I was in need of a complete HVAC system replacement, and after extensive research and 10 different companies/quotes I decided to go with Air-Kool. They had the best overall knowledge, price and professionalism. Brenda at the office is very attentive stays in touch with you throughout the entire process. The guys also did an amazing job at the installation and addressed all my needs and concerns.I am glad I didnt go with the big companies that charge you an arm AND a leg compared to family owned companies like Air-Kool. The same system that I got from Air-Kool was almost 7k more with the big companies, guess your are paying for their TV commercials! 🤔. ( also the big companies hand thousands of 5-star reviews but on my research I found out they actually pay to get those bot (Robot 🤖)reviews.I will definitely use Air-Kool for as long as I live in the area and they stay open. ♥️♥️♥️ I definitely recommend yall give them a call, my 10 quotes and research speaks for itself!

My furnace was 30 years old, and stopped working. I got a few quotes and Air-Kool had the best prices by far. They were very professional, and installed the new furnace and took the old broken one away. They took their time and actually put back the attic ladder better than how it was originally. Its so nice to have a warm house again! I highly recommend them.

The furnace in my house was over 30 years old and needed to be replaced. After obtaining numerous quotes, they gave me the best price on a new unit and their workmanship was professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Just recently had my unit serviced by Mr. Otilio Banda. Not only was I able to get a same-day appt (because who wants to wait until tomorrow in this Texas HEAT) but he came on time, was very friendly, and was very efficient in testing and finding out the issue with our unit. He replaced the part with no issues and now my unit is working like new. We have an older unit and he was very knowledgeable and made us aware of how the unit works. I will definitely be using this company for my a/c servicing needs in the future! Great customer service!

I have used Air-Kool exclusively for my home AC repair for the last three years. They are always upfront, honest and keep a history of my past issues repaired ,as well as suggestions, to limit needed repairs. I even sent in service request on Saturday and someone was out on Sunday. I highly recommend Air Kool to anyone looking for quality service.

When I had an AC issue recently I called them very late in the day around 8pm, they not only answered my phone call but sent a professional to check my AC unit the very next day. They provided me with honest, and expert recommendation to address the problem. Their pricing is very competitive and they were able install a brand new AC unit the very next day. Air-Kool Heating and Air Conditioning in Dallas is the best! I needed someone to come and check out my AC Unit because it was blowing out warm air. Otilio found the root of the problem and took care of it right away! I would never trust anyone else to come look at my AC System.
