Quality Care Carpet Cleaning

This is the second time Tim has cleaned upholstery or rugs for us. Both times excellent work. Tim is professional, polite and thorough. Tim takes his time and determined to get the stain out. His prices are fair and I highly recommend him. I will continue to give Quality Care my business.

I needed a carpet stretched and cleaned upstairs, and given the great reviews of Quality Care, decided to hire them for the Job. First off, Tim always responded quickly and was flexible in accommodating a schedule change I had to make. When he arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and recognizing that stretching my carpet could cause challenges given its very unique pattern and high quality. He noted hed be able to do it, however wanted to offer up another company that has more specific capabilities related to what we were looking at. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest person who would be willing to pass the work to another company with his interest solely being that we get the results which live up to my homes standards. This is RARE today and I WILL be using Tim for all my cleaning needs in the future. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. 5 stars and two thumbs up- thanks Tim!

I had a great experience utilizing Tim’s service to clean a rug that had a good amount of pet fur, dirt and stain build up. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain what he would and wouldn’t be able to address with the rug and why. I was really impressed with the work he did and will use him again in the future.

This is the first time I’ve ever had our carpets cleaned after living here for 15 years. Tim was highly recommended on Nextdoor and I decided to give it a shot. With multiple pups over the years, i wasn’t very optimistic on the stains coming out and figured that my only solution was to replace the carpet.I was wrong. Tim was responsive to my inquiry within minutes, he was right on time (with a text notice) and very cool and knowledgeable of my situation.He was great and the carpets look and smell like new. Next time I won’t wait so long to get my carpets cleaned and I know exactly who to call.It’s also a bonus he owns a local business which I always try to support. Recommend 10/10

Tim has cleaned our rugs at least 3 times and always goes above and beyond. Somehow he takes a rug that is trashed and makes it like new again. Very quick and great service!! Very professional and communicative. They let us know they had a sooner opening and moved us up. We shared our concerns for one specific area of the carpet after dog-sitting and they spot treated the area. The entire carpet looks so clean and new and smells very fresh! Tim arrived promptly and he did an amazing job on cleaning both the carpets and tile and grout. The floors looked brand new compared to what it was before. With two big dogs with white tile and grout, it is next to impossible to keep it immaculate. I was extremely pleased and shocked at how clean the kitchen floors looked. The carpets looked just as great as the kitchen floors. I would definitely call Tim again as he was really easy to work with and was very professional.

It was maybe 10 minutes after I had submitted a contact request and I heard from him. I booked the service based on the value and the Google reviews.The morning of, he sent me a courtesy text to let me know he was on the way and when he got there, he was very pleasant. He walked the house and let me know what he was going to do. He asked me if there was anything that I was particularly concerned about in the house or with anything that he would be doing.When he was almost done, he sent me a text letting me know so that I could head back.Fantastic communication and very personable! Tim has been the best. We have used his services multiple times and continue to be pleased. Somehow I didnt realize that he also does tile deep cleaning. He just did our kitchen and Master bathroom. They look brand new. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

We had three rooms, a hallway and 2 stairs cleaned by Tim. He was on time, thorough and did an excellent job. We also had an error code on our dryer and he cleaned/cleared the dryer vent which ran about 20 feet through a soffet in the garage. He was detailed and complete. He gave us advice on future care and gave us a heads-up that the carpet we had installed within the last 3 years had not been stretched and could pose a problem for us in the future. Fortunately, the carpet installers agreed to return and stretch the carpet properly. Tim was very helpful in explaining what he did and why and what we could do ourselves in the future to make the carpet last longer. We are very pleased with the service and will use them for any service we need in the future.

Had an appointment at 11am, he was able to move our appt earlier to 9am. He showed up right at 9. Super friendly, cleaned all our carpets thoroughly, did an amazing job on our area rug too. Excellent Service! I can not be any more pleased with the outcome of the carpets. I have 2 large dogs and 2 children and my carpets take a nasty beating most of the times. Tim, local owner/operator of Quality Care, cleaned our carpets, and tile and grout. Everything looks great. Our tile and grout hadn’t been cleaned professionally in the 7+ years in our home. It made a world of difference-really brightened tile, and the grout is much closer to its original lighter color. After securing several quotes, Tim’s was very fair. I like giving this local business my business.

First of all, everything about doing business with Tim (Bus. Owner) was totally professional. From the time I called him to setup the appointment until he completed cleaning all my room carpets. My carpet was so dirty that we had to get it professionally cleaned. Tim made our carpet look brand spanking new once done and we had our carpet since 2004. He explained the pricing thoroughly and went over all the details of what would be done. He even shared with me out to get Red Gatorade stains off your carpet. GREAT customer service and the carpets look incredible. I tried using my own wet carpet cleaner myself but decided to use a professional after seeing my results. You can not beat a professional carpet cleaning service yourself. There is world of difference. All of the discoloration and staining that I could not pull up self is completely gone. Tim is extremely professional and takes extremely good care of your home also, for example putting corner protectors on all the walls so the hoses dont scratch up the corners. I would highly recommend Tim and his services to anybody.

This is going to be our new carpet cleaning provider!! We have had others come and do the job for us throughout the years but we never found one we liked enough to keep using them until now. Quality Care outdid all the previous companies we have used, the owner (Tim) came out personally and did an EXCELLENT job!! We were so impressed. There were stains that we have had for years and which no other companies were ever able to remove but after one treatment with Quality Care they are gone and even better- they are still gone which tells me that they were removed from the source and his soaps did not leave any residue on the carpet. Tim came out and explained everything he could do without making it into a sales pitch. The options on cleaning techniques provided were great, but I explained I needed just basic and the cheapest possible. Tim said immediately he understood and told me what the best package for that was. Even though I didnt opt for any extra products or cleaning options the end result was AMAZING. Ive had carpet cleaned before but this guy must know something the others dont. The carpet looked NEW when he finished. I would leave 10 stars if I could.

For any of you with pets I HIGHLY recommend adding Brush Pro service to your cleaning to pull embedded dog hair out of your carpet. Just had this done and will add it on every time after. Makes a huge difference in how the carpet looks and feels!

In an attempt to present our home as best we could we opted to have our 9 year-old carpet cleaned for the first time. We shopped around and found Tim, owner of Quality Care Carpet Cleaning. Tim, as it turned out, is an earnest, honest, diligent sort with a work ethic and technical skills. We couldn’t have asked for more. True to his word, the results were wonderful.Mishap the day after: I’m walking down our pristine, carpeted stairs and I spill the kale and chlorophyll sludge that remained in my glass… everywhere. I called Tim in a panic to see if he could suggest a remedy. Better: he said that he could come see the stain in 20 minutes. I was frantic but calmed by the fact that I’d have professional guidance. Better still: Without prompting, and with pride his work, he arrived with his equipment and toiled away.While I can’t say he’d be speedily available for your emergency I can say he would be if he could be. And, I don’t know if he’d even be able to get that impossible stain out but I’m confident that he’d do his best. And, as it turns out, his best is pretty darned good.He was magical. He removed all traces of my mishap. Our event was a success. Our home presented beautifully.

These guys are fantastic! We had some rugs that we thought were beyond repair now they look brand new. We had our tile cleaned as well. I didnt even know that our grout was red. After cleaning, they restored it to its original color. Best cleaner in north DFW by far!

We have 4 kids , 5 pets, and a lot of stains. Tim managed to get all the stains out of the carpet, and had it looking just like new . He was also very accommodating with when he was available . We will for sure be using his services again in the future .

I call them after using a groupon from (Be Green carpet cleaning who did a terrible job, carpet look like it wasnt clean. Spots and edges especailly) He talk to me over the phone first very professionally and informative. He change his schedule around next day to fit me in because i had furniture being delivered in two days. The most important he made my carpet look almost new again and i was worried thought i would have to live with dingy looking carpet. Highly recommend, professional, friendly and he knows his craft and a plus has all the right equipment.

The job was much more work than anticipated - my laundry room is small and thewasher and dryer are large and heavy - I have a steam dryer which requires a connection to water the outlet.He ended up having to remove the door to the laundry room, disconnect the washer and pull it out of the room then move the dryerbefore he could get to the vent to clean it. Even though it took a lot more time and effort, he charged me his original quoted price.He was very courteous and conscientious - he was very concerned that he didnt do any damage or mess anything up while he did his work.Excellent work - I will use him again.

I appreciate the owner working with me on a date. He did a fine job and I would certainly use him again. Didn’t get to upsell me like other companies. I only requested traffic areas cleaned. No furniture moved. I recommend Quality Care.

Quality Care Carpet Cleaning cleaned all the carpets in our home. We have two indoor dogs and there have been a couple accidents in the house. The carpet was spotless after we had it cleaned. We purchased the three bedroom carpet clean special but I explained that one of the rooms had cat urine stains in the carpet. He was honest and very thorough in letting me know the process in getting the stains/odors removed. The additional cost was very fair and worth it! Stains were removed and all the bedrooms smelled wonderful afterwards!

We had a small job but he did an excellent job. It smelled clean and fresh afterwards. I think is this first time I paid the actual quoted priced. He was honest letting me know I didnt need anything extra. I will definitely call him in the future.
