I went with TSM because I follow loan officer Joella Benson on instagram. I would see her posts and stories and how helpful her team seemed with a variety of different circumstances with their clientele. While I didn’t expect my hand to be held I expected the service depicted on her social media. She boasts about her team going above and beyond to get you into your dream home. I went through her app and was rerouted to who I’m assuming is a team member of hers. The team member called me, gave me a possible loan amount and that was it. No further assistance or communication.This is my first time buying a home and this experience really dampened this whole process for me.I am very disappointed by my experience. I had envisioned this going differently than how it did. Note to anyone who comes across this review: don’t believe all the social media fluff!! The whole experience was very turnstile, get them in, get them out.
