Morrison’s is an outstanding heating and air company. They did quality work on our home when our furnace went out in a timely manner, and they went above and beyond to connect with our home warranty company to do whatever they could so we would get reimbursed for their work. I highly recommend them!
Five stars for Morrisons! From John Morrison answering his cell phone, to Miranda with Customer Service scheduling us with a smile, to Brian and Grant GETTING THE JOB DONE, we are delighted clients! I called regarding our a/c not working about 1:30 pm yesterday afternoon. Brian and Grant couldve started their weekend earlier, yet came to our home before 5 pm yesterday. They were friendly/personable and got the job done! We had our a/c back on in less than an hour. THANK YOU!!!
Mr. Morrison and his crew were over the top awesome!He even McGuyverd some water supply to clean the AC coils on the outside units bc we couldnt find water on the property. He went above and beyond for my work! Friendly, caring and professional. He even quoted us half of what the other bid did- and they were only going to work on one unit-half the price for both units, yes, indeed! Highly recommend this company!
Our brand new AC unit stopped working but fortunately, Chandler with Morrison’s Heating and Air came out and fixed the problem in no time. Chandler stuck around to make sure that the problem didn’t persist. He did a very thorough job.
Absolutely Awful CommunicationCalled for A/C repair and was told a tech would come out in 1-3 days depending upon their workload. Called back on day 3 and was told “they did not want to repair my A/C unit”. Temps outside are 100+ degrees and it takes them 3 days to decide they don’t feel like servicing our system !! If there was a problem, they should have called back on Day 1 to discuss.TERRIBLE Customer Service
Summer in Texas. For those of us with wiser (i.e. older) units, its always uncertain how long they will last, particularly given the heat weve been experiencing. My unit finally gave way to the summer Gods... so I reached out to Morrisons on a Sunday. They called right back, pretty much suggested what could (emphasize could) be wrong and came out first thing in the morning. It was clear they were trying to help me get this thing to the end of the summer rather than selling me a new unit. They fixed the unit at a fair price and made some suggestions about my overall HVAC system. Rest assured, when this thing finally has its Swan Song, they will get my biz for a new unit. Hopefully many summers from now.
I love Morrisons. Not only are they reasonably priced and honest, but they offered to help me get the people who installed my machine to lower their prices to Morrisons levels through price matching. My regular people threatened to void the warranty if I worked with somebody else while wanting to charge me twice what Morrisons would, so I was stuck with them. Pat and Miranda helped me out when I needed them. I would definitely recommend Morrisons.
Morrison has been taking care of my air and heating needs for years. I have 8 units at my apartments plus two at home. He has always been prompt and fair priced, even fixed things when I screw up. I thought I could install a thermostat.I recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.He recently saved one of my neighbors $3000 when he had to have a heater replaced. My neighbor was quoted $5300 and John did it for $2200.I trust and respect John Morrison and his services.
I first spoke to Pat in the front office to discuss my interest in different air purifying systems. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my numerous questions about all the products on the market and which one would best fit my needs. We set a time and date for my install.On the day of the install John gave me a 45 minute heads up he was on his way. The team of installers took about 45 minutes to install 2 Air Scrubber systems to each of my HVAC units. They were professional, quick and efficient during the install process. They cleaned the entire area of any insulation that fell from the attic,This company is GREAT!!! I will definitely recommend them to my friends. The owners are friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about all of their equipment. Their workers are polite, well trained on the equipment and charmingly funny!! Mr. Morrison and his crew did a complete installation of a new furnace, condenser, duct work, and air-sealing of our HVAC system. Not only was their price competitive, but their work was detailed and thorough. My family had an opportunity to schedule work so that our kids wouldnt be home during construction, and Mr. Morrisons team made every effort to be flexible and accommodating. His crew patiently answered my numerous questions, and I will be calling him in the future for any maintenance or repairs.

Preston came out as part of my usual furnace check-up (Dec 2017). It happened to have died the day before (lucky me). Diagnosing the problem led to the fan motor. He was upfront about not knowing exactly how much the replacement motor would be, but he found a local supplier (We live far from their normal supplier) and offered to call me with the price before picking it up. Once back with the new motor, he quickly put it all back together and got it running again. Many thanks! All of Morrisons people are great - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!
Great service at a fair price. They serviced my AC for a few years, did great. When the old AC finally went i purchased a new AC from them. They did a great job on the install and they had a very good price. The owner came out and helped oversee the install. They have responded immediately to any phone calls or emails, i really cant say anything negative about the services they provide. Will definitely use them anytime i need something HVAC related.
Anyone who has lived in North Texas knows the absolute horror of going to adjust your thermostat and thinking, huh thats odd. I could have sworn I set that to 74 not 76. Then you see the readout hit 77.. Sirens start to blare and a red flashing light emerges from somewhere... THE AC IS BROKEN! IN AUGUST! IN TEXAS! So I called Morrisons right away and they were there within 30 minutes. My unit was functioning perfectly 30 minutes after that. You have an AC problem? Call them they can fix it promptly and professionally.
Our air conditioner went out over the summer, so we called Morrisons. The owner came out for a visit, and let us know that our old unit needed a replacement piece. The replacement component wasnt expensive, and it is still working great!
Mr. Morrision came out to my Little Elm house on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I had told him that I had a Goodman 10 year parts and labor warranty. He did the work, very professionally, very accurate and didnt charge me, since I had the warranty, Ill use him from now on, he is very very fair on prices, not like the other guys, call him today Rudy Duron.
Morrison’s is good about picking up the phone, etc. But I’ve called them out 3 times, AC still cuts off and is too hot upstairs. I wish if they didn’t know what was wrong they’d just say so, instead charging $750 to replace parts that don’t need replaced.
A customer for over 5 years who can call Morrisons with confidence that they will fix the problem rather than pitching a costly system replacement.
I have used Morrisons twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Had to use them last week when it was super cold. Brian came out on Saturday and diagnosed the problem but couldnt get the part until Monday. I was stuck using a space heater to keep warm. On Monday he came back out and got my furnace working again. The price I paid was quite a bit less than what he quoted me which was awesome. These guys dont price gouge or replace stuff that doesnt need to be replaced or fixed. I would recommend them highly! Will use them for all my heating and A/C needs.
I needed someone to look at my AC unit because I did not know what was wrong. within a couple of hours, they sent Tommy out that same day after 5:30pm. As soon as Tommy arrived, he immediately began to diagnose my problem and within 15 minutes found the problem and had my AC back on and working within a hour! THANKS TOMMY!!!!! I would definitely recommend Morrisons Heating and Air based off of my experience!
We left a message for a call back. Company responded quickly and the service tech Preston came and fixed the problem with in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. This experience was so much better than the last time we had someone out to fix our A/C. We will recommend this company to our family and friends.
Dryer vent was clogged causing my dryer to error and stop. Preston came out and when the issue was not fixable from the inside, Preston climbed on our roof in the rain and got the clog out. Great guys highly recommend.
We have been a loyal customer since they installed our new AC Unit a few years ago. This is why I was surprised when a tech came out because our AC Unit was leaking and spent 15 minutes to “blow out the pipe” and charged us $130. Ok I guess I can live with that. The problem occurred when the unit started leaking again a few days later and the tech came back out and had to blow the line again. This time he said there was a build up in the pipes. Then he explained that he was not going to charge for the parts and labor since he was just here a few days ago, only a service fee of $80. So apparently a $130 for a service call only includes blowing hard enough to clear the clog and not check for any kind of build up In the pipes. Also left the filter out of the unit when he left. Im glad my daughter looked in and saw the filter was left out or may have had to pay another service fee in a few more days.
AC board went out and Morrisons personnel came out the same day to fix our AC. Very quick and professional. I have used them multiple times and they have provided great service.
Preston did a great job - called in advance, was on time for the appointment, performed the service and informed me of any issues (plugged overflow line).
