I’m blown away by the quality of service and integrity of the gentleman at this shop. They have taken care of two family cars now and have gone above and beyond for us. Marcos, who manages this shop is a fantastic person and I don’t say that lightly. Thank you again for everything!

I have nothing but respect for this business! I am new to the area and a young woman without car knowledge. I looked around and found this shop enjoying the fact that it was family owned. They didn’t keep me waiting long, were very respectful, and straight to the point. They helped me with a few things on my Nissan and then recommended me to someone they trusted when one thing went outside of their shop expertise.A few months later my breaks went bad, I ended up going to Breaks Plus in Denton only to get taken advantage of, pressured to spend $1,000 I didn’t have, and to be treated as if I didn’t matter. Later on I stopped by and explained the problem and my situation to Marcos. After bringing my car in, I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes, AND he told me that my breaks were actually okay! He took the time to explain the details of his findings along with the whys behind my older vehicle(that was newer to me). The weight off my shoulders is such a relief, I will go to them with any problems I have from here on out. Go to these guys for whatever you need. It’s hard to find honest people doing honest work these days!!

Fast auto repair has been my go to place for a while now to get my car inspections done and oil changes. Everyone there has always been super nice and very professional. Marcos always greets you with a smile and has a positive attitude every time. He truly does care about everyone that walks into his shop.

I strongly recommend this place if you really want to know the exact problem. Marcos he is really supportive, and he only changes for what he does. If you dont want to burn your pocket, visit this place. This is our 3rd visit, and we checked with other mechanics too for our car problem. Honest and friendly guys. I’ve done my state inspections here several times. They came recommended by another auto shop. They are also quick. I will be getting my oil changes and any other work done here in the future. It’s a relief to find a good and honest mechanic.

I just went in this morning to get my car inspected for a new vehicle registration and let me just say the service is absolutely wonderful. They are very efficient and fast with their time and they’re honest and they are not reviewed enough. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. They are always affordable and honest. I really don’t know much about cars, but every time I’ve used them they have been helpful and up front. I always leave feeling more educated on my vehicle and I know I wasn’t taken advantage of.

I went here for my Toyota Camry state inspection. They told, they would give a $5 discount if I do both State inspection and Oil change as my oil change was due on Vehicle odometer. They told, full synthetic oil is expensive and they cant give me further discount. I was standing outside the garage and heard technicians talking about synthetic oil being completely over and saw the technician checking the cardboard box of oil. And it was empty. I asked if they were out of synthetic oil. He replied its all good and insisted me to wait near the reception. I was waiting outside and saw the technician pouring oil from a big can. Not sure if its new. It didnt look like a can of new synthetic from outside. I asked while paying the amount if its brand new oil, he said that its new and theyre in business from 26 years. He also told me to wait near reception area as I was observing from outside all this while. It can be brand new oil which was in old cans.. those cans can be from some local synthetic oil retailer. Not sure. But I saw right there while they were talking and checking empty synthetic oil cardbox. I can be wrong.

I recently took my car to Fast Auto Repair to get my car checked out for what I was sure was about to be a lot of routine maintenance and more as another shop had given me a laundry list of things wrong on my car. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience from Marcos and his team!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle.The technicians were highly knowledgeable and efficient. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer service and honestly. Not only did they do an extensive and thorough check and test drive of my vehicle but they were honest about telling me that my car was in great condition and the only issue was that my tires were over inflated which they took care of for me.Overall, I highly recommend Fast Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto repair services. He has taken care of my family vehicles for several years and has never steered us in the wrong direction and their work is ALWAYS amazing!

Cant say enough about this shop and the owner. They are very professional and knowledgeable and quick and they have cheap prices without doing a cheap job. They dont try and rip you off and add stuff you dont need like many other shops...I have been going to this shop for many years and no matter what vehicle I bring in they always fix whatever problem Ive had.

Best shop for small repairs and inspection that I have ever been too. Incredibly honest and affordable. Take everything you’re used from a typical auto shop and their upselling and new mystery repairs that you have to do. They give it to you straight, and only point out what’s necessary. Family owned and operated. YOU WILL NOT REGERT USING THIS SHOP. 1 visit and you be a lifelong whole family customer.

I went here to get my brakes and oil change by seeing their reviews. Very disappointed by the lack of transparency and fairness in their pricing. They initially quoted me an unreasonably high price, and even after offering a 10% student discount, the cost remained exorbitant. There student discount is just a bluff. Furthermore, they were evasive when questioned about the parts used and ignored inquiries about the warranty of their services.Edit: updated from 1 to 2 stars. Received a call back after the above review. they shared the receipts for parts and also gave 1 yr verbal warranty for their service and parts. along with $30 refund on my initial charge. I greatly appreciate there concern about customer reviews. In total I was now charged $705 (after $30 redund) for brakes and oil change (I bought my own oil)

Just got my wife’s Subaru Forester brakes and rotors replaced and Marcos did a fantastic job!! I really feel I can trust the mechanics at Fast Auto, and the communication about how they serviced the vehicle was awesome. This is the second vehicle I’ve had them work on for me and both times I’ve left more than satisfied. For as long as I live in the area I’ll be taking my vehicles here!

I’ve been here before the customer service is good & they are quick at fixing, which is the issue.. I came in for a pad slap In the rear. All seemed well, but Over time my brakes started getting squeaky and weak and finally they stopped working so I brought it in to another shop closer to where I live.. it turns out one of the FAST AUTO REPAIR mechanics forgot to put one of my brake pads on and didn’t even replace my rotor with the new one I had bought. They left the old one in!!!!! $700 in damages from this company buyer beware!!!!!

Moving from a different town, I needed a place I could trust and rely on. Since it was close to my apartment, I went there to get a diagnosis, and they gave me multiple choices to pick from. Since then, they have helped me with my car multiple times!I would definitely recommend them! They are super friendly and show they care, instead of only wanting to take my money.

I had always had good experiences with Marcos at Fast Auto Repair. He is very professional and has knowledge in everything he is doing. If you need to have your vehicle work on definitely need to go to his shop. He always goes above and beyond with all his costumers.

I usually hate getting work done on my car because it takes forever and I often feel taken advantage of or scammed when auto shops try to get me to get services done I dont need. I love this place because they dont do that, are honest, and they truly are FAST! I got my inspection done in less than 10 minutes. They are also so kind. Its 1 of 4 locations of a family-owned business too.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. I have been going here for years for my inspection and Marcos is amazing! Im usually out within 20 minutes. This month however, it was 10 minutes. There were a couple of times when I was doing other mechanic work couple years ago that Marcos worked with me financially and explained in detail what was going on. I will go no other place for my inspection unless this place closes down.

I’ve been coming here for a while for oil changes and it’s always handled with care and usually out really fast. Recently went in for a full brake change, All Rotors and all the pads. I have complicated brakes due to the fact that they are the Bigger Sport brakes but Marcus and his team knocked it put of the park! Definitely going to keep coming back for other things my car needs, I trust them with my car, I don’t usually say that to just anyone. Amazing professional service!!! 10/10!

Best place to get your car fixed

I must say, my experience at Fast Auto Repair was fantastic.  I just relocated to Oklahoma from Washington state. My fiance and I drove the F-150 six hrs. to Houston to visit family. 2 days later, Im on the road back to Oklahoma when I noticed the battery indicator was on as well as my voltage meter was slowly moving to the low side. I knew I was in trouble if I continued to drive much longer and it was getting late in the evening for businesses to close. Luckily, I was in the Denton area and after checking out repair shops in the area,  Fast Auto Repair was the closest to where I was. After checking out the truck (past there closing time), it was determined a new alternator was needed and they could install a new one the following morning. They were kind enough to give me a lift to a hotel right up the street and the next morning they were working on replacing the alternator.  After a couple of hours, I was back on the road and made it safely back to Oklahoma. Fast Auto Repair was friendly, efficient and very professional in getting our vehicle back on the road.  I strongly recommend there service for all your car care needs. Hands down the best!

I stumbled across this place a few years ago when I was in a hurry to get my state inspection sticker, and now I never go anywhere else. They are very fast and friendly, and never try to talk me into a bunch of car repairs that I dont need. I come here for all my oil changes and every year for my state inspection - I highly recommend!

These guy were able to hook it up with a quick install on a necessary part to get me mobile, that normally would have cost me hundreds of dollars, instead they did the right thing. Ill definitely be coming back!!

Love this place! Customer service is A1! Fast & efficient! Ive had oil change & inspection done here.**Update** just drove to Carrollton and I could tell the difference in my a/c just by the filter change (they recommended and showed me the part). Not to mention how quieter my car is after the oil change. Last change was done by the unmentionable Wallymart(bad choice) and I went from have a car you couldnt tell was even started to being able to hear it as soon as I walked up. Its back to being super quiet!

This guy, Mr. Mora, hands down, the most productive professional on time, most honest person anyone will ever meet in any lifetime! I have met this guy 2 times. He didnt bull××× with me? Went there about 4 months ago, and they did a excellent job for a very reasonable price. I brought the part (high pressure power steering hose) and Marcos got it done in a matter of hours. And was very helpful.

Only got inspection, not repairs, but 4 star for that. In and out, no fuss, friendly and well spoken staff.Local neighborhood garage that didnt spend a million bucks on their building. Its your grandpas kind of shop. Old building, clean but a bit greasy; but that just means youre not going to be paying the owners mortgage with an inflated repair bill.

Marcos, Eddie, and Shannon are good guys. I took my 03 Nissan Altima there with a transmission issue and they knew exactly what to do. Marcos turned what would have been a $2800 transmission issue according to another transmission shop down the road, into a $45 diag check. They went over everything with me in detail. Ive already put over 100 miles on it so far without the check engine light coming back on. Hopefully these guys were right. I will recommend this place to all my Denton friends and family. Ive been sitting in the waiting room for 30mins, theres nobody here, and nobody has come in from the shop to talk to me. All I wanted was to get my cars inspection done but Id rather go up the road to the next shop then keep waiting here for nothing.

I go there every year for my inspections. The people are very helpful and friendly and I believe know what theyre talking about and doing. Also if youre looking for a vehicle the possibility that you might find one there is a plus.

They will try sell you useless parts that your car does not need at all. Service is terrible. Do not take your car for inspection because your car will probably fail and they will tell you that your car needs a diagnostic first. They are really ametaur
