Bosworth Cooling and Heating

Called in the morning within 1 hr received call back and they were there in approx 2 hrs. Troubleshoot problem with furnace and will be back this afternoon to repair with new part. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. 100% satisfied. Cant forget receptionist that called back (iris). So friendly and helful

We had to get a couple things checked on after a house inspection. Brandon was great to work with! He explained everything well, answered all of my questions thoroughly, checked every nook and cranny for us, took tons of pictures and was very kind to me and my kids. Would highly recommend this company because of how easy and great Brandon was to work with! 100% recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his assistant (I didn’t catch his name). They came out on Halloween evening and helped very quickly, thankfully we didn’t have to sit in the heat very long. Thank you so much!

The technician that came today, I believe his name was Brandon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I give him 5 stars.

Service tech Brandon called and texted before he got here, he went straight to work and communicated very well his findings and had it going quickly. After no power for 10 days is was great to get the repair done as quick as it was.

Vicki is amazing at bosworth! Very attentive and professional. She was quick to fix and knowledgeable of our ac unit. She really saved the day on a Sunday evening in this August Texas heat!!!!! Thanks Vicki!!!!!

Updated my review since we just had a new furnace and AC installed. Entire job was very impressive. Cant say enough good things. Courteous, respectful, professional, additional return and vents added with no extra costs. They made sure the circulation is level throughout our home. On initial maintenance visit, Steven discovered our furnace exhaust was not properly connected and he fixed it. Very grateful for that as no doubt we were getting carbon monoxide symptoms but were not aware.

Steven was excellent. He arrived early, took the time to understand what was going on, and immediately knew what to check. After less-than-stellar experiences with a warranty company, I really appreciated how thorough he was in assessing what needed to be fixed and explaining how it lead to the issues I was seeing.

We had some bad experiences with other air conditioning companies in the past which have repeatedly led to flooding in our home. This time around, we called our friends at Bosworth to get things done correctly. They were very responsive, and sent technician Vicky out quickly to help assess the situation. She was friendly and professional and helped us come up with a plan to solve our issues long term. It’s so refreshing to find a company that cares about its customers and ensures that they provide high quality work and customer service with reasonable rates. I would absolutely recommend Bosworth to anyone needing A/C work in the area. They’re family owned and operated and the care they put into every aspect of their operations really shines through. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Brandon was on time and called ahead. He was thorough and explained the condition of our units very well. He answered our questions and was very patient. I highly recommend him and Bosworth. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

We have used Bosworth AC on three occasions now. The first time, Vicky and Felix came out the same day, were on time, very communicative and professional and were quickly able to locate the issue and resolve it. The second time, Felix came back out and again was on time and very professional. Got us fixed up and cooled off in no time. This time we had Steven come out, and yet again he was on time, professional and communicative. Got us all fixed up with some much needed refrigerant. Have not had one bad experience with this company and would recommend them to any of my family and friends. They have a long history in this area and its easy to see why their company has stood the test of time. Thanks guys!

After a freeze came thru Houston and we couldnt get the house warmed up. I called several places who had no availability but Bosworth made me a next day appt, but actually called back same day and serviced my heating system. Very thorough, skilled and professional!Update....heating system service done and thanks to Diana, I got same day appointment bc she just makes it happen!! And it was pleasure being serviced by Brandon P and Mr. Pedro, absolutely professional and thorough...brought issues to my attention and was on point in getting us ready for the cold season.Update...service today and Brandon P. is absolutely Amazing! He gets the job done everytime, no matter how tough it seems, he is ready and able to fix it with a smile!!

I find Bosworth AC&H to be Quick, Clear, Professional, and with great results. Woke up around 2 am in a very quiet, and very hot house... I could not get the A/C back to working again myself. Called Boworth around 7:30, and had my house nice and cool again at 9:30 am. Would definitely use again.

I can’t thank Katie and Alex enough. I have an elderly mom, and my mom was so stressed out that she had to go to the emergency room. I spoke with Katie, and she was so concerned and helpful. She sent Alex (tech) to my mom’s house and he was so helpful as well. I love businesses that take pride in their work, and treat customers as family. Brandon came and serviced our system a while back and helped us get the most out of our old unit. When it was time to buy a new system he came out again in a timely fashion and has us going again. Bosworth has been fair and professional with us. Highly recommend!

A very professional Tech Brandon came to ready the A/C for Summer. He performed a system check (once I flipped the breaker 😁) and cleaned outside unit. I also asked for a System Surge Protection installation estimate - my next need with all the building going on out my way. I highly recommend Bosworth A/C and Heating Company.

I was extremely happy with Bosworth and their technician Vicky. She arrived on time; quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know what the repair would cost.. The repair was made quickly and she checked out the system for me. When I need AC repair I will call Bosworth and request technician Vicky.

Called Bosworth at 3:00 on a Friday. They had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Brandon was awesome. Repaired my compressor and advised me on level of freon. Ive used Bosworth for about 10 years. Theyre friendly, helpful, and cost-effective.

I called in spoked with Laura, she was very attentive. She stated that they were very busy and they may not be able to get to my problem until a later date. I told her that I have a 72 year old male (US Veteran) that had surgery and he is sick and my unit was not heating up and that it was very cold in the home. They send out Alex within a couple of hours and my problem was resolved. My husband and I have been using Bosworth Air Conditioning for over twenty years and we are very, very satisfied. Happy Campers!! We always recommend their services.

Air conditioner fixed right the first time, every time, as usual. I have been knowing Larry Bosworth and his brothers and have used them exclusively for over 30 years now when ever a problem develops. BAM! They get on it and make every effort to get the job done and as least expensive as possible. A lady came out this time, installed a new thermostat and a fuse after figuring it out fairly quick. I cant say enough good about them. They know what theyre doing and that makes all the difference.

Technicans, Brandon and Pedro demonstrated proficiency and knowledge installing the air conditioner. They were courteous and professional.

Brandon came out to look at our a/c to see what was causing it to not cool. He was super helpful and very professional. This company came recommended by my parents and I would definitely use them again! Great service and wonderful staff.

Brandon was very polite, didnt fool around, located the problem right away, explain the situation/problem to me and went right to work to resolve the issue. This was late Sunday, by early Monday he was back and had everything up and running in no time. He kept me aware of my cost along the way so no big surprise when he was finished. AC went out at 8 PM on a hot and humid Saturday night. Bosworth was one of the few companies that had an after-hours emergency number. I called and left a message. The technician Brandon C called back within two minutes. He was at my house within an hour and stayed until 10:30 PM to make sure the AC was operating at full capacity. Next time I need AC service, no matter what time of day, Bosworth will be my first call.P.S. Bosworth needs to give Brandon a raise! Look at all the glowing reviews he gets here on Google.

I was very pleased with the service from Bosworth. I had a leak coming from the ceiling that a neighbor said was from the air conditioner duct. I called Bosworth who sent Vickie out the next morning.She patched up the duct temporarily and set an appointment for the following Monday to come complete the job.

Dennis H. provided excellent service and follow up for a multitude of HVAC issues at our newly purchased home. He communicated well with me while isolating the issues and was diligent to repair or replace system components while keeping our costs at a reasonable rate. He also made recommendations for system improvements but allowed me to consider these options without using pressure tactics to get these done. Bosworth HVAC office staff were responsive and stayed in contact and, kept me updated on Tech and parts ETAs. I will call this company again should I need HVAC service in the future.

Our air conditioning went out on a record setting hot day in Galveston, TX. Called Bosworth Air Conditioning at 3:00 pm. They sent a tech out and to my surprise, by 5:30 on the same day - AC was fixed!!!! Job well done. Couldnt have been happier!

If you are going to use these people make sure you find out the cost before they do any work.. They came out and check the air conditioner. He fixed it which was a clogged drain pan and it was low on Freon.I thought I was looking at maybe three or four hundred dollars . Well I was wrong. I was charged nine hundred.I called and talked with the man who did it and was told that was the going rate. I said 600.00 for 12lbs of Freon is high. But my main complaint was he never told use that it was going to be 600.00 for Freon, knowing that we were replacing one in the downstairs. So why pay that kind of money for two or three days.We had someone else do the other two units. So just beware ask before you have them do any work or you may be in for a big surprise.

Brandon was efficient, on time, and quickly tracked down the problem. He explained everything as he went along. I will definitely use Bosworth again, and Brandon is a big reason for this.

I highly recommend Bosworth’s. They are very good people, friendly and courteous. I have never been disappointed with them, their service or technicians. I am on their annual maintenance service agreement which gives you 2 visits per year. 👍🥇☝️

My ac was not working at hurricane beryl and they were at my home with in a few hours of calling and got me back on track and cool!

The technician came out found the problem and said the unit was froze up had to let unit thaw out and then they cleaned out out the coils. They came out promptly both men were courteous and very professional would recommend this company to anyone.!!!Thanks again.Donald Mayville

Like everyone else said. Brandon is a rockstar. They came out the first day I called. Found a problem that other companies didnt find cuz they were too busy trying to sell me a new a/c I didnt need fix it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg.

Do NOT use this company. Terrible! Paid to have thermostat replaced and it is barely hanging from the wall. Tech left dirty handprints all over the wall. Now I am told, I cannot deal with this. They cannot do it right and do not want to hear about it.
