Pronto Air - Air Conditioning & Heating

I called Pronto Air due to some leaking water in my unit, and I am very impressed.I had been using one of the bigger family companies in town, but I suspected and heard rumors that they might not be so family anymore. The sad reality of business is that sometimes companies get too big at the customers expense, so I always like to reevaluate my options every so often.Pronto Air hits that sweet spot between being small yet also professional. Raul took time to answer my questions over the phone, and he was very transparent about costs. He arrived the next day on time, and even added a clamp to my drain pipe so I can easily clean it next time. The price was very reasonable and he was quite friendly.This was just a small repair, but my A/C is old and when the time comes for bigger repairs, I will be calling Pronto Air. Thanks Pronto!

Pronto Air provides impeccable and quality service. They have repaired and serviced my HVAC units for multiple years now and I don’t have any complaints. I have called them for some important repairs when my unit broke down in the middle of the Texas super hot summer and didn’t have to wait for days, they were prompt and always solved the problem before leaving. On my last call they replaced my capacitor and found out that my Freon was leaking and promptly took care of everything thesame day. I’m impressed and will request for their services when needed. Pronto Air is amazing! We had AC problem that my hubby cant figure it out, so he called Pronto Air yesterday (May 22, 2024) past 8am. The guy on the phone said somebody will come to check our AC between 11:30 to 12:30. Raul showed up before 12 noon yesterday even it was raining cats and dogs. Bless his heart! Raul checked our AC and diagnosed and fixed the problem easy-peasy. Thanks bunches, Raul! God bless your business!I highly recommend Pronto Air. They are affordable, the service is great and they are very friendly.

Raul is conscientious, asks good questions and listens. He found a leak that no one else was able to find. My unit has been freezing up for three summers and we have had to add Freon every summer to make it through. We were about to spend $1300 on a new coil and Raul found the leak, which saved us over $600.

Raul and crew were great. They showed up right on time, installed the gas furnace, tested it, and were on their way. They were efficient, professional, and very courteous.The pricing was very reasonable. I will use them again and again and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I cannot truly find the words to express how much we appreciate Pronto Air and the groups that work with them for their exceptional service. We have used Raul and his guys for several years. Our concerns are always looked into sooner than we ever expect and are explained to us in detail, with possible solutions, all in a caring way. Recently, the motor burned up in our HVAC system. They came the day we called and had an estimate for different solutions within hours. We chose to replace the system and two days later they were at our home replacing the system. The care taken to safeguard our home, cleanliness, etc. were top notch. The guys were very professional and respectful. Attention to detail, using top notch parts and materials (vs. old parts) was very refreshing to us considering so many others out there. Pronto Air is great! I called them after trying 2 other A/C repair companies that couldn’t come for a day or 2. Pronto Air was out within a few hours. Raul showed up when he said he would, explain what he was doing as he went along finding the problem and completing the repair. I would definitely recommend Pronto Air!

My AC quit cooling 3 days ago. I called a few local companies, support local!, and everyone did not have any availability for the next 4 days later. I still havent heard back from one of the bigger players in town! A coworker recommended Raul and when I reached out to him, he responded immediately. Although he wasnt available that day, he was able to come out the next morning. I couldve repaired my system myself but could not find the parts locally and wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong, so I went ahead & booked him. He was on time, in fact he showed up early!!! What was refreshing about Raul is that he didnt try to upsell me on anything. My system is 22 years old and the repairs were minor and normal wear & tear items. Needless to say, Raul & Pronto Air will be my go to HVAC technician from now on. Excellent communications, honest, reliable, and very reasonable!!! Love fantabulous customer service!!! Thank you!!!

These folks are amazing. My parents’ AC fan broke today when it was 106 outside. Raul was fixing it in less than half an hour. They definitely live up to their name! Highly recommend.

I called Raul because my elderly mother’s A/C was not working in her mobile home. Within a couple of hours he drove to Lewisville and had her air conditioner repaired and working! I could not have asked for more! Thank you Pronto Air!!

Raul has serviced my AC and heating unit for the past 13 years and kept everything in good shape without expensive repairs. This is not a top of the line system, but with yearly inspections, hes managed to keep the unit is good working condition. I expect one day I will have to replace everything because of the heavy use it gets, but with good service weve avoided that expense so far....fingers crossed!

Pronto Air is great, called them late yesterday (on a Sunday) and they showed up first thing the next morning at the scheduled appointment time. Raul is very courteous and answered any questions I had, he had the AC up and running in no time at all and the house is now cool again.

Raul was always available whenever we had questions and with my husbands working hours, sometimes that meant late at night. He was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Pronto Air.

I had an appointment with another company that couldn’t squeeze me in until after the weekend and noticed his van at the neighbor’s house. I figured it was a long shot to get an appointment before Monday but asked anyway. He came right over after finishing up the neighbor’s house, very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated his prompt attention and will be scheduling with him from now on for future needs!!

I use these folks for my bi-annual check ups and recently the installation of a new system. Its a family run business that is punctual, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your hvac needs.
