Bad customer service, did not complete job , made mass , very unprofessional people, took money and did not finished job. The technician was very rude .

He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and terrific at communicating schedule updated time of arrival (which is very important when you have an entire day appointment schedule) Couldnt ask for better service. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable, showed me how the parts fit in and out of the appliance.Downside, he had to order a part from the manufacturer, so we will have to reschedule an appointment for the installation of the part when it arrives. But that’s on the product manufacturer not the technician.

JOSIAH from Sears appliance REPAIRED OUR REFRIGERATOR DOOR GASKET. Also door hinge . He ordered the parts a week ago and the parts arrived a few days ago. He came today as was scheduled and put the pars on and we are new again. Sears does a great job . Techs are very good and I am amazed at the speed and repair on all my appliances. So glad we did Sears. Great job and timely.
The service tech was out standing. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Send him back on next visit which I hope will be much later.

Last week y’all were supposed to come out and repair our dryer, but something happened & you didn’t show up! Y’all didn’t call or anything!. You just rescheduled our repair date up 5 more days!It was good to finally get our dryer repaired today though! It only took 3 weeks but it was worth the wait. Now I dont have to go buy a new one!
William was prompt, personable and very efficient in assessing the issue with the leak in the refrigerator. Very friendly, knew his job and answered my question, and he asked me if I needed any service to my refrigerator or air conditioner, and I told his no. Sears service desk made a appointment for my dryer on the 15th of July and for my washer on the 16th of July. The service desk or customer service told me that I couldnt have both my washer and dryer serviced on the same day. But my Technician told me he was at my home to do both and he did.
Our technician Micah was knowledgeable and helpful, and I give him a 5 star. My main issue is lack of customer service. There is no way to speak to a representative. It is totally AI, and a Totally frustrating experience.
Steve worked diligently to resolve the issue, trying multiple parts he had on hand. He communicated his expected arrival time early in the day and was prompt.The poor review is related to Customer support.The appointment was easy to make online and I got multiple emails and texts confirming the original appointment. The day of the original appointment, Monday, my window was 8-5. I had to take off work. Mid afternoon, the window changed to 3:28pm. That time rolled around and no one called or showed up. Later, the arrival changed to 7:28pm, still no call. That time rolled around and no show or call. I found at least 6 different telephone numbers and all routed me to the same automated system that said my appointment was for that day Monday 8-5 and did I want to reschedule or cancel. I was still hopeful that I was going to get a call from the technician or from customer service, realizing that my appointment was not kept. That never happened. The next day, Tuesday, I tried again to find a telephone number to speak to somebody. I finally found a number and did speak to a live person who was able to reschedule the appointment for the next day, Wednesday, where I again had to take off work. That day went fine. The technician called me and showed up as expected. The technician had to order a part which would be delivered later in the week, Friday, and then had to reschedule another appointment for Saturday, all with 8-5 windows. I had to be at home to accept the part according to that technician. So I took off work on Friday. The afternoon was starting to pass, and I was getting nervous that the part was not going to show up and the appointment scheduled for the next day would not be worthwhile. I had no tracking number for the part that was ordered from the technician 1 so I again called the number that I had successfully spoken with the person, but this time that number went to the same automated message. I actually wound up texting the technician 1 who had called me and asked him if I could get a tracking number or if there was a way for me to contact somebody about that order, he provided me with the tracking information. The part was delivered, and the technician 2 did show up the next day. This second technician went to great lengths to resolve the problem with my washer, but it seemed that the part that was ordered may have been defective and then a second part that he had in his truck appeared to also not solve the problem. He did try a third part, and that seemed to resolve the issue. We’ll see how it goes in the next 30 days. But not sure what I’ll even do to contact somebody if it doesn’t correct the problem as expected and paid for. I mentioned all of this to both of the technicians, and they each seemed to be aware of the problem. I asked if there was an actual number I could call and speak to somebody and the second technician said no. The first technician and second technician that actually arrived did fine work, the commentary is not about them, but rather about Sears Home Services and lack of customer service. It is unfortunate that trying to automate and serve customers has resorted in this kind of service. It is unlikely I will use Sears home repair services in the future.
Technician did not wear boot covers while coming in and out of the house. Was not polite or friendly. Did not offer to help with home warranty coverage or offer other posibilities rather than just replacing unit in the future

Daniel showed up. Previous tech was supposed to be here on May 15 and did not show, call or reschedule. I will never use A&E as this had happened twice. Feel sorry for Daniel as appointment was cancelled since Choice Home Warranty already had another company repair refridgerator. You really need to treat customers and technicians with more respect and consideration. Fire the clowns who dont show up.

Repairman arrived and gave me a quote for two issues we were having. When we asked for the service call, we were explicit in the model number, part, and repair needed. Boot replacements are common, so I thought hed come with the part and fix it. After all I sat around waiting for half a day. The other issue we werent sure about.In about five minutes I was given an estimate for more than $800, including $289 in labor. One issue was minor (but $400 in parts) so I opted not to have it addressed. Without that repair, the labor was still $289. I was told that the labor is the same charge no matter what.I reluctantly agreed to boot replacement ($417) and he asked me to sign an invoice and pay. I had to give him my Wifi password to connect because his phone wouldnt connect to allow the transaction to move forward.AFTER I signed, he said the part would be delivered in a week or two and I needed to schedule another visit. He only offered two Saturdays 3-6 weeks from now, and Im scheduled to be out on USAR training both days. I needed to reach out to my wife to find out if she could be home. He said he didnt have time for that and stomped off. Assuming well get billed $119 for the service call, but what was I supposed to do?Only a chatbot that doesnt allow me to speak with anyone, and no phone number on their website to contact them. What a scam! The number listed here in GMaps goes to India. She cant understand what Im saying.We ended up using a local repair company. It was about half the price. My wife also wanted a filter cleaned that looked to be part of the disassembly needed for the boot replacement. The Sears tech refused. The local guy said he would because it was right there in the path of things he had to remove.

The guy showed up to fix our AC. Our ac was not blowing cold air but it was still functioning with out cold air. Next thing we hear a loud pop like a mini explosion!!!!! And my husband went outside to see if technician was ok. He was putting water on unit to cool down the unit he said. But now says there was a shorted wire. Anyhow he left and said he would call it to the home warranty. Now it isn’t working at all!!! At least we had air blowing……so now what????

I paid $547 to get a part replaced on my refrigerator and no one shows up for the appointment. I take the day off from work to be home for the repair and I cant even get someone on the phone to explain why they dont come. Horrible Service! I will try and dispute the charges on my credit card.
Sears is an absolute joke. I have been dealing with a broken refrigerator since March today I called and was told by one of the agents that Im getting a replacement and then out of nowhere I have a technician show up and then I told him that and then he took the parts and then I called back to verify, and they close the case and now I have to start all over. It is just an absolute Crap show

They say the compressor for my frig is covered under warranty then when they come out they say it will cost $667.92 to put new compressor in!! Over $500 for labor is a robbery!!! If you dont pay it they will still charge you $109.00 just for coming out. Please dont use this company find someone that will answer their phone and care about their customers and not rob you blind!!!
I love Cinch warranty service. Way better than American Home Shield! They use Sears Appliance repair and they just get it right & fix it . If they cant they actually send a check in mail for replacement. American Home Shield say they do that but they absolutely do NOT!! AHS say they check IS coming and if never does. I messed with trying to get replacement check for washer and vent a hood and never got one! But with since they mail check and follow-up to make sure you received it! Best warranty company so far... Its a Cinch ! 😄 HAHA! Super Happy with them!
