I called and asked to get an estimate on new units. The person who answered the phone said estimates are free but service calls are $99. I said, I just want an estimate to replace the whole thing. The downstairs unit is still working and the upstairs is half running, I dont need a service call, I just want an estimate.Tech arrived and did a good job going over what needs to be done and then as he was done measuring and checking things out. He said that his lead from the company wanted him to still charge a service call. They just backed out of their promise of a free estimate. No diagnostics or service call was provided.I said ok, if youll charge me then please run the actual diagnostic and give me an estimate on the repairs needed for the upstairs unit thats blowing very slowly. He checked it and said it needs a blower motor replacement.And he said its going to be $197, not the $99 originally quoted for a service call. I paid him and that was it.I dont really know why they cant keep their word but if they cant for something as simple as an estimate, I dont want to know what things theyll back out of when more important stuff happens.For $197, they lost a 20k+ customer

Our technician, Bounthon Dikousman was amazing. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After his first visit to inspect the unit he saw that we have a small child so, when it was determined that the unit had to be replaced, he came out 2 days ahead of schedule to install the new unit. He was very friendly and he did a great job. He didnt leave a mess and was very careful to not let our dog out of the yard as he was working. Bounthon and Mauricio were simply amazing! They both were extremely professional and Bounthon was very educated on explaining everything that was wrong with our AC system which was a small issue with the battery fueling the compressor. They went the extra mile to check out the system in our attic and change our filter for us and did a temporary fix to the air conditioner vent that was broke prior to their visit. 10/10 would recommend these gentlemen

Junior Dikousman was wonderful! He contacted me, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, listened to my concern/issues and immediately went to work to fix the problem. I have had this same problem the past two years and Junior is the person tech to figure it out, and he also found that the leasing company did not properly install a thermostat which was causing another issue. Junior was also the first technician to tell me that my heating system was gas, something the leasing company nor their tech ever disclosed, considering this has been an ongoing problem.I definitely recommend HVAC/R Finest and Junior!!!!

Started off with a initial inspection to confirm a lot of issues with my hvac / ac for my home. Junior Dikousman was very professional, listended to my concerns, gave education and options that made sense to my financial needs but resolved a major issue. Him and his team came the next day and complete overhaul. By end of the day everything ran great and the not even having the ac on for a hour the house started to cool down immediately. There are not enough words to describe just how great of a company HVAC-R is. I was without AC for over a month and my home warranty and the company they assigned me were bothabsolutely trash during my outage. I literally found HVAC Thursday night, called their office Friday morning and by Friday afternoon I had AC. The technician was very knowledgeable about the HVAC unit. He went about diagnosing the problem using different methods. Once the problem was determined he did what he could which required getting a part brought to to our residence from his office in order to try and have the A/C unit fixed for us today. This wouldve been day 4 without A/C if it wasnt for the tech working hard to fix the problem.

Bounthon helped diagnose several issues with our A/C. Showed me pictures of everything, including maintenance that was not done or done incorrectly by myself and the previous company I called.Cleaning was done improperly on external unit by previously hired company, was very obvious in pictures I was shown. Cleaning was done improperly by me on internal unit, also obvious through pictures. Previous company also said my drain was not clogged, Bounthon provided a video of water blockage and then flow before/after. Helped diagnose high electricity usage from multiple sources.Will only be using HVAC-R Finest going forward.

Our heat went out the day before an ice storm. The technician came out on time, early in fact, and was in/out after repairing a fried wire. Even double checked the outside unit and everything else to me thorough!
