The Air-NTx team came out the same day we called. They reviewed the problem we had and the very next day did a full removal and install of our new HVAC system! They have multiple options as far as installations go. We went with carrier. The two biggest changes we have seen since the switch is how much warmer our house is. The heat pump allows the system to not work as hard, which in turn has cut our energy bill in 1/2. At this rate the system will pay for itself in less than 12 months. Looking back I can’t believe how we survived living with our old system (in those conditions) for so long. The team also installed insulation at a super reasonable price. We are so happy with the work. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Oh and lastly, they were super clean during the whole process. The two days they worked you couldn’t hardly tell anyone was in and out of the house. You don’t find that anymore these days. Thank you guys again for being constant professionals in every aspect. I have an old house that did not have a central HVAC unit. Besides the great price, they were able to schedule the install quickly. They kept me informed of their arrival time. When they arrived they put down floor protectors and as they worked the worksite was kept very clean and completed the job in the time they told me. I would highly recommend them for all your hvac work.
