I am extremely happy with One Source Plumbing.. They have been very professional & honest. I had a couple other plumbing companies come out I was quotes very high estimates & was getting different information on what I needed done. I called One Source they came out & they explained everything where I understood exactly what needed to be done & why it needed to be done that way. Their charges for their services were maybe a forth of what others wanted to charge . Bonus they didnt have to break up any concrete creating another expense for me. Like the others had told me it had to be done. I had excellent service from both the office & field personal. I will only be calling them from now on .Thank You One Source Plumbing .

I highly highly recommend one source plumbing! We had to re-route our kitchen/ utility pipes through the yard, and the project was pretty much done in one day. Jose was extremely professional, and worked with us as issues continued to arise throughout the repair at no additional cost. They were very competitive in cost, and I will be using these guys moving forward!

First time using this company/service. This was by far my best experience yet with a plumbing company in the metroplex. My technician’s name was Tony Lopez. He was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable; and more importantly, a very honest, and genuine person. He was not only on time, but early. Called before he came, and did fabulous work in a very short period of time. I highly recommend him and this company, ((One Source Plumbing)and certainly will use them again.

Make sure to keep an eye on your bill. They signed us up for some recurring payment plan then still charged us a full amount for coming out for a simple grease trap service.

Invoice #12663 Drilled holes too close together to accommodate PEX tubing in load bearing framing. Technically not to code as some sides of the holes were not spaced 5/8 from an edge. They have not yet taken ownership of the issue. Instead, when asked about it the response was we do this all the time. ... I would hope they dont do that all the time. The holes they drilled were not properly spaced, and they had to redrill one of them.

Tony and his team were professional both in person and over the phone. I got the Family Plan at my residence after a simple description of it that wasnt a sales pitch. Ill continue to recommend OneSource Plumbing to my friends and family.

OMG WARNING they are super shady do NOT use them!I don’t know the first thing about plumbing and my worst fear was using someone who would be not trustworthy.First they said free visual inspection. But they came out and said if they touch anything that’s an automatic $350. Two guys came out Jose and Jeremiah. They basically charged me $850 for diagnostics and replacing a valve to our water heater but said there was still a “huge” gas leak outside but couldn’t pinpoint where. They said they could fix the risers for $2,0000 but cannot guarantee it would be fixed and recommended just excavating digging everything up and replacing everything for $5k. The younger guy Jeremiah seemed really shifty, would ramble, and give me a price then say he’ll talk to his boss to see if they can go down on the price. I was actually dumb enough to even agree to the $5k but alarms bells went off when they said they couldn’t honor the 20% discount coupon on their site because I had used it on the diagnostics. Even though this is the same household and pertains to the same problem. They could offer me 15% discount. There was a lot of nickel and diming and kind of the last straw. Jeremiah even admitted to me they work off commission so they definitely don’t have any incentive to be honest!Then I talked to a family friend plumber who said we could just cap it off since the leak isn’t inside the house and the line basically went to the pool heater which we don’t have anymore anyway and don’t use. He could cap it off for $350 and have atmos come turn back on our gas. Why were we not given this option?? Call US plumbing and ask for Mark W. Seriously he’s really good and honest and said he loses business for being honest but puts himself in the homeowner’s shoes.I even called Winstead plumbing who recommended one source in the first place since they only do commercial and I told them they shouldn’t recommend these people anymore and after hearing what happened she agreed and said they only recommended one source because they knew the owners…not cause they’re good. Hope my review saves the next person some major money and headaches!

During the recent winter storm, my heater went down and I called them. They sent the technician in less than an hour and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem in few mins.

My house lost water on a Wednesday night. They came out the following morning. Somehow the backflow valve malfunctioned & had to be replaced. Very processional. They had to take a couple trips to get correct parts but it was running again that afternoon. Very thankful. Kinda need water to shower, wash clothes/dishes, irrigate flowerbeds. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I had three toilets installed on Tuesday, I then ended up with a leak. It was not a result of the work they did, just (in)convenient timing. Tony Jose and the rest of the gentlemen were prompt, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for me. I would absolutely recommend them to any one who needs plumbing and HVAC work. Glen Jackson came here to our local Southern Crab to clean my grease trap. Amazing service, efficient and fast. As they were finishing up they let me know that one of my pipes from the grease trap was broken. So they had to send Glen out here again, did everything really amazing. My water heater went out on June 13th 2023, on Thursday June 15th I contacted One Source Plumbing-AC, that very day a tech went to my home assess to problems I was given a quote and approved the work order.By Friday June 16th the installation was professionally completed.Im happy and will gladly recommend One Source Plumbing-AC to anyone

We needed a new water heater at Ochre House Theater. Our situation was very unique, but they came out, gave an estimate, got the water heater, and was able to handle quite a few problems with the old water heater (it was up in an attic, would not drain, had to be replumbed, so many things) try professionally and courteous. And they stayed till the job was done. It took till 9pm, but they did it. All the service techs were very nice & professional, and our main tech David was just great! I recommend them highly. And Anna in the office has answered all my questions with a smile. We will use them again.

Was told we could get a free visual inspection, rep on the phone never clarified what that actually entailed, so when the plumber shows up and they start to tell us wed have to pay, you could imagine the sudden shock. We specifically told the rep (Anna) that we were needing a quote for a sewer line repair. Didnt appreciate the plumbers miserable attitude either. Wont be calling back, wont ever be recommending.

After getting a new gas meter, a gas leak was detected. I needed to have someone out to find the leak and repair as soon as possible to have the gas reconnected. Once Source Plumbing came out the same day, found the leak, repaired it and I was able to get my gas turned on that night. The cost was a fraction of what was quoted to me by another company. The technician was very helpful, professional, informative and respectful to my property.

I have used One source twice in the last 3 years. Once for my initial issue of a backup caused from roots sliding into a crack on the outside plumbing. They came out and did a camera to show me the issue in the cracked pipe and helped me clean out as much as they could because I couldn’t afford to fix it right there and then. But about 1 and a half year later when I had the money to repair it they honored the quote they gave me from the previous time and was able to repair it literally the next day and finished within a few hours. It was awesome how fast they could repair it and show me all they did.

Horrible customer service. Technician pulled up and drove away after I drive 45 minutes across town. I called the main number and the receptionist was RUDE and cut me off after I explained the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If a company has policies in place they should clearly notify the client prior to just canceling. Reading through some of the other reviews I understand why this company has a low rating. Ask a lot of questions up front or save yourself the disappointment.

Your plumber, Danny, went above and beyond the normal plumbing service, including alerting me of his time to arrive, didnt ask for an upfront deposit. analyzed the problem, gave a fair projected price, fixed the repair and was extremely professional. Ive used One Source for home related repairs since I bought my house 5 years ago. They are prompt and reliable in regards to scheduling, same goes with service thats being performed. One Source is my go to for, plumbing, heating and air service and get a solid referance from me.

Val split my HVAC condensate line at my condo with my neighbor and diverted my line into my bathroom sink. My property was built in 1958 and this was no easy feat, but he mastered it and got it done. Im so happy Val was able to get this done for me and did so in record time!!!

Dont use this company . we paid $180 for kichen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Dont try them waisted your money. We gave them 1 STAR because dont have 0.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

I got a new water heater installed by One Source Plumbing and they installed fast & on time. Later on the pilot light valve went out One Source Plumbing replace the valve. But lately the gas co were doing some checking around the area and the gas co did not open up all the way the gas valve in the back alley, One Source Plumbing camy by and solve the problem in less than 10 minutes. One Source Plumbing is very responsible about their workmanship that is why, I am sticking with them if I ever need them again. Thanks One Source for your service.

Had a massive leak from a ruptured pipe under the house in our crawl space. One Source knocked it out fast and at a super solid price. Would recommend over just about every other plumber I’ve ever used! They even worked around our tight/difficult schedule

Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didnt know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I shouldve contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

Ricky and his team did a really good job for our family. We had a bad gas leak and they took care of the situation in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe. I would highly recommend them.

I called and they answered! That’s a major plus in my book.I needed someone to come tomorrow because the A.C. Will not cool in my house when it’s over 90deg. Outside and they arrived 8am to greet me. and immediately by hearing the strange noises coming from the unit outside. Went straight to work, the estimate was free and the technician were clean knowledgeable and professional. After a original worst case scenario of a 500$ charge the repair came out 100$. The Communication threw the whole experience was exceptional. I have no need to to else were for my ac needs. All I can say is Fantastic.

This company is very professional and honest. The gas company replaced my meter and then had somebody do an inspection. The inspector said there was a leak and that I needed to call a plumber. I called One Source and they came out and confirmed that there was not in fact a leak. They said that the valves were not properly shut and thats why it showed a leak. They could have taken advantage of me and lied and made a quick buck, but they were honest and informative. I will always use them for any future projects.

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.

I rent my house and I have a property management company that hired this plumbing company. They came to unclog my drain and one of the plumbers told me that I would be charged normally because he found a couple hair clips in my drain but he would make sure they did not charge me for this. I told him if I were to be charged I would just fix it myself as I cannot afford it right now. He assured me I would not be charged at all for this service. Afterwards they went on and billed the property management company extra for the particular service he told me I would not be charged for, which gave me a $95 bill. I called and spoke to a manager from the plumbing company to see if she could resolve this and she said she would call me back that day and never did. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lies to people when they feel like it doesnt matter. They never resolved this issue for me and their head technician who came that day lied straight to my face.

So easy I cold in the morning they came in the afternoon Im in the afternoon and clean out Power 1000 gallon grease trap. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kinds they were done in under an hour and left my place and its surroundings very clean. Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

I had a really bad leak coming from under my home. I called roto rooter for an estimate. i was quoted 3,000! I was desperate! I called one source hoping for a better quote. They told me 700! i was so happy! Once the job was done, they dropped the amount down to 250.00 since it was a smaller job than expected! OMG!

Worst service in 20 years. Will never use again. Had to call another plumber next day.Said he would fix drips, didnt. Told me to get sealant spray advertised on TV and tape and use on pipe.Charged $310 for what ???

We were charged $170 from them to unclog our drain. They say they pushed 60 ft. of tubing, but it clogged back up within a couple of days. They then try to charge another $400 for another method of plumbing. We want the $170 back because we paid FOR NOTHING. MONEY BACK !!

This service was amazing with the work I needed was very urgent and got a super quick response and work was done quick for a water leak and repair the sewer line underlayment very happy with the service. However, I did not received the pictures for all the work that was done before and after as they promised I only got two pictures missing a lot more other than that very happy I will always use them any time I need some plumbing service .

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoffs under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoffs due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did
