time and time again that team has proven to be the best in the area hands down. I get video/pictures of all repairs with an explanation. Never had an issue with my commercial properties. They even warranty their work, which is unheard of now a days. KUDOS TO THE TEAM!

Eddie and Royce were amazing! Had an emergency on a Sunday—the guys showed up earlier than promised and were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. Gio and Royce were very professional techs with great customer service. Our AC system stopped working at 8pm, so we frantically Googled an emergency HVAC service. Many businesses were closed but luckily Constant Refrigeration was able to come out quickly, conduct the maintenance for an affordable price and get our system running smoothly again. After requesting multiple bids for my a/c replacement through 5 additional companies. Constant Refrigeration LLC performed thorough inspection of my business and explained conditions of insulation/duct/and air quality. My AC wouldn’t cool and called this company right away. They showed up in 45 min at 10:00pm and within 20 min my AC was fixed and at a super reasonable price! I will definitely be calling them for all my future AC problems…I would recommend them to everyone! If you need your AC fixed asap call these guys!

Had Atlas come in to repair the AC on Friday night, told me they couldnt do anything but advise me to buy a new one and to leave the windows open and turn on the fans on high for the weekend. SMH….Called Constant Refrigeration at 9am on Saturday, Eduardo was there by noon. Replaced a part, told me i still needed a new AC but didnt leave me without AC during the weekend. I will be purchasing my AC from Constant Refrigeration in the next three months. Good, honest AC tech is hard to find nowadays!!

Repairman came out on a Sunday, diagnosed problem, gave me repair cost, I agreed and did awesome job fixing. Highly recommend!
