Zach was absolutely fantastic!! Our unit is pushing 10 years old, and decided to start acting up in the middle of this record breaking heat. So, we contacted Crye to get some much needed help. Zach came out and was super professional, honest, went over our issues in great detail, and got us back to enjoying some cooler air in our home. He listened to our issues and what we could afford to do at this time and went above and beyond to help our family stay cool until we can replace our unit at a later date. We will definitely use them again, especially when we replace everything. Very affordable and very fast and friendly service!!

Zach was our technician and he was a very pleasant guy. He got right to work and had our problem solved in like 15 minutes. It was a 100 degree day and the AC was really needed. Zach took the time to explain some simple maintenance that we the home owners could do that would keep our unit running more efficiently in hot weather like this. Not only did he do a great job but was here 2 hours before our scheduled appointment.

These guys are AMAZING. Incredibly professional, fast, and courteous. Alex came and diagnosed the issue and had it fixed pretty much immediately. I’ve used some other places before and these guys are top tier. If you’re trying to find someone to come fix your AC, just stop looking elsewhere and use them. You won’t regret it.

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD. I can’t say enough about this company. I had an emergency wrap before the freeze this year before Christmas. I called the company and all though everyone was off with their family the owner himself came straight to my house and fix the problem ASAP. he was very professional and knowledgeable and had the best price compared to anyone else around the area. Will definitely be using him when I put a new furnace in and will definitely recommend him To my friends and family.

First time using Crye A/C. They were very courteous, prompt, and punctual in coming out after my call. They explained very well what was found and the cost for repair before starting the repair and were very reasonably priced. They even discussed a longer term repair strategy to test for and repair leaks should I decide to pursue that.Seems like a very reputable service company and I will certainly use them on the next occasion and recommend them to anyone in need of a/c service.

I called Crye out to repair our AC when it went down two days ago. I had called another company out first and they recommended a new unit and it could be up to a week before they could get it together. I wanted a second opinion and Crye was recommended by several of my friends. Jared showed up the next day and on time with the appointment. He went straight to work and explained everything to me. After looking at it he was able to repair the ac on site. We are currently sitting in a cool house thanks to Crye! If you got ac issues, just save yourself some heartache and stress. Call Jared!!!

Zach Ansley was the utmost professional gentleman when he performed a repair to our outdoor unit of our air conditioner. My husband wasn’t home and he informed Zach about my anxieties, and Zach was very professional and reassuring. I would recommend him to anyone needing A/C repair done.

Ac quit cooling Sunday night before Labor Day. Waited and called Crye AC Labor Day morning at 7:20 AM. Received Zacs voice mail and left message to call back. Received a call back from Zac and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Had my ac repaired within an hour. Very professional and great quality work. Ended up getting on their monthly maintenance program. Great company if you need AC repair or replacement. Very honest!!!!!

Zack Ansley was great. Not only was he on time but called and arrived early. Which was wonderful in this heat. He had us up and running in 30 minutes or les. Explaining everything that needed to be done. He even took pictures so we didn’t have to go to the attic to see the problem. Will differently use again and ask for him.

We needed our AC looked at on Saturday 6/12; I called and they said they could come out at 2pm . The lead technician Aaron showed up; told him the problem and he started looking and inspecting. We needed more freon and he quoted first how much it’d be before doing anything which I find amazing! Where we’re from they never give quotes. So he took care of that and my husband wanted to get a leak test done so Aaron said he’d have someone reach out to us and schedule a day. He let us know how much that would be as well. He was very friendly and professional the whole time he was here. Monday morning I get a text from Crye and asked if everything was cooling ok and if we still wanted to schedule the leak test. Everything was still good and the next day Zach and Hunter came out to do the test. Sure enough we had a small leak and they told us all the options we have; explained everything on each option and will be reaching out to us tomorrow on the quotes for each service or for everything if we wanted it all done. They were just as friendly and professional as Aaron. I highly recommend Crye; they keep you informed and ask if things are ok since the last service. I can’t express on how wonderful they take care of their customers. This is exactly why they are 5 star rating. Thank you Crye for your wonderful staff and will be waiting for someone to reach out.

Today was the second time we used Cryer AC and we continue to be impressed. The first time we used them was for an emergency situation on the weekend. Awesome experience! Todays issue was in the barn and they did not disappoint. They are definitely our go-to folks for AC issues! Thank you Aaron!

Very happy with Crye services, they are wonderful people , who came out the same day told me what was wrong ordered the part and returned when they said they would and completed the job. My tech Zackary was very professional and courteous. Definitely will be telling people about them.

I called Crye AC to get a second quote, not sure they would even be able look at my unit in a reasonable timeframe. They came out the same day, gave me a quote and repaired the unit. I was impressed by their professionalism and quality of service. I will definitely be referring them and using them again. I’ll probably even sign up for their maintenance plan. Great company that provides good service.

Aaron was our tech. Crye Air was available for a same day service to my home. I called and they showed up on time as scheduled , Aaron diagnosed our A/C and got our home cooled the day of diagnosis and ordered and installed the failing parts within 2 days. My AC was froze up and I called and Crye AC had someone at my house within 30 minutes! They were fast and very informative. Great price. We will definitely use Crye AC again.

Called them at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and actually had someone pick the phone up. I told Zach my problem and he said he would be on his way. 15 minutes later he showed up and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. He had the parts to fix my heater on his truck and they were better than the garbage that was on it. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Crye AC Installed a new condenser for me. They were clean, professional, and honest.We called them as a second opinion and they quoted us better equipment for a better price than the first company. Glad we called.I definitely will be calling them for any AC issues I have in the future.

Called them out to see why my A/C wasnt working.Tech came out tried adding refrigerant. Didnt fix the issues so he called several other techs to find a solution. Another tech told him it was a bad valve of so sort.. Told me they would send a quote for the repair to order the part. After a week they never called. I called back to who I believe was the owner. He apologized for the lack of response told me he would get ahold of the tech and find out the part that was needed and get a quote together. Never heard from them again.

Are AC unit quit cooling last night around 9 PM 6/19/2021. Called Crye to come out and check the AC Unit. Zack the technician showed up within an hour. He had the unit back up within an hour. He was very professional. I would recommend Crye Air if your HVAC unit needs repair or service.

Great response time and professional technician. Hunter helped me understand how to better take care of my AC system in these hot summer heats. Will definitely be coming back if any other issues arise.

Im here to tell you, THIS is your AC/heating go to!! I called in, got same day service and they had our heat up and going in couple of hrs. A blessing since it was to be freezing that nite. Zachary was the best!! Took time to explain in detail what the problem was, quoted us a price, which i guess was fair considering i havnt needed a heater guy in years and dont know what going rates are. Made an appointment on weds. For Friday morning at 8 am. Dustin came to the house on time, friendly, and explained in detail the a/c system our house had. Discussed options and recommendations and did not feel rushed into making large purchase on the fly. We signed up for the maintenance program and will be having our system replaced in nov. Highly recommended people.
