UPDATE!!! Just had my alignment done I work in Midland, TX, which is 533 miles one way, and for a total of 4 trips a month. A few days ago on my way back, a heavy thunderstorm came out of San Antonio. My car was all over the road I thought I was going to lose control with heavy rain and other cars passing me like I was standing still, I knew something was not right I had brand new tires so I brought it to Joe, and he found my alignment was all messed up he fixed the problem and even gave me a quote to get my rear tires alignment to spec. I also asked for the LIFETIME alignment imagine not having to pay for a 200-dollar alignment as long as you own your car he recommended every 3000 miles hell I put those miles in 6 trips to work. Unheard of value, I also asked for an oil change and if you look at a review by a customer a few reviews down Mrs. Santos is WRONG each car has a manufacturer recommended oil this is not a Shade Tree mechanic shop where they are going to put just any oil that is not recommended by the manufacturer JOE WILL NOT RISK DAMAGING YOUR ENGINE !! YOU WANT TO SHORTEN THE LIFE OF YOUR ENGINE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, When I asked for an oil change that was it NO WHAT KIND OF OIL DO YOU WANT THATS STUPID cause I know my car takes full synthetic but not everyone knows what oil their cars or trucks take NOT ALL OIL IS THE SAME !! and JOE WOULD GO BY WHAT MY CARS manufacturer REQUIRES AT EVERY OIL CHANGE INCLUDING THE FILTER and straight up he put exactly what it required without me having to say a word this man is not only a Master Mechanic he CARES AND IS HONEST. THANKS, JOE youre Awesome!!! When you come here, you get the owners personal attention. He and his crew do it all: engines, transmission, brakes. The latest computer diagnostics. That way, you know whats wrong with your car before you decide to fix it. If youre tired of going to shops and having to go back again and again because they cant fix it the first time. Well, dont worry NO GUESSING HERE!!!

Quality work! Loyal to his clients and honest. We went to three other auto repair shops, and they couldnt figure out the noise from where it was coming from that was related to the power terrain. Guess what, Joes Master Service diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and the noise stopped.

Good, reliable mechanic that wont try to upsell you service. I recently took my Dodge Caravan in because after troubleshooting it myself, I narrowed it down to 2 items. A bad wiring harness or a bad computer.I brought it to Joes and after explaining what Id already done, he had his guys hook it up and check it out. He understood my trouble-shooting and agreed I had done the proper steps up to bringing it to him. He told me they should be able to get it diagnosed within an hr. His 1hr diagnostic fee is $169 for the 1st hour and he was upfront about telling me they would let me know if they needed more time. His guys came back saying it was a bad computer and Joe even recommended a website I could order one from. Said hed never had issues with them and their computers.I thanked him and a few weeks later I managed to order the ECM from the recommended site (Flagship One), and I was able to plug and play the device with zero issues.Thankfully, Joe saved me a step and some money by pointing out the issue so I didnt have to deal with changing the wiring harness.

Ive been going to Joes Master Service Center for years for annual vehicle inspections. Theyve always done a prompt and thorough job. Ive always been welcomed and given great service.Joes also offers all kinds of car repair and maintenance work. While Ive not required those services so far, I would not hesitate to take my car there. Ive observed how they deal with other clients and have read the reviews from years-faithful clients who trust Joes to do excellent work at a reasonable price in good time.Joes also is an official U-Haul rental dealer. As you drive up, you will see some of the various trailers and trucks they offer.Now, if youre looking for a shop that has an air-conditioned waiting room that serves tea and petit fours and offers you a manicure, you need to adjust your expectations or go somewhere else. The waiting area is often open to the outside, has a fan, some sturdy wooden benches, and a TV to keep you occupied. What decorations exist have a biker / Elvis vibe (cool with me!). But if you want excellent service at a reasonable price from a trustworthy and qualified mechanic whom you can trust, look no further.If you intend to pay with a credit card, be aware that there is a sign that clearly states there is a 3.8% convenience fee on every credit card transaction. This fee recovers their cost of processing your credit card and helps keep their prices lower for those paying cash.

My car was in desperate need of a wheel alignment but being that it’s a foreign car I wasn’t having much success finding someone that would do it. I called Joe’s Master Auto Service and they quickly set up an appointment and took my car in. Not only did he quickly address my issue but the cost was very reasonable, now my car rides like a dream! I took my car to Joe to be fixed for two specific problems. I was wrong with what I thought was bad and he discovered what was wrong with something entirely different. That’s was a great relief that the one major concern I thought I had wasn’t a problem. Also the other concern which was my air conditioning , he immediately fixed it and I did not have to wait very long. Great job Joe, I trust you!

Joe and his staff were extremely helpful. Excellent service. We just moved from Washington State to Edinburg and one of our cars needed repair after arriving over the weekend. I could not believe how fast we were able to be seen and taken care of. We were referred to Joes master service through a coworker but prior to going there had heard and read lots of good reviews regarding their service. Well our vehicle went into the shop running at like 30% came out that same day like a champ at 100. Thanks to Joe and his team of master mechanics for performing a great job on our vehicle. I will start by saying that we didnt choose Joes because he gave us the lowest estimate for the repairs we needed done on my Jeep Patriot. We chose him because he made us feel like we could trust the recommendations he was making. Another mechanic had quoted a lower price, *but* he didnt bring to our attention some of the other work that needed done, some of which were safety issues. Joe letting us know everything he recommended being done to keep us safely traveling down the road was confidence-inspiring. AND turnaround was great. Once we agreed on the work to be done, my vehicle was ready the very next day. Since having the repairs completed, & having seen other reviews as well as an interview with Joe, & learning the history behind this long-standing locally- & family-owned & -operated business, we feel like we made the right choice. Theres still more work to be done as soon as were able, & its nice to know we feel like Joes is a trustworthy, reliable, honest mechanic shop.

It is never pleasant to have a vehicle problem, but if you do this is the place to go. They are awesome. Friendly, caring, honest, and very knowledgable. They go above and beyond with you. Not only was the service quick, the prices were reasonable and please give a shoutout to your mechanics because somehow, someway, they were able to get my truck aligned and now drives as straight as an arrow. This truck was veering right for over two years and another (major) company down the street was not able to correct the problem or even diagnose the problem. Very happy with your service.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic before. After not having my car for over 9months somewhere else and wasting 2,000.00 for my car not to be fixed I had my car towed to Joes Master. I was very nervous considering what I had been through but all that went away when I spoke to the lady at the front. They took care of everything and the best part was how transparent they were with everything that needed to be done with my car. I was floored when I received videos and photos of each issue and I felt they really cared about the costs by providing me an opportunity to approve it or not. The financing was the icing on the cake and really saved us from financial burden. This will now be my go to shop for all my vehicles.

I am not really the type to write reviews online and I was going to let it slide but continuously after having my water pump and timing belt done at this place, I am constantly having issues with bolts that were put on way too tight as well as my dipstick oil clip is gone and has been gone since I got it serviced there which was my first issue that I was going to let slide. But after trying to get my alternator boat off for the last hour it just reminds me. Oh yeah, my bolts were not overtightened before having it serviced there. And really, this only bothers me because there are so many good reviews online while I have to deal with the issues of sloppy mechanics after giving $750 to this shop. Yeah, the issues don’t affect the way it drives but I do have a new oil leak because of this as well as I’m spending hours cleaning up someone else’s mess. Overall, it’s very unprofessional to leave anyone with even a minor issue After spending almost $1000.

Was charged $664.44 dollars for a job I was promised would be resolved and taken care of just to find out a month later it still wasn’t fixed right… Joe promised the job he did would resolve the issue in my Daughters vehicle and it wasn’t when I took it back he wanted to now charge me for another issue he said it badly needed that would cost me another $494.98 dollars to fix, We took the car to get checked at another auto repair shop and the owner of that shop checked the car and said there was nothing wrong with the issue Joe so badly told me needed to be fixed…. Recommendation: Highway Robbery Go somewhere else.

We took our older Chevy Pickup truck to Joe because my husband is taking the grandsons hunting this December and he wanted to make sure it was safe and in tip top condition. Joe was awesome and he knows his stuff. He fixed everything that needed fixed and more. But what is really great about Joe is that he is extremely honest and does an excellent job. Joe is always helpful and does great work! Hes always squeezed me in his busy schedule when Ive had what i thought was an emergency problem. Got a state inspection fast and easy they accept cash and cards! Wasnt even there for more than 10mins they start right away with the service that needs to be done

I don’t recommend this place I took my vechile to check the muffler, they result came out worse they messed up my breaker fluid they messed up the whole vechile ! And they let me leave with the car with breaker fluid broken ! Risking myself and child while the whole breaker fluid was dripping thank god I made it home safe. I don’t recommen they don’t know what they’re doing they’re putting their own customers at risk.

Took my Mercedes S550 in to get serviced by someone I trust. I had Joe do My oil changed, my Air and cabin filters replaced as well as a bad traction control sensor .I Also had him do front and rear alignment, he replaced a few suspension/Body bushings and rear swaybar. I am very pleased with the service him and his crew did and I will definitely take it back for any other services in the future. 125$ an hour is what they charge for laborMy grandmother wasnt told and ended up paying $300 to replace a high mount stop light on a 2004 minivan to pass her inspection.

I went there for a simple inspection and my car had no issues. Somehow they want to find something that they can add charge/fees on. Suddenly Joe comes to me and says that my gas cap was leaking and needed to be replaced in order to pass inspection. I was charged over $70.00 for the part and labor. I thought it was way too much money. That day I realized I would never go back, because it’s obvious they use tactics to scam people out of money. So disappointed in that place. Overall, this review is to make other customers aware just in case you are there waiting on an inspection to be done. Had I known this when I was there, I would’ve just left or I should’ve declined and simply leave. If I were you, I would leave and go find another place elsewhere. It might take you a little bit longer to find one, but you will. Good luck if you stay.

How is it that one takes a vehicle in to be worked on, supposedly gets fixed. Then Joe says that there is still something wrong with the vehicle and wants to charge another diagnostic test to fix that problem. Would it be his responsibility to fix it. Mr. Joe is awesome. He has worked with me regarding appointments, parts, love that he does the job right the first time. Unlike other mechania I have gone yo, where I have to go back because they didnt do something right. I recommend him 100% whoever complains of prices, you get what you pay for. & I would rather have a great mechanic than a mediocre one.

I do not recommend this place at all. My first mediocre experience was good but when it came down to an expensive repair of the rack and pinion, serpentine belt and wheel alignment, my vehicle was left a mess. My vehicle was left in such a mess that it had to be taken in several times to try to be fixed and was even towed in to be reserviced. After numerous attempts at trying to get my vehicle fixed by them and much patience on my part, Joe became offensive at my simple reminding of my vehicle going on five weeks of not being attended to correctly. He responded by saying that my reminder was not appreciated and suggested I go elsewhere and blocked my responses even with my services being under warranty. Not the kind of place you want to go to. My vehicle was left a mess and I will never go there again. He really does have an arrogant personality and I wish that I would have read all his negative reviews before, but for some reason they did not all come up when I first read them. I did get to witness firsthand his arrogant attitude with another very nice family that went for service and I was really in shock as I believed this was a man of dignity but I was so wrong. In my opinion, this man didn’t care how safe my family came out at all. All he cared about was the money he made. Aside from this mess, my vehicle came back with an incredible number of miscellaneous scratches on my leather seats and numerous black marks that seem to be permanent marker after I complained about the scratches and tearings. Joe doesn’t seem to take complaints well at all regardless of your kindness and patience.

Very professional and efficient business. Joe, owner, is very knowledgeable, fair, and courteous. I have had an oil change and lube service done. I also had a problem with my engine light on that was identified and fixed. Will continue to do service here.

Dont go here, especially if youre from up north. Theyre going to mess up your exhaust and theyre going to blame the snow from where youre from. These people literally ruined my exhaust because they thought they were going to charge me to replace it, and thats because it was only an inspection. Dont go here!

I pulled up to get some air put in my tires. A loud, obnoxious guy comes out of the garage, who I can only assume is the owner, and says it’s $2 a tire and not to assume it’s for free. I went across the street to Nieto’s Auto Service and it was done for free but I left him a $10 tip. Sad to say, but Joe needs to learn some manners.

Updates were done as new information became available. The videos and pictures posted on work being done allowed me to see what was going on as if I was actually there.

Best work around. Had car towed there with AAA. Starter died after I had to replace battery myself. So it went to Joes Master. Tested electrical system there. A little pricey, but worth it to know its done right.

I am going to give a honest my honest review. Lets go first with the service. The service and help is excellent. Second the prices are on par with dealers. Third, kwoledge of the cause of the vehicle malfunction from what he changed in my vehicle, he changed the o2 sensors he advices me to change the injectors, the intake manifold gaskets. And a few other sensors from the vehicle. And he returned me the truck and the problem persisted. So I took it back and that is when we changed the injectors so I went ahead and changed the coil packs also. Unfortunately I had to to take the vehicle out of the shop for personal reasons plus he could not have it ready by March Saturday 7 so I brought it home. And finished what the shop started. The truck is working on right now but it is still pulling codes on and off. Check engine come on the then goes out. I will have to see what codes will come up. But honestly guessing on parts is not good for a bussiness I did spend some money about 1.5K so in my honest opinion take it to the dealer and dont waste your money here.

This is a bad place to do business. I was here waiting for about 15 min when another car pulls up and Joes people starts inspecting their car and completely forgets about me. So then I ask how much longer. Doesnt even apologize says another 20 min. Im a small business owner my self and I consider that bad business. Go to Pueplo for inspections and nietos for your mechanics need they are reliable.

I was looking for a place to get my car inspected. First I took appointment at Premium Automotive on McColl. When I reached there on the scheduled time, he turned me away saying there are no techs. Then I called Joe. He told me to bring it in. Even though he is allowed to charge only $7.00 for inspection, Joe was happy to do it even though I had no appointment. I give Thumbs up for Joes Shop.

I went in for a state inspection which this place charges $7 for and a $2 fee for using a card. When it came to paying after the service was done, the employee at the desk walked over to her “dad” and they were reviewing something on the little machine that takes card. She didn’t address me about anything, instead she then walks up to me and explains that she accidentally charged me for a previous transaction from a previous customer, which was for $308.25!! She continues to say that she refunded it and the money would be back into my account by Tuesday if not sooner. Anyways, it’s the weekend so of course I had to wait long, this was on a Friday. I was upset because1: how did she not see that she was charging me that amount?2: she could’ve advised me about the issue, but instead ran to daddy to tell her about her mistake.3: She did not apologize, just said she made a mistake and fixed it.The least they could’ve done is refund me the cost of the inspection for messing up, instead they just refunded me what was overcharged. Bad service!! I was really upset on that because like everybody, we have payments to make. This was not a $20 extra mistake charge, it was about $300!! They could’ve refunded me my money by cash instead, thanks to them I missed a payment that will somehow affect my credit (like they could care any less). If you go to this place MAKE SURE THEY DON’T OVERCHARGE.

Took my car to get an alignment and the service was good, cant complain. The one thing they need to do is make their waiting area more comfortable for their customers!

Just a state inspection: very disorganized put a different county than original county no covid protocols in place ,nobody wearing mask. They literally punched a hole in my radiator. It wasn’t leaking before then all of sudden after i take it there my radiator is messed up. No water could be held inside. After fixing it myself. I fond a blade inside the radiator among with duck tape they used to repair am elelectial issue i had taken my car in for.

Joes Master Service removed and replaced my Hummer H2 A/C system, front shock absorbers, engine pulleys along with serpentine belts. Joes also diagnosed and repaired a parasitic battery drain (electric cooling fan relay). Previously Joes has worked on my corvettes with suspension and cooling problems.

Took my car to get an oil pan changed next thing you know my car is making noises it never made before, has scratches that werent there my window wash fluid dont work no more and it started leaking antifreeze after being on the red for 40 minutes... If your going to spend money spend it sum where else save yourself the trouble.... Joe Masters is just a money hungry mechanic that takes advantage of people.

Went in for a smart start device came out with car idling erratically owner denied having caused the problem took car elsewhere got charges again and respectable tech showed me where they ran power cars tp.box uninsulated and through the sharp opening through the firewall without a grommet also ripped the master cylinder boot threw out my brake fluid ruined my engine and transmission still denied having done anything wrong Ive had that car for years and not even a month later after they touch it needs not motor.and transmission now car still.isnt running right not from engine or.trsns but from the box they installed they dont k is how to diagnose just replace parts and are even bad at that very ride and very disrespectful and unprofessional will never own up to their mistakes Im glad Im not the only one who has the same opinion about this place oh but they still wanna charge an arm and a leg btw my car has been sitting there for over a month smh but my court date is comimg.up and if this issue doesnt get resolved this wont be the last they hear from.me or my lawyer

Beware of this business! They have horrible customer service and will not call you when they say they will. They wont tell you what work they are going to perform and slam you with a charge. When I asked why they didnt tell me what I would be charged they said, Well you didnt ask. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place, terrible service, super shady. I checked my vehicle before taking it for an inspection, when it came to paying for the inspection he advised me that my wipers were torn and didn’t have enough brake fluid. Can guarantee that wasn’t the case before I arrived to his shop. Go somewhere else, save your money and avoid the hassle
