Around 8pm we had sewage water coming up through our shower drains. After a quick call to Vanderford for an emergency service they were at our house in a very timely manner. Mason was great at explaining what the issue was and quickly had things draining for us. We really appreciate that this business doesnt charge extra for emergency after hours services. We also really appreciate Mason coming out and fixing things on a cold night. We will be calling Vanderford for any future needs and recommending them to others.

Spoke with Cory about an issue I was having in my sink. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything that would need to be done. He scheduled a tech to come out right away.Gregory showed up at the scheduled time and fixed everything. He was very friendly and professional, as well. We have been using Vandeford for many years now and are on their maintenance plan for our heating and air. All of the technicians that have been to our house thru the years are super professional and take the time to explain what they are doing. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful!

We were having issues with our heating system, Angelo came out and diagnosed the issue. After diagnosing the issue he gave us multiple options of different ways we could resolve the issue. The information that Angelo communicated to us was very informative and easy to comprehend. Angelo was very professional and answered all of our questions. We have been with Vanderford Air for 11 years and have always been satisfied with their great service.

I reached out to Vanderford because my A/C was loud and waking me up from sleep on startup. Their technician, Will, came out and installed a soft start, and now it’s whisper quiet. I cant thank them enough. Very professional.

Matthew did an exceptional job at our installation of a blower motor. He was on time and efficient. He explained everything he needed to do, before he did anything. He was respectful of our home, we have an immuned compromised family member and when asked to wear a mask he agreed and wore it while in our home. He thoroughly explained the membership program and we will reach out to Elaine to complete the process. Overall we we extremely pleased with the service we received from Vanderford today and will ask for Matthew in the future.

The technician, Jacob, was thorough in his evaluation of the condition of my heating system. He was open and candid in his discussion of potential concerns, as well as options for improvements to the system. I will be requesting Jacob for future maintenance visits.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jason. He is a people person and easy to get along with. Jason conducted an evaluation of the AC system and was honest. I tried paying extra for an AC vent he adjusted to keep the other from sweat leaking and he said there was no charge. I know what you’re thinking, he just turned a vent. It’s the knowledge that’s valuable. I am a future Vanderford customer. Oh and the customer service, so nice.

So far so good. Professional company with people that are genuinely interested in making their company not only good but great. I have used Professor heat and Dr. cool. STAY AWAY. Complete jokes with disingenuous employees. Give Vanderford air a chance. They say what they mean and do what they say.

Nick came out to our home to conduct initial bi-annual check on our air and heating system. He was very thorough and discovered some opportunities with water heater pipe corrosion. Thumbs up!

A few years ago, we added an addition onto our home. Since that time, we have had many AC companies assess our units. Joe was the first person that thoroughly evaluated both units. He took pictures of everything and wrote an extensive report addressing all issues and suggested repairs. He then sat down with us and went through everything in detail with no hint of being in a rush to leave. He spent three hours at our home, and with a long list of clients still needing to be seen on a Saturday, he still asked us if we had any further questions and was happy to continue to help. I have never felt more confident. No need to do endless searches or ask several friends for the best AC company. You have already found the perfect solution.

I use Vanderford Air for my semi-annual maintenance on my a/c unit and the service, quality, and value are all top-notch. My technician, Eric Thompson, was thorough, easy to work with, and he went the extra mile to explain things to me and made sure I understood the work he did and the status of my a/c after her completed the maintenance. Eric Thompson was very personable and knowledgeable about everything dealing with my air conditioner. He’s explained everything so clearly, I understood. He gave me tips on how to keep my room cooler since it’s the farthest room. As well as other services they provide that will assist with my unit. We decided to use Vanderford air and plumbing to install a gas line in our home. We chose them because their slogan is “100% satisfaction guarantee”, but we are 100% DISSATISFIED. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Read on to see why.The project took nearly 3 months to complete from the time of the initial quote to getting the city to inspect the line. In that time it took two visits to get a quote for the gas line and ELEVEN service visits to get the line installed without any leaks. In most of these visits, the master plumber showed up between 9-10am, would conveniently forget items at the warehouse and/or take a 2 hour lunch break at roughly 11am, then leave the job by 3pm. Or he would straight up cancel his visit. When he canceled on us for the second time he offered a substantial discount (more on this later). This was incredibly upsetting given either my fiancé or I had to take off work for each of these 11 visits. During these visits he had help from other plumbers within the company, but in one visit, a man in a black t-shirt was helping as well. This lead us to think that he was not employed by Vanderford and just a friend of the master plumber. This was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.When the job was finally completed the master plumber sent the invoice for the FULL amount with no discount. This was extremely upsetting since he broke his word to us and not to mention they left large holes around our home.Finally it came time for scheduling the city inspection, the master plumber had told me our house was located in an area that didn’t require a permit. Luckily our HOA informed me he was incorrect and I made the company pull the permit before I looked like an idiot asking center point to run a gas line to my home without a permit. My assumption is that he either didn’t think the line would pass inspection or he/the company didn’t want to spend the money for the permit. For the city inspection, the company informed us that the city inspector has a time window that they show up, so prior to the inspection we opened our garage door to make things easier. I was sitting on my couch when I heard our entry door from the garage open and in walked the master plumber and inspector. They didn’t even bother knocking. This is a huge invasion of privacy and any contractor should always knock anytime they enter a client’s home.We voiced all of these concerns/complaints to the owner of the company and asked how long the job should take. He said 2 days for a normal job and 4 days for a difficult job. Given this job took 11 days, we requested a substantial discount, but he offered an insulting 9.6%. After further complaining, the owner offered us 19% discount, which we paid, but still don’t think it was enough given everything we experienced.Overall, I am very disappointed with the fact we used Vanderford air and plumbing for this job. If you are getting any plumbing work done, or even HVAC, I highly recommend you do NOT use Vanderford.

First of all, when the initial phone call is pleasant, informative, helpful, and an actual enjoyable conversation - it helps set a good precedence. I dont remember the young lady’s name that answered the phone, but she was a joy to talk to.We had Will Tran pop by, and he was exceptionally polite, respectful, and happy to explain everything in terms I understood whenever i had a question. He outlined a plan for us to move forwards with, deficiencies that other companies had brushed off, and was just flat out honest.I would recommend and use Vanderford again in a heartbeat!

Vanderford Air replaced an old 4 ton HVAC with a 2 cycle 16 SEER unit as well as the old duct work which was poorly insulated. Starting with the sales rep to the admin scheduling wok and the workers themselves everyone was courteous, professional and eager to prove us with a great experience. The work was done as schedule and we were informed when everyone was arriving. Replacing HVAC and duct work was completed all in one day. We also appreciate that the new ductwork location in the attic was placed to provide better access to the attic. We no longer have to climb over or squeeze under ducts when going to the attic.We received 6 different bids and while not the cheapest Vanderford did deliver a decent value with a good HVAC system along with the ductwork replacement. They also included the 10 warranty including labor which does give piece of mind.

I have been using Vanderford for the last 5+ years, and I dont plan on switching any time soon. They are always professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Eric was our technician this time and he did an excellent job walking me through his process and informing me on what he saw in our system. I highly recommend working with Eric, but everyone at Vanderford is a pleasure to work with.

A July air conditioner meltdown is no joke. Vanderford sent a repair expert within two hours of our call after 5 on a Wednesday. Will was professional and quickly fixed our AC. Got us up and running for a reasonable price. We had a great experience.

Vanderford Air responded quickly to my needs when my AC went out over the weekend, they impressively found a replacement part under warranty.This could have easily been a 5 star review but due to a number of issues which I have discussed with Vanderford it is not. I hope Vanderford took my comments constructively which was certainly my intention.Vanderford have amazing techs and truly worked a miracle in challenging conditions, especially Eric who was exemplary throughout.

Vanderford Air replaced my AC and ducts 1-2 years ago. They had the best price, installation was excellent, and the staff members that do the 6month maintenance have been very professional and thorough. No complaints!

You were Able to send Someone very quickly. Your technician gave me a lot of explanations and advice and things to keep my ion in the future. He did an excellent job was very respectful and polite. You should be happy to have Jacob as part of your team.

Vanderford is a good company. By no means are they the cheapest and I do believe some of the labor charges for the work do not align. Unfortunately those items that you could change easily as a homeowner could potentially void a warranty. I do recommend this company with their transparency and timeliness. They communicate well and send a photo of the technician prior to the visit. Like with any company, expect the recommendations and the up sales but their isnt pressure or guilting to purchase. Most importantly I have trusted them in my home. They do not have a talk down or condescending demeanor, and they are willing to answer questions. They have worked with me well for several years after the install of my whole home AC and heat.

5 stars for the service provided by Angelo. If you choose this company to service your air conditioning units you will be happy you did, especially if Angelo shows up as your service man. After doing maintenance on my ac unit I can tell a significant difference in the cold air flowing through my house.I considered only giving 4 stars because the back off support team made it a bit cumbersome to schedule the desired maintenance appointments.At the end of the day, though, Angelo took care of our needs and went above and beyond to make us a happy customer.

TLDR: If I could give Vanderford Air a 10/5 rating here, especially HVAC technician Angelo Sanchez, I would. I am so IMPRESSED with his quality of work, dedication to his craft, and for providing me guidelines so I can better advocate for myself with regards to addressing work that another HVAC company had previously done.I called Vanderford Air for a second opinion for high indoor humidity and condensation along our AC vents. Our relative humidity in the house is high (>60%) with the AC running as well as having 2 dehumidifers. We have worked with another AC company who kept informing us everything was normal at a recent visit (August). With his routine inspection, Angelo was able to identify that the subcoolant charge in our AC was really low (along with another possible reason re: condensation, pending work at this time). With our condenser coil being replaced by the other company just in June, Angelo recommended I reach back out to the old company considering we just paid for a new coil. What really impressed me with this first visit was that Angelo took the time to explain things to me (a new homeowner with no understanding of HVAC systems), showed me pictures of the systems charges and included pics in his report for proper documentation, and provided talking points in what to ask the other HVAC company. And even when the other company tried to give me a roundabout answer regarding the issue and tried to get me to pay $270 for another leak search, Angelo really coached me in what to ask for. Because of this, we have the other companys supervisor coming by later to do a leak search for free. To me, this shows that Angelo is an honest and reliable person because he didnt try to upsell anything. He kept telling me that he wants to make sure we werent taken advantage of by the other company. To say that I am incredibly GRATEFUL is an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend Vanderford Air as well as Angelo Sanchez. We will definitely be continuing to use them for all our HVAC needs.

I have use Vanderford Air since 2020. They installed a new heating and air unit in my home. I had no problem with them maintenance and servicing my unit. I want to point out one individual Angelo Sanchez. He is very professional and very knowledgeable of his job. Angelo is truly an asset for Vanderford Air Company. If all your employees is like him and Courtney, Your company will always be great to our community.

My experience with Vanderford this time was not great. I have had much better experiences with them before. I bought my A/C system from them 6 years ago and also bought the 12 years parts and labor extended warranty from them. I have also been using them for my yearly services since I bought the unit. My A/C quit working last week, so I called Vanderford to check it out. The first technician that showed up informed me that my compressor (outdoor unit) had failed and I needed a new one. They ordered a new one and after 5 days another technician showed up to install it. After installation, the technician informed me that the condenser coil was leaking on the outdoor unit and it also needed to be replaced. They ordered a new one and it took 3 days to show up and be installed. Overall we were without a working A/C for 8 days. I was disappointed that the first technician did not diagnose the problem fully which extended the repair period and I was also disappointed that I did not feel any sense of urgency from Vanderford in effecting the repairs and get our A/C working again. I had to call their office so many times to check on the status of orders and to see when we can get on the schedule for installation(s). It seemed to me that this was not a priority since this was a warranty repair.

Shawn was the first technician we had the pleasure of working with and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. Did a great job assessing our issue and getting a plan in place to fix the air in our nursery for our 2nd son.Matt was the amazing technician that did the install rebuilding our plenum and fixing a few ducts for him. He originally showed up by himself and completed most of the work on his own. He was extremely kind and did a fantastic job on the ductwork. I will definitely be requesting him to do more work for me in the future.Eric was the 3rd and final tech we got to work with and he was an extremely pleasant and did a great job helping Matt finish up the job in a timely manner.10/10 experience with all the technicians and would recommend Vanderford Air to anyone.

Vanderford Air recently completed a semi annual inspection of our conditioning and heating systems, in accordance with our maintenance contract with them. The craftsman did a great job inspecting our systems. He skillfully replaced two filters on our air handlers on the second floor and attic. The result has been an efficiently running system. Vanderford has upgraded and maintained our mechanical systems since 1995. The current system is our most efficient so far. I highly recommend Vanderford Air to anyone seeking quality mechanical system installation and repairs.

A/C and heating system Installation team was very professional, courteous and clean. And very fast. Explained answers to all my questions where I could understand. Vanderford is a very good company to do business with. Kept me informed when they were going to be here. Service tech Jason also all of the above. Showed and explained to me my problem and how to get it fix. Which turned out to bet a whole new system -- haha. But he explored all possibilities that I could have done. I pretty much knew I would need a new system but he first showed me how could get fix without a completely new system. But I went for the complete overhaul. Very satisfied. We cannot skimp for good A/C in Texas !!

My experience was outstanding! Justin and Eric explained everything that was going to happen and why. They both greeted my little dog (*thanks, guys!) They covered everything and afterwards, it was impossible to tell they had been in my home. My vents look much cleaner and they assured me the ducts were as clean also. Vanderford is great and so are Justin and Eric.

Install went well. No real issues. Only complaint is I wish they would have covered our floors better. Time will tell on how well the new units work.

Weve been long-term customers of Vanderford Air for our home and our vacation property in Galveston. Weve always been impressed with their punctuality, attention to detail, and fair pricing structure. On the very rare occasions when weve had an issue with the service provided theyve been quick to remedy the situation and then some.A+ Service today with Eric Thompson!

Techican was cold and rude. We had just got power on and no air conditioning. Called vanderford and they responded fairly quickly. Techican analyzed problem and said it was blower motor. Techican said motor was special motor and cost would be 1,575.00 for motor. Then tried to replace entire inside unit for 4,000.00 which I didnt need. I said no to that just replace motor. He charged me 1,750.00 to replace motor. Outrageous. Called several ac companies and both said to replace motor was about 800.00 for everything. Vanderford price gouged me in a time of need. One employee at vanderford was very rude to me at the office, didnt care about my feelings or problems. I would not recommend this company to do business with. I will also report them to BBB. Beware seniors.

As always, the technician was very thorough and took his time ensuring our system was functioning optimally and will get us through another brutal Houston summer. Each year I purchase Vanderfords service contract. Today I had an appointment to have my spring service on my air conditioning system. The technician, Eric Thompson, arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He checked out my system thoroughly and gave me advice on how to keep the system working properly. I have always enjoyed working with Vanderfords technicians and Eric was one of the best. I have used only Vanderfords since 2007 for my heating and cooling needs.

Very poor Service, l have been trying to schedule appt to have a tech come out and service my water softner, for 2 days now after l give my address, the chat does not response back, had to restart several times and giving the same info again and again, and yet same thing

Outstanding service! We use Vanderford for our routine maintenance on our HVAC, which they are always awesome for: On time, courteous and knowledgeable. But this is more than a HVAC maintenance and sales company!Andrew in the plumbing department is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly! Ive had 2 people before Andrew look at our improperly installed downstairs toilet at a beach house and both of them were to afraid to even bid the work. Andrew looked at it and said I got this... It was a true Hold my beer moment. This work required drilling around the pipe, cutting the pipe and installing a proper Falange, AND laying new cement something the previous owners did understand the concept of evidently. Andrew got it done and it looks great!

Great service - but charging $500 to take 10 minutes to replace a $40 part (just looked it up) was a surprise - esp. when the technician didnt tell me thats what they are going to charge. I elected to pay them and keep the capacitor they installed just to avoid the show of removing the one they put in.

I have used Vandrford for 7 years now and am very happy with the service. I have bought 2 new systems from them for 2 different homes. Insulation was top notch. The maintence program is worth the money. The Tech Eric Thompson is professional thorough.

Sometimes things come down to communication and logistics. Robert Vanderford personally came to our condo to discuss the layout issues and explained in detail some of the complications that came along with installing our AC. The actual installation that was done was done extremely well and we are pleased with the final outcome. Robert was sincere, direct and honest. I will recommend Vanderford Air in the future. You have to appreciate anyone who starts a business from the ground up and still has a passion for what they do.

Our ac stopped working close to 5pm, but Roger came out and fixed it, even though it was after hours. He told us how to avoid that problem next time. The house cooled down quickly, and we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Eric the technician was very knowledgeable, on time and polite. During the service Eric needed to replace a capacitor on one of the units gave me an explanation as to why and promptly replaced. I would highly recommend Vanderford Air.

Called today for a water heater not heating. Set an appointment for tomorrow but then recieved a call saying that they could come today. Technician Sean showed within 2 hours, corrected the issue immediately, answered our questions on possible replacement and upgrades. Finished and was done within 30 minutes. After going round and round with another company and spending thousands without results, we called Vanderford. They responded to my request immediately. They were able to get us to a comfortable point and got us a very reasonable quote for the rest of the work necessary for full repair. When our second property needed work, it wasn’t even a question, we called them and got a quick response and again they got us to a comfortable point with a reasonable quote for further repairs. 10/10 would recommend again!

The technician was very understanding and , he explained everything that was going to happen , in the performance of the job.

Grateful for same day service. I had a clogged kitchen sink that they were able to fix. Customer service was good. Only complaint was I felt like the price was a bit high. I paid roughly $350 for at most, 30 minutes of work. They did use a machine and I understand that costs more but I couldn’t help but feel like the cost was high relative to the time spent working. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of work but will take the time to shop around next time just to feel better about pricing.

Eric performed my annual hvac service for my 3 units. They are shiny and running like new! I didnt realize they werent running at their best until he finished. Amazing work. Ask for him.

The service technician arrived about 45 minutes after the 4 hour service window past. Everything seems to be running smoothly, but it was before he came to do this regularly scheduled maintenance. It costs about 200$ to get it checked twice a year.

Air went out Thursday night, tech came the next day and confirmed with us that our AC unit from 2006 and heater that was even older was officially dead (we knew it didn’t have much life left). Ben talked us through the purchase of a new unit and was able to add 2 new vents to bathrooms that had none (old house) and 2 air intakes in much better locations. We had planned to be out of town for five days and they were able to come in (with the help of a neighbor) and have unit completely up and running by Monday evening. Outstanding service. We highly recommend!!

My air conditioner stopped cooling my home and, after calling numerous other companies, all said it would be 2 - 3 days before they could get a technician to take a look at it. We were very lucky to have Vanderford Air replace our furnace and AC. They have incredibly high work standard. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing the system but later did all it is possible to set the unit so the humidity inside was low. That included replacing the thermostat to a model better for hot and humid south Texas. Their technician Mr. Will Tran is not only super knowledgeable but he is simply a genius! No wonder he is so popular with all Vanderfords customers. This is the company we wholeheartedly recommend for all heating and cooling jobs.

We had one of the most thorough assessments of our system since the initial purchase. I also want to call out attention to details and good lay discussions by Avery. He is quite knowledgeable of the HVAV solutions and their operations.

Initial service call on Friday was not completed as specified on work order. Contacted company on Saturday afternoon, Jeremy returned my call that day and had a crew at my house by 11:00 am on Monday morning. It was obvious R.D. had reviewed our situation. He was prepared, had a plan and hit the ground running. Although R.D. is the Quality Control person, it was evident he has expansive knowledge and skills with A/C Units. He and Avery went over the entire unit and not only completed the original work order to our satisfaction, but noticed and repaired other issues. This A/C unit has never operated this well. Very satisfied with Vanderford Air.

From the time I called the office, through the installation, and even until the detailed walk through with Les, I felt like I was valued and in good hands. The office staff is kind and helpful which is getting to be rare these days! When Les came out to review our current units and give us proposals, he spent so much time educating me about my current system and how AC/heater units work in general. That way when he gave me several options to replace one or both systems I could make a more confident decision. Ultimately we choose to replace both units with a larger system that would function for the whole house. The team that came to do the installation was on time and polite. They worked quickly and I felt comfortable with them in my house. The installation took two full days, and each day a supervisor from Vanderford Air come to check on the progress. I think my favorite part about doing business with Vanderford Air was the walk through that we did with Les AFTER we paid for the system! He came out and spent almost 2 hours helping us set up the zoning and the time settings. He also took us up to the system and explained how it would work and what to do to get the most out of our new system! We had a capacitor that had died for one of our ac units rendering our sleeping quarters impossible to use. The part was under warranty and we were told that we needed to use an “official” vendor. But I trust Vanderford Air and I wanted their opinion. Kevin D arrived early in the window or time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and called the manufacture to verify coverage, replaced the part, and ensured that the unit was cooling. He explained everything as he went. He was polite and professional. So now I have a cool house and most of the day left. What a delightful experience.Update: Capacitor went out on the other ac unit. Avery came bright and early on a Sunday morning. He was very thorough in his diagnosis; it was diagnosed quickly. He was very clear and helpful with all of our choices for the repair. Ive found all team members to be courteous, knowledgeable and sensitive to my specific needs - both in assessing my problems and delivering on work order fulfillment, providing me with the most economical and efficient solutions. For example, service tech Jay Hollar, recently demonstrated how condenser coil buildup (fouling) impedes heat transfer and reduces efficiency. He was friendly, had a great sense of humor and was very competent.

Vanderford Air is a great company to work with. The price was great, but what really got me is the technician was nice but VERY well trained. This is not a company that hires random technicians, but clearly coaches them to really knowing what they are doing. The efficiency of a good technician will save you money. My water heater started running cold the evening before. Had my plumbing back up with undesirable liquids in the bathtubs. Vanderford sent Gregory out and he found a broken sewer pipe and got everything repaired fast and for a fair price. Couldn’t be happier with the work that Gregory did for us, he even added a clean out to make it cheaper and easier if I have any other problems in the future. It started off great with the service Person, Dan I believe was his name. Some miscommunication since we went over so many options. The installers were fast, but forgot to adjust the fan right so they had someone come back out to adjust. I would definitely use them again.

I want to share our recent experience with Vanderford Air. We recently had our dryer vent serviced and the blower motor replaced. Dan, our technician was very informative and quoted us the exact expense of the job. They came out a few days later and replaced the motor. The entire job was done with professionalism and came off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Vanderford Air.

I will NEVER use this company again. The techs are rude. The installation guys even ruder. I regret ever giving this company a dime. Will Tran, Comfort Specialist, was candid when he answered our numerous questions about our HVAC system. He advised us on the brand and size filters to buy for our HVAC systems. Although we had purchased online our filters 20 x 25 x 5, he advised us that the actual size of the filters we had was a bit too small allowing air to pass through the gaps, unfiltered. My wife and I appreciated the quality service he provided on the companys annual bi-annual maintenance.

I called Vanderford Air Inc in Webster for a quote on complete AC and heat replacement.and comfort consultant Les Hickman came out same day and went over system and answered all my questions and needs. He explained all the products they handle and I decided what I wanted. He is very professional yet down to earth and in 30 minutes I had a quote. I was pleased with the price and he said they could do it next day..8 oclock they showed up and by 3 they were done... Both installers were great and worked non stop.. Very nice and made a proposal to replace coils and compressor for 9k including the new Freon 410a. Found out today with a second opinion that he had not put the Freon caps back on.

Very professional. Got an estimate way cheaper than the competition for the same product. Highly satisfied! Getting a new AC is expensive but no complaints going with Vanderford. Would highly recommend!

Jay, our technician, diagnosed the problem swiftly and accurately, apprised us of the fee for his services up front, and checked on our unit prior to departure. He really took care of us. Love you guys at Vanderford!*******Prior to 2023I called Vanderford Air needing help right away with a relatively new AC unit that wasnt cooling. My call was around 11a, they had someone at my house just after 2p. Our technician was very friendly, answered all my questions, took pictures of my unit so he could tell me exactly what was wrong, and was able to get my unit back on its feet inside an hour and a half (probably more like an hour, but I wasnt watching the clock, I was watching the thermostat!)Vanderford Air was recommended to us by my mother-in-law, and even though they are located in Dickinson, they came to Richmond to service our unit (they installed in 2017). Highly recommend!

We’ve had Vanderford Air come for routine and urgent ac and plumbing several times over the last year. The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. We’ll continue using them in the future.

Competitive rates. Technician answered all questions patiently. A full replacement of the HVAC system was scheduled just 2 days after inspection and completed before lunch. The area was spotless when they left. Great experience from start to finish.

I gave Vanderford Air a call to give me an estimate on getting a new system installed. They were extremely responsive and were able to schedule me a next day estimate with Mr. Les Hickman. Les was extremely professional, and was able to explain to me the pros/cons of the systems we were looking into, and how it would impact the overall quality of our home. While we ended up not getting a system today (because our fortunately still runs!) we for sure will keep Vanderford (and Les) in mind whenever our system does decide to break down...Their pricing is also pretty competitive, and if youre looking to go with a variable system... I was impressed at how competitive they were.

First, I was very happy with the AC Technician, Angelo. He was able to immediately define the problem, then get the part replaced. It was great to have AC after not having it for 4 weeks.Second, he did a thorough inspection of the AC unit and the HVAC system. The work that needs to be done or was recommended, I am in complete agreement with.I have some plumbing work that needs to be completed before I can have the AC & HVAC work. I called Vanderford Sunday morning with an emergency repair call before my renters came to stay at our beach house. Vanderford was there on time and could get the unit up and running quickly—excellent speedy communication and professionalism.

I hv been using Vanderford A/C for a few years now,I am very disappointed with them they left me in b the cold my heating went out supposedly they were going to order an part this was on January 17th I hv left numerous messages and no return calls you hv two senior citizens in an cold house which we hd to go elsewhere to stay warm so unprofessional not to return call and say maybe the part is taking longer than usually, it is now January 28th.Really Vanderford no phone call no apology.

I want to share the great experience we had with Vanderford Air during the replacement of our two residential units. David Nieves came after hours to accommodate our schedule and gave us a fair estimate for the cost involved in writing. He was very professional and was able to accommodate our needs and beat estimates we got from other companies for the same equipment. His crew came at the scheduled time to do the job and they were very efficient and perfectly knew what they were doing. They left the place as clean as it was and finished the job at a record time. Vanderford provide an excellent warranty for their work and it is clear that they aim to build long lasting relationships with their customers. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an efficient reliable AC service at a fair price.

Gregory was the technician assigned to work on my gas meter.He was on time, did a great job, was very pleasant and professional.He installed a ball valve, a Tee, a 90 elbow and a nipple on the gas meter for connection to my portable generator.

I have used this company for two years to maintain my AC system first year and a half with no problems. They called and scheduled my maintenance and were prompt with any repairs.This last time, they were an hour late to the scheduled service window. I said ok, no issues; it was inconvenient, but it is the start of the summer, and there are always a lot of calls this time of year. I was slightly annoyed I was having any issues because I keep it under maintenance, and the tech showed up right in the middle of dinner, but hey, it happens.He worked quickly to find the issue and let me know what was wrong, but after that, this is where it all fell apart.He could not tell me the pricing for an estimate onsite; the job had to go back to the office for that. I said ok, expecting to hear something back and to have a scheduled repair time the next morning. I heard nothing all day, so I finally called around 430.The lady who answered the phone was unhelpful. She could have cared less we were without a fully functioning AC system. She said I talked to our parts guy. He will get you an estimate within a few hours. Mind you; it has already been 24 hours. I asked when they could schedule the repairs and how much longer I would be without a fully functioning AC system, and she said: I do not know to have to wait on the parts person to send the estimate, then you have to approve it, and they will have to be ordered.. I asked if that was days or weeks or tomorrow, and she did not know. She could have cared less that we were without a fully functional AC unit the entire time. Offered to transfer me to someone else. She clearly just wanted me off the phone.I just hung up, I still have no idea when and if they will fix the problem or if I will ever get a price to fix it. I was generally prepared to accept whatever price they said yesterday onsite; they had always been fair.I understand they cannot control how long it takes for parts to get to them. However, they can control the service level and communications rather than treat their customers like a number.They clearly do not need any more business, so I will take mine else where.

Great service! Highly reccomend!I called Vanderford and spoke with Natalie who was very helpful. I was a little worried we would have to wait tell the next day since it was already almost 3pm. She answered all my questions and told me they could be this afternoon. They were at my house less than 2 hours later. The best part is they give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before the tech arrives so youre not stuck at home waiting on them.Archie was quick and professional and gave me prices and options before doing any work. I ended up needing a new thermostat...but i was given options on a way to get my own or having him install one right away. I went with the professional install instead of doing it myself.No hidden fees! From the time i called, to the time the tech was done! I was told up front what the prices would be! No pressure to buy!Thanks!

Vanderford Air did such a great job! A consultant was able to evaluate my system requirements the same day I called, and a new system was installed the next day. The technicians were on time and very professional. They were organized, worked efficiently and cleaned up all work areas before leaving. I absolutely recommend this company for all AC needs.
