Had our preventative maintenance taken care of today by Joel and Juan. The technicians were very thorough and answered all of the questions we had about our system. I highly recommend Western Air for anyone wanting worry free maintenance on their systems year round!

The technicians were very professional and wasted no time in performing their individual tasks in this long time consuming project. Even though it was past their normal quitting time they made sure that the entire system was working properly before they left.

The work was done with careful thought and executed with knowledge and excellence. I couldnt be better pleased with the work done by Juan Padilla in regard to antique ceiling fans. He found that they were under warrantly and where to send them tobe repaired and then installed them correctly. Your company is blessed to have such a competent employee so well versed in electrical repairs.

I called Western Air Next Gen in the AM and they were able to dispatch a tech to out house the same day in the AM. The tech arrived and explained the diagnostic process. We had to replace an inexpensive capacitor and not break the bank. Both dispatch and tech were professional and courteous. Will def call again when needed.

Amazing service. Couldnt be more satisfied with Oscar and his team. Responded same-morning, took the time to fix up my a/c to run until a new unit could come in, and surprisingly had a new unit ready to install the very next day. I am extremely happy with all the services that we received! After troubleshooting our units, I decided it was best to replace our units, Western Air Nex Gen ordered and installed them for us the very next day without any issues. I have had two visits from these folks. The first visit was excellent and I was very happy. 5 stars!The second visit was very disappointing and I was very unhappy. 1 star.So I will average the two visits and call it 3 stars.

Since 2016 we have used you guys. This house was built in 2007 & our old AC unit had your sticker on it; so you have done all of the heating & cooling needs on this house.We have nothing but good things to say about Western AC & have recommended you to many others.

Our AC unit went out overnight and was blowing hot air. Called Western Air at 8am when they opened and am the tech were at my house by 8:30 fixing my unit. Overall happy with their work. Both of the techs were very kind and explained the process as they went. Would use again.

AC went out in the middle of the night. Called Western Air as soon as they opened. Paula sent a crew over right away, in case there was an issue with the portion of the AC system in the attic. It ended up being a capacitor which was a quick fix! I highly recommend Western Air!

These folks bent over backwards to help me DIY my AC repairs, and when that didnt work they were at my house in Brackettville within 2 days to make sure my house is the ice box nature intended for an incredibly fair price! Super friendly, too!
