I am a caregiver and have an elderly client. The heater in his house stopped working yesterday morning when I arrived in this extremely cold weather. They were called and arrived at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. That’s not the issue though. At about about 2:50 the heater came on, which helped warm the house back up, which was nice. When they arrived and checked it out, they said there is a waterline in the attic that froze which is why it stopped and it melted, which is why it started back up so we asked what is your solution to fix it they said they would drill holes in the walls to bring the line down into the bathtub. We’re not drilling permanent holes into the walls that they weren’t going to do anything else with after doing it. We asked what other solutions they had? They said they could bring the line down into a 5 gallon bucket and we could empty it when it got full. Well, did they have a 5 gallon bucket? No, did we have a 5 gallon bucket? No, we have to call them back out here to reconnect it after that or we could do it. That’s what they said ,ridiculous! So we asked what other solutions they have they said we could unplug the heater and then we could plug it back in when it warms up. That’s the only options they gave us. Do we need a new heater? I don’t know because they didn’t give us any other options. So we have three little space heaters to use until it warms up enough not to freeze up then we can use the big heater again. Was it just too late in the afternoon for them to want to do anything else? Then they charge $144 for doing nothing? We’ll just manage the best we can but I will never recommend you to anyone ever.

Twice Ive had these guys come out here and twice theyve given me excellent service. They changed out my water heater and recently fixed my clogged lines. Just had KT and Pete come out, these gentlemen were quick and professional. I dont trust anyone else with my plumbing needs. For these prices, and the level of service they provide, Allens plumbing and HVAC is hands down the BEST!

I called at 9 am on Monday morning. I was assured a same day appointment. At 4 pm Tuesday when my problem still wasnt fixed I cancelled and chose a different company. Everyone was polite and friendly, but I needed a solution they assured me they could provide and didnt. It took the next company an hour and a half to fix it. If I had known they couldnt be here I could have called someone else much sooner.

Can I just say how amazing it is to actually have service people you can trust! Polite, timely, keep you informed, fix it right the first time! This is how customer service used to be and I am so glad that Allens plumbing still delivers!

Allens plumbing has gone above and beyond for my family. They were patient and understanding when we had troubles with our insurance company. My dad and I needed help rewiring the new outside fan motor he purchased and Mr. Allen stayed on the phone with us for 30 minutes helping us figure it out. He sent drawings and everything. He was amazing and now my ac is working again!!! I highly recommend Allen’s and will definitely be using them in the future when/if needed.

We had an outdoor water leak, Justin and Javonte were so knowledgeable, hardworking and kind. They did a great job!!!

This is the second time I have used this company, once for a heating problem earlier this year and now for an AC problem. Very pleased with the prompt service and with Marks knowledge and professionalism today. Will use them again if the need arises.

I have used Allens Plumbing HVAC since I moved here in 2021. They have always been punctual, knowledgeable and provide great service. Recently, I had a plumbing issue and after the first repair it happened again. Allens came back out and KT and his team did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue and together we came up with a plan to fix the problem going forward. Came out the same day, 2 great guys. Even took out the time to call the next day to make sure everything was still okay. And price was wonderful. Anyone I know need a plumber I will send them your way.

These guys are incredible I am so grateful. I moved into a new build 7 months ago and already had to have them out for 3 separate things. I felt like they communicated the issues well, showed me the problems, things to look out for and really made the experience amazing. I have had Allen Plumbing out for several issues. Service has been good each time. There were a couple of hiccups with scheduling, but nothing unreasonable. All the techs were friendly and professional. Great workmanship on the jobs. Pricing was very reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or call them out on an issue.

Weve used Allen Plumbing for years and been very pleased with their work and pricing (if you can be happy about paying for that sort of thing). Weve had American Home Shield for a while and have used their (only) plumber a few times, but were going back to Allen Plumbing even though they are not on AHS program. We have a slab leak that hes found and fixing after the AHS guy wanted to dig a 24ft long man size tunnel under the house just to find the leak. We trust Allen Plumbing. I see a few folks that have run into problems with Allen, mostly looks like miscommunication. That happens. Hes responding to each of them, not hiding under his truck.

I scheduled a service appointment with Allens Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, and their office called me 30min before their techs were scheduled to arrive to let me know they were on the way. When Matt and Robert arrived, they listened carefully while I explained the issues with my Residential Heat Pump HVAC system. They were able to trouble-shoot problem and provide an inexpensive immediate fix, and explained I should start looking at options to replace compressor, or possibly entire unit. They contacted their office to work up pricing options, and let me know to expect something within a day or two. Absolutely top-notch service. Professional, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. For the first time in 3 years, I did not have to micromanage a service industry profession to get a job done. If they said they were going to be a site at a certain time, they were true to their word. Their expertise and knowledge spoke volumes and they were able to delicately handle the intricacies of having an old denison home that was a nightmare to work on with poise, grace, and professionalism. When I have the budget to replumb my entire house, I know who I will be calling. They went above and beyond even when I believed i could file with my home owners insurance, which happened to not be the case, but they showed up and delivered all the same!

Came in, not only got the job done ( they had to clear the animal hair from our system), but explained what was wrong and what I needed to do. Definitely will use them again!

Called them last minute and they made room for us right away. Rates were affordable. They were in and out with ease. Our service guy was Doug and I believe his helper was Justin. They will continue to get our business...hopefully our son doesnt flush a whale, shark and dolphin down the toilet anytime soon though!

Johnny was very helpful in getting his crew out to take care of a water heater leak and saved me a ton of money in the process! I had purchased a tankless to replace the tank heater I had and they had no problem getting the electrical set up and the new water heater installed. His employees were very professional and cleaned up everything around the area and did not leave one bit of trash or material! Thank you Johnny and all of your staff for the awesome job done!

We have used Allen’s plumbing in a couple of occasions previously and the work was fine. We decided to go with them for our bathroom renovations. They have now held up our a renovation for two weeks as they have stood us up 3 times. No call. No show. I have wasted vacation time from work taking off for a business that doesn’t value potential customers.This seems to be a recurring theme with this business.

Called Allen’s plumbing this morning at 8am, they called before they arrived and were right on time, same morning at 11am. Nick and Mark were very professional and unclogged our drain in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Called and they were upfront with the minimum charge and hourly wage. They showed up and hour early, found the exterior water supply leak, repaired it within 1.5 hours. Best plumbing experience ever. I will use again! Thank you Allens!

Hired this company for a simple hydrant fix & toliet leak fix. Plumber didn’t ask where the water shut off valve was, instead poked around and turned facuets they had no idea what ran to, as I own a farm, we’ll long story short he left a valve on that I was unaware of and busted the line that runs all the way to my barn. The two technicians that showed up where entirely incompetent & sat & talked more then they worked, running up the hours on the clock. Smoking cigarettes. Talking on phone. Beyond not happy with this service! Costed me more time then anything. Plus my toilet is still leaking.

We woke to frozen pipes. The gentleman who answered the phone at Allens was kind, accommodating and helpful. He was buried in phone calls but apologized with each hold request, stayed with me to answer all of my questions and assured me he would help any way he could if a pipe ended up busting. I was needing help with a leak in a pipe coming into the house, at the slab of my house. Allen plumbing quickly helped me. ! Great friendly service. !

I called Allen Plumbing on a Friday, they took all my information and said someone was coming over that day, nobody came. Then on Saturday I called and talked to Mr. Johnny, he send someone right away. The guy that came told us that we could save some money if we did the digging to which we agreed. Later on that Saturday I called and Mr. Johnny said he was going to call me back in an hour to let me know how much digging was needed, he never did. Then on Monday morning Mr. Johnny called to see if I was going to use his services, we reminded him of the call on Saturday, he apologized and said that he was sending someone that same day, nobody came. I was left on limbo three times. Today, a week later the problem was fixed by Dwayne Plumbing for half the money Allen was going to charged us. Allen Plumbing was not reliable and quite expensive. I dont recommend them.

Came by my house 3 times in a month still not fixed keeps just having new guys who havent seen the house and get nothing done Ive been without hot water and heat for 3 weeks now and they have no sence of urgency at all literally forgot the materials they needed to do their job even though the one guy seemed to know what they needed beforehand they still said they had to get materials. I am sure they can fix things but they honestly go at their own pace.... 0 customer service at least communicate with me and say how long instead of nothing..

Extremely poor customer service. No called no showed first appointment. Finally came a week and a half later, have called 6 separate times over the last 2 weeks just trying to get a quote for what they finally came out for. Still haven’t got a price at near a month total with them.

My husband checked their work and he was very impressed.The price was reasonable compared to others as well.Once we got approved from our warranty company, they moved very fast to get the job done.Thank you!

We had a really hard issue with our commercial airconditioning unit .This is the only contractor who respond quickly and came on time and repaired the unit which was hard and impossible for a lot in the area.Billy is an awesome person who know his job and so professional. I dont have words to explain how good they are .We can confidently recommend this place for anyone . Yes these people are real professionals. Thank you Billy for your reward job.

Called and requested someone to come out to replace a busted bathtub. They said they would be be there between 9 and 2. Never showed or called to tell me they couldnt make it. I called the office to see what was up. They put me through to the owner who said that he needed to reschedule for the next morning between 9 and 11. Still did not show up or call. Wasted peoples time sitting there waiting on him.

We moved to Denison and had a issue with water pressure and Allens came out same day to resolve the issue! I was so impressed that I scheduled their Spring Tune Up special for both of my AC units. The HVAC Tech that came out to the house was very professional and got the job done on time. I would highly recommend Allens in the Texoma area!

I hired Allen’s plumbing for some extensive plumbing install for both water lines and gas lines and they did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in the timeframe they said they would get it done. They’ll be my plumber for life now.

Never use this company again. I left a key hidden outside for them to get in .when I came home from work it was in plain sight for anyone to see. My door for the hot water heater was standing wide open. These people dont seem to care about who they put in danger.

Very shady people. He comes by and says hes very interested in doing all the needed repairs. I wait 3 weeks it still hear nothing. I call his office he now will not return my calls.

Dunno about the quality of their service.... Tried to get them to come out for 3 weeks. They would just say well call you but never did. They finally made an appointment to come by but never showed up. So i just took my business elsewhere.

We missed on scheduling repair. When Mr. Allen discovered the issue, he went far above & beyond to apologize and make it right. Good hearted folks!

My issue became confusing with a bunch of good effort but, little results. Then, manager stepped in and helped insure that we had a positive outcome. Good work Johnny!

We had two leaks at the meter. Allegedly it took 2 highly-skilled plumbers (wait for it) 3.5 hours (three and one-half hours) at a cost of $580.

Giving one star because 0 stars isnt allowed. I called them to run the lines on my sink that were draining slow. After they leave, I got a sink full of water that doesnt drain AT ALL...two hundred dollars to mess my sink up worse than what it was to begin with....and I call them back and they say they cant make it drain....it was draining before you came out
