Didn’t find me the best rate and took advantage of the fact that I was on a short timeframe with relocating. Craig wasn’t honest about the loan terms and my loan ended up being sold within a month to Wells Fargo. He also miss calculated my escrow.I was very clear to them I didn’t want my loan sold to Wells Fargo. I had to refinance the loan to get it away from Wells Fargo. Now I’m with a decent lender.Later I asked them to please stop sending me emails and mail. They continue to do so to this day. If they want to waste their marketing budget, I guess that’s fine with me. It just shows what kind of professionals you’re dealing with if you decide to use them.
