Force comes through when you need them with honest, dependable, and incredibly detailed service!!! Rare to find that these days.Last week was hectic. I was out of town, we had a low of 19f and my wife calls me with the main level furnace not running... Called force and they answered before 8am even, and surprised me with availability to come by within an HOUR!! Milton came by, diagnosed an issue with wiring, and thermostat. Replaced both. Left, and two hours later, same symptoms, so he came back, and did some more work, same thing, worked for a bit then stopped. Did some deep diving, and discovered it was the furnace board that was fried. The next morning he got the parts, came by first thing and got us up and running.This is where the honesty and great people factor come into play. I started thinking to myself, if the board was the problem, maybe it wasnt the thermostat, so maybe we can go back to our original thermostat, save a few hundred dollars and things would be good? Force proactively called ME and said they wanted to do just that. So Milton came back over, replaced the Honeywell thermostat with our Nest, and voila, it works... They are refunding the thermostat cost, etc...This is an honest company, great people with incredible values. Do not hesitate to do business with them!

These guys were extraordinary and they provided above and beyond service. Price was reasonable after checking with other outfits. They did a great job fixing my burst pipe and replaced my outdoor faucet.

Having not had great experience with plumbing and other home services pulled from the Internet, my expectations were low. Force provided a competent and pleasant technician who arrived as scheduled, knew what he was doing, wasted no time in getting it done and left NO MESS behind himself, even though the project was a messy one. Pricing was on the high side IMHO, but I was pleased to have the job done and done so well. Incidentally, there were two issues at the start, but technician diagnosed the first in a matter of a couple of minutes, fixed it and it was not referenced in the bill.

Our HVAC Tech Mark C. was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient in the work that he completed. He reviewed all of the work done including before and after pictures to document the process! We are very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Force Home Services gave me a quick but effective lesson in water heater ownership. When our 3-year old water heater (installed by Force Home Services) stopped producing hot water (cold water was fine), I called for help. A technician promptly came out and resolved the problem. It was a Flood Stop leak detector which was installed with the water heater. It was probably explained how this thing works at the time of install. I forgot it even existed. As it turns out, it is battery powered (a message on the cover would be good). Of course the battery or batteries were dead. The service cost to replace the battery was $99.00. There were several lessons learned by me on this day.after the owners reply: I fully understand it is expensive to send out a truck. It is also expensive for me to pay for this truck to be sent. I suggest because you folks installed the system, our residence is in Flower Mound which MUST have a Flood Stop type of device, and our water heater is relatively new, it might have been appropriate during the trouble call for your office person to have said something like: Are you familiar with the leak prevention device on your water heater? I think youll find you have one. Its called Flood Stop and its batteries will need to be replaced after a period of time. We can send a technician to check things out, but you might want to check the batteries first. This might be a quick, simple, and inexpensive fix you can do yourself. This is about 30 seconds worth of conversation that most businesses would be glad to have with a customer who is their friend. I estimate your loaded labor cost for this conversation is about $1.00 which is money well spent to maintain a loyal customer relationship. I deal with other service providers who think this way and I appreciate them. I continue to do business with them.

Had a clogged sewer drain. Called and they got a technician out same day. Mo was very helpful and informative. He showed me the process, how the tools worked, and showed a before and after picture of the job. Great guy and very friendly.

Called for a tune up before winter. Absolutely no problems with the unit. Suddenly Mark thinks the whole thing is too dirty and at end of life. Quoting $4000+ for repairs, $3000+ for cleaning, or up to $20,000 for a whole new unit.Four and a half years ago one of their plumbers also tried to sell us a new water heater claiming “end of life,” yet it’s still doing just fine. Now I remember why I stopped using their services for tune ups.Have some integrity. Not everything is an upsell.

Although the work done was just fine, the price was exorbitant! I had 2 bathroom faucets replaced. I purchased my own faucets. The plumbing was already in place. They sent 2 plumbers to replace 2 faucets. They spent exactly 43 minutes working according to the camera on my Ring doorbell, and charged $798.35. Its not rocket science! I was in a fix and needed it done and had to go with this price. This was their discounted price because I also pay a monthly fee for their membership plan. I highly recommend shopping around,

Very pleased with my first seasonal tune up of my A/C system by Patrick. I had several questions around basic maintenance of my furnace and he took the time to answer all my questions. Outstanding service and a pleasant guy to deal with all around. Ill be calling Force Home Services again for anything I need in the future.

Force Home services arrived sooner than scheduled. (Patrick) set to on his diagnosis, found the issue and gave us the possible scenarios to a fix. He scheduled (James) to stop in to explain the costs of each choice. Within the week, parts were ordered and our system was back on line.This is the second time we have used their services and will continue to do so. My full endorsement goes out to them!

What an amazing team came to my house to deal with two separate issues I had (plumbing and HVAC): Jason, Patrick and James. I was totally impressed by their integrity, knowledge and demeanor. Patient, prompt, cheerful and respectful, each person respected my home, even donning shoe covers to keep my flooring clean and providing photos of areas I couldnt see or get to. I had an appointment scheduled for the following day, but when we woke up in the morning, there was an issue with our heat. I called force. They came out the same day fixed my issue and performed the scheduled maintenance. Very happy with for home services.

Force repaired a broken septic line from my house to the septic tank that had previously been ‘repaired’ by another company. I think their fellow Cody did a thoughtful & competent repair and i have a lot of confidence that this fix will stand the test of time. Plus they give a warranty.

My 22 year old furnace. James from Force came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the issue. The installation team arrived the next morning and we had a new furnace in about 4 hours. I had done some research and knew I paid a fair and reasonable price. I have been using Force for years and will continue to do so.

Was told it looked like my heat pump was broken, I needed at minimum a new heat pump. Tried to sell me whole new system. Had a second opinion apparently a wire was loose and some switch had never been turned on by Force. My heater works again for couple hundred versus the thousands force tried to quote me for a new system . Unacceptable. I do not recommend. Find a company that actually does the job right and techs that are not just salesman.

We hired Force home services after noticing a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The leak turned out to be from a shower cartridge upstairs that needed to be replaced. This is fairly common and can easily be fixed without tearing out drywall. Unfortunately Force Home Services did over $1000 of unnecessary dry wall and tile tear out before taking the less invasive and less costly approach of first checking the shower cartridge. In addition to the damage they billed over $300 for the cartridge replacement. I would of been ok with the repair had they not done so much unnecessary damage. Multiple attempts were made to resolve this issue with the company and give them the opportunity to correct this before writing this negative review, but it was very difficult to get them to return phone calls. After almost two weeks of making phone calls I finally spoke with Brian. Brian talked in circles and acknowledged that tearing out drywall is not necessary to replace a cartridge but he still chose to defend what they did. I would not recommend this company.

The A/C stopped working and only was producing 80° air inside the house. We call the Force Home Services to come out on Saturday. Mark went through all his checks and the compressor was going out. The compressor was 13 years old. After discussing options we decided to have a new unit put in and went with a Daikin.On Monday, I was able to schedule an installation on Tuesday. Nate was here the following morning as scheduled and installation was flawless. We now have nice cool air blowing throughout the house.Force Home came out two days later to do a final inspection of the installation and to make sure everything was running properly.I signed up for their Maverick plan, received a discount on the unit and they come out twice a year to inspect your unit prior to summer and winter seasons.

My Mothin-in-law had Force Home Services come out to check out why her heater stopped working.This is a household of women and children who did not have heat for a week when it was very cold at night.After inspecting the unit she was given a quote of over $17,000 for a whole new system.No talk about repair at all.We were shocked.Fortunately I have a neighbor in the heat and AC business and he was nice enough to go inspect her unit for me.2 hours later I got a bill for $270.ONE FRAYED WIRE.I do not recommend a business that does not give the option of repair or even tell their customers what is wrong with their unit.Especially a household of women and children.

We found Force Home Services through The Good Contractors List. From our first contact, they were professional and helpful. Larry helped us on the front end when figuring out the what we needed and giving us some options to fit our budget. Jorge was our installer and did a great job. It’s never fun to sink money into your HVAC system but this company makes sure you are taken care of and confident with your purchase. I will definitely use them again.

Force Home Services replaced my gas furnace in December 2024. The technicians were professional and upon completion cleaned up thoroughly any bits and pieces of my old furnace. I’ve been using this company for two years now and received great service as always!

I bought and built a new outdoor grill for the summer season, but needed help getting it connected to our natural gas line with the necessary and appropriate fittings.Jax gave me a call ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he showed up exactly on time. From there, he was quick and thorough in assessing the task at hand. Once we agreed on a quote, he went straight to work in a professional, cordial, and efficient manner. Jax has a new fan in me. Thanks to him, my grill is ready for the holiday weekend.

I highly recommend Force Home Services and Michael Barrett because they delivered excellent customer service. Specifically, Michael B. took the time to help educate me while he serviced our 7 year old water heater and he subsequently inspected our interior plumbing. He addressed a tiny leak in the master bath and other concerns I had been neglecting to address and then Michael provided various options to resolve each issue which helped me make informed decisions. Polite, professional, and knowledgable service call.

Update** its been over a week and haven’t heard back from the Customer Service Lead/Drew.The plumbers did fix the leak in my house (shower cartridge) but in the process, they also unnecessarily cut through dry wall upstairs and downstairs to find the leak. It was the shower cartridge and should have been the initial place to start, not tearing through dry wall/removing tile. I’ve been estimated $1200-1600 to fix this new damage and no call back from Force Homes.Initially good service, informative and timely! Jax was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. This was the initial diagnostic appointment. Thank you all!

Inspected items per agreement, then proceeded to present an outrageous estimate of about 10 thousand $ for things recommended to be done. Most people couldn’t afford this ( I for one cannot) and most items were not needed for the average household. This changes my confidence in the service they may provide in the future.

Scheduled a plumbing tune up & water filtration quote, was told I was the first call, arrival window 8-11. Day comes & I’m waiting for the plumber, I reached out to the office, calling & texting, kept getting the run around with them until I finally got someone to let me know he was on a call before me?? Even though i was the first call? No one even bothered to call me nor text back & all I got was a sorry we’ve been busy. Great way to treat a first time customer. I have worked in this industry before & have always reached out to a customer if the tech is running 30 mins behind, let alone 2 hours of that arrival window. Will not be using them again.UPDATE 11/25— Since the awful reply, I decided to update. I was not argumentative with anyone on the phone, great thing all calls are recorded & you can review how rude your representative was to me. I am not the spouse of a competitor, which is so bizarre that a company would even respond with that. WAY TO GO!! My husband does not work in plumbing, which this call was for & yes I chose to cancel because of the poor communication from your dispatch team & lack of empathy from the CSR.

The city notified me of a probable leak due to my meter slowly turning. Force Home Services assessed it promptly and did an excellent job on the repair. Michael was very professional and competent and a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed of all stages of the process. Their dig crew was also top-notch, putting down plastic before digging and barrier tape around the dig site. The completed job is hardly noticeable. Well done FHS!

My 24 year old furnace finally seized up, leaving me without AC on 100+ degree days. Force came out quickly and gave me quotes for a couple different options. I went for the full replacement and it was all taken care of two days later, plus they lent me a portable AC unit during the wait. Quick and professional service, I would recommend them and use them again.

While away from home had a leak on water heater had to quickly call someone to help my wife. Called force they sent my info to the on call plumber and he got a hold of me. After quickly discussing issue he went to my home repaired the leak and went over future options as my water heater was 18yrs. He went above and beyond as he had his own family problems to handle and still took care of the job professionally. He Thoroughly went thru the options with my wife and set an appointment to get water heater replaced. I was not there for the installment process but per my wife he was very polite and professional and did an amazing job. For a company I never heard of and for me not having to time to look up any info on them they did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out last night. Im up and working again and its 12:30pm the next day. They had immediate availability where the 2 I had called before this couldnt do same day. I have an old system and was afraid I would have to replace it. After talking to Mark, who showed me pictures of everything, I decided on an option to perform rewiring to get it working. It was successful and he said all voltage was within range. BOOM! I have a working AC again. The pricing is very competitive and the honesty and customer service is top notch. I cant recommend enough. The search for your AC/Heat company should stop here!

Excellent service. We had AC and vents, water heater, toilets replaced. Issues with AC condenser have been resolved under warranty without additional costs. Update. Continuing to use force for maintenance and plumbing hardware replacement. They continue to communicate and serve at an excellent level.

We recently had a problem with our air conditions on a Friday. Force Home Services was quick to respond. We needed a new motor in one A/C unit. The smaller unit needed to be replaced. FHS did an excellent job and the team was very easy to work with.

Greet service, called to get some plumbing help, Vincent showed up really fast with a helper, determined we need a new control on the shower, got it done! Fast service and fair price!

Our furnace broke overnight. They came on Sunday to assess the problem and were able to replace the furnace in Monday (President’s Day) right before the temp dropped to the teens. Very appreciative for the short notice/emergency help.

The Force team are great communicators. Field technicians were super polite and on time. They called ahead to let us know there arrival time. We had our entire system replaced along with duct work. After installation, a quality inspection was done and we determined that the thermostat needed calibrated. We also increased the size on 1 duct at a bedroom. The house cools evenly. We are super pleased with our expirence with Force.

I had two technicians come out to my house for a plumbing inspection. They did a thorough job checking every faucet that we have in the house and very water valve under the sink and laundry. I love that they flush our water heaters yearly so the sediments dont build up in our system. They were at the house for two hours. They are a trustworthy company.

As usual the crew from Force Home Services went above and beyond the call of duty. We lost cooling in our HVAC unit Sunday. A service technician was out on Tuesday. They would have come Monday but we were not available and a complete new unit was installed Friday. Again it would have been sooner but we had the Fourth of July holiday. Unit is cooling well and we are very pleased. In less than a week we had a complete check over by a service technician and a complete new unit installed. Our old system was 20 years old and Force Home Services installed it and maintained it all those years. We’re looking for 20 years out of the new one with the quality maintenance from Force Home Services.

The service I received on June 27th 2024 was the worst ever. The company sent out two very young men to work on my AC unit. It was June in Dallas, Texas and very hot and uncomfortable in my house. I called Force home services who sent out two young men who replaced the air handler unit in the attic. The drip pans were leaking and were rusted. They were leaking inside my home and outside through the drain causing rust stains on the roof of the bay window.After they said the fixed the problem. I paid them with a credit card and they left. I waited for several hours yet the house was not cooling down at all. I notified them and they told me they fixed it and I said no you did not and I dont want the same people back here due to the fact that:1. The air conditioner was still not working at all and it was very hot without the AC working.2. They did not replace the drip pans as they said they did.3. They replaced the upstairs unit with a device that was not compatible with the outdoor unit. Neither would work.I call another HVAC company who came out and told me that the unit they installed was not correct with my outside unit.The replace the outside unit and installed new drip pans and they showed me the old ones that were left in the attic and were rusted and still leaking.I call Force Home services and told them the entire situation and that I was disputing the charges or $3,681.38 on my credit card. They told me they would escalate this to management and that they were sorry about what happened.I went today and saw my credit card statement to find that Force home, lack of service, had told the CC company that they did fix the unit and they charged me again. I am disputing the charge and now I have to gather all the supporting documentation from the people who actually fixed the problem.If they would have fixed it correctly on the visit that I paid them for I would not have needed to contact an different HVAC company to come out and fix the AC.It was very clear to me that the two young people they sent did not know what they were doing and they lied about replacing the drip pans. This is ridiculous and I had to pay another HVAC company $5,900 to come out and fix all the issues and they got the unit working the same day.Feel free to contact me directly. I would not recommend this company for anything in the future and be sure I will tell everyone I know and take the necessary action to get this issue cleared up once and for all.If they had fixed the AC and replaced the drip pans as was stated. I would have gladly paid them the amount they charged.So now, I paid Force home services $3,981.38 and another AC company, who actually fixed the problems the same day, an additional $5,900.This brings my total our of pocket to: $9,881.38 for one AC unit. I have never been treated with such dishonesty and overall lack of concern from the management team at Force Home services.DO NOT pay them unless its fixed correctly. I trusted them and they had nothing to say to remedy the situation.You have not heard the end of this.

THIS REVIEW IS OVERDUE!One of my furnaces went out on January 16th - making half of my home unusable. Milton showed up and saved the day! It took two trips that night to get things fixed but Milton never wavered. I appreciated him finding the problems created by others then fixing them. This company offers a heating and air wellness program. I bought it and it has already paid for itself. I highly recommend Force Home services and I highly recommend Milton!============================================Excellent! Larry listened to and understood my problems with the installation done by the original contractor. Pointed out additional problems and deficiencies then crafted a solution that had a fair price. I received a total of 4 quotes. I have already committed to having my second unit inspected to fix any unseen issues. I highly recommend Force Home Services and Larry Rogers.He found problems with the second unit - some from the installation done in 1984 and some done by the refurb contractor. As of right now I am a happy camper.If you have an air-conditioning system, you need to use this company!!===============================================I had Milton come out again to replace all the OLD ductwork for one of my NEW system. I also had him alter both system to better share the heating load. He came in and did a fantastic design for all the work. He also found and improperly installed vent pipe that was potentially dangerous and fixed that too. I remain satisfied and will continue renew my yearly maintenance program with Force.

Air conditioner started making noise but still worked so I scheduled for them to come out next day. Half hour later the compressor seized up and I had no AC on a 104 degree day. I called back and they had someone out within an hour and got me going again, replacing a bad switch. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks for saving me and my two dogs on the hottest day of the year.

I had Cody and Dylan out to check on my Navien tankless water heater that has been off and on for quite some time. They were able to get out to my house in less than an hour after my initial call with Force Home Service. They provided me with fantastic information as a new homeowner, only wanted what was best for my situation, and made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision to have them move forward with my repairs. The communication and professionalism exceeded my expectations ten-fold, as Ive had terrible luck with plumbers in the past from various companies. I now know that Ill never use anyone else for any of my plumbing or A/C needs. Best experience ever.

These folks deserve 10 stars. When I called with a water heater emergency, Karinne was kind and scheduled us right away. Their journeyman plumber Cody and his apprentice Jason showed up right on time and did the work beautifully, personably, and professionally. More than that, they went the extra mile to be certain we received the best replacement water heater and the least costly deal possible. Truly, truly amazing!

HVAC installation into my home was done overall very well minus a few issues. Emanuel, Jaden, Brandon did a good job installing the new unit. What little damage they did to my walls and such they were honest about and made sure to Inform their boss that it did happen. We still had a few hiccups after the install as the unit froze after a week due to a vented door being added to the unit instead of a solid one causing airflow problems. And 3 of my outlets not functioning after the unit was put it in. George unfortunately wasnt able to find the issue of the outlets not working, but Paul did make sure that he would order me a new door for the unit to ensure it would continue to work properly.

I had signed up for the spring inspection. Unfortunately they found my two units needed some maintenance. I ended up replacing one and Force Home Services was quick on the job to get it replaced. Friendly repairman, not sure if it was a fair price as I did not compare with any other company. I am a member of their company so I did get a discount. I cant complain about their service or their office team as they have been excellent on returning phone calls or accommodating my needs. I would definitely recommend using Force Home Services for AC and plumbing needs.

We thought there was a slab leak at our house a week ago. Called Force Home on a Saturday and a plumber came that day for an initial check. Another plumber came out Monday and completely solved our problem no need for major repair. Cost-efficient and skilled plumbers. We are really pleased.

I’m acquainted with the plumbing side of Force Home Services. My initial call was about a leaky outside spigot, installation of 2 bathroom faucets, and a possible leak in an incoming water line. Michael B. listened as I shared my list of needed plumbing repairs, looked at the meter and advised that rather than an exterior leak, the toilets should be inspected to see about the necessity of replacing the flapper. This reminded me of the advanced age of the toilets and my concern regarding the integrity of the seals.So I signed up for a package deal that included the installation of my faucets, two toilets, and a spigot repair. Michael made a supply run, returned with an assistant, and they got busy. The first toilet was determined to remain in place, so the master plumber (MP) was called in to assist. While waiting for his arrival, they worked on the faucets.Responding quickly to the call, the MP made an attempt to remove the toilet with the goal of not breaking it. It defied even his expertise and the appropriate measures were taken. Exit stubborn toilet pursued by a plumber. A problem with the flange was exposed necessitating unexpected repair and further expenses to this homemaker, but, with kind explanations and approval, toilet #1was soon installed. On to toilet #2. It exited with hoped for ease to the delight of all only to reveal a flange with serious issues. It sat about 2 inches below the floor with said gap neatly walled in by cement.Someone did a very neat job of not meeting code with this little make-do. The MP provided an on-site tutorial explaining the work involved, to begin the following day with breaking out concrete, replacing the flange, pouring new concrete, letting it cure, coming back the next day to install the toilet. Of course you know what I saw as I looked into that hole, so you can probably guess what I said. Expensive!So, the tutorial continued with an iPad and numbers, and it added up to a much more reasonable sum than anticipated. And they got busy and work got done. When day three rolled around for the final installment I’d reached a couple of conclusions: toilet #1 leaked, & the seat was defective. Michael B. fixed the leak & replaced both seats, then completed installation #2. Success!Take-aways: great plumbers, excellent customer service (except for 1 receptionist), clean- wore shoe covers inside, & cleaned up area as they went, surprisingly reasonable rates, and all the parts I purchased from them & all the labor is covered by warranty. While this project snowballed unexpectedly, they didn’t try to take financial advantage of it, and they were upbeat and kind all three days. I also appreciated the safety precaution of contacting me when their representative was en route with his picture included.I highly recommend Force Home Services when an outside spigot needs repair, and for any other plumbing needs like faucets, flanges, & new toilets.

Our AC was acting strange with System Check message on the readout. Our first service call was costly and did not solve the issue. I met with the office director and she scheduled George, a very experienced tech. He came the next day and got everything running well. No charge.In every business relationship there are hiccups. The integrity of a company is to make the situation right. I trust Force to do that. That is the reason I have been a client for over 20 years.We have been a Force customer for many years, for good reason. They provide dependable service, communication is great, and their techs are professional and friendly. Also, we trust Force. That is important!,

I requested a quote to have a back-flow device installed. My technician, Cody did an excellent job going explaining everything in detail. Cody was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.I highly recommend Force Home Services!

These guys were fast and good with their installation. We had a full system install accomplished in about 7 hours. It is working beautifully in this high 90s Texas summer. John LeClare performed our Spring inspection. He was NOT pushy at all in informing us about the status of our 2 units. It was clear we needed to upgrade our almost 20 year old unit. George, Brandon, and Nate did the work in a quick and professional manner.One note: the top of our island in our closet was damaged and we are waiting for the team to find someone to do the repair work. I will update when completed. Other than the damage shown, topnotch HVAC work.

My ac fan motor went out I called Force home out to replace it. When the tech arrived after picking up the non OEM motor it was determined the wires were too short and the tech didn’t have the ability to splice them to make them longer. After he left I called the three big name ac repair companies and had one come out and see if they could get the job done. When the tech from the new company came out he told me that the new motor wouldn’t even work for my unit. He explained why and told me they would be out Monday afternoon with the OEM motor and get it to work. And imagine that it’s the OEM motor from York and it’s working flawlessly. I know the bigger companies are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Cody and renee were the team that helped fix our problem with water leaking thru our downstairs ceiling..they found the issue and resealed and caulked the toilet..and checked out the shower handle and replaced....excellent job and clean up after...thanks so much for the service ..i want to give the recommendation, 5 star job

Li Fan came out to see why our AC had stopped running. In less than 5 minutes Li found the problem and gave us several options on how to proceed with the repairs. A bad capacitor was the culprit. Li had the part on his truck and in 10 minutes we were up and cooling once again. Very polite, professional and quite knowledgeable technician. We opted for to purchase replacements and have FHS install them. Michael A. and Michael B. installed them for us this morning and did a wonderful job. These guys are very courteous and very professional. We couldnt more pleased with their work and the support we have received from all the staff at FHS. Today we had Le come out to do a full service of our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough. I am inquisitive and he was patient in answering my questions where I could understand. We had Force Home Services help us when we had the big freeze in February 2021. When the power went out it fried the circuit board on our furnace. We called the company and they came right out. Since our furnace was so old, 18 years we decided to get a new one since either they did not make the replacement part or it was going to take some days to receive it (I cannot remember). The woman who always answers the phone even offered for us to stay with her family overnight because we were having the new unit installed the next day and it was 48 degrees in our house. It was so nice of her but we just bundled up with blankets. The offer was just so kind. We have found the company and employees as a whole to be over and above excellent. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness, timeliness, professionalism and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning, heating and they even do plumbing.

Force home sent out their plumber Jax Frandsen to diagnose plumbing issues on new home and added in a new water line for fridge. Very happy with the service!

Avoid this company. I called them and asked if they could clean our our dryer vent and they said they could and came out the same day. A technician came out to clean it and went in my attic and said that our issue was that the dryer vent had been stepped on and so there was no airflow. He suggested we fix that, which was another $150 on top of the $400 fee for cleaning the dryer vent. We went ahead with the repair since it was a fire hazard. Also, the technician said our vent wasnt actually that dirty. He spent a lot of time trying to upsell us on a full AC replacement and said now is the best time to get it done since the technicians arent as tired and prone to making mistakes as they are in the summer. After he left, our dryer was still not working correctly and we were still having ventilation issues. We called our appliance repairman and he came out and checked the dryer vent on the outside. He pulled out a bunch of wet lint that was clogging it up. The Force Home services tech didnt even check the vent from the outside!!!! I called Force Home to come back out and make sure it is all clean. This time two guys came and they were working on it for quite a while, both from the inside and outside. They got more lint out. They also determined that the vent we had to repair in our attic wasnt even the dryer vent. The first technician was just guessing!! I appreciated the fact that they came back out to make sure it was really clean, but they still didnt do a good job. They had to remove the outer plate from our outside dryer vent and told me they needed to seal it back up with some sealant or caulk. I checked it the next day and it wasnt even sealed, there were big holes visible. I called them about it and they said it wouldnt cause an issue. They did give me a refund on the $150 vent fix, so that was good. Overall, I wouldnt trust this company to do any work in my house ever again.

Forced Home Services promptly replied to my request for air conditioning service. Paul the technician was professional, friendly, and very informative. We are new to the area and we’re going to stay with them for our HVAC service.

A couple of weeks back Paul from Force came out and replaced the AC capacitor and did a checkup—he noted the duct condition and presented both clean out and replacement.I went with replacement (ducts original to house) that was completed today and we can already feel the difference—higher R value and the ducts are no longer draped across the attic rafters.The install crew today was Great—they had to add a few dampers and secured the ductwork as needed—night and day difference from before—no trash—they collected all the old material before they left

They called the day of service to tell me their service man was coming in the appointment time slot. Their guy called to tell me how many minutes out he was. They wore booties to protect my house. They were very courteous and informative. They even came back no charge the next days to check out a slow faucet.

We reached out to them for a 2nd opinion and it was awesome. The communication was excellent when they were on the way, and I was able to text the team on some quick questions and responses were timely and informative. I am a long-term customer of Force Home Services and have been very pleased with their services. Recently I had my home’s air ducts cleaned and I was dreading the process, but Force Home Services was terrific! The technicians Jayden and his assistant Christian did a wonderful job and were extremely respectful of my home.They covered all of the vents, put plastic down on any furniture under or near the vents and then did the actual duct cleaning thru the attic. After this was done, they washed every vent cover, removed all plastic coverings and vacuumed the house. This is the kind of customer service one is always hoping for but seldom receives!I also want to give a shout-out to James who recently did the semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was very thorough and provided options to enhance the air quality of my system. I was very hesitant about having the ducts cleaned (even though I knew they needed it) and when he explained that one option was going thru the attic and what their process entailed, I felt reassured.Their office staff is also great and very customer-focused. I highly recommend Force Home Services.

Mark with Force Home Services saved me $1500!! I called the company, Matco, that installed the ac for my 2021 house on they came out and said the compressor was bad. I call Force for a free 2nd opinion and Mark found out that it was a starter relay and low on freon. I’m so glad I found Mark. I went ahead and took advantage of their $39 monthly PM plan so I didn’t run into any more surprises. “It ain’t the brand of the ac that’s the issue, it’s all about the company that services it.”

We recently had to replace a sewer line and it was a pretty big job. Cody and Jason handled the job from start to finish with excellence, honesty, and professionalism. I cannot say enough about the service we received from Force Home Services. I had a drain stoppage in my bathroom. When I called they were able to send a plumber out the same day. Michael arrived on time and was very thorough and professional throughout the visit. He quickly solved the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up. Price was the one quoted by the office when I made the appointment. I would highly recommend this company.

Things were good up until cleanup. We are dealing with a mess behind.Someone tracked and smeared toilet ring wax all over the hardwood floors and carpet and also got one of our throw rugs full of pipe residue and hid it by folding it up and placing it under another throw rug.

My husband called on a Monday and by Tuesday James was at our house diagnosing the issue with our AC units. Our units were 15 years old, so it was time to replace them. James went over our options and helped us make the best decision for our money. I am currently basking in a cool 73° house thanks to the installation crews! The next day Drew and Mandy were in contact with us multiple times to keep us updated on the status of our unit. Long story short, something we thought could take 5-7 days ended up being less than 48 hours. George was very thorough with the warranty needs and he and Caleb got us all taken care of and in a cool house again! Thanks for the great customer service!

Michael was able to articulate exactly what he had to do and was also willing and able to show us the cause of our problem & how he was able to repair it. 2024: My AC started tripping its circuit breaker one evening. Company sent me Milton this time, also a great guy who knows what hes doing. Took 3 visits this time due to the 3 problems that were exposed with my AC system, but it got done and Milton kept me informed every step of the way as I was traveling for work. This was my second use of Force Home Services, Im sure Ill use them a third time.2022: Larrys a good dude. Our heater issue turned out to be an electrician problem, but he came up with a partial solution that gave us back our heat, and also gave us a thorough explanation of the remaining work to be done to pass on to a trustworthy electrician. Very pleased with our experience.

I signed up for the routine maintenance through Force Home Services based on good prior experiences. We have 10+ year old A/C units and they started to show signs of their age. Mark Cotter was the HVAC technician who provide thorough and friendly service in checking the units. He took detailed pictures of each process and issues he found on the units. Decent amount of work was needed for each unit. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He went over costs and the best course of action to get the most out our old units. Mark , Logan, Isaiah, and Steven were the technicians that performed the installs the next day. They knew what they were doing and were efficient in completing the work. I asked questions during the install and they never hesitated to answer me. Very friendly and professional. Force Home Service has great group of employees who take pride in doing good work.

Condenser went out on air conditioner. I called Force air. Their repairman was here within 30 minutes. He had needed parts with him and repaired the unit within 30 minutes. He gave me 3 options for the repair. Can’t beat that for service.

I have had many years, actually decades, of excellent service from Force Home Services! They have built an excellent, reputable and reliable business which I turn to without question. Every interaction with them is very pleasant from every technician to office staff to management to the owner! My last interaction today was with Larry who came to our rescue quickly when the A/C was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable and repaired our simple issue quickly. Thank you for your service. I have two complaints and have some concerns. Each year I have service immediately after I have some majors issues with either the heating and air. After my tankless hot water heater was service it went out. After my heater was service it went out. It’s starting to be a common trend to expect something to go out after service. Talk with my neighbors who don’t have their heating and air service each year, their heating and air units have not giving them issues and we all have been here since the community was built. I will continue to use the service but expect better results.

James arrived promptly and was respectful of my property. Interacted in a professional manner with my tenant. I am considering the estimates and will report later if I choose them to purchase the new system.

Had a very pleasant experience with Fore Home Services, project led by James Cogburn. My wife and I just moved into a new home. 2 weeks later, AC went out on us. Its just one of those things, the unit was 13 years old, it was bound to happen soon. But 2 weeks in caused immense stress for us. Instead of instantly replacing the unit, James came out and attempted a few bandaids to fix the leak issue and educated me along the way. A week later, the AC went out again.What really stood out to me is the personal touch. When our AC went out the second time, I had James personal number and texted him on a Saturday evening. He left his sons 2nd birthday party to come and look at the issue again. Stuff like that goes a long way for me. We ended up having to pay for a new AC unit, but this company offers decent financing to keep your cash in your pocket.Also - Denton will provide cash rebates if you qualify. Force Home is aware of this and will advise on equipment for Denton County to give you a substantial cash reimbursement.Thanks for the personal touch and fast responses day and night. You dont see that a lot anymore. Even though replacing an AC unit is unfortunate, having a good company to back you up and educate you can help.

Force Home Services (FHS) recently serviced one of our three heat & A/C units. For 10 years FHS is our heat and air company performing new installations, repair and replacement parts service. The installation crews are unfailingly outstanding in rapid responses dealing with numerous and challenging issues. They are professional and well trained. Historically, we have had excellent service on small maintenance issues. Response and communication from customer service is always immediately responsive and second to none. Furthermore, it is most apparent that the technicians and crews enjoy their profession and the company they work for. They have the tools and support necessary to get the job done.

I am extremely happy and grateful for the service ~ they were working in 100 degree weather 2 days in a row. The bill was very reasonable and the guys were all so friendly and accommodating. I signed up for an appointment online with Force Home Services whose name I got from the Good Contractors List to come out and look at the problem with roots in my sewer line. I received a call from scheduling to confirm my appointment and was asked to move to a different time slot which worked better for me. I was kept well informed via phone and e-mail about the time they would be on site. I received a phone call from Cody the technician about when he would be on site. Cody showed up on time listened to my concerns and then said he was going to perform a visual inspection of the sewer line to assess the problem. He explained what he found in detail showed me the video of the issues and then said he would give me multiple options on ways he could help solve the problem. He went back to his truck and a few minutes came back with the options. I received quotes via e-mail later that evening. Cody was a very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

These folks recently replaced a failed HVAC unit in my daughter’s attic at her home in Oak Point. Not surprisingly, the space was not an easy access, and it was pushing 90deg outside. It was much hotter in that attic of course. The team arrived on time and completed the job in barely five hours, start to finish. They did a great job in every aspect, cleaned up behind themselves, and were completely professional and informative throughout. Their PRICE was amazing, coming in at ONE HALF of several earlier estimates provided by some “interesting” contractors! They were also highly recommended by neighbors. Those recommendations were spot on. Hopefully, THIS recommendation will also help others when in a similar situation!

Always consistently end-to-end great service with Force Home. Theyve made improvements to their website allowing for quick scheduling of appointments online. Their scheduling team later followed up with a phone call to confirm the details online. Day of service you can expect communication confirming dispatch with a reasonable time estimate. Our service tech, Cody, has been here several times now handling warranty or freeze plumbing issues, and his service & quality of work is top notch. Cody gave great input & options on a pressure releasing valve to minimize both the risk and the cost.

Very pleased with my recent hvac purchase! Force Home Service’s crew was very prompt and professional, and their sales rep was honest and upfront and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Very competitively priced too. We had a tech for force home today to do maintenance of our new A/C. I asked him specifically to let me see the used filters as I needed to see how bad they were and if 6 months were maybe too long to wait to replace them. He never did and when it was time to pay and asked him where the old filters were he told me both units did not have any filter on. Really? Also, he tried to sell us repairs of about $2k including a $500 cleaning of the brand new unit just put on 6 months ago. It was very hard to believe him and his recommendations.

Started using Force Home Services two years ago when our AC stopped working in August. Called the company that installed the AC and they told us it would take two weeks, so I called around and got lucky with Force, after explaining that we had a new born baby and it’s hotter than you know what. They came out the next day and got us going. We joined their member program and received regular preventative maintenance. Today we met Milton, and he provided the best customer service interaction of any company I’ve ever had as a home owner. They are super responsive and professional whenever we call for anything. Paul was our technician and recommended to us by a friend whom he completed a repair for. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem in a matter of minutes. He took the time to explain how everything worked and did not try to raise prices. In fact, we paid less. Very happy going with Force Home Services to replace my old AC system. The entire process was fast and smooth. The office staff was easy to work and got me scheduled quickly. The diagnosing technician was knowledgeable with the existing system and walked me through all of my options, from repair to replace. I didnt feel pressured any one direction and felt that I had a lot of information to make an informed decision that was best for me, my time, my budget, etc. Ultimately, I chose to replace the entire system because, well, it was very old and I had repaired it enough in the past. I got a fair price that came in lower than a quote I received from another company. The service technician who did the installation, Jorge Rodriguez, and his crew were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was fast. Overall, very satisfied and I will be using Force Home Services whenever I have a need that they service.

Life-saver! Ok well not really a “life “saver but definitely a home saver. We called when the tubing that connects the hot water to the dishwasher would not shut off. Our floor was literally being flooded and it was dark outside and our water meter was covered in leaves. My spouse reminded me that we had a marketing magnet on the refrigerator with contact info. I called Force Home Services and the operator was very calm as I was explaining that water was pouring by the gallons onto our floor. Jax arrived about 10 minutes later and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I went away from this experience feeling really good about the service and the price, which is rare when it comes to plumbing emergencies. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing their monthly service plan in hopes that nothing like last night happens again.

James did an excellent job. Very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also was helpful in planning how to move forward with HVAC improvement or replacement. Considering the broader economy, I still thought the proposed upgrades warranted my sticker shock. As a very fixed income retiree, my income hasn’t come close to matching current prices. My comments will cover the quarterly maintenance lists for electrical and plumbing as well as sale, proposal, delivery and installation of two (2) separate units.Force Home Services has been my electrical and plumbing service company for many years. Their employees are exceptional communicators and workers. Force Home Services texts homeowner a picture of the employee who has been dispatched with a note that technician will call with an estimated arrival time. I have always received a call from the technician, telling when he expects to arrive or with to communicate what may cause a delay. Committed and well-trained work force.Mark was the Service Technician who performed my quarterly HVAC maintenance. His pictureHe was on time, placed shoe covers on his shoes before entering home and started working on Heater immediately. He explained/showed me parts that were not working, did a verbal needs-assessment, discussed options with me, warranty terms, and recommended a size and price. He was professional, knew his products and showed me pictures of my heating units non-working parts. He also said that last years model will become more expensive at the end of January, 2024. We discussed SEER ratings.Next, he checked over my AC unit, which was failing. He made a proposal which was fair to replace and install both units, checked availability (in warehouse). Delivery and installation began at 8 am, three (3) business days later.Mark was able to provide a new thermostat, and duct cleaning of my home, free of charge. Wow!!The installation team arrived on time, put shoe covers on and introduced themselves to me before coming inside to check the old heating and AC units. George, the Supervisor whom I had previously met and the other technicians discussed the work plan. Work began immediately and was completed by around 1:30 pm.That occurred because they made a great team. Emmanuel said that if I had any questions or concerns, to ask him. He answered everyone of my questions professionally.It was obvious to me that their supervisor and crew were very experienced working with each other for awhile. Before the cleaning the ducts commenced, specially-treated cloths were taped to the wood floors. This made the small amount of dust that wasnt caught by the blower fans stick to the cloth instead of falling on every service. Later,, they removed the cloth, swept and vacuumed any dust on the floors. No other surfaces had dust on them, which amazed me.The crew experience went beyond my expectations. These skilled professionals kept their equipment contained in a small area, brought large trash bags so there was no trash accumulating or uncontained through out this experience.My Force Home Services free plumbing inspection occurred the same day. Cody did the inspection with a plumbing apprentice. A detailed inspection report was emailed to me upon completion. Cody has provided services to me for many years and he is a very professional, personable man. Always a pleasure to see him! He was the Project Manager who managed the replacement of a leaking water pipe and later a sewer line several years ago.Cody also shepherded a previous apprentice who has now passed his plumbers exam and is still employed at Force Home Services. So, this company hires and promotes within their proven employee roster.I wil continue to rely on Force Home Services for my plumbing and electrical needs.

So I was unfortunate to have my AC compressor burn out this summer and had Force come out to fix my system.Oh … a couple of details worth mentioning. A different installed first installed the unit when the house was being newly built 3 years ago and has had to do warranty work twice since then. The parts are still under warranty, but the labor was not.NOW, having called them and having called Force, the cost was going to be the same (and as a new homeowner, it was a new “adjustment”) but Force wrapped the diagnostic fee and visit into the overall cost of the service where the original folks were not going to. Plus, the response time, the availability, having a local presence, the relative ease the office staff had in helping find solutions for financing or working through scheduling … it all showed me that this was the right choice to go with. Thankful for their work

Called Force Homes services to: repair toilet, repair shower, install Flood-Stop on my two 50g water heaters; and also to provide estimates for replacing both water heaters, replacing water heaters with tank-less heater and installing water conditioner/filtering system. Technicians were prompt, respectful and professional. Took the time to walk me through every detail and answered my questions to my total understanding. Offered a number of options with pros and cons. They provided service I expect and hope with all companies. Great experience. I recommend this company.

On Friday, we noticed that one of our AC units wasnt cooling. I called Force Home Services and they were able to fit us into their service schedule that day. Patrick came that afternoon and found that the capacitor had failed. He replaced it and checked the rest of the system. Patrick was friendly and professional. My house has always been inconsistently hot or cold zoned for over 30 years, so replacing duct work made sense.Mark was my project estimate person, he was through with explaining the estimate and process.Jo was my office contact who was friendly and professional and assisted me with scheduling.Manny (Emanuel) was the HVAC tech who did my install (a 3 day job). He called each day to give me an ETA of his crews arrival. Isiah and Brandon were his helpers. This install crew was respectful of me and my property. They cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated with me thru out the process. Manny gave clear instructions on the use of the thermostat and answered my questions.George, the HVAC supervisor was on-site numerous times delivering supplies and in a support role if needed.I now have a climate control system that blows the same temperature from all of the registers. (Yes, I checked with an infrared thermometer).This was well worth the price.Thorough!

Milton and Patrick were sent to resolve a cooling issue in one room, the problem originated when the A/C unit was moved. All rooms were cooling except this one. They went up identified that a duct was not connected tightly, made the correction in 20 minutes and now cooling great. Milton and Patrick were very professional, friendly and explained everything well also. We have used Forced Air and their plumbing services for years and have always received excellent service. Excellent company and people.

Force is very reliable and easy to get ahold of. Mark (initial tech. and sales) was very experienced, polite and also straight forward. Was honest about the system holistically and also sensitive to my situation and budget. Emmanuel did the install and was wonderful. The most polite, professional and capable tech. Ive ever had at my property. These guys were prompt, respectful and worked tirelessly for hours on end to ensure everything was done right and up and running before they left. Had my yearly A/C check and was thrilled to hear that I am good to go for this year. Larry was thorough in his checks and gave me a maintenance tip that while minor should help the longevity of my system.Earlier this month, Jax and Jason did an extensive amount of plumbing work to replace faucets and my water heater as well as install a whole house water filter. Again, the work was very thorough and Jax walked me through everything I needed to make the best decisions on what to do.Years ago, Force Home Services saved me when my A/C died during a major heat wave and has been an excellent company to work with ever since. Love these guys! Solved my plumbing problem, about 20 man hours (hard labor!) at a reasonable price. Very professional, polite, and kind to boot, from the master plumber to the guys in the trenches. Very efficient, which kept the cost down. I always feel comfortable with them, never feel like I’m being gouged, which is saying a lot!They do everything, from plumbing to A/C. My house is nearly 40 years old, so I’ve needed services many times since I moved in in 2005. Really glad I can count on these guys!

One of our units was down and the house could barely cool down to 78. James came out just six hours after I called, even though this is their busy season. I can’t say enough about Michael at Force Home Service- I He was prompt, knowledgeable, and gave me options for my Navien hot water heater repair. More importantly, he cared about my household and kept me in the loop on where the parts were and promised that he would come install them the day they arrived. He did—, after hours on his normal day. He and his coworker went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done correctly. I need a coil clean on my interior air handler coil and the company that installed my equipment gave the estimate and scheduled me for the following Monda. I have had several marketing calls from Force and decided to ask if they could accommodate me sooner and they scheduled for today and I described in detail the ease of access and my request for a coil out clean. Ground level in a closet with plenty of access. Estimate $450-600 The tech was late but called ahead and once he arrived I was met with the feeling he was not interested in doing the work. He too a quick look and asked if they had given a price and I told him yes and let him know the numbers where he proceeded to the truck and got on the phone and during the call he said it would be $800-900:and I explained the first company was onlly half as much and he gave his card and left. Upon calling the office to voice my displeasure I was called back by an operation manager who only seemed to make several excuses and tell me the service is actually $1300 So I wasted a day off and found out the Force Home service is not to be trustedThe Office was told very clearly it needed to be removed for cleaning this was mentioned several times during the call so don’t act like I was mistaken

I was started down this path 5 years ago when they were my choice to install the system, and Ive never been disappointed. I have used Force Home Services for years (New HVAC system, repair and maintenance). Mark was on time and troubleshooted my system quickly, My HVAC was working again in less than 30 minutes. He didnt try to up sell me drain maintenance that I can do myself.This is typical of this company, over the years the technicians that have been sent out have not tried to up sell me, instead they just got the job done in a timely manner.

Mark Cotter was the technician that was dispatched to repair our A/C problem. I found him very personable, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the faulty part, replaced it (no charge since it was under warranty by the company), and waited to ensure that everything was working properly. I am very glad to have changed to Force Home Services a few years ago.

I think my lead technician was Logan and they did a very good job and over came parts issues after the manufacturer shipped a damaged compressor.I’d recommend Force Services. Repair cost is hard to calculate considering the 110 degree temperature and an AC that failed going into a weekend but Force was professional and got the job done on Monday and stayed on the job until complete and tte system repaired.

Our old water heater began flooding our house this weekend and we needed to replace immediately. Force was able to have a technician out to us the same day we called (Saturday) and they installed a new water heater first thing on Monday morning. Everything went very smoothly. Michael was our technician and did an amazing job. He was very prompt and professional, explained everything carefully, and did his utmost to make sure we got everything we needed at a good price. We especially appreciate that he was able to schedule us for almost immediate service due to the urgency of our problem. We could not be more satisfied with our service from Force.

I highly recommend FHS. I’ve used them three times for HVAC services - separate problems - and each time did a fantastic job. Everyone I dealt with was great. The sales guy, did a great job of analyzing our house and recommended the best system to meet our needs and fit into our budget. The installation team showed up on time were as quiet and professional as they could be and left the house cleaner than when they found it. The follow up was great also. I received a phone call from the office and a supervisor came out and inspected the work that had been performed. I have been very happy with their services and would strongly recommend.

Finding a good contractor has always been a challenge regardless of the trade. Everyone seems to have “got a guy”. I did not have a guy. So, I took a recommendation from a friend because I wanted my tank water heater replaced with a tankless system. Brian with Force was professional and responsive. The scope of work involved with this upgrade was not small. Factor in 100+ heat in the attic and combined bureaucracies of the city and Atmos gas company, this job was a huge pain. Brian and his guys showed up early and stayed late. I am very happy with their performance and will recommend them at every opportunity because I now have “got my guys!” Thank you to Brian and Force!

Forced Air is an amazing company. They are truly out to help people with their hvac needs. We have used another company who spent 5 minute to “diagnose “ our issue by saying we needed a new unit. We decided to get a second opinion and we are glad we did! Forced Air spent a long while figuring out our problem plus cleaning our condenser.
