Aces AC and Heat, LLC

Aces AC recently installed a central air and heating unit for my home. They were very fast, clean, and efficient. It was some of the best work I’ve had done on my home, and they were extremely friendly. I already recommended them to neighbors and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of AC and heating services.

Superb work and professionalism. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jorge does excellent work. We had an ongoing issue between the air conditioner and sewer and he was able to figure out the issue and resolve it. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to do the job!

Emergency attic mechanical work was needed they secured the pipes sealed out all toxic gases they completed work within 2 hours and did a fabulous job!! I totally recommend these guys!! See my before and after pictures, prices are reasonable.

Very professional, and courteousof my items they had to remove in order to do the repair. Very trust worthy because I left the door unlocked I wasnt there @ the beginning of the repair. They put my items back exactly how I had them! I highly recommend them!

I was blown away by ACES service! They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it promptly. The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and even offered helpful tips for maintaining our AC unit. ACES is absolutely top-notch!

Oscar came to check out our ac,ducts etc and He was phenomenal! He took videos and pics of everything and did a thorough inspection! From the air to the mechanics to the outside. It’s rare to find someone that goes above and beyond and does their job so thoroughly and explained everything to us as He went. Thank You Oscar.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aces. Not only did they charge me $500 and failed to fix the problem, but their misdiagnoses and malpractice were disappointing. The refrigerant they filled ran out within a week, and they said they would charge an additional $130 just to check if there was a leak in the coil, not even to fix it. To make matters worse, they quoted me an outrageous $1000-2000 to fix the coil itself. Another company came twice, fixed the coil, and refilled the refrigerant all for $470. I would not recommend this company. They took advantage of me.

I will recommend Aces highly. This was a check-up as a regular visit. Everet & other man did a great job - as always. Reliable, shows up when scheduled, texts/calls to let you know hes coming. Checks everything & rates are very reasonable. Everet went out of his way & did some extra for me. Cant thank him enough. Aces A/C Service - you are ACES for sure!

Aces always provided workable solutions to HVAC fixes. And they are honest about when something doesn’t need expensive work and when it does. Breath of fresh air!

Jose and his associate showed up on a timely basis this afternoon They proceeded to check out the AC heat system for biannual check up change filters check the system. Everything was OK ready to go once again appreciate their expertise and professionalism. See you guys in April.

Words cannot express the great job that this company did for us. My only regret is that I didn’t locate them sooner!. We were without air for the past two weeks and a friend suggested we call Aces. One of the best decisions. Evert went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we would have air the next. He made it happen! Jose was wonderful. He was on time and took care of our A/C and Heater with out over charging us.

I got the motor fan replaced last month for one of my AC units and started to make noise but they came to replace it at no charge. They also worked on the other unit that was having problems and got it fixed. I’ve been using their services for many years because they are knowledgeable, always come when I need them and are very professional.

Our AC unit went down after a storm. I called and they were able to see me the next morning, which was much sooner than other companies offered. They came out right when they said they would. Evert looked at our AC and had it running within the 5 minutes he was there! He was very knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. They fixed up our AC unit and checked our second unit as well. They are a very affordable company and we will use them again!

Contacted Aces AC and Heat, LLC, for new A/C unit replacement and they were able to come out right away to replace my old unit and furnace.They were on time, very polite & professional. I definitely recommend them to any client on any job or service!

They installed a brand new unit 2 years ago. The unit stopped cooling so we called them tocome check it out. It was supposed to be a free charge which is what they told us on the phone yet when they got here they said it was out of labor warranty and would be a service charge. I had already fixed the cooling problem by the time they arrived. I said if the problem arose again I would reach back out. Now there is a drain clog issue and leaking nasty water under the floors below the unit because they did not install a drain pan.Called them to come service and they were rude and then refused service because they were upset we cancelled the service call from before.This is the second brand new unit I had this company install. In this house and in my prior home. This same summer I also referred two people to them who also bought new units. I expected more respect than what I got. Needless to say I will no longer refer this company to anyone. They were the cheapest when we got quotes. I guess you get what you pay for.After speaking with several AC specialists they all told me the same thing how this unit was NOT properly installed and should not be having this type of problem especially only being two years old.

Me, my wife and 4 kids were without ac on Weekend with temperatures of 105. Aces technician came out on the weekend in 45 mins. He added Freon and my ac was back to normal. technician Oscar was great. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Will never use this company again. I had them come over to troubleshoot why my system was not cooling and to clean out the drain. They cleaned out the drain, but didnt get system working. They determined that the compressor was not coming on so they wanted to charge me $275 to install hard start kit without even checking to see if the compressor wires to the terminal was in good condition. Of course, this foreshadowing tells you that the wires or the compressor terminals were not good. The compressor terminal was burnt and not making good contact. So installing hard start kit would have not fixed the problem. I did not have them install the hard start kit because I was already skeptical about their troubleshooting method (Install something first then do basic troubleshooting of wires later if the kit didnt work) Needless to say the original compressor works now without their help or the hard start kit, but a lot of time and additional money was wasted. All the owner would say is Im sorry I will let the technician know..

Outstanding job! Installed new A/C and heater in January 2017. I did not write the review until after it was warm enough to test the A/C unit. The work was done ahead of schedule by working late into the evening on a Friday. Evert came back in March to verify the A/C worked properly. Evert even did additional work on the ducts for good air flow. Highly recommend.

Came out when promised, fixed unexpected issues, saved money over other quotes, and fixed a warranty repair immediately. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same.

I was lucky that Evert answer my call. He proved to be knowledgeable in the area and showed that he had done this many times before. I had a difficulty getting the Honeywell Network to my Home Network. Evert took the driver seat at the computer and he got me back on track. Evert took care of the electrical and mechanical portion of my request. So, I dismiss him because I did not want to waste his time. He replied to me that he was not leaving until he got the Wi Fi figured out and until then, his job would be completed. Thank goodness for technicians like Evert. He saved me at least 2 hours of second guessing work. I highly recommend Aces for any kind of AC related work. They are the best!

Evert at Aces is NICE, HARDWORKING, HONEST, and a TRUE LIFESAVER. I TRUST HIM and I am SO GLAD I called!!!!! Hes a keeper!!My AC stopped working and I was told I needed a new system totaling $8800. I was told that $2000 would patch it for a year, at best, but that my unit had problems that would cause it to go out again. Before I laid down my $10,000 I wanted to shop around and found Aces on Home Advisor. I read through the reviews and could not believe what I read. EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVES HIM, AND NOW I KNOW WHY!!!Evert came and told me all I had to do was replace the furnace motor for $1100 and that my unit was good to go for 5 or even 10 more years. He said my unit has half of its life in front of it, and that there is nothing going to make the motor go out again.I AM SOOOO VERY GLAD I AM NOT $10,000 POORER TODAY.I am not alone in loving Evert!!! Go to Home Advisor and read for yourself. I would like to conclude by saying thank you to Evert for being honest with me and saving my money. Never change a thing about yourself, your ethical standard or pursuit of excellence. Please do not become like the greedy fat cat bastards that I called from the very top of Angies List. The world needs more simple honest people like you. In the words of Billy Joel, [WE] Love you just the way you are.

We had a 15+ year old system in our home that was leaking freon and having a hard time cooling to a comfortable temperature. Evert came out and within 3 days he and his team installed a new Trane system. The new system has been in our home for 2 weeks now and working great (also seeing electric usage down, YAY $$$). Evert provides prompt service, talks to you about the system and functions, while providing very fare prices. We have recommended him to family and friends, because finding an A/C company that provides his level of customer services and fare prices is hard to find.

Our central air system broke down and Evert came and examined it. He tried to band-aid the problem with the compressor, which worked a little, but our poor 17 year old system was just shot. So we decided to install a complete new system. Evert and his partner did a great job replacing our old a/c and heating system. They were very professional and thorough. Now we have a new Trane unit and we are very pleased.

I called needing a repair on my heat and Evert answered right away. Other companies had phone services or didnt answer. He took my information and was at my house within half an hour. He diagnosed and repaired so quickly! I highly recommend!

I am selling a home. Buyers Agent called them for 2 furnace inspections in the attic. They made fraudulent claims. They state that the furnaces would not ignite. They determined that they had bad smart valves. This could not be further from the truth. I had already had been using the furnaces throughout he winter while rehabbing the home. Also, had an HVAC specialist inspect them for operational effectiveness over a month prior. They passed all tests. I had the same specialist come back to inspect after Aces inspection and the furnaces worked without an issue. They were making false statements in order to perhaps force replacements and get the work order for the job.

Been using this company for years, even installed my new unit when the old one finally wore out. Everett is fantastic, highly recommend.
