Inspection was thorough and unbiased. This gave us more confidence in our purchase knowing the condition things are in that you don’t see in just a visual inspection. Very unclear on the issues of a home inspection I requested. They said the home had an electric panel issue and then uploaded a picture of the AC disconnect. How can I negotiate with the seller when I don’t have a clear view of the issues with the home. I have worked with other companies that provide better services. Highly recommend other companies.

We came across Inspector Randles videos on TikTok showing that is not the case...We scheduled an inspection with Super Inspector and Randle who did a fantastic job! Randle, was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings (with pictures) so we completely understood. At the end of the day, we trust our builder and there were not any major issues on our report, but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing that our house is built correctly!

Super Inspector came to us as a recommendation from our realtor. They did a great job on the inspection of our new build in Melissa, TX. Although it is a new build, they found small items that needed to be dealt with that we would have never found on our own. They also assisted in setting up the utilities as a free service which was a great help to us being that we are coming from out of state. I would recommend them again hands down! Thank you, Super Inspector, for doing a great job for us!EDIT: I ended up being super disappointed in Super Inspector. Cameron helped us schedule appointments to have some of the utilities turned on. We ended up not closing on the day that we were supposed to, we ended up closing the next day and Cameron and Super Inspector were no where to be found in assisting with rescheduling the appointments, since they were the ones who originally scheduled them. The electricity was started remotely which was no problem and the water I had to take care of myself which was how it was supposed to be done. We had to contact AT&T for the WIFI, the water testing company, pest control and alarm company directly to reschedule these appointments. I emailed and left messages for Cameron a number of times for assistance with getting the correct contact information with absolutely no reply whatsoever. I would get text messages from someone regarding rescheduling then they would just stop replying. Ultimately we got in touch with AT&T, the pest control company and the water testing company ourselves. We also rescheduled w ADT for the alarm system which ended up also falling through. I thought this service would make life 1000x easier for those of us relocating from other states but it actually made everything that much harder. Nice try Super Inspector I guess we got what we paid for in that FREE service.
