Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Very disrespectful....i understand during this time of pandemic things may be a lil hectic but being rude and unprofessional is not the way to go about making things better... I called and could not get thru cause thats what is requirements to get your order in and out...i could not get thru....so i waited till i saw someone come out of the building and when i saw.......i asked him what step i needed to take and he responded in a OMG kinda of way...and said dont you see everybody...very rude...i was left not knowing what to do so i just went back to my truck a sat there wondering like everyone else.....guess thats how lennox off falcon st in Desoto tx dose it......great training👎.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited that store. The store manager was excellent and the gentleman at the counter was totally awesome. A real stand up guy.
