On an incredibly hot day in Texas, our AC unit unexpectedly went out, and I was in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, Marcus Lynch from Milestone came to the rescue! He not only installed the motor for our AC unit the very same day, but also conducted a thorough inspection of our HVAC system.During the detailed check-up, Marcus discovered burn marks on the motherboard console of our 13-year-old furnace, along with other issues that required attention. I had just purchased this home a month ago, and I truly appreciated how Marcus took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Moreover, he pointed out the need for a flow meter to detect any potential flooding from the hot water heater, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I’ll be prepared for any mishaps.What really stood out to me was Marcus’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After the furnace installation team left, he personally checked in with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. So expensive doesn’t mean better, and cheap doesn’t always save you money. When I bought our money pit of a home, unknowingly, I needed and wanted the repairs to last a lifetime. After doing research I found that Milestone had the best reviews and over the past year - they have proven to be the best. By far not the cheapest, but that’s bc the quality of work you get is above and beyond any other electric, plumbing, AC company out there.When it came to then upgrading our electrical equipment to include a whole home generator I called Milestone and had a great conversation with Robert Short. The guy goes above and beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. He explained everything to me, the process, advantages of x vs y, etc etc. without going into too much detail - I cannot be happier how he manages his team. After waiting a few months, I finally pulled the trigger and the team came and did the install over 3 days. Not an entirely painless process when you have no power for hours and hours with a toddler and two nap schedules, but overall it went very quickly and the install team did their best to work around our schedule with dogs, and naps, and just life.If you need anything electrical, or really anything. Milestone is your must go to.

He was knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge, not in a boastful manner, but rather in an educational and informative style, causing me to feel totally confident and trusting in his abilities to take care of my plumbing needs.Zach managed tasks skillfully and thoroughly being conscientious in not making a mess and in doing his job well. We use Milestone regularly and recently had them replace a fuse box and install 52 new LED can lights, dimmer switches and 2 bathroom exhaust fans. Logan Henson, Tyler Spears, and the whole crew did a fantastic job. They were transparent and fair with pricing, offered practical advice, were friendly and respectful. Highly recommend these guys!
MILESTONE always does a great job for us. My tech today for our service (2/10/25) was BRETT CONWAY ... I wanted to single him out specifically ... I was very, very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness, patience to explain the details on the age of my system, thoughts on the plan going forward, etc. He was very honest on all pricing and whats needed / not needed. I would give him 10/10 rating and one of the best techs Ive encountered. Plus a full video that detailed all the checks he performed on my system that was then sent to me afterwards to review. Fantastic job BRETT & MILESTONE.
Julio was super nice, and clean looking. Very professional. Explained everything to me, and how the process would work. He also told me how long the job would take and everything was a breeze to understand. I definitely recommend milestone. Only semi complaint I have would be the pricing. They’re somewhat on the expensive side. But I do understand cheap work isn’t good work, and good work isn’t cheap. Aside that. Solid!
Scott from Milestone did an excellent job. He was really easy to talk to and made me feel more comfortable, listening to him. He checked our outlets and Repair the one that needed to be repaired and replaced. He even checked out fire alarm system and he explained everything what I needed to be done to keep our home safe. He also gave me different option and prices before he did any work he also explained a lot of things to insure that I understood and how it works and what kind of damage that can cause if it fails to do what it was design to do. His experience and knowledge give credit to milestone company that has experienced people working for them. I gave Scott five stars for a job we’re done and he replace my outside the outlet that weren’t working and the Price was reasonable.

$589 for a tankless water heater flush is beyond excessive when others are under $200.We had Milestone come out for an electric issue and they were great. They sent us a coupon so we scheduled our yearly water heater flush. We have a newborn and didnt even think we needed to shop around since they were great last time. Im extremely disappointed.
These folks are amazing! Friendly and a pleasure to have come out to our home. They were very upfront and honest. They also went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They are welcome over anytime and well be sure to use them for anything they can help us with!
I’ve used Milestone consistently for HVAC, plumbing and electric. 99% of the time they communicate effectively and deliver excellent service. They are a premium price but there is a level of professionalism and comfort that comes from working with them. It’s also nice to have one point of contact for so many service items within a home. They also standby their work with a solid warranty. The 1% of the time where we have had an issue, they’ve recovered quickly - which to me is well worth the premium.
Very good thorough work by Matthew. Safe electric service in the house is vital. I feel better about things since he had been.We have had a significant amount of work done by Milestone. But with the restriction that I can review each provider once only, its hard to give credit where it is due. Michael was the lead on our plumbing fixup and he was outstanding. Very diligent. Very thorough. Very responsive.We also had a significant amount of a/c work done. Redoing ducts, etc. Another spot on experience. The hot air is now almost 10 degrees warmer than it was and with significantly more volume. All around great work.Since I can only leave one review, Ill keep adding on. Michael came out to do more work. As usual, outstanding service.And Humberto came out to do some duct cleaning. What a great service. He had a lovely attitude, worked hard and cleaned up the workspace.Another update. Armando out to diagnose a sump issue. I dont know where Milestone finds their people, but they all have been fantastic to work with.
Jamison Galt was on time and prepared to evaluate our heating systems. He explained everything he was going to do and what the results were. He was friendly and courteous and cleaned up after the check up.
Milestone has always given accurate estimates and projected level of effort. They communicate when they are coming, who is coming, and actually arrive prepared to do the work. Great quality, great cleanup, and customer care. Our go to electricians. No job too tough.
Furnace was working intermittently on the coldest day of the winter. Milestone sent a technician, Brandon, within hours. Brandon was exceptionally friendly and efficient as he diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and quickly corrected it. We were extremely pleased with his work and Milestones responsiveness.
Scott Clark was extremely professional, polite, punctual and explained everything extremely well. He installed the smart WiFi switches I had bought, troubleshooted the circuit issues I was facing, and he double and triple checked everything. I’ll definitely be asking for him by name next time and I suggest you do.
Francisco did a great job clearing our tub drain. He provided helpful information while being friendly and professional. He also flushed our hot water heater in what seemed like a much more complete manner than had previously been done. He also cleaned up after which should always be done, but is sometimes missed. Great job!
Milestone rep Iram Perez fixed few problems quickly during a tune up check. He was polite and showed me a video of his findings in the attic and showed me the outside equipment and what he was testing/on his checklist. Great experience. Recommended

Chad was punctual and went right to the batteries on the wall. It was amazing when he told me to put in some new AA batteries. Oh my goodness, he checked the water in the bathroom near by and yeah! We had our breaker box replaced and relocated. It was a big job! Our team also updated several other electrical plugs. Francisco and Julio came to inspect my heating for the winter months. They showed me pictures and videos of places in the attic where inspection was done. They reported everything was working efficiently and there were no needed updates or repairs. Arrived early and were very professional. I would request them if you need HVAC service or repair.

So we request Milestone for the first time. They send Alan to diagnose our unit & said our motor fan is the issue. We paid $1300 before this problem was even solve. Bad advertising because they said you don’t pay until they fix the problem. 2 days later we don’t feel cool air in the house. We went back to square one using window units. Not only that our unit still have issues they left wire tight up to the unit frame. Looks ghetto. Put holes on our upstairs unit without covering it up. So now we are stuck with a bill & second technician came very polite & told me that it’s a different issue. We need a new compressor or new ac system. Which will cost $6000 to $25,000. Now we are stuck, we already spend $1300 three days ago. Now we need a miracle to pay this people. I’m not sure if I can trust this company. We even sign up for the advantage membership & now I don’t think it’s worth it.

I used this company for the first time this weekend, and what a great customer service experience! My technician, Christian Hernandez is the most personable young man. He was extremely professional, hard working, and didnt stop until everything was absolutely perfect. He is incredibly dedicated to his job, and goes out of his way to do his job. Milestone is very lucky to have a young man as dedicated to his job as Christian is.

This is an update to a review I left earlier. I was unhappy that my leaky toilet couldn’t be fixed on the first visit because the technician didn’t have the part. The next available appointment was 4 days later! I wrote a bad review.I was contacted by William Pearson who listened to my concerns and agreed the service was unacceptable. He was very apologetic and offered an above and beyond solution. I was very impressed that he took the time to address my concerns. I will consider using Milestone for future work.

Milestone advertises a room temperature service for $189, both on The Ticket radio and on their web site. Nowhere does it say thats per unit (AC units). I even scanned their web site for the fine print. When I pressed the agent on this point she put me on hold and never came back. Ive been on hold for eight minutes as of 5:00 p.m.Total scam!
If you are looking for any electrical, HVAC, or plumbing repair, installation, or maintenance I could not recommend the team at Milestone any more. Since moving to a new home 2 years ago I have used Milestone and am amazed by their consistent quality, dedicated service, and quick and effective communication. I met licensed hvac technician Chris Hennig today for a/c system hot/cold check and was blown away again. His attention to detail was outstanding from covering his boots before he entered, the light cleaning and maintenance he did while doing the tests, to even vacuuming the debris that fell from opening up the attic. Not only did he immediately describe and walk me through everything he was going to do upon entering my home, when he was finished with the job I was surprised with a video highlighting exactly what tasks he performed while here. Fantastic company and will continue to use them indefinitely.
Isiah did an excellent job checking our hearing system to make sure it was ready for the approaching winter season. He arrived on time, was thorough and patient in explaining the work he would do and provided a comprehensive final report.

Danni Orellano did an excellent job in tracking down an elusive short that kept tripping one of the breakers. This involved several hours of detective work. Danni is personable and obsessive compulsive about his work. He left the house perfect and actually remade one of the beds! Five stars.
Trey Verriere did a great job. . He gave us a quote up front and installation went very well. We had 3 new light fixtures installed and they look amazing. We are having him return to install one more. He even took our old ones away for us.

(owner supplied however function and style recommendations were appreciated).Gabriels punctuality and professionalism were appreciated.He clearly reviewed the work to be completed, and maintained a tidy and safe workspace throughout the process. He consistently wore shoe cover protectors while in the house. We had a malfunction in our meter box that had a high potential for fire. Our provider, Oncor, came out to determine the source of our power fluctuations and intermittent outages. Once they determined the cause, and potential for fire, they promptly plunged our house into total darkness by removing the meter. It was a low temp In the 20’s, we are 74 years old, and my husband uses a CPAP for breathing. Early the next morning (a Saturday no less) we called Milestone and they said they’d handle everything! Christian was out by noon, installed new box, coordinated all the details, and by six the meter had been re-installed and were powered up! If we could do more than five stars we’d give a thousand. Honest, respectful of property, reassuring, efficient, and quality are just a few words to describe Milestone. We signed up for their Advantage Program because we never want to be without this great company!

They found a problem which was an exposed wire behind a tv which was the actual cause of all if the electrical issues. This wire was left that way by our previous media installer. Great job!

Its your commercial! lolIts so annoying. Its so frequent. Please make it stop.I know its silly, but so many commercials and this one repeats. Thank you for responding to me.
For their premium price, I expected decent service. They have, to date:*Installed a transformer for a switch but didnt switch it to the right setting(I had to do after they left without testing their work).*Lied to me that they arent allowed to shut the water off at the city access point to sell me an unneeded emergency shut off valve.*When installing the valve, they made it leak(spraying water) and left without informing me to finish the service Monday(two days later). Luckily I caught it so I didnt burn money on wasted water.*Cut holes in the drywall and then just left it as is. I didnt even know this was an issue until I called support about the leak in my yard mentioned above. When their customer care guy came out(I had to call three times because he kept cancelling on me) he told me the hole should have a panel over it and made the plumber do that.*Installed an emergency electrical shutoff to my hot water heater that caused an unrelated breaker to permanently be tripped. They had to call a second team out who couldnt figure out how the first guy messed up so bad that they had to run a new line. (All the while my fridge is without power.)*During their twice yearly AC tuneup, I handed the guy my filter still in its loose plastic bag it comes in. Half an hour later during their check the entire house smells like burning plastic. I asked if he left it on and he laughed at me and said he didnt. He then left to check and came back telling me the smell would go away. I went into the attic and this professional A) left the trash in my attic and B) IT HAD SCORCH MARKS ON IT.*They pride themselves on same day service but have almost always 1)come inspect whatever the issues are. 2)Regardless of urgency or if its 8am they say Cant do it today. Sign that you will pay us and we reschedule you for a different day.*They lie about their membership that Every dollar you spend will go back to your future repairs. Truth is they will only do that on very large repairs like the water heater and AC system replacement. BUT I had both of those done and then they claimed I still had $100 that would expire if not used. When I asked why they didnt apply that to my AC replacement, they told me I didnt bring it up, so its my fault for not bringing it up. As if I can tell how much money I have built up with them.*The salesman (because lets face it, if he sells you a service but refuses to do it, he isnt a plumber, hes a salesman) always sounds professional and intelligent. The person he sends out to do the job, however, will be an untrained novice that makes constant mistakes (proof above) and does a terrible job.*After all of this I complained to them several times asking Why do you charge so much just to do such a terrible job? and I always get told Well person A does excellent so we will send him. Guess who Ive never met? Person A. Its always someone else. I dont get it. I dont get why lying to me sounds like the best option. Im paying your stupidly inflated prices, the least you can do is have the common decency to treat me with respect.*Lesson learned: Im the idiot for keeping my membership with them. Dont make my mistake.
Had some motion light installed and Jonathan took great care of our needs and answered all our questions. Gave us a few estimates that we will be planning on doing soon. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

If they come out on a call....RUN!!!!!! I would never EVER EVER use their service. They conned my mom into a new system. The existing system was less than 10 years old. After they Sold a new system,they failed to connect the system because we needed to update the electric box....which there was nothing wrong with. We called another electrician to look at the box, and connect the system. HVAC ran Mom $14k...and they wanted another $11k for the electrical. They are thieves. I would never recommend them to anyone! They also took advantage of a neighbor of mine . Bad company!!!! Buyer beware.

A leaking toilet may not be a big deal to some but when you do not know how to fix it, having a sympathetic and qualified plumber show up at your door is a bright light. Brian Reger evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done and why (trust me, as an historian and a teacher I never run out of them); working efficiently, he soon had our toilet working properly.Let’s be honest, there are less expensive plumbers one can call but no other company compares to the quality of work and service Milestone has consistently provided my family.
Was a 5-star until tonight...Can someone please clarify or remove the 24/7 emergency service claim and same day service claim from the website? Feels misleading/frustrating especially when your pissed off because the new HVAC is not working properly - 24/7 call center and answering service but not tech service.Just got home from work, its now 8:00pm, my heat pump is about 6 months old but the outside unit is not working/coming on. Thermostat reads 80 degrees in the house and the best option available from the phone handlers is we will try to send someone tomorrow, between 8-11 but no guaranty it will be first AM, hopefully its not lunch time. Paid a pretty hefty price on electrical panel upgrades, plumbing repairs (plumbers = average craftsmanship at best, didnt clean up, broke a fixture and cut access holes everywhere looking for lines - dfferent topic). I will say the electricians were awesome and HVAC crew was solid. I really thought I was paying for some membership benefits, apparently not...looking forward to sweating inside all night/day with my new unit.UPDATE - the next Morning - Max called, appreciate him and Angel showed up - great tech...adding back a star but the 24/7 thing still feels misleading

Beket did a great job inspecting and cleaning my HV/AC units. He inspected both units cleaned the coils, changing the filter and cleaning out the drain tube.He took various pictures of the all the components and generated a short narrative video showing me the state of the system. Everything looked good to him!

In the past we have had unexperienced electricians but not today. Scott Clark was our electrician for the day and he did an amazing job. He fixed all of the problems regarding our untwisted wires which would cause our lights to turn off. Thank you Scott! We will definitely be using him and only him as our electrician!

Christian came to my house today to check my indoor water pressure and water temperature. He checked all faucets, outside water valves, etc. Although my hot water heater is 9 years old he suggested draining the hot water heater which also drained the sediment out. Christian also tightened a newly installed shower head. Christian was respectful, nice and cleaned up after all of his hard work. Christian also write me up an estimate for a new hot water heater in the event the draining did not solve the problem. Lucky for me, I have hot water now in all the faucets and showers. I am very pleased with Christian, and he did an excellent job! 👍🏻

Geraldo came out to my house within an hour and assessed the problem and gave me a solution. The next day Shan and his partner came out to complete the work. Shan went above and beyond to make sure the work was correct and talked to me about all the upgrades and changes. Everyone was professional, polite, and had great communication.
Do you research in advance to avoid a negative and expensive experience. The technician arrived to complete a simple request ($300) and we ended up with a bill for $14,000. Having consulted other companies, I believe they took advantage of a lack of expertise on our part to determine what was actually necessary. Regardless of our poor decisions, their prices appear extremely inflated (for example, $5,279 for a 200amp panel replacement). Quite simply, I do not trust this company and wish I could go back in time.

In Europe for 2 weeks when my concierge alerted me to an overflow sink upstairs that had run over and stained the downstairs ceiling. Knew Milestone from using them for electrical services. They promptly schedule me for the day I arrived back in Dallas. Uriel arrived, surveyed the situation, and snaked the plugged line. He then surveyed all of my plumbing outlets, inside and outside the house. Complimented me on the good upkeep of my home. He has a very nice style, very competent and professional. I also understand they now do HVAC and would love to have one firm handle all my mechanical and electrical needs. Well done, Milestone!

Wow. They don’t make companies like this anymore. Micheal O’Connor with Milestone saved us! We lost power for 5 days during a terrible Texas storm, and then, about two weeks later, our neighbor’s tree fell on our power line. Our morale was low at that point. Oncor had to come disconnect our power Thursday afternoon because the fallen line was a fire hazard, and we were convinced we weren’t going to get power back until the next week. An acquaintance recommended calling Milestone for fast, efficient service. Milestone was prompt to respond to our call, very nice and friendly, and competently mediated a complex situation. They fixed our power line and helped us coordinate with Oncor and the city of Dallas to get our power back within 24 hours. I thought this was impossible given that it was the upcoming weekend and given the nature of Dallas city government/Oncor customer service. Milestone is worth every penny. They are reliable and a rare find in today’s world.
Luis, LeDarius & their trainee were amazing! They were quick kind and communicative. Something that I did notice was that we had rescheduled our initial appointment and they still showed up to the original scheduled date, letting me know that the dispatcher had not given them an update. I’ve seen this happen previously with other milestone workers. Since this is not the first time we have had to reschedule an appointment. On behalf of the workers and efficiency, I recommend that the dispatch team be better about communicating with their own staff and team To ensure they are not losing resources and time. As this is the second time this is occurred for us. Again, However, my experiences have been incredible with the entire company as a whole.
I bought a house in July and had the inside updated which left a lot a dust throughout the house. Milestone suggested having the air ducts cleaned. Aaron and Brandon were on time, laid out plastic to cover my furniture, were very careful with my floors and walls and removing and replacing my air vent covers. Overall, 5 stars all the way. Chad Molock was great to work with! He helped me better understand what was going on with an old water shut off I have so I could make an informed decision about next steps. He also checked other items around the house, and while doing so he took the time to just mention a few things he was looking for, some preventative steps I could take, and suggested other services available for when the time comes.Chad made sure I understood the Milestone services available, their Advantage program, and the guarantees they puts on their work, but in a personable, conversational way. I didn’t feel like I was getting the hard sell on anything, which I really appreciate. I’ll keep him and Milestone in mind for future needs.
Milestone left us in the dark when they abruptly got rid of their Security department. Transferring alarm monitoring to Alert 360 was one thing but the home security system (CCTV) was entirely another thing. We were left with no one to provide maintenance on our CCTV system that Milestone installed that also included access on our phones. We couldnt log into the DVR or our phones. No notice was given for us and apparently other CCTV customers. We had to find another company to help us out. Shame on Milestone!

Placed a call Monday morning for a AC unit leak. A technician was scheduled. Iram came out and got everything address quickly. Took time to explain the issues and best repair option. AC is back working correctly.
Jonathan was very professional. Explained everything about the wall pack light that was having problems and made suggestions on what to replace it with. Also checked out and provided information on replacing two outdoor flood lights.
Phillip Blake from Milestone did an analysis of our electrical system, and noted many things that might help safeguard & enhance our house after 25 years here. We took the safeguards estimate plus a couple of enhancements. I appreciated getting several choices. Phillip was very easy to work with, and accommodated us beautifully.

Called them for a radio ad on 1080 KRLD, to FIX room temperature imbalance for 189.00, only to find out that this fee is just a diagnostic fee, 189 to get inside your home and diagnose. And that the cost of repair is going to be something else. What a way to bait clients and get their info. I felt misled and deceived. How can you trust a company like that?
Milestone does all my service work. Christian went above and beyond and even checked work a previous plumber had done a couple of years ago. Great service.

Very impressed with my entire experience w/ Milestone Electric! I made an appointment online for this morning between 8a-11a. I received a call within the window alerting me of who my technician was and that he was on his way. Mario arrived on time. After showing him the work that needed to be done, Mario completed an estimate and walked me through the payment options. After accepting the estimate, Mario executed the task at hand with great efficiency! Upon completion of the project, Mario walked me through the install. Mario left no trace of his work and left the space exactly as he found it. Mario was very professional and polite! Very happy we decided to call Milestone to complete the work!

It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.

I was completely impressed with Milestone complimentary checking on air-conditioning operation . Electrical HAVAC technician Travon Marsaw was timely, patient, professional, and his customer service gave me complete confident in his knowledge.
We had Milestone out to do some electrical updates after purchasing a new home. This included installing an exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms and replacing 2 old ceiling fans with new ones we had purchased. They left us A MESS. They made unnecessary quarter+ sized holes in our ceiling for both exhaust fans, but “don’t worry we plugged the holes” with some clear drywall patching junk. An absolute headache since we don’t have exact paint colors.We also specifically picked ceiling fans that could be flush mounted and I was very explicit that this is how we wanted them hung. When the technician said he had finished them, he had hung them both with the down rod. My husband told him that’s not what we asked for, and he tried to say they couldn’t be flush mounted. My husband literally had to show him the box and pull out the instructions for the tech to realize they could. We asked him to fix it, the first one took HOURS and in the process he ripped a huge hole around the entire ceiling fan fixture and then told us we would need to hire someone to fix it. Needless to say we didn’t let him touch the second one and we ended up having to pay several hundred dollars to get the ceiling repaired. Save your money - hire someone else!
I am changing my earlier review after doing a little homework on the issue. I will mention that the service tech was very nice, and professional. Also the appointment was made quickly and the tech arrived only a few hours after I called which is much appreciated. This is why I’m giving 2 stars. I told the tech the capacitor was bad , the dual capacitor I needed is $20-30 for the part. I was charged $443 to replace it. If I had spent 5 mins on YouTube I could have easily change this out myself. I had signed up several months ago for their advantage plan. They waive the service fee ($99) and should give 15% off repairs which I didn’t see. The pricing the tech gave me seemed arbitrary and there was little details at all on the invoice.I needed it done, they performed the service quickly. I’m grateful for that. But this feels like price gouging to me. Also the service tech basically wrote the first review for me and stood over me while I completed it which isn’t good form in my opinion. It’s a pressured 5 star review. Notice that every good review mentions the service tech by name, this is because they compete to see who can get the most positive reviews and it becomes a contest and customer feels pressured. I believe the free maintenance appointment offer as part of the advantage plan is basically a sales tactic to try to find more issues and squeeze more out of the consumer. As a result I’m canceling that plan.These days everything costs so much more. this kind of mark up is too much. I just need to do better at getting other opinions/quotes, or doing the work myself which in this case wouldn’t have been difficult.Their customer service is great, their pricing is not even close to competitive. Lesson learned

Too early to tell, really.. its not a biggo damage but just a minor stuck-up in my kitchen sink due to the garbage spinner stops working. And therefore, the sink got a little low flood, lől 🤭🤭 Brian is well mannered and polite. The job was done. However, after he left, I still noticed there were still water leakage from somewhere near my kitchen sink. Underneath the sink where the dish washing machine is located, I still see drops of water leakage?? So?? Whats the issue?? 🤔 where did the drops of leakage came from?? 🤔 Im lost now. Did Brian did a good job or not?? 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ IDK 🤷🏼♀️ All I can say for now is; Brian is polite, well mannered and.. IDK 🤷🏼♀️ IF instead of a stuck-up will it be leakage instead?? Luis Percy came out after another company and found that their information was incorrect. He was able to schedule the electrical to be fixed then came back the very next day and finished the AC work. We now have air! Percy is a very nice contractor and I can’t thank him enough!!

The photo says it all and to boot we had just departed on a two week vacation. Once the City arrived and turned off the water it was quickly determined this was a homeowner issue. My first and only call was to Milestone - even before the City arrived. I flew home and met Esay to assess the situation, determine a course of action, received a work plan, reviewed the estimate, signed the Work Order, and flew back to our vacation. The next morning Milestone showed up - Harley and crew. By 2:30pm the job was done. No trenching, no concrete being torn out, no plants being moved, simply three holes that will be unnoticeable in a couple of weeks. UNBELIEVABLE customer service, extremely professional, shocking concern that this situation not impact our vacation. We are exceedingly pleased and without a moment of hesitation highly recommend MILESTONE to you. They truly are the absolute best in the business…We’ve never experienced anything like it.

I had a recent issue with my air conditioner and got it fixed by your expert on Friday (08/30) by changing the Contactor (17425 -JARD) which cost not more than $30 but your expert charged me $649, I know there would be expertise and time involved but seriously how can anyone explain $619 to just replace the contactor.I called multiple times for the explanation, but no one replied to me.Whats the benefit of being a Milestone customer if I have to pay that outrageous amount of money on top of my monthly $19.99 service charge.I would not recommend to anyone and will provide my honest feedback.
Lance is the best! Excellent in all his work! So pleased with his services. Lance and 3 other electricians, Cody, Gus and Marco hung and very large Chandelier with scaffolding and did it perfectly. Such a great team we had for this. Also Nick the electrical manager has been very helpful in putting together the group we needed.

Technician arrived at 6:30 pm for my 11 am - 2pm time-slot-scheduled repair. To be fair, I was contacted by text message at 1:30 to say the technician was running late. I had to call at 4 to see why he still wasnt there. When the technician finally arrived, he was friendly enough and able to make the repair. However, I found the price to be quite high and the amount of time taken just running out to the truck for quotes, parts, and invoices excessive. I also wasnt a fan of showing me 2 prices to get me to sign up for the service plan. Just do the work at the time you promise and at a fair price and Ill be a return customer. Unfortunately for Milestone, that didnt happen this time.

Milestone was scheduled to come to my house for repairs between 11am and 2 pm. i received a call around 1:50 pm telling me that the technician was 30-45 minutes out.i had taken time off from work for this appointment and could no longer sit around waiting for them to show.when i contacted milestone the attendant was less than sympathetic.very disappointing and i will not use this company moving forward.the service was needed but timely appointments and people that care are what I really wanted.

The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company.

I was looking for a reputable electrician to install my new custom chandelier and Milestone was the best choice and investment. They did an amazing job, even did an electrical inspection and provided insight into my electrical panel. Since I have a new build and under warranty I contacted my builder to correct an issue they discovered. Id definitely recommend them again.

Tried using them for the 2nd time. My mistake. They came by to troubleshoot and repair my system, but ended up causing a new problem and didnt even put the system back together properly. They wanted to sell me an entirely new HVAC system for $15-$24k. Quotes from others are $8-$10k. They wanted $2k to replace the folding ladder to the garage. I bought the parts for $280. $1700 for labor? No way. I will never use them again. Broke the cover over the wires to the fan motor. Caused an electrical arc on the power connection to the fan motor (the fan was working until they took everything apart to inspect).UPDATE - Milestone has reimbursed me for their service charge and the repair done by another contractor. Milestones Customer Relations managers were very prompt to respond and to resolve the issue. 5 Stars for their customer relations team.
They do not deliver what they promised. Be warned. They charge an arm and a leg for a service that never made any significant difference in the room at my house that had temperature issues. They added unnecessary work with the air ducts in my crawl space so they can get more money. They were always a no show for routine tune up after paying for the yearly membership. Look away and beware of this bad business! Zero stars.
My wife and I recently requested service from Milestone for a plumbing issue in our guest bathroom. Not only did they respond quickly, but they were able to schedule a same day appointment. Our plumber, Robert, arrived right within the promised arrival time. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem, clearly explained the solution, and solved the issue in no time. He went above and beyond by double checking basic functions throughout the house and made us feel cared for with his genuine, kind nature. We even chatted for a bit before he left! Robert reminded me why I work with Milestone as they are reliably quick, caring, and efficient. If you prefer working with faithful, kind people who know their craft well-Milestone is the way to go!

Had a storm take out my power line feeding the house. Called Milestone and they were “Johnny-on-the-spot!” An electrician came out and assessed the situation, had all the answers for my home owners insurance adjuster and got them to pay almost INSTANTLY! They upgraded my electric service, installed smoke and Co2 detectors, brought EVERYTHING up to code and were in and out inside of 8 hours. These guys are THEE BEST!!! Highly recommended! They will take care of you! And really do fix it in a flash!!!
Will was great and very friendly . He was helpful with answering my questions and telling me what was wrong with my hvac system. He explained things to me in a manner that I could understand and not all in technical terms that I didnt understand. (like other companies do)The real nice thing about him and this company is their not trying push things on you dont need just to make money . They want whats best for you and your needs. Definitely will recommend Milestone.

Cristian was amazing. I though we had a leak in our guest bathroom. He crawled under the house, which is not an easy task, and confirmed that we did not in fact have a leak...we have a mystery to solve. He was a very nice young man and seemed to really love his job. He even gave me the history of pipes from WWll. The next time I need plumbing done I will request him!
