Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. He communicated clearly what was needed and got us taken care of quickly. Very fairly priced as well.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Paschal GUARANTEED work on our air conditioner. Their comfort advisor (AKA salesman), Justin Vendola, came out at our request. We wanted a quote for adding an additional unit. He told us there was a fix they could do to the existing one that would only cost $1,800 vs. $15,000 for an additional unit, and that would GUARANTEE us a few degrees cooler in our house. They sent techs out (Ramiro Conchas) who did not bring the promised materials or do the promised work. They said to give it overnight to see if it cooled, but it continued to get warmer. At 1:00 in the morning, my husband went into the attic. He opened the attic stairs in August in North Texas, and cold air blew out! When he got up there, he found that there was ductwork that was connected to the plenum but not anything else and was blowing our very expensive cold air into the attic. He contacted Paschal. They sent out another tech, Yasua Jiminez, the next day, who agreed that the work was done incorrectly and that the wrong parts had been used. He said he had used a temporary fix to get us through the weekend and that someone would contact us the following week to have the work completed. No one contacted us until Wednesday when they sent us a bill for $1800 for work that had not been done. The email said to respond to the email with any questions. I responded immediately, explaining the situation and asking someone to contact me. That was five days ago, and I have yet to hear a single word from them. Our air conditioner is working WORSE than it was before they came out, and there is still air blowing into our attic 10 days after they first worked on it. This company is clearly dedicated to scamming people who dont know better. They do not care about their customers, their reputation, or fulfilling their promises as is evidenced by their lies, shoddy workmanship, and unwillingness to communicate with their customers when they have been found out. Please save yourself the hassle and discomfort of using this con organization for any of your home needs!Update: Paschal responded to this asking me to email customer service again on September 5th with all the details they already have, but I did it anyway within an hour of their response to this review. That was 10 days ago, and they still have not responded in any way. They have not returned to complete the repairs. No pride in their work or regard for their customers. Please, dont get scammed by this company or any fake positive reviews.Update 6 or more months out from the original visit: Paschal never responded to any of my attempts to contact them. They never completed the work. They never followed up with me about the bill. Absolute radio silence... until today when I found out they sent me to collections for a bill I dont have for work that wasnt completed. Absolute thieves and crooks!

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said wed need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and Ill fix the other myself.In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Absolutely ridiculous customer experience. A/C broke down last week on a Monday and had a technician come over the very next day. He said he needed to order some part to complete the repair and would let us know by Thursday at the very least.Made no attempts to contact me despite multiple calls requests to have an update so I know when to take off work. I called again Saturday and was assured that they can work on it late Monday or morning Tuesday, so I made an appointment Tuesday morning (a week after the first appointment). Take off work Tuesday and no one came.Called around 1pm and was notified that they were missing 1 out of 2 parts from an order. This was the manufacturer error so fine... Then I was assured that they got the part later in the day and will come out first thing tomorrow morning.Wednesday morning came and nothing. I made sure to confirm the appointment first thing in the morning and was assured that I have an appointment today. Had to make multiple calls and messages to find out that it was moved to Friday. No communication was made when the appointment was moved or why it was moved until after the original appointment.Cant believe I had to take 2 days off (now an additional one on Friday), and paying the service fee & parts just for them to constantly move the date, not communicate any updates, and almost 2 weeks of no A/C during a hot Texas summer. Absolutely baffling..

Scheduler said between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but would be first call so likely 8:00 AM. Showed up at 12:07 PM. Scheduler promised they would bring a filter I needed, or call later to reschedule if they did not have it. Next morning, I called at 10:00 AM to confirm filter. Yes, manager reviewed, and it is on the truck. On arrival, no filter.Technician made an error opening a drain line and flooded through the ceiling, about 1 gallon of water. I had informed the technician that the condensate drain line was plugged, resulting in overflow, but he did not drain condensate before opening the drain line. I showed the technician how to drain condensate into the overflow pan before opening the condensate drain, and he may have cleared the condensate drain line, although not certain.Two weeks later:Paschal acknowledged the issues. As remedy, Paschal sent a more experienced technician to re-do the inspection and ensure the condensate line was clear. When the previous technician had allowed condensate to flow through the ceiling, it flooded a fluorescent light fixture, and we were concerned about using it, so Paschal sent an electrician to replace it. The re-inspection and light fixture replacement were done gratis. I am grateful to Paschal for swiftly remedying the previous work. I have changed the rating from one star to three.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

Before Paschal acquired my prior HVAC service company, I received phenomenal service. Since their aquisision, service has degraded every year. This year our routine service took half a day and Im convinced the tech was youtubing how to do everything. 4 weeks after our clean bill of health, our unit is dead. Run away.

A couple of weeks ago, I scheduled a service with Pascal. A technician came over to take a look at my AC unit. She told me that my Freon was very low, which meant there is a leak somewhere. We went to the attic, she brought out a Doppler type device & started investigating where the leak was coming from. She was playing around the evaporator coil. She was confident that the leak was around the evaporator coil even though the Doppler device was not beeping. She stated that there was corrosion around the evaporator coil & she was convinced that is where the leak was coming from. She then told me that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. I asked how much it would cost. She said about $2350. I had recently replaced my roof after a bad hail storm & I didn’t have an extra $2350 sitting around. So I told her that is it possible to replace the Freon & hopefully maybe it would hold up for a few weeks while I gathered enough funds to replace the evaporator coil. To be fair, she said well she could replace the Freon but she could not guarantee how long it will hold up. She replaced 3lbs of Freon charged me $300+ & she left. This temporary fix only lasted about 10 days and the unit stopped cooling again. Since the first technician had told me that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced, I was convinced I had no choice now & it had to be done. So I called the company again & told them that I am ready to get the evaporator coil replaced now. An appt was scheduled and the guys who were to install the evaporator coil showed up ready to install. But before they started the work, I don’t know why I asked them how much it was going to cost. I had been under the impression that it will be around $2350 all along. To my greatest shock, I was advised that it will be around $4750. This is twice what I was expecting. I told them that they can forget about it. I don’t have that kind of money & they left. Scrambling & not knowing what to do. It then occurred to me that I had an AC technician’s phone number in my phone. I had gotten the # about 10yrs ago when construction was still going on in my neighborhood from one of the guys installing a brand new unit. So I found the # & gave him a call. He said he was too busy & sent over his partner. I was initially skeptical but he assured me I had nothing to worry about. Him & his partner had trained together with the United States Marines. He assured me that he is very experienced & knows what he is doing. His partner showed up and I showed him the outside unit I was having trouble with. Me still thinking my problem was with the evaporator coil & explaining to him my experience so far. He simply just told me he is not interested in what the previous technician told me the problem is. Within just a few seconds of looking at the outside unit, he said you are losing Freon right here. He showed me the oil stains on the outside unit. I was still trusting the Pascal technician thinking my evaporator coil needed to be replaced. He then said ok, let’s go to the unit in the attic. He opened it up looked around in there & asked me do you see any oil stains anywhere. I didn’t see any oil leaks. He said if your evaporator coil is leaking, you will see some type of oil stains around here. To cut the long story short, he welded the copper on the outside unit that was leaking. He replaced a capacitor that was damaged and replaced the Freon. Total for the job was $955. To say that I am terribly disappointed with Pascal would be an understatement. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone ever again.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are leaving me without A/C for a week this is the 3rd time thos week I had to take time off work...now they telling me they need another part ??? Not even a Courtesy phone call to keep me updated.,?? Dont use them !! After this repair us done I will not be using them again and I have recommended them to my friends and family I totally regret giving them the referral...im have never been so upset 😡 can you leave a customer without A/C for a week????????

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you yall could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple reminders and exhorting me to make appointments Ive already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. Its none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasnt good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

George gave us excellebt customer service and went above and beyond to take time to not only fix the issue with our hvac unit , but he also spent hours troubleshooting why the problem was occurring. He spent time with me explaining everything and keeping me informed of everything. He was also transparent in the pricing and upfront before repairs were made. Jorge also came first thing the next morning to address a issue we had free of charge. He is very very thorough, has good communication skills with his customers and shows excellent customer service. They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. This company used to be great. However, their service and professionalism have really declined. This last appointment was the final straw for us.We had a plumbing call scheduled for Monday morning, May 1. Mid-morning on May 1, we received a call telling us that the plumber was sick and had to reschedule to Wednesday, May 3. (Do they just have one?) OK, we completely understand. We rescheduled and were told the plumber would be at our house first thing in the morning on May 3.At 1:00pm on May 3, we still hadnt heard anything from anyone regarding the plumbers arrival. After reaching out to them to inquire about the ETA, we were told the plumber was held up at another job, and we would have to schedule for next week. Not only did they not tell us proactively about this, but the flippant attitude that our plumbing problem would have to wait until next week is unacceptable.We have opted to use another company and will not be using Paschal in the future. Such a shame as we used to love them.

Bought $45,000 of Carrier Air conditioners for my restaurant. The largest unit quit in June and they said a board win out and then they jumped it and burnt the blower motor up. It is now September and I have been through July and August with no air-conditioning and nothing but excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Richard Walker sold me the unit and never showed up for installation after they made me pay for them in advance. JP Powell does not return phone calls as he was the one that showed up for installation and I never can hear from him. To force a customer with brand new air conditioning to go through Texas summer with none is about is poor service as I have ever seen. Be very careful if you use this company. I just spoke with Megan at Walker air and her suggestion was I can go buy a water cooler or a window unit but they cannot repair my air conditioner because they do not have parts. They can sell me another new unit because they have parts to make new units but my six month old unit is not a problem for them because they already have their money. She blames at all long carrier however I did not write carrier a check I wrote Walker air a check for the units. So if you have problems do not worry you can go buy a water cooler or a window unit to put in your business.

Our outside a/c compressor failed.Eric De La Torre quickly diagnosed the issue, proposed a plan and worked the plan to completion. The installation crew was competent and communicated well. We are well pleased with the completed work and the teams sense of urgency from the beginning of the project until the end. We would use Walker again and recommend their services to others.

Replacing your entire HVAC system is a major expense and investment in your home. The system installation was completed yesterday and I can say the entire process has been flawless from the sales conversations to financing and then finally the installation. I usually have lots of questions and everyone at every step of the process was happy to assist in getting me answers. I want to give a shout out to: Travis for his patience and no pressure approach he was awesome to work with, Christie who I spoke with numerous times regarding financing and scheduling. We have been a customer of Walker for more than 5 years. However, our last experience was very frustrating. Weve tried to resolve for almost 2 months. We havent received a call back in almost a month now and other HVAC companies have the part we need and can install. Walker claims the part it no longer made by Carrier. Which Ive verified with Carrier it is. Have to spoke to head of parts, who has not called me back in 1 month and left 4 messages for head of customer service with no call back. Instead of having part covered under warranty by Walker, we now have to pay full price with another company. Walker even installed our system in 2016.

Other companies were offering appointments within 3-4 day away. Scheduler was very polite and reassuring. Juan was courteous and professional. My system was diagnosed and running within minutes. I had a call from Walker ac 30 minutes ahead that the tech Richard was on his way and a text 15 min later that he would be here shortly. He was right on time. He checked the inside unit and the compressor outside. He solved the problem and if I had any more problems just to call. He was professional and friendly. All the problem was that the thermostat needed a new battery and he could have charged his $85 service call just for replacing a battery but he did other things for the heater maintaining it which I thought was pretty cool. We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Best of all, our entire house is finally comfortable! I highly recommend Walker AC & Heating.

Just had our first service check after new system installed end of last summer. Mark the tech, couldn’t have been any nicer or more thorough. Made a few minor adjustments and showed me a few tips to keep the house even more comfortable.Great upgrade, the new Trane system is much more comfortable, reliable and electricity bill is lower, and we kept the house cooler last summer than we ever did with the old system.All the folks at Walker have been excellent and pleasant to work with.

Update 4/28/21Spring A/C service. Great communication on arrival time and timing updates on the day. Calvin was efficient and pleasant. Always happy with Walker A/C service.Update Nov 2020Moved to a new house. Old thermostat was very basic. Installed new thermostat so we had greater access to features of the unit such as humidity control, etc. Technician was very patient as he walked me through setting up the app and how to use it. Recommend!Original post around 2018:We moved in to a home that had a 25 year old unit so we knew we would need to replace it soon. Walker A/C put in a new, energy efficient unit, arranged financing, and we are very happy with the results. Our energy costs are down significantly. The unit keeps the house much more comfortable by controlling humidity as well. The technicians were courteous with a quick response time. I have dealt with Walker A/C for years through homes we rented, so when it came time to call for help for our own home, they were at the top of my list.Update 3/20/19Service call: Mark arrived exactly on time at the beginning of our appointment window. He was thorough, polite, listened to my concerns, and explained what work was done. He suggested a way to make changing the filters easier and taking care of the equipment outside because of certain trees in the neighborhood (Cottonwoods). I highly recommend Walker A/C.

I cannot say enough good things about Walker Air. I have used them for years - both repairs and routine maintenance. I just moved to a new home and the company who installed the HVAC system wanted to charge me a fortune to replace my thermostat. Walker was nice enough to call and find out its covered under my warranty, picked up the part, and installed it within 36 hours of my call. Great customer service and nice technicians are really hard to come by these days! Walker does it right!

Moses was knowledgable, personable and thorough and when he finished the repair pointed out a tiny flashing leak I didnt realize that I had. It turned out that it was a good thing he came when it was raining. Walker made good the problem without charge even though it had been over a year since MES installed the unit. Ill be sticking with them for more services.

The service was called a second time for the same problem that was fixed two weeks earlier. The repair technician that came out the second time was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem that required parts to be replaced. However, the repair was completed under warranty and parts had to be ordered from the manufacturer.Over three weeks had elapsed and no follow up by the company regarding the repair status. I had to call the company and request an update. The service representative called me back and said that the parts would be picked up late the next day and ultimately were installed a day later. The system appears to be working well.If not for the lack of follow up, I would have rated the service call higher.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Shouldve went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issues was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker could say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since theyve been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Companys service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. Im going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

Walker AC is a dishonest company and I do not recommend working with them because they will take your money for no reason. J. Marcus told us that we would at least need to replace our compressor ($5,000) but that he recommended that we replace our entire AC because these parts going out cause a domino affect and the whole system would likely start having issues. He told us this would cost upwards of $10,000 and then charged us $85 for the service call. Thank God we got a second opinion. Alex with Dallas Plumbing Company came to our house and quickly identified that the issue was the inverter board AND that our system is under warranty. He ordered the part we needed, fixed our AC, and only charged us labor. I have a 5 month old baby at home and of course we were concerned about not having AC in the Texas heat. I just didn’t expect people to try to take advantage of us like that. That was not professional and now Walker AC will not return my calls or discuss the issue with me.

We woke to no AC and called Walker Air conditioning before they opened up for business and promptly recieved a return call. I spoke with their office and explained our ac issues the had me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment the same day. They called when they were on the way and were there on time. The technician was friendly and polite and quickly assessed the AC system and explained everything to me before they made the repairs. The showed me the damage part and the replacement one and explained the warranty. Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

I just wanted to thank Walker Air Conditioning & Heating for the wonderful job they did repairing my ac. I had another company out 3 times and they could not seem to get the problem fixed. My sister said to call Walker and I did. The technician came out and fixed the issue (wiring) in just an hour and I have not had any more issues. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends or family. The office staff were very polite and accommodating. I called that morning and they sent a tech out just a few hours later. My AC unit started having a hard time cooling the house at the warmest part of the day. The first company I had look at the problem immediately told me the unit was unrepairable and had to be replace. When I spoke with Walker Air about getting a second estimate for a new system they immediately offered to come by and give me a second opinion on my existing unit. The tech, Mark, arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, not a failing unit. I really appreciated the honest and ethical service I received from Mark and the entire Walker team. When the day does come that I need a new AC unit I will be going to them for the replacement.

Jorge Diaz came out on Friday Nov 11th and replaced the motor in our Daikin AC and heat pump unit. He did a great job and Walker AC honored our warranty with the previous company, Metro Energy Savers and did not charge us anything for parts or labor. That was exceptional customer service!

Once I decided it was time, they engaged in the sales process, and it was never pushy or unpleasant. They let me know when there were discounts available which ultimately triggered our purchase.The installation went well and they left the house pretty much as they found it. Caveat emptor! When they were Walker, about 5 years ago, they installed new A/C units with a 10 year parts warranty. Heres how this works now that Paschal bought them: if something fails with your AC, theyll be glad to order the warranty part and you can wait 3 weeks--or you can choose to pay an extra few hundred dollars, and they just happen to have a replacement part on the truck. This is known as sheep shearing in the industry. So BE CAREFUL with these guys nowadays!

Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I was in a dire situation - my A/C had been out for 2 days. The company that I had called ‘ghosted me’. They called after the 2nd time window had been missed and stated their tech was on his way in 30 minutes. Their tech never showed or called. I searched and called Walker A/C. A live person answered and scheduled an AM appointment for the next morning. At 10:33am, the tech Jubenal Mota arrived. Within 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor!! I am changing my review due to the fact that Tuesday April 27, Mark was out at our house to fix our AC. He is the same tech that was out multiple times before. Mark gave us his number and told us to call if we had any more problems. Saturday May 1st AC goes out again. My husband calls Mark, Mark says he will call my husband back - no return call. My husband calls Walker AC. Husband is told someone will be out to our house today between 2 pm & 4 pm, probably closer to 4. I get a txt @ 1:41 pm from Walker AC that says a technician will be arriving at 2 pm. It’s now 7:30 pm and NO ONE has showed up. Husband calls Walker AC back and is told no one will be out today or tomorrow, we will have to call them back on Monday to see when someone can be out to fix our AC. MULTIPLE TIMES LAST YEAR - Same problem, same error codes the AC keeps throwing and the system shuts down!!! This is the worst customer service and attempts to fix our AC!! The repair last Tuesday didn’t even last a week. And let me add this AC unit was installed June 2018, we moved into the house the later part of the year, summer 2019 is when we started having this problem. It was supposed to be the latest and greatest smart system but it has been a nightmare!! We don’t know what else to do!!

Said everything was working fine but the unit was turned off and not working for three weeks while I went on vacation. Walker Air did a great job on my new HVAC system - in all areas:- Bidding- Sales practices- Price-ServiceI wanted a high-end Trane or American Standard system to replace my old system. My brother used to be an HVAC contractor in DFW, and recommended I buy a system with a variable speed compressor, variable speed fan, and modulating flame furnace. I wasnt looking for one with the lowest operating costs, rather one with the highest comfort level.Walker bid exactly what I was looking for, while other contractors either tried to talk me out of the modulating furnace, or suggest other A/C brands. Cory followed up with me after putting together the bid, and answered all my questions. He reminded me of the way my brother used to do business – low pressure and knowledgeable. We emailed back and forth many times – which I appreciated.Walker was low bidder on the project.The install went well – the crew was professional...no issues.There was a hiccup with A/C after the install. The dome temperature sensor was faulty, which caused the system to think the compressor was running hot – shutting it down prematurely. Derek from Walker made the diagnosis, then consulted with Trane Technical Support to come up with a temporary fix while we wait for a replacement sensor. I was very impressed with Dereks skill.Im very pleased with Walker Air, and am convinced I chose the right HVAC company.

I just had a baffling experience where I called in a problem with my breaker box and they sent out an HVAC technician. That would have been a simple misunderstanding (my AC is affected by the issue) except I was told to call AK Electric because the one electrician they used to have went to work somewhere else.Electrical services are part of their company name and are all over their website. It doesnt seem like that could actually be the case, but according to them, they arent currently in the electrical business.Update: I called the number as requested and this information was confirmed to me. It was definitely unexpected that they have no electricians at the moment, but they are looking to hire. My only request was to let people know this up front and not have their team schedule service they cant currently provide.

I had Walker Heating and air conditioning come to my house for repairs. The first time they replaced a part in my attic and exiting they broke my stairs in the hallways. They sent their repairman out and it was repaired. I called them recently because water was leaking from my bedroom ceiling. The man could not find the leak but I still paid $80 for a service call but got nothing for my money. A second repairman came out 2 days ago and he immediately spotted the problem. He showed me the PVC pipe, about 5 ft. long. It was split badly. When the repairman exited the attic he broke the stairs a second timeThe total charge this time was &150. He was there less than 1hr. I feel I was charged for a second service call and was left with broken stairs. Both guys I liked.

I thought our A/C compressor was fried. I mean I was pretty sure, based on my own investigation, that it was going to be time to replace our aging system. I even told Juan what I had found, that I had used my ohmmeter on the two wires that go to the compressor, and it indicated that it was an open circuit. But that didn’t stop Juan from doing his own investigation. He figured out that the compressor had somehow gotten unplugged. There is actually a plug on the side of the compressor, down inside the condenser unit, and somehow it had come off! He reconnected it and it came back to life!Kudos to Juan for his honesty and doing his job well. He could have just agreed with me, and said “yep, it’s time for a new system”, but he didn’t. That’s what I like about Walker A/C and Heating. They have integrity, unlike some of the others out there.

I live in a condo on an older property and it was a hassle finding someone who could look at our AC unit given that it is located pretty high. I tried several big name companies and they all said the same… I finally came across Walker Air and wow did they come through! Yubenal was my tech and he without hesitation climbed up 40 ft, told me was the issue was (which was completely different than what some other companies told me) fixed it and gave me some good tips. Since our AC started having problems almost a year ago, we have gone through horrible experiences with four different AC companies...to the point of total cynicism about the industry as whole. I found out about Walker on the radio and from my initial conversation with Cory, I had a feeling these guys were different...I was right. Cory walked me through every step of the process, keeping his word at every turn. The installation team performed the installation with military professionalism. Then a couple of weeks later, the quality control team, lead by Derek and his new team member, Derrione came to the house and went through the entire system with a fine-tooth comb, making small adjustments to make sure everything running optimally...They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We made a decision to replace our really old, under performing A/C system, this July. My research let me to believe that a Trane A/C would be the best system to install. Given the big out of pocket expense it was more important to get the right company to do the install. In fact that was my most important consideration. Walker installed my central heat and air. They sold me a two ton a/c unit based on the info. That the salesman quoted. They guaranteed that the unit would keep my 835 sq. Foot house cool. Well, it didn’t. It wouldn’t cool to below 85 degrees. I haggled with them for months that the unit was not cooling. They tried to tell me that the unit was working just fine. So 85 degrees is cooling on a 100+ degrees outside? I wound up getting a 2 1/2 ton replacement for a nominal charge from them.Needless to say, I’ve never used them for anything ever sense.

They gave me false reading on the coil in the attic. They try to charge me a lot of money so I called someone else and when they came they as lso went in the attic but they told me all I need is freon Im not sure of the spelling but Im sure everyone knows what Im trying yo say. By 10 oclock that night I had air again. I called to complain and they wanted me to send the papers that the other company gave me to them. They know they were wrong, I will never recommend them to anyone.
