Trebor, Xavier and Nate came out to help me when I had a water line break. They were very prompt each time they came out and were very efficient with their work. They explained what the plan was and the options that were available. All 3 were very personalable and friendly. I highly recommend them and if needed they will certainly be my first phone call.

I hired ServePro of Denton to repair fire damage done to my garage. They were incredible at the start. Quick commencement on mitigation and very good work done. Then came the problem. Mitigation was completed in early January, but zero work has been done since then. The adjuster has requested certain things and ServePro has been slow to get him the requested documents and has fought against his process. Is the adjuster tough to deal with? Of course, but he is still the authority requesting things be done a certain way. The initial work done was 5 stars, but the work done since then (none) is far from it.

Calvin was exceptional in telling me what the process is for cleaning my furniture and area rug. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. He has my 100% approval. I will definitely use Servpro of Denton again when the need arises,

I had the most professional service from two young men from Servpro of Denton. Xavier and his partner did a fantastic job in my office cleaning air ducts, vents, etc. Kudos to both of them as well as Trebor who set the appointment up for me and to Montana Hantes who is our Representative. Very professional team and I will always use them for Water, Fire & Mold damage.

Summer and Calvin are so professional and helpful in explaining the process for repairing water damage from my plumbing leak. They were awesome with a quick response and getting us an appt immediately. Education is key in helping in understanding and mediating the damage. Very responsive from first call after helene to them coming back after having to evacuate due to Milton. Nick was especially helpful and very responsive to any of my calls or texts. Would recommend to anyone.

Office personnel was consistently unresponsive. There are 2 people running the office, and one seemed to be more responsive than the other. Regardless, I had a hard time just getting the job scheduled in the first place. If I had not relentlessly contacted them, my job would have taken even longer. I was dealing with them for over 2 weeks. Cleaning crew did not wear PPE - and that was for black mold removal. I was under the impression that I needed to have a professional do mold removal because its dangerous. But they evidently werent very concerned about that. So, basically I paid them $2,000 to do something I could have done myself, with the exception of the air scrubbers, which can be rented other places. And they left the scrubbers at my house for over a week after the job was completed - it got a bit annoying to work around them, and I wasnt very comfortable having expensive equipment like that sitting around my house that I needed to be sure didnt get damaged. They also caused some unnecessary damage in the removal process (see pictures). I understand that partial demolition can be complicated, but my bathroom was clearly toward the end of a remodel (I found the mold damage toward the end of the job), and had already been mostly updated. I wouldve appreciated if they had protected my updated walls and fixtures a bit better than that. All they had to do was simply score the caulk and protect my vanity from damage. Not difficult. I emailed the office personnel when I found the damages after they completed the job and left, and (not surprisingly) I did not receive a response at all. I dont recommend using this company.

Trebor got to my house within 40 minutes of me calling saying that my house was flooded. Him and his crew extracted my carpet and placed some mats that helped dry out my flooring. This is a great business and has amazing staff. Hopefully you don’t find yourself in a situation like mine, but if you do… this is definitely the place to call.

They maintain us up to date on the progress of the water mitigation. I plan to keep using them as they have gone above and beyond and has done an outstanding job. We had a water leak from a hot water heater and called SERVPRO Denton. They were at our house within 2 hours to start work. They came on Days 1, 2 and 4 to set up fans, check moisture levels, the whole nine yards. Every step of the way they were super communicative with texts letting us know when they were on their way and when they would be arriving. They were always on time, always explained what they were doing and always cleaned up after themselves. Overall a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Joseph, Melanie and David who were all part of our team.

I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO. The upstairs of my house flooded also causing damage to areas downstairs; this was on a Sunday morning. They were at the house less than two hours after calling and began all necessary work to mitigate damage. My insurance has also been very impressed with the way they have handled everything, my adjuster told me it couldn’t have been done better, his job was incredibly easy because of the way SERVPRO handled everything. Several different people from SERVPRO were in and out of my house over the next few days; all of them were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process which put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend them.

I need to share my incredible experience with Servpro. Our water heater burst and flooded our living room and my bedroom. I take care of my elderly mother and was so worried about her stress level. But one call to Servpro and all my fears and anxiety was gone, especially when meeting Calvin and his wonderful crew. Every single person that came in our home was kind, compassionate and even had me laughing. Please please do not call anyone but Servpro. They worked together as a team and always had smiles on their faces. They handled our furniture and other property with the upmost care and stored it at their warehouse which was so nice. Honesty and integrity are the main words that come to mind when thinking of Calvin and the great group of guys I had the pleasure to meet. I had an issue with water in my home and was recommended this company by someone. The person I spoke with on the original call was very nice and professional. She took the necessary information and said someone would get back to me promptly. Within a couple hours I had an appointment for someone to come take a look. Domingo ended up being the point of contact. He did a great job. He was very effective at communicating the issues and addressed any concerns. I would definitely use ServPro again.

We had Derek , Joe and the team come to our house to take back to the stud work and get rid of the mould after hurricane Ian. Was a very good price, they were very professional and kept us up to date every step of the way! And the whole process was over so quickly we can’t believe how hard working they all are it’s incredible they were ready to start at around 7.45 in the morning and worked till 5.30! Servpro was referred by my insurance and I was NERVOUS about what kind of service I was going to get. I mean aside from the just mind numbing exhaustion of having water damage, having to deal with more information felt overwhelming. Calvin and his group came out the same day I called and started the work of working with my insurance as well as identifying the needs of my particular job. Outside of the water damage I had other extremely extenuating circumstances that made this one of the worst weeks I’d ever experienced. Calvin was always available to explain the process and everything in a way that made sense and was easy to manage. They were always on time, prompt, and respectful of my space and time. Anytime I called the office, because I was afraid I was annoying Calvin, they were also great! Overall it was such a pleasant experience working with the Servpro Denton group. If you need mitigation services I highly recommend this group.*Update: I talked with Summer in the office today about my work order. She was equally amazing and helpful! She explained all the next steps and provided a brief overview of expectations. She quelled my concerns on delayed payments from the insurance and gave me an estimate on when to expect information from Servpro. Honestly, you couldn’t go wrong working with this group. They are kind, respectful and incredibly helpful.

Andre, Domingo, and Calvin were very nice and professional. They did a great job at fixing our water damage! They were very friendly. As a young woman, I felt very comfortable around them and with them being in my home!! I highly recommend them and this company!

Terrible experience with this company. Hired them to clean our air ducts and do some smoke remediation and apparently they did close to nothing on the job. I checked the air ducts afterwards and still saw lots of dust and gunk in them. Some of the return grills and registers were not even removed to conduct the cleaning. Will not be returning or hiring this company for anything else again.

I was helped by Melanie Hines mostly and she was so attentive and informative. She explained everything to our understanding and she was there for us whenever we had a question. We were so frustrated about what happened to us but she made this part of the restoration a stress less adventure. We also had Calvin and his helper sanitize our house. They were on time and very efficient. Wed recommend Serv Pro because of the great service we received from Melanie and her team.

I will hire Servpro again in a heartbeat if I have water damage to my home! Our running dishwasher had a leak in the middle of the night, resulting in water damage to approximately a fourth of our home and garage. Servpro was contacted and responded quickly. A Servpro crew arrived, led by project manager Melanie Hines. The crew removed baseboards, kick plates, and trim; then deployed fans and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas. Melanie or a crew member returned each day to check the moisture levels in the walls until damaged areas were completely dry and ready for restoration.Not only did Servpro thoroughly dry the affected areas in short order, but by scheduling a visit when our insurance adjuster was completing her assessment of damage, Melanie made certain that the adjusters inventory of damages was complete and accurate.Servpro absolutely did a great job!

10 stars if I could! A water pipe burst on second floor of my split-level home. 100’s of gallons of water went all over kitchen, dining room, hallway, downstairs, and any place else it could go. Kitchen is directly over garage and the volume of water caused garage ceiling to cave in on my car.Couldn’t have a more wonderful adjuster who recommended ServPro of Denton. I was so blessed to have Calvin Jowers, Production Manager, for team leader. The people he brought with him to help pack all my things and move furniture including Marcus, Andre, Melony, among others, worked well together and could not have been nicer and more accommodating!Calvin was very personable, professional, and responsive to my every need. From the minute he arrived at my house, he brought with him a calmness and confidence I very badly needed as I was panicky. He very carefully packed and labeled all boxes and took the necessary time to wrap china, crystal, and one-of-a-kind pieces. At the end of each day, he clearly communicated his plan for the next day. He very politely and patiently worked around other things going on in my life.All the folks with ServPro including Rebecca Lay and Ronnie, a manager who also came out to determine what things needed to be done, could not have been more helpful and responsive! I highly recommend ServPro!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. When my items were returned from the “cleaning” process, there were many things broken, still covered in smoke and fire extinguisher residue, and many items not returned. Once I relayed this message to Servpro, they assured me this is not how they conduct business, I highly disagree. Sad to see a “reputable” business provide such low quality customer service and services in general.

*** Update Below **** Where do I start? This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They do not know the first thing about water remediation. Zero communication, missed appointments, damaged our new Ping-Pong table, the workers roam your house looking in all the rooms upstairs that had nothing to do with the water damage (can only assume what they were looking to do), quoted $6k for the job sent insurance an invoice for $7k. All they did was put 15 or so floor fans out and 3 dehumidifiers, didnt remove the wet sheetrock, insulation, drill holes in the cabinets, etc.***Update***Calvin reached out to us and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisficed. The job didnt go well but Calvins customer service and follow up shows me that Denton Servpro will make it right and values their customers. I would give them another chance in the future.

Calvin and his team out of the Denton branch were AWESOME! Coming home from vacation to a flooded home was nothing I expected to have to deal with; but ServPro was at my home within 2 hours with fans and humidifiers and they came by daily for 4 days to check the progress. My main point of contact was Calvin, and he was extremely kind, responsive and timely. I would recommend the Denton ServPro team and its owner Kristi, above any other!

I cannot tell you how amazing the crew is that came to our house when we had a pipe burst. Calvin, Ed, and Brandon were so incredible! They were kind, polite, and communicative. They brought a calm professionalism to a hectic situation. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call.

We had an unexpected sewage build up in our pipes which caused a toilet to overflow in our downstairs and ruin several rooms with stage 3 water contamination. Calvin, Summer, and Rebeccas customer service and communication was fantastic. However, there were a few mishaps with the crew on-site.1. A crew member who demoed our home left a cigarette lighter on my clean bedding when they went to lunch. When they returned, I politely asked them to not leave their personal belongings on my bedding.2. One of the crew members moved contaminated items from the floor (an exposed floor laundry basket) on top of my clean bedding and also contaminated washcloths that were behind our washing machine onto clean items out in our garage.3. The on-site team completely forgot to tear up the sheetrock in our laundry room, which was one of the rooms exposed to water contamination, resulting in them having to return and finish the job an additional day later.4. I made it aware to the on-site crew that we had an infant in our home and after they finished tearing up the floors, they did not leave an air scrubber in the home. I had to call and request they bring one back out, as my family began to develop some respiratory issues from the debris/dust. Courtney was fast at coming back out the same evening, however an air scrubber should have been left in the first place as we were still living in our home with an infant while demo was happening.5. Our half bathroom tile had damage from the demo teams work, resulting in our contractor having to make additional repairs, and there were leftover nails exposed on the floor in the bathroom after demo was complete.We appreciated the responsiveness of Servpro Denton and how quickly they were able to assist in our our repairs. However, please ensure that your on-site crew members take safety measures into consideration (not leaving contaminated items on unaffected property, leaving an air scrubber if customers continue living in their home especially with young children, and making sure items such as nails are not left on the floor).

I had an emergency water overflow, and I was scrambling to figure out what to do or who to call. I did a random google search, and Servpro was on top of the list with a great score. Impressive customer service.I called 3 other companies who wouldnt return my call. After 30 minutes of waiting I found ServPro of Denton online and called them.Their team arrived in full force within 10 minutes of my call.Crew was super friendly and went right to work clearing out all the water.Highly recommend ServPro of Denton!Calvin was amazing. Was surprised to also have General Manager Rebecca come onsite. Have never been more impressed with a companys customer service. They definitely made our water disaster easy to deal with.

Servpro came in to fix a disaster caused by another mitigation company. They were prompt and worked closely with my insurance company. Excellent Service! We had a water line break freeze and break while we were at work. The damage was extensive but ServPro was out within the hour vacuuming up the water and setting up fans and heaters to minimize the damage. Patrick, Arthur and Jeremy were out every day checking on the progress. They were all very professional, friendly and courteous. We would rather not have had the experience but ServPro was there to help and get us on the road of putting our house back together.

Ibrahim and Taylor did a fantastic job of saving our house! Our water heater had exploded and flooded the house, damaging some of our floors. They promptly ran over and did an inspection, moved the furniture out of the way, and set up a few drying equipment. They did daily check ups to make sure everything was running smoothly. If it werent for them, our floors would have molded and probably ruined the entire house. Luckily, they saved us. 10/10 would recommend!

Patrick and David did a great job getting our basement cleaned up after the flood here in town. They went above and beyond our expectations and were so friendly and kind. This was definitely one of the most difficult events we have ever experienced, but it was nice having these two here helping us get closer to being back to normal!

Did a great job drying our hardwood floors and walls after a busted pipe flooded part of our home. Arrived promptly and started the process, ultimately saving our floors and saving us thousands of dollars as a result. I’ve had the pleasure of using Servpro to sanitize our offices and clients home for the past two years during the Covid pandemic. We have had Melanie from the Denton location working with us and she has been amazing since day 1. So friendly, timely, and always a pleasure to be around. She goes above and beyond!!

Summer was very helpful and sympathetic when we called to request help for a broken pipe. She quickly coordinated efforts to schedule the remediation services. Taylor and Christian were professional and courteous while performing the services today. Taylor managed to smile, even though he had the dirty job today! We cannot be more thankful for the work that Serv Pro Denton completed for us today.

I am pleased to be able to update my rating for this company to a 5 star. Upon learning of my problems with reimbursement, the owner responded immediately, and I was hand- delivered a check today in full reimbursement for the damages incurred. Thank you, Denton ServPro!I reported the water damage due to a kitchen leak to my insurance agent, & ServPro was dispatched right away, arriving at my house within 2 hours. The crew did a great job with water abatement; removed the affected flooring & ran 3 fans and a dehumidifier 24 hours a day for 5 days, & checked on the progress daily.Unfortunately when the crew member left on the last day, he drove the truck across my newly laid sod lawn, got stuck, & had to rely on a tow truck to get free, leaving large ruts and damage to my lawn. The project manager agreed to pay the repair costs, and was provided with an estimate from my lawn care service within two days. It’s now been over two weeks, and I’ve had to pay for the damage repair up front, with no indication from ServPro regarding when I can expect to be reimbursed. I’ve called the office accounting individual, but they have not returned my call.This company knows how to clean up water damage. The rest of my contact with them has been frustrating at best.

Very responsive. Customer service was fantastic at all levels. Techs did a great job cleaning out my storm shelter. I would definitely recommend.

Patrick and Rene just left... the house is an absolute wreck, but its going to be a process. Patrick and Rene worked for hours ripping out soaked carpet pads and got everything ready to start drying. We didnt have to do anything. They were so respectful and efficient at what they do. They turned what was a disastrous way to start a day with a ceiling caving in into a not so horrible experience. I wish more companies had the customer service oriented staff as these two. They even taped down all the wires so we wouldnt trip on anything! Thank you!

Shes thorough, efficient, and a blast to chat with. Weve come to the end of our needs but we we definitely be missing seeing Melanie at our locations each day. Wonderful, caring service. Carlos and Jose were so professional and answered all of my questions. They spent more than three hours pulling up carpet, taking out wet attic insulation, and setting up fans to restore my carpet and ceiling from water damage when my hot water heater in the attic leaked into a bedroom. Jose texted me this morning that he had gone by my home to check on the progress. You just cant ask for better service and care!

Taylor K and his partner came and inspected our water damage, took action, and were fast, clean and personable. Answered my numerous questions. Very happy with their service. Taylor was polite and quick for his moisture checks and we are confident with the job Serve Pro has provided.

I will say that it was a little pricey. There were a lot of little charges and when someone is paying that much, I think that maybe a $150 call out fee should be waived. But, they were extremely professional, completely thorough, and I will definitely be using them again. The two gentlemen that came to service my home were Patrick and Jace. They were very polite young gentleman and respectful. I will always request that they come back out. All in all, call these people because you won’t be disappointed.

We experienced flooding in our sunroom when our French drain clogged after a hard rain. We called ServPro Denton and in less than an hour they had two technicians onsite to give us an estimate and fix our problem. Both Robert & Justin were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to fix our unique issue. Id give both of these technicians eleven stars if I could - thank you again for your superior service, you guys rocked it.

Patrick and I worked side by side for days and days cleaning up our basement after a horrible flood. He worked tirelessly and without complaint. His Yes, Sir and No, Sir speak to his upbringing and respect and his work ethic was amazing. He came to work, not simply to do a job. I highly recommend Patrick. You could not ask for a better spokesperson to represent ServPro. Honestly. My experience hinged solely on his contribution and commitment to get our house back to a livable condition. We had to call Servpro out for a sewage back up at our house we had just moved in to.. the initial crew that had come out to complete the emergency clean up was great. After that we had a couple different crews in and out and Juan, Joe, and Jabrea were by far the best. They were thorough and I greatly appreciate the work they completed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt like 2 of the teams in the beginning that would come in kept giving conflicting information.. once it was consistent with juan, joe, and jabrea however it would be 5 stars.

If I could give different reviews for different teams I would. The crew that came and helped with the water damage and mold were great! The remodel is why I am giving them 2 stars, there was no communication about when crews would be there or what time. They cut corners and did things cheaply. I had to point out multiple things that needed to be corrected and at some point gave up and told insurance I did not want them back in my house. They also tried charging for things they did not even do. Dont waste your money unless you want to pay someone else to come fix all their mistakes.

The washing machine drain line disconnected from the wall at midnight. ServePro was out within a few hours and I was in touch with 3 people that would be assisting me immediately. They came the next day at my request to get everything set up and were very nice through the process. Calvin Jowers came for my recheck at 7:30pm after he was out all day with the bad storms in Dallas that had just occurred. Even though it was so late Calvin didn’t seem bothered at all and was so patient with my questions. He came the next day for the recheck as well and was just as courteous checking every area that I asked. I am very satisfied and if I need services in the future I will contact ServePro of Denton!

I had an emergency at a very difficult time, and Serv Pro came over right away. They sent Calvin, and Kristian out. I had Servpro come out after a pipe broke in my wall. They dried up all the water and repaired my home. Rebecca walked me through the whole process. The team of managers and technicians were respectful and professional from start to finish. I would of been lost without Servpro and the kind people working there.

We called them after hours and Ibrahim Hamadan and his co-worker came promptly. They assessed the water, tore the wood out and carried it away and set up the blowers. Robert and his team helped us with a mold problem in our son’s bathroom. This was something we had never dealt with before. So it was a little scary for us. PERSONAL SERVICE!!! I had a frozen hot water pipe issue and came home to a wet mess. ServPro handled all the contents in my apartment as if they were their own things. The project manager, Rebecca Prater, is far beyond awesome. She knew I was stressed out with the whole mess, and went out of her way to assure me that all of my belongings would have the best of care. She even called to check on me after an extremely stressful day dealing with another company, who was handling the water cleanup. She had the person who would be packing my stuff come by to meet me, to help put my fears to rest. ServPro packed up all my contents and UNPACKED as well. When I walked in to my apartment, everything was back in place!!! For a second, I thought maybe I dreamed the apartment was flooded because my stuff was put back JUST LIKE I HAD IT! Completed a basic ac vent cleaning but charged us for an more in depth through cleaning that should have included the vents, intake vents, covers and filters. Plus a spray to block anything growing in the vents. Paid $1000 but received what all local companies will do for $199.
