Fast, reliable, and Veteran friendly!! Navy Federal constantly kept pushing back my closing date, requesting unnecessary documents, not communicating, and costing me 100$ a day I don’t close. When Verity heard of my issue they hopped to it instantly and did what Navy Federal couldn’t do in 2 months in 12 days!! Verity was a life saver!!

By far one of the most reliable and most incredible humble staff members. We refinanced our home with Verity Mortgage to lower our interest rates and they helped us every step of the way. The people were courteous, professional, and answered every one of our questions in a timely fashion. The paperwork side was very efficient with the electronic reviews and signings. They picked the title company and we showed up in person to complete the transaction with Republic Title and it only took 45 minutes. I would strongly recommend Verity Mortgage if you are a first time home buyer or refinancing your 30-year mortgage to lower your interest rates.

All employees are helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable of the loan process. When my wife and I experienced some challenges in getting our loan approved, it was truly a all hands on deck approach to find some way to get the loan approved. While there was quite a bit of question about if we could close on time, Verity Mortgage made sure that our loan was approved and we closed on time!

During the pandemic, we were able to take advantage of the low interest rates, and reduce our 30 year mortgage to a 15 year note for only $100 more per month. Just closed on a home in Dallas using Verity Mortgage. Being new to Dallas from another state, not knowing lenders, I went with them based on a recommendation and reviews. Amerisave Mortgage had treated me horribly--4 months to process a re-fi and offered a bad home equity loan at the end.Verity cut my interest rate a full 1% over Amerisave and closed my loan in about 40 days. The team was professional, responsive and friendly. Im extremely happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!!!

Michael,First off let me apologize for the delay in rating the service Verity Mortgage provided my family. In between working, moving, and prepping the old house for rental/potential sale, it feels like a 24-hour day is not enough! However, I can say the wife and I have woken up every morning since closing amazed at the view of downtown, falling in love anew every day with our new home and thankful we had a team that helped us realize a dream. It was a task to get approved…mind you…in the middle of a pandemic of global proportion with uncertain touching every aspect of our collective lives. That’s why I believe this one’s so special. Audrey is a megastar, truly. She is the definition of value adds. Before Verity, I tried two other financial institutions and couldn’t get straight talk for the life of me. I needed clarity (the trust but verify) and she’s the only one that was honest enough to be transparent. Her transparency was the last piece of information I ultimately needed to see if I could realize a dream. I’ll always be thankful to Audrey. Ms. Teresa is the BOSS! She kept us on task and communicated the impact if we delayed deliverables. To have someone that can maintain timelines regardless of Murphy’s Law is a talent! Both are strong team members. My experience with Verity/Eustis Mortgage was unsatisfactory 👎🏽. I was referred to Marcus E. for loan servicing. In the beginning Marcus communicated on a regular basis and appeared to have my best interest in mind. After a month, the closing seemed to get more difficult and lengthier and Marcus would only respond after several attempts of me reaching out. Marcus would claim how close they were to closing and it would be another week or two before I realized we were at a stall🥴 This company and individual failed to communicate properly with a potential faithful client. Marcus would boldly state one thing but in actuality, the total opposite would occur (this wont happen) yet it did or (were almost done) yet they werent. Verity/Eustis were not on the same page with the appraiser and seemed to be unorganized. Now - I felt confident initiating services with them because of the reviews and recommendation but I was either dealt 2 amateurs or 2 people who lacked care and professionalism. In my heart I truly believe if I were of the same race as Marcus and had dollar signs hanging from my pocket, I wouldve gotten the attention and support expected 🤷🏽‍♀️There were a few half a** apologies here and there 🙄 with mediocre performances at best. Others who have reviewed 4+ stars mustve gotten more reputable agents. I would not recommend Eustis/Verity/Marcus E to anyone. It also makes me second guess recommended the person who referred me. I get all deals arent the 1, 2 and done successes, but when you have to put forth effort, talk to your client. Be with them. Support them. Were all one mishap away from being on the unfortunatel side. It takes a skilled person to successfully manage accounts and if you cant handle people of varying backgrounds, realty and mortgage sales arent for you 🙅🏽‍♀️

Very unprofessional. Do not use Tracey Goins or the Verity Mortgage group. Terrible response time. Alot of the reviews are fake reviewsor reviews written by realtors who partnered with the company. Do your research before purchasing a home its an important decision. Glad I did and went with another company.
