Worked for 2 days. 1 training and 1 I guess in the field. Training was videos and paperwork. 2 day just sat around for 4 hours till a higher up showed up and someone told me to get to work. I had no idea what what was or what we were evening doing there. Called to get my check I was supposed to receive last Friday to be told they didn’t know I was getting one to being informed I can get it this Friday when it was owed to me last week. Company is terribly ran.

I don’t typically rate my experiences but I had to rate these two gentleman. What a great experience! Joe and Blake arrived early, were very professional and respectful, they both listened to what I said, they we’re not dismissive, they talked to me and explained along the way, and they cleaned up after themselves. Talk about a breath of fresh air. They did all they could for the stage we were at (I live in an apartment and they can only do one step at a time, with each step needing management approval). CMS do not let these two gentleman escape. I will be recommending these two!! Thank you Joe and Blake for making a difficult situation tolerable.

My sink and dishwasher clogged, and water began to overflow. After management at my apartment complex got the water out, Joe came by and quickly fixed the issue! He was super nice, sociable, and really helped calm us down after the craziness of the incident!

Called to request an appointment to service my AC(90 degrees in house with three kids under 5 yikes) and was dispatched to a guy. He told me they dont do residential calls. Their website says they do. He kurtly ended the call and never picked back up when I called to follow up with questions and ask his name. They must not need or want new customers, so Id call some other company if youre looking for service.

Bry, the plumber who serviced our apartment, was timely and professional. When the issue proved to be more complex, he had all the tools needed to complete the job in one visit. I would highly recommend him!

I called CBS to come out and fix our kitchen disposal. It was clogged, we couldnt figure out how to unclog it. Skyler came out and had the drain cleared in no time. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and had the best customer service. Thank you Skyler!

Called a gentleman named Bryan to come give a bid on damaged equipment. Didnt show up for 2 appointments. I finally get the gentleman to show up on the third, then after 15 minutes into the walk through he decides to no bid my project. Referencing he doesnt feel comfortable working on high in sinks, showers toilets. Claimed he didnt do sinks , he didnt do toilets, he didnt do washing machine hookups. He didnt want to bid for things that may be damaged/changed by other repairs happening on the project.

Vehicle 69 cut in front of everybody waiting patiently. He drove 23 miles per hour in an empty exit lane to pass all the traffic and slowed down the exit lane in the process.I honked at him and he had the nerve to honk back at me.

I paid them $500 to repair a plumbing leak. The new faucet they put in began leaking in the 1st week. I scheduled an I am in no way available before noon because of work appointment. They called to confirm at 11am. When I was unavailable to take the call I was taken off the schedule. When I called to attempt to reschedule I was treated VERY disrespectfully by an employee named Liz. I will never use this company again and would recommend the same.

Not a very reputable company. After rearranging work schedule to fit their schedule, telling me they would be here between 1-4, they showed up an hour early, at noon. Needless to say, I was not at home at this time. Charged me for the service call anyway.

Had a freezer down, called them and they squeezed us in. Fast, Quick and reasonably priced. Very professional and knew what they are doing. Would highly recommend

Called for A/C guys and after paying over $300 in repairs, I had to call another company. Dont use their services. Very bad experience.
