I’m trying to replace 4aspen pads and this people don’t answer the phone …really bad service

They are putting out sorry coolers i bought one thr a hard ware store when it got her it was bent up the box on the out side had no damage so it came from them that way the pump work about 2 weeks before it whent out side bars that holds pads in place keep poping out at one time they made a good cooler

I paid for one day delivery fedex. The parts arrived 5 days later. I contacted FedEx for a refund for paying for one day delivery and they told me that champion was the sender and they had to initiate that action. Champion refused to do that. Thats outrageous

I’m not sure how much there paying people to write good reviews but worst company to work for lots of injuries loss of body parts would not recommend!

A few months ago I ordered side panels for my swamp cooler through Home Depot. When they arrived one of the panels was the wrong size. I called HD and was told I would have to call Champion Cooler to solve the issue. When I called I was greeted courteously enough but was told they couldnt find my order. By now I was on multiple calls with HD and Champion for hours. I was told I would be contacted once they found the order, but I never hear from them again.

The people there treat you like you are family and are very helpful!!
