Adrian and Jesus were very knowledgeable and patient when servicing my ac. They explained what was wrong and proceeded to repair what was needed in a timely manner. It was a smooth process and they offered top tier customer service. They even let me know that I qualified for a program that allowed my ac cleaning to be free. Highly recommend this company and specifically these technicians

I was advised that there were programs that allowed companies like Affordable AC systems to come into commercial buildings and change out lights to LEDS. We had a great experience working with this company. They worked with us when it came to scheduling. The switch in light bulbs completely changed the look of our lobbies!! We are very happy!

I definitely recommend them, their technicians were knowledgeable, efficient.I had new units installed inside and outside, they are working great.After the job was completed the owner came by to make sure everythinghad been done properly. they financed the units with very low interest.

We are disabled and the first day they got there they just looked at it said oh we cant fix it you need a new ac (mind you they just looked at it and are money guzzlers instead of fixing the current unit) they say leave it on fan since its frozen and well come back. Its been over 26hrs the home is 95 degrees inside while we are sweating and opening windows and using frozen water bottles to stop from fainting or heatstroke! I called the company the Lady who answered said let me call the tech.... I could hear the conversation hell be here supposedly in 30min. Mind you we live 10min from their company address. They also tell us they are going to just put Freon!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Freon couldve been put in yesterday when the two techs did nothing! My Mother who is disabled doesnt have a car to sit in to cool off. Horrible service and company but they responded. Update: on the second day they came stated once the AC thawed it was the outside unit. They called and stated they will address it.

We had been searching for a new system for over a year, since ours was over 21 years old and had given out. Mr. Perez was very accommodating and helped us out so much. We had the best service we could ask for and the quickest service. I would recommend them to anytime.

Our AC broke down so we called and they sent someone to our home right away to take a look at it. Got it fixed and its still working great! Very polite and great customer service. Would recommend for any a/c issues you may have!

Great customer service. Be sure to unclog your drain or else theyll charge you $150 for a 15 minute job. Its not hard and you can do it yourself.

They saved us a lot of money through the AEP Coolsavers Program. AEP Coolsavers Program is a free energy savings program for both commercial and residential AEP customers. Their friendly informative professional service techs came out to service all of our units to every last detail from washing down units, inspection of AC performance, changing out filters and even changing out batteries in the thermostats. Their courteous phone staff assisted us with all our issues and problems. Not only did they prolong the life of our A/C units and saved us energy, but gave us saving of $1500.00. Good experience when purchasing new home Ac. I obtained about five other quotes and Affordable Ac have me best price and great service install on a Trane AC. Would recommend them.

Worst company, they ruined my a/c system after “cleaning” through AEP cool savings program, my unit was working perfectly until they messed with it. They are incompetent, along with their technician. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and AEP.
