Dont pick a store to visit, call one and tell them what you want, theyll call their other locations and find what you want. Very friendly, good prices, clean appliances. Delivery service was fast and efficient. Ive bought from Trevinos now 2x and Im very happy with their services. I gave 4 stars due to the online listings not being thoroughly updated daily on FB or their website.

Called for a Freon repair & was caalled back & told minimum service call was $400-800! I kindly thanked them for the warning, but my goodness, I was just trying to to get Freon & help a local company out.! Ooof!!

The technician that came to drop off the washer was very professional. He installed and made sure the wash machine was working properly. The washer is working great, thank you for the great service.

I was not made aware of that there would be a service charge for warranty work within the first 90 days because it was in Port Isabel. They could not repair the refrigerator, but failed to inform me until I called them that the refrigerator was not cooling properly.They did replace the refrigerator with another unit. Poor communication.

Worst delivery service!!!! Refrigerator was to be delivered on Monday and didnt get it till Friday through out the week i was told tomorrow and tomorrow and nothing took a whole week to get it delivered.

Worst place to buy a refrigerator from! They tell you they are coming at a time and they never show up! Been waiting two days and they are a no show!!!

DO NOT CALL if you want to use your extended warranty service. After service call, they REFUSED to put part number on diagnostic report for prior authorization. Do not waste your time. Technician left ugly attitude at home. No bueno!

I bought a washer there and in three months it started tumbling,so after a couple of months today we turned it over to see the problem and the photos speak for themselves. I tried calling them and no answer . Check the appliances before buying them this one is all rusted and broke within 3 months of buying .

And you just sold me junk!And the fact you can’t even return my money it’s outrageous!If someone is thinking about coming here please don’t they just sell stuff that doesn’t work and try to sell you even more junk !

Friendly service, place was very clean, after looking around I noticed the prices are extremely high machines are clearly used. Each appliance had the same price tag as new equipment your better off going to an actual name brand retail store. The upside for the high prices, a five year warranty plus parts and labour are included. Not recommended due to high prices and low quality equipment especially if you move out of the city, warranty is no good at that point.

I bought a washer for $260 and a week in using it it stoped working I then called and they made a report to fix it.Then days later they call me back to schedule a “Tech” to come fix it at my house so it got scheduled the next day and the “tech” came to take a look at my washer and took it to fix it without letting the people in Treviños know so I called back 3 days later to see what was going on with my washer and they told me that no one had told them that the tech guy had taken it . So overall I would not recommend going to buy something here. Hopefully my washer doesn’t mess up again.

I bought both washer and dryer for $300. Dont know where you can find new appliances at a comparable price. They are in excellent condition for a great price and are as good as new. I recommend this place to anyone.

They dont have good staff they didnt explain anything about the lease or that even it was a lease and we ask the salesperson said that it wasnt important. All the stoves they have for sale are returns from other companies that had gotten scratched or banged up and for the prices they have you be better of going to buy brand nee.

They worked with me...I like that... although I feel delivery is kind of steep....Im ok with it...but all they do is deliver...they do not install or set up....but like I said...Im ok with it....I dont like strangers in my house anyways...
