OMG they have been lifesavers. You know how this Texas heat can be. I have no tolerance for it and can’t live without my AC! I was referred to them by my friend who gave rave reviews. She also stated her parents have been going to them since the 90s so I was sold.I called them up and Blake came by. He was so nice and personable. As soon as I called and told him my issue he headed to my house to diagnose. He explained everything in detail and gave a very reasonable quote. Also, he applied for a manufacturer warranty on the parts he used. A+++ service. Would def recommend!!!!

Morrison Heating and Air provides the best service Ive experienced in a long time! They installed a new AC and Heating unit in Sept 2020 for us. Blake was extremely professional and efficient. He explained everything very clearly around unit maintenance and upkeep. On top of that, we had 2 instances over the past year where the unit stopped cooling- neither time was it due to the unit or the installation- 100% our fault- and he came out the same day to fix it! I would highly recommend!!!

We have used Morrison Air for new unit installs as well as all new duct work. They did an amazing job! My house stays cool and the units run great. They came up with a better layout for the duct which has made a big difference in the air flow. He answered all my questions and went over, in detail, what needed to be done. Prices are reasonable. I received quotes from two other companies and Morrison’s prices were very fair.The customer service was friendly and professional. I highly recommended using them!!!!!!

Morrison Heating and Air was the first company that actually used the hose and cleaned our outside unit when doing maintenance. The other company we have used for many years never did that. Blake was very polite, answered many of my questions, and very thorough. I called him back for a duct work in our attic, and he came right away. He even went out of his way to figure out where a ceiling water leak came from, and made sure it is not coming form the furnace or the AC system. Their price is reasonable. I will definitely recommend them.

My experience with Morrison Heating and Air was excellent. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They where very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my old system for 25 plus years and it finally gave out on me. I called them and they came out promptly to check it out. Blake Morrison was very helpful and knowledgeable of the whole process. He helped me decide on what new unit would be the best for my house while also being the most cost effective. They installed my new unit immediately and I couldnt be more happier. Like I said before, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Morrison Heating and Air for over 15 years. They actually installed my system when I built my house. I know John and Blake to be trustworthy and always can count on them to get my system up and running quickly. As a matter of fact, I just had an issue with one of my units not cooling. I called John about 9pm one night and the next morning by 10am they were here checking out my system. Blake figured out that I had a short in the wiring to my thermostat and he fixed it along with doing an annual service on both of my units.Thanks John and Blake Morrison

My air conditioner was not working and I was referred to Morrison Heating and Air Conditioning. Within the hour, someone was at my door ready to help. The technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable. He had my air conditioner up and running in no time. I will definitely refer them to those I know. And yes, they are very reasonable.

I just had my air-conditioner replaced by this company. They were excellent! This is truly a family business. I done my research - and their proposal was dead on! They didnt try to oversell or up sell me. They did the installation perfectly, and on-time, and pricing was less than I expected. I highly recommend this direct, honest, down-to-earth team.

The experience that I had with Morrison Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome, after my heater unit broke down I called for service and showed up in less than 20 minutes. After the heater inspection found out needs to be replaced and replacement was done in less that 2 hours. Pricing was very affordable and convenient payment method

They replaced one of our church’s AC units 2 yrs. ago when the big companies weren’t available to do the job before our Sunday’s service. They are reasonably priced and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate hiring them again or recommending them.

Would absolutely recommend these guys for any ac or heating issues. We have a unit that is well past its expected lifetime. They could have easily told us the unit was done and need a whole new system because of the age of the unit and our lack of knowledge. Instead they did everything they could to try and extend the life of our existing unit. Its been two years now and no issues whatsoever. Actually its running fantastic. Saved us, literally, thousands of dollars. its an American family owned business that does great honest work.

Called this company because my furnace was not working. I have a carrier system so it is very difficult to diagnose and fix (past experience). The technician showed up promptly and found the issue in about two hours.He then provided me with a breakdown of what it would take to replace the part and the cost. I gave him the go ahead and he pick up the part and had it installed in hours. The total service was completed in a day and my h vac system is now back up and running. He also serviced the AC to prepare for the Summer.I would highly recommend these guys to home owners.Thank you so much!

If I could give this company a 0. I would... I came home on Saturday to my air not blowing cool. I called them because of their ratings and because they were close. The father I suppose is the one who came out. He was an older guy. When he came to the door I told him my name, he never told me his,(red flag!)anyway I let him do his check of the issue, he came back and told me the motor wasnt working, but I felt it was working because the air was blowing it just wasnt getting cold. So he quotes me a price and said hell be back to do it on Monday. But when he left he left my attic open with the stairs down he left the breaker box open.and when I went outside on Sunday. He had left the door on the a.c. unit off as well. So at that point I knew I wasnt going to use them.Because he didnt leave it the way he found it. But when I did get someone to my house to fix the a.c.. they said the power cord was not there that went to the outside box. This was a piece that the company needed to look at the system. So I call Mr. MORRISON THE SAME guy who came out and I asked him about it He said he disconnected it. But he doesnt know where it is and the guy who fixed it said all he needed to do was just turn it to the off position no disconnect needed. So the guy looked for it. Didnt find it. And it cost me an extra 238 dollars in addition to the repair. Please people. Beware..ugh.. they maybe good. But I was not treated well At All

John his son Blake and their assistant explained the value of a Trane system and they executed the work with total professionalism. They made us comfortable and I do not know of a more enthusiastic technician than John Morrison. Thanks for the great service and Ill tell everybody I know of your great work and product. Friendly customer service from a well experienced team. Didn’t try to yodel, just solved my problem and made recommendations for future consideration given my much older a:c unit. I’ll certainly be calling them again; my home is feeling much cooler already!

Very unprofessional . Called them on Friday said they would send someone out that afternoon. Never heard anything so around 6:00 pm we call back. They said they are still working and someone is still coming . They never showed up never called and when I call them back all I get is a voicemail . Tried to email them too no response at all. I feel really inconvenienced as they wasted my time and I have a serious leak that needs to be repaired as it is causing damage to my ceiling . If they did not want my business they should let me know. I would have been fine if they just communicate with me instead of wasting my time. I could have called someone else them. Even if they wanted to schedule for a later date or reschedule I would be understanding. Instead I get completely ignored. Terrible customer interaction .

We hired this company to put in a brand new install from the electrical copper duct units etc. The vents are barely putting out air and its not as cold as it should be. They left a lot of things un finished. Had to hire another company to come look over it since they wouldnt come fix the problem. This is probably the worse i have ever been screwed over. Never again with this company.

I highly recommend this company. Their technician Bryan was very knowledgable and more than happy to elaborate on all of my questions. I will be calling them if I ever run into any issues in the future. I will also be referring this company to my friends and family.

They fix our unit, Then came back and stole it. then sold us another one. Worst company ever.

Called them on a Saturday expecting to get a voicemail, like the other 5 companies I called prior but instead my call was answered after the second ring. a tech was over within a hour and got my AC up and running again.
