These people are very thorough , affordable and quick with their work! This was my first experience acquiring and services and they made sure to explain everything and the best possible route! They also gave the best and competitive pricing for the area! On top of all of this is the fact its a good ole Ma and Pa kind of company and local of which I highly recommend and respect to support! I will definitely be recommending them to those who need their services and in the future if I decide to build ,I would employ their services!

These guys are wonderful. They came on Friday afternoon to check our ac and stayed late to replace the blower motor and fully service our unit. Their price was over half price for just the blower motor from the guy we called last week. We will not call anyone else!

This company has performed 2 jobs at my house. First was replacement of air handler and gas heater manifold unit along with fortifying all HVAC hoses in the Attic. Second job was installation of a Soft Start module on my AC unit. This company is reliable, professional and what I look for in anything I purchase is Customer Service. This company is worth the investment and confidence in my HVAC needs. The best of all this is the competitive prices these guys offer.

Can’t explain how many times they have helped us. Called late in the afternoon and they came out within 2 hours. It was my capacitor. They fixed it within 30 min. Excellent service. They always come through. Highly recommend!!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The guys that came out were quick and gave it to you straight. Very knowledgeable of the system and gave me recommendations on how to help cool the house in this heat. Price was best out there and the work exceeded my expectations. They found issues other AC guys did not and fixed them in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Let these guys check your system out. Will use for my maintenance going forward. They are amazing. I had an excellent experience with them. They answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon after I had called no less than four other companies in the Dayton and Liberty area. They took the time to work with the manufacturer of the unit to get them to honor the warranty and I really appreciate their effort with his because they didnt have to do it. Theyre very courteous and responsive and I think theyre very fair in their charges. I would use them again without hesitation.

This review is long and overdue. We have used this company for a few years now, and found them at a horrible time. Wed used a very reputable company in town to purchase a brand new system, inside and out, only to have several issues with the equipment over the years. After weekly service calls and countless dollars spent with this other company, we found Desired Temperatures. Shannon answered not only my call, but my countless amounts of questions that I had as well. Immediately, Shannon and her family (her husband and nephew are the technicians) were not just the employees of the company, but now individuals that we trusted and relied heavily on. Last summer they installed a new AC unit at a wonderful price, much less than what the original company charged me, and we were 100% impressed and happy with that install. This winter, weve had a new heater installed and couldnt be happier. Shannon has and always goes above and beyond, even on weekends if we have an issue, to make sure we are taken care of. There arent many companies out there that truly go the extra mile and care about their clients the way these guys do. I have and will continue recommending them to everyone I know.

Contacted this company yesterday and Tyson showed up this morning. He was so professional, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about his job.I will most definitely use them again if the need arises and I highly recommend them. Thank you Shannon… you’ve got a customer for life.

From the initial contact everyone that I worked with were professional and responsive. Family owned and operated and they did exactly what they committed to in the time they committed. DT did a full AC/heating replacement, new ducts and return air. AC and heat has performed flawlessly and new ducts and air distribution has made a huge difference. They will come back out and do the air balance once the temps get up some.Very happy and pleased with both the equipment and quality of the company.

Thank god for DESIRED TEMPERTURES!!Ive had several people come work on my AC unit and I find these people are the best. They were honest and quick. And they did not price gouge. Im a single woman and they made it affordable for me. I would recommend them 100%. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and very attentive to getting my air condition back up and running right away!

I have used this company many times and so have several family members. They have installed complete new systems in two of my homes, and come out on several occasions to repair. Even came out on Christmas day! These folks treat you like family and I wont use anyone else.

I called them due to the high reviews. They came out added freon, checked the leak then a few days later they found the problem and fixed it. Very nice, informative, and honest people.

Shannon is very prompt with returning calls (on the rare occasion that she doesn’t answer right away) and is very quick to work you into their schedule. She also tells you what time to expect your serviceman and if they get delayed she will call and tell you instead of you waiting around wondering what is going on!

From Shannon and CJ...they were so kind, and explained to me exactly what was necessary. Their nephew was super efficient and well mannered. Would highly recommend this company
